This paper presents one kind of power-exchanging transaction model among price-varied power plants, which will be beneficial to price-varied power plants without any loss of profits of them and guarantee state-owned assets profits in minimum loss with no promotion of average price limit by power plants. Under ideal conditions, the computation results showed the sufficiency and necessity of power-exchanging transaction and maximum similarity with the requirements of optimized resources disposition in economics. In today's China,new business models represented by the sharing economy and platform economy are thriving and have become an important part of economic development.However,the high degree of digitization,virtualiz...In today's China,new business models represented by the sharing economy and platform economy are thriving and have become an important part of economic development.However,the high degree of digitization,virtualization,and diversification of transaction models in these new business models are profoundly transforming the traditional economic operation logic,posing challenges to the substantive and administrative systems of the current income tax law,as well as structural impacts to the tax system caused by industrial automation.This urgently requires corresponding adjustments to the tax system structure.In response to these challenges,tax law systems tailored to new business models should be established,adhering to the guiding principles of balancing tax eficiency and tax equity,managing the relationship between the responsiveness and stability of tax laws,and coordinating domestic tax laws with international tax reforms.In terms of specific implementation pathways,measures should be formulated for improving the tax law system,including refining substantive tax systems and tax administration systems that align with new business models,and rationally addressing the structural challenges posed by new business models to tax revenue,to promote the healthy development of new business models within the framework of the rule of law.展开更多

An epoch-based transaction model was proposed by using the concept of sphere of control (SoC), and a collaborative sensing application can be dynamically formed as a nested architecture composed of time-synchronized applications. By loosening the rigid constraints of ACID to adapt the requirements of sensor networks, the submission, rollback and consistency rules ware educed and a two-phrase submission protocol was designed. Finally, it was illustrated that the model is capable of providing an adaptive formal template for sensing application collaboration. Our performance evaluations show that by applying the two-phrase submission protocol, we can significantly improve the number of reported answers and response time, raise resource utilization, and reduce the energy cansumption and data loss.展开更多
The power market’s construction necessitates taking into account the link between medium and long-term transactions to the spot market during its transition phase.The purpose of this article is to assess the compatib...The power market’s construction necessitates taking into account the link between medium and long-term transactions to the spot market during its transition phase.The purpose of this article is to assess the compatibility and unification between the electricity spot market and the medium to long-term transaction market,and to propose a dual-chain transaction structure to guarantee the safety and adaptability of transactions.A new power transaction model is devised to guarantee that both sides in the transaction are apportioning electricity with the aim ofmaximizing the interests of both,due to the unequal allotment of electricity between the spot and medium to long-term markets.The blockchain’s credit data,coupled with the power balance constraint,allows for the screening of the relevant transaction parties and confirmation of the transaction price after the Electricity distribution.Subsequently,a series of smart contracts are created to address the trust issues caused by central institutions’interference in traditional transactions,and guarantee the reliability and steadiness of transaction data through a consensus process.展开更多

However, no current transaction model can provide full transaction support for such long running business processes. This paper proposes a new transaction model, the pessimistic predicate/transform (PP/T) model, which can provide full transaction support for long running business processes. A framework was proposed on the enterprise JavaBeans platform to implement the PP/T model. The framework enables application developers to focus on the business logic, with the underlying platform providing the required transactional semantics. The development and maintenance effort are therefore greatly reduced. Simulations show that the model has a sound concurrency management ability for long running business processes.展开更多
