Four types of seismic design details were tested using 11 transfer column specimens and one comparison specimen of RC under low cyclic reversed loading. Test results show that diagonal cracks control the failure pattern and damage occurs mainly in the RC section with weak shear capacity in the transfer columns. There is a large difference in the bearing capacity and ductility of the transfer columns according to the test results, which indicates that the strengthening effect of diverse structural measures is quite different. The section ratio of I-section-encased steel and the axial compression ratio also have a great influence on the bearing capacity and ductility. Although the bearing capacity of transfer columns with additional longitudinal bars and additional X bars is relatively large, they have poor deformation capacity. Setting more stirrups along the columns is the best structural measure to enhance the seismic performance. The studs on the I-sectionencased steel by welding can help to complete the stress transfer between the steel and concrete, and avoid performance degradation of the two materials due to bonding failure. 展开更多

The volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients in a multistage column have been measured using axial dispersion model for toluene–acetone–water system. The effect of operating parameters on the volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients has been investigated for both mass transfer directions. The results show that the mass transfer performance is strongly dependent on rotor speed and mass transfer direction, although only slightly dependent on phase flow rates. In addition, empirical correlations to predict the overall mass transfer coefficients have been developed. The proposed correlations based on dimensionless numbers can be considered as a useful tool for the possible scale up of the multistage column extractor. 展开更多

To make more homogenous organic monolithic structure, reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) process was employed in the synthesis of the clenbuterol imprinted polymer. In the synthesis, the influence of synthetic conditions on the polymer structure and separation efficiency was studied. The result demonstrated that the imprinted columns prepared with RAFT process have higher column efficiency and selectivity than the columns prepared with conventional polymerization in the present study, which may result from the higher surface area, smaller pore size and the narrower globule size distribution in their structures. The result indicated that RAFT polymerization provided better conditions for the clenbuterol imprinted monolithic polymer preparation. 2009 Xiang Chao Dong. This paper investigates the thermal-coupled effect across the wall and the optimal heat transfer region of the wall for enhancing the energy saving effect of dividing wall column (DWC), and also studies the effects of feed thermal condition (q) and middle component composition of feed (cB) on the heat transfer process, the optimal heat transfer region, and the maximum heat transfer quantity across the wall. The simulation results show that the maximum heat transfer quantity across the wall and the potential for energy saving increase with the increase of q, while with the limitation of temperature difference across the wall, the beneficial heat transfer effect between certain range of stages, which are involved in the optimal heat transfer region, cannot be realized completely for a specific value of q. Besides, compared with q, a changing cB does not change the degree of realizing the beneficial heat transfer effect, but can bring about the variation of liquid split ratio (RL) and vapor split ratio (Rv). Thus, for achieving a maximum energy-saving effect of DWC, different q and cB need to find its own corresponding suitable heat transfer process across the wall. 展开更多

Heat transfer and bubble phenomena were investigated by adopting the drift flux model in a viscous slurry bubble column reactor (SBCR), having a diameter of 0.0508 m(ID) and height 1.5 m. The effects of superficial gas velocity (0.002 -0.164 m/s), solid concentration (0 - 20 wt%) and liquid viscosity (paraffin oil;16.9 mPa&bull;s and squalane;25.9 mPa&bull;s) on the gas holdup and heat transfer characteristics were examined. It was observed that the gas holdup increased with increasing superficial gas velocity (UG), but decreased with increasing solid concentration (SC) or slurry viscosity. The degree of non-uniformity in a SBCR could be determined by the modified drift flux model at the heterogeneous flow regime. The local heat transfer coefficient (h) between the immersed heater and the bed decreased with increasing liquid viscosity and SC, but it increased with increasing UG. The modified Nusselt number including the gas holdup and local heat transfer coefficient was well correlated in terms of dimensionless groups such as Reynolds and Prandtl numbers. 展开更多

Experimental results obtained indicated that (FG) stack packed extraction column was proved to possess high throughput capacity and excellent mass transfer efficiency. Replacing rotary discs with FG packings in a lube furfural extraction tower was quite success with significant economical benefits being claimed. 展开更多

The axial mixing is a key factor for design and scaling up of the pulsed extraction column which has strong influence on the mass transfer performances of the pulsed extraction column with discs and doughnuts. A steady-state concentration profile measurement was used to evaluate the mass transfer and axial mixing coefficients for the nitric acid/water/30%TRPO (in kerosene) system in the pulsed extraction column with the diameter of 38 mm on the condition of the TRPO-kerosene solution as the continuous phase and the flow ratio of 1∶1. Experimental results indicate that Ey evaluated by the experiments is in good agreement with that given by Burratti’s correlation; the axial mixing is far smaller for the continuous phase than that for the dispersed phase. However the empirical correlation for HOX is only given based on the present data. 展开更多

The variation in arc characteristics and behavior of metal transfer with the change in pulse parameters has been studied by high speed video camera during pulse current flux-cored arc weld deposition.A comparative study of similar nature has also been carried out during flux-cored arc weld deposition in globular and spray transfer modes.The effect of pulse parameters has been studied by considering their mean current and arc voltage.The arc characteristics studied by its root diameter,projected diameter and length,and the behavior of metal transfer noted by the metal transfer model and the droplet diameter have been found to vary significantly with the pulse parameters.The observation may help in understanding the arc characteristics with respect to the variation in pulse parameters which may be beneficial in using pulse current FCAW to produce desired weld quality. 展开更多

Enhanced boiling experiments of two different enhanced structures were carried out in a thermosyphon loop evaporator chamber. One was micro-columns array structure (MCAS), which was fabricated on copper plate surface with interaction high speed wire electrode discharge machining (HS-WEDM). The other was the ramification of MCAS, named micro-column-array and sintered-copper compound structure (MSCS), which was fabricated with sintered method on micro-column array structure. Considering the wall superheat and critical heat flux (CHF), comparisons were made between them. The results show that both MCAS and MSCS can enhance the boiling heat transfer. It is also found that the enhanced boiling heat transfer ability of MSCS is changed obviously while the porosity of the sintered copper layer is changed. 展开更多

Artificial neural network (ANN), fuzzy logic (FL) and genetic algorithm (GA) framework were chosen as the best methodologies for design, optimization and control of crude oil distillation column. It was discovered that many past researchers used rigorous simulations which led to convergence problems that were time consuming. The use of dynamic mathematical models was also challenging as these models were also time dependent. 大型石化管道服役期间,受复杂工作环境影响,可能发生高频剧烈振动,影响结构正常使用,并存在较大的安全隐患,因此,很有必要对此类振动现象开展相关研究。以某丙烷脱氢装置的大型管道为对象,基于现场实测数据,分析了管道振动特性,并利用... 大型石化管道服役期间,受复杂工作环境影响,可能发生高频剧烈振动,影响结构正常使用,并存在较大的安全隐患,因此,很有必要对此类振动现象开展相关研究。以某丙烷脱氢装置的大型管道为对象,基于现场实测数据,分析了管道振动特性,并利用传递矩阵法,获取了管道内部不同工况下的气柱固有频率。研究发现:管道振动的加速度幅值大、位移幅值小,振动频率较高,且卓越频率之间存在明显的倍数关系,即倍频现象,如26 Hz和52 Hz;气柱固有频率与管道固有频率接近,结合压缩机的激励频率,引发了管道的共振现象。该研究采用的方法简便高效,可用于分析丙烷脱氢装置大型管道的振动特性,探求管道振动的原因,并为类似管道的性能评估和减振方案设计提供参考依据。 展开更多

基于某TOD项目设计实践,分析和归纳了项目结构设计的特点和难点,如高烈度湿陷性黄土场地地基处理及基础选型、盖上结构短墙肢转换、盖上盖下楼层结构侧向刚度比、结构竖向构件不能落地等问题,并对难点问题进行了分析研究。对于建筑基础... 基于某TOD项目设计实践,分析和归纳了项目结构设计的特点和难点,如高烈度湿陷性黄土场地地基处理及基础选型、盖上结构短墙肢转换、盖上盖下楼层结构侧向刚度比、结构竖向构件不能落地等问题,并对难点问题进行了分析研究。对于建筑基础,在设计中综合考虑基础埋深、地基处理、基底压力、场地周边情况、后期施工干扰及工程造价等因素,进行方案对比,提出优化后的CFG复合地基方案;对于毗邻地铁设施的住宅结构,分析了该类型项目住宅结构的设计难点,并给出针对性的结构设计措施;对受场地产权限制的办公楼下部竖向构件不能落地问题,设计采用折柱转换方式,进行相关性能分析,提出相关措施。上述设计措施和方法,节约了项目工程造价,加快了施工进度,可为后期类似项目提供借鉴。 展开更多

京杭大运河博物院塔楼部分是型钢混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,为实现建筑结构立面收进,其外围框架大量采用偏心受压、逐层收进的型钢混凝土搭接柱转换结构.为检验搭接柱转换结构的可靠性,开展了缩尺比为1:5的三榀三层型钢混凝土搭接柱转换结... 京杭大运河博物院塔楼部分是型钢混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,为实现建筑结构立面收进,其外围框架大量采用偏心受压、逐层收进的型钢混凝土搭接柱转换结构.为检验搭接柱转换结构的可靠性,开展了缩尺比为1:5的三榀三层型钢混凝土搭接柱转换结构组成的子结构试件的竖向静力试验研究.试验结果表明:在1.2倍设计荷载作用和模拟原结构的边界支撑条件下,搭接柱转换结构试件的型钢和钢筋应力远小于钢材屈服强度,位移随荷载基本呈线性变化,试件整体处于弹性工作状态,具有较高的承载力储备.采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立搭接柱转换结构试件的精细化有限元模型并进行分析.试验和有限元分析结果均表明,搭接柱转换结构试件受压最严重的区域是第一层中柱柱顶靠近上层偏心柱的一侧,受拉最严重的区域是第一层与该柱相连的梁.建议在搭接柱转换结构的设计中,将下层柱与搭接块悬挑段的连接设计为加腋过渡. 展开更多

[目的]对80 t鼓泡式生物反应器进行流场模拟分析,改进设备,提升发酵效率。[方法]利用计算流体力学对鼓泡式生物反应器内的气液两相流进行数值模拟。采用欧拉—欧拉法和k-ε模型模拟气液两相湍流,并耦合群平衡模型(PBM)预测气泡尺寸,模拟反应器内流型、液速、能量耗散率、气含率和气泡大小分布的情况,根据渗透模型计算反应器内的体积氧传质系数(kLa),分析回流管中的回流角度和直径对反应器供氧能力的影响。[结果]回流管对反应器流场影响显著,液速、能量耗散率、气泡大小等受到了回流管正向影响,反应器体积氧传质系数为1093 h^(-1)。回流管回流角度和回流管直径有交互作用,最优组合为直径150 mm,角度45°,此时体积氧传质系数为1428 h^(-1)。[结论]回流管装置起到了关键作用,能使鼓泡反应器在供氧能力上不低于同规模搅拌反应器。 展开更多

高效液相色谱系统作为诸多领域的关键分析手段,提升其分离效率、稳定性和普适性是研究重点。在该技术手段中,流动相的组成和比例、固定相的种类以及色谱柱的尺寸等显著影响分离效果,色谱柱和流动相的温度对分离效果也起到了至关重要的... 高效液相色谱系统作为诸多领域的关键分析手段,提升其分离效率、稳定性和普适性是研究重点。在该技术手段中,流动相的组成和比例、固定相的种类以及色谱柱的尺寸等显著影响分离效果,色谱柱和流动相的温度对分离效果也起到了至关重要的作用。高效液相色谱系统通常采用柱温箱进行温度控制,高精度的温度控制可提升色谱分离性能、缩短分析时间、确保分析结果的重复性。本文创新性地改进了柱温箱的结构,通过融合多种先进温度控制算法,实现了高精度、宽范围(4~90℃)的连续升降温控制,为色谱分析方法发展开辟了新路径。此改进摒弃了复杂的硬件系统,仅通过软件优化即达成了高度稳定的控温效果,控温精度提升至±0.1℃。此外,通过优化保温结构与采用环保隔热材料,也增强了控温精细化能力;对于热源热传导机制的研究,进一步提升了柱温箱的综合性能。结果表明,该改进显著提高了色谱分离的重复性和稳定性,为高效色谱分析方法的发展奠定了坚实基础。 展开更多
