Objective: To develop a best-evidence-based optimal nutrition management plan for patients with chronic heart failure, apply it in clinical practice, and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: Use the KTA knowledge translation model to guide evidence-based practice in nutrition management, and compare the nutritional status, cardiac function status, quality of life, and quality review indicators of chronic heart failure patients before and after the application of evidence. Results: After the application of evidence, the nutritional status indicators (MNA-SF score, albumin, hemoglobin) of two groups of heart failure patients significantly increased compared to before the application of evidence, with statistically significant differences (p Conclusion: The KTA knowledge translation model provides methodological guidance for the implementation of evidence-based practice for heart failure patients. This evidence-based practice project is beneficial for improving the outcomes of malnutrition in chronic heart failure patients and is conducive to standardizing nursing pathways, thereby promoting the improvement of nursing quality. 展开更多

由于城市居民的消费习惯和生活节奏的变化,精确预测天然气消耗量变得尤为重要。为此,文章设计一种基于VMD-Transformer-ResLSTM的混合神经网络模型。首先,通过变分模态分解(VMD)将原始负荷序列分解为本征模态函数(IMF)分量,从而避免模... 由于城市居民的消费习惯和生活节奏的变化,精确预测天然气消耗量变得尤为重要。为此,文章设计一种基于VMD-Transformer-ResLSTM的混合神经网络模型。首先,通过变分模态分解(VMD)将原始负荷序列分解为本征模态函数(IMF)分量,从而避免模态混叠和假峰值的问题。随后,对Transformer解码层进行重新构建,并将其与LSTM网络融合,旨在更好地捕捉序列中的长期依赖关系,同时减少模型参数。为解决LSTM网络中常见的梯度消失和梯度爆炸问题,文章引入残差连接机制,将其整合到Transformer和LSTM网络中。其次,为进一步提升预测精度,设计一个误差修正模块,以提高天然气负荷预测的稳定性和准确性。实验结果表明,该组合模型在预测精度上显著优于传统模型如ARIMA、Transformer、GRU和LSTM,预测的平均绝对误差(MAE)提升23%~58%。综上所述,该方法可显著提升天然气负荷预测的精度。 展开更多

针对阶跃型滑坡位移预测中变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)参数选择依赖经验、传统模型长序列处理能力不足及缺乏不确定性量化等问题,文章提出基于吸水蛭算法(blood-sucking leech optimizer,BSLO)分解与Transformer... 针对阶跃型滑坡位移预测中变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)参数选择依赖经验、传统模型长序列处理能力不足及缺乏不确定性量化等问题,文章提出基于吸水蛭算法(blood-sucking leech optimizer,BSLO)分解与Transformer模型的滑坡位移多级置信预测方法。该方法采用BSLO算法构建VMD参数自适应优化框架,基于信息熵最小化准则实现信号分解;设计Transformer模型用于时序预测,移除不适用组件并增加特征增强层;构建多级置信区间预测框架,实现多时间尺度不确定性量化。以三峡库区谭家河滑坡4个监测点为例进行验证,结果显示该方法在未来1,3,7,15 d预测中表现稳定,各时间尺度R2值均超0.95,均方根误差控制在5 mm以内,95%、90%、80%置信水平下压间覆盖率分别达到0.811~0.986、0.739~0.975、0.617~0.960,覆盖率接近理论期望。相比VMD-SSA-LSTM和CNN-BiLSTM-Attention模型,本文方法在各预测时间尺度下均表现出较好的稳定性和预测精度,为库区滑坡监测预警提供了一种技术方法。 展开更多

针对水力发电机组运行状态趋势预测技术中存在精度不高、结果波动较大等问题,本文提出了一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)和多尺度时空Transformer的水电机组健康状态趋势预测模型。该方法首先采用VMD将原始健康指标序列自适应分解为一组本征... 针对水力发电机组运行状态趋势预测技术中存在精度不高、结果波动较大等问题,本文提出了一种基于变分模态分解(VMD)和多尺度时空Transformer的水电机组健康状态趋势预测模型。该方法首先采用VMD将原始健康指标序列自适应分解为一组本征模态函数(IMF),以抑制噪声并简化序列非平稳性;随后将各IMF分量分别输入多尺度时空Transformer模型进行预测。该模型采用并行多尺度扩张卷积模块以挖掘数据的多维特征,并利用Transformer编码器对数据的长期时序依赖进行全局建模;最终,集成所有分量的预测结果重构完整的健康状态趋势。为验证该模型的有效性,本文以福建省某水电站3#机组实际数据为例开展研究。结果表明,所提模型在预测性能上远超GRU、Transformer等基线模型,关键指标最高提升约70%。具体而言,其预测结果的RMSE低至0.004 25,MAPE仅为0.51%,且R2高达0.987 4。 展开更多

准确预测电池剩余使用寿命(RUL)对保障电池管理系统的安全运行至关重要。然而,电池容量再生效应和测量误差会影响RUL预测精度,传统经验模态分解(EMD)虽能分解信号,却存在模态混叠问题;此外,现有方法中变分模态分解、预测模型核心参数大... 准确预测电池剩余使用寿命(RUL)对保障电池管理系统的安全运行至关重要。然而,电池容量再生效应和测量误差会影响RUL预测精度,传统经验模态分解(EMD)虽能分解信号,却存在模态混叠问题;此外,现有方法中变分模态分解、预测模型核心参数大多依赖手动设置,不仅耗时费力且预测效果受主观因素影响较大。针对上述难题,提出了一种基于ALA优化VMD和Transformer-BiGRU的预测方法。利用人工旅鼠算法(ALA)对变分模态分解(VMD)的模态分解层数与惩罚因子进行优化,通过VMD将电池容量数据分解为不同频率的模态分量,减小容量再生效应和测量误差的影响。构建了结合注意力机制(Transformer)和双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)的预测模型,并通过海星优化算法(SFOA)优化模型结构和关键参数,将各分量的预测结果加和得到最终预测值。基于MATLAB平台在两组公开数据集上验证了所提模型的有效性,并与其他预测方法进行对比。结果表明,所提方法的均方根误差(RMSE)均低于0.5%,预测精度较高。 展开更多

矿井涌水量预测对安全生产至关重要,但其序列具有非平稳、非线性及多尺度耦合等复杂特性,传统方法难以准确预测。为此,提出一种融合互补集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)与多头注意力(Transformer注意力)机制的智能预测模型,核心突破在于通过... 矿井涌水量预测对安全生产至关重要,但其序列具有非平稳、非线性及多尺度耦合等复杂特性,传统方法难以准确预测。为此,提出一种融合互补集合经验模态分解(CEEMDAN)与多头注意力(Transformer注意力)机制的智能预测模型,核心突破在于通过“多尺度分解-全局依赖捕捉-关键特征强化”的三级协同架构,解决非平稳时序预测中模态混叠、长时依赖丢失及特征贡献失衡问题。具体而言,模型首先利用CEEMDAN将原始涌水量序列自适应分解为具有明确物理意义的固有模态函数(IMF)与残差分量,从根源上抑制模态混叠、降低数据复杂度;随后通过基于多头自注意力的Transformer编码器,结合位置编码精准捕捉不同频率IMF分量的全局时序依赖,突破传统循环神经网络长时依赖捕捉能力不足的局限;最终引入通道注意力模块,自适应加权多尺度特征,显著强化关键分量对预测结果的贡献度。基于山西省大同市塔山矿二盘区某工作面实测数据的验证结果表明,该模型预测性能全面优于ARIMA、LSTM、VMD-DBN等11类主流模型:平均绝对误差(EMA)降至27.4 m^(3)/d,均方根误差(ERMS)低至31.5 m^(3)/d,决定系数(R2)高达0.96,其中R2较最优对比模型(Informer)提升2.1%,为非平稳矿井涌水量预测提供了高精度、强适应性的新方法,对矿井水害防控与排水系统优化具有重要工程应用价值。 展开更多

A theoretical investigation on the surface plasmon polariton in a gold cylindrical nanocable is presented. By solving a complete set of Maxwell's equations in the nanocable (with a 50 nm radius gold nanocore, 10-300 nm silica layer, and 30-200nm gold nanocladding), the dispersion relations on the optical frequency and on the silica thickness are discussed. When the silica thickness varies from 50 to 250 nm, at a fixed waveleltgth, the strong coupling between the gold nanocore and the nanocladding leads to a symmetric-like surface mode and an antisymmetric-like surface mode in the nanocable. The transformation between the surface mode and the waveguide mode in this structure is also investigated. The results will be helpful for understanding the surface waves in the subwavelength structures. 展开更多

The dispersion and multiple modes characteristics which exist in the propagation of Lamb waves (LW) in metal plates make it extremely hard to analyze and recognize the detection echo signals of defects. As a newly developed time-frequency analysis method in recent years, Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) is one of the powerful tools to analyze non-stationary signals. The experimental LW detecting system for single aluminum plate is setup in this work, and the LW detecting signals are analyzed by HHT. The overlapped LW detecting signals of different modes are recognized by the means of extracting flight time of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) after Hilbert transform (HT). The experiment results, agreeing well with the theoretical analysis, indicate that the HHT method can clearly recognize overlapped LW detecting signals of different modes in metal plates, but could hardly recognize that of the same mode. HHT can be an effective method to recognize LW detecting signals of different modes in metal plates. 展开更多

Reliability allocation of computerized numerical controlled(CNC)lathes is very important in industry.Traditional allocation methods only focus on high-failure rate components rather than moderate failure rate components,which is not applicable in some conditions.Aiming at solving the problem of CNC lathes reliability allocating,a comprehensive reliability allocation method based on cubic transformed functions of failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA)is presented.Firstly,conventional reliability allocation methods are introduced.Then the limitations of direct combination of comprehensive allocation method with the exponential transformed FMEA method are investigated.Subsequently,a cubic transformed function is established in order to overcome these limitations.Properties of the new transformed functions are discussed by considering the failure severity and the failure occurrence.Designers can choose appropriate transform amplitudes according to their requirements.Finally,a CNC lathe and a spindle system are used as an example to verify the new allocation method.Seven criteria are considered to compare the results of the new method with traditional methods.The allocation results indicate that the new method is more flexible than traditional methods.By employing the new cubic transformed function,the method covers a wider range of problems in CNC reliability allocation without losing the advantages of traditional methods. 展开更多

针对滚动轴承故障诊断中单一传感器信息不足及复杂环境下诊断率偏低的问题,提出了一种基于变分模态分解(VMD:Variational Mode Decomposition)和多头交叉注意力机制的多模态融合方法。其通过对声振信号的自适应分解,提取关键本征模态分... 针对滚动轴承故障诊断中单一传感器信息不足及复杂环境下诊断率偏低的问题,提出了一种基于变分模态分解(VMD:Variational Mode Decomposition)和多头交叉注意力机制的多模态融合方法。其通过对声振信号的自适应分解,提取关键本征模态分量(IMFs:Intrinsic Mode Functions),并利用交叉注意力机制对声振信号特征进行交互融合,从而实现多模态信息的深度提取与噪声抑制。最后通过Softmax分类器进行故障识别。实验结果表明,所提方法有效降低了噪声干扰,显著提高了故障诊断准确率,相较传统方法表现出更高的鲁棒性和精度。 展开更多

风机叶片质量不平衡会导致风机在旋转时产生较大的离心力,进而引发整个系统的机械振动,长期处于振动情况下运行,风机叶片、主轴和传动系统等关键部件会产生应力集中,缩短风机使用寿命及其发电效率。针对风机叶片不平衡造成的风电机组振... 风机叶片质量不平衡会导致风机在旋转时产生较大的离心力,进而引发整个系统的机械振动,长期处于振动情况下运行,风机叶片、主轴和传动系统等关键部件会产生应力集中,缩短风机使用寿命及其发电效率。针对风机叶片不平衡造成的风电机组振动信号难以提取以及模型诊断精度低、模型结构复杂的问题,文章提出一种基于变分模态分解(variational mode decomposition,VMD)信号输入的轻量化Transformer模型,用于风机叶片不平衡故障诊断。首先对原始的振动信号进行变分模态分解,将其分解为多个模态的时域信号,增大故障信号的维度;其次,为了降低模型的复杂度,提出一种不含位置编码的改进Transformer诊断模型,简化模型复杂度;最后通过监测和数据采集(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)系统采集风机机舱振动数据进行实验分析。实验结果表明,所提方案可以实现对风机叶片质量不平衡故障诊断,其精度可达到98.3%。 展开更多

The observations of in-situ spacecraft mission in the magnetosheath and a region of thermalized subsonic plasma behind the bow shock reveal a non-linear behaviour of plasma waves. The study of waves and optics in Physics has given the understanding of the effect of many waves coming together to form a wave field or wave packet. The common aspect of such study shows that two or more waves can superimpose constructively or destructively. The sudden high magnetic field data in the magnetosheath displays such possibility of superposition of waves. In this paper, we use the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and Hilbert transform (HT) techniques to determine the instantaneous frequencies of low frequency plasma waves in the magnetosheath. Our analysis has shown that the turbulent behavior of magnetic field in the magnetosheath within the selected period is due to superposition of waves. 展开更多
