The closed-loop reservoir management technique enables a dynamic and real-time optimal production schedule under the existing reservoir conditions to be achieved by adjusting the injection and production strategies. This is one of the most effective ways to exploit limited oil reserves more economically and efficiently. There are two steps in closed-loop reservoir management: automatic history matching and reservoir production opti- mization. Both of the steps are large-scale complicated optimization problems. This paper gives a general review of the two basic techniques in closed-loop reservoir man- agement; summarizes the applications of gradient-based algorithms, gradient-free algorithms, and artificial intelligence algorithms; analyzes the characteristics and application conditions of these optimization methods; and finally discusses the emphases and directions of future research on both automatic history matching and reservoir production optimization. 展开更多

IMLMA:An Intelligent Algorithm for Model Lifecycle Management with Automated Retraining,Versioning,and Monitoring

With the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence(AI)in domains such as power,transportation,and finance,the number of machine learning and deep learning models has grown exponentially.However,challenges such as delayed retraining,inconsistent version management,insufficient drift monitoring,and limited data security still hinder efficient and reliable model operations.To address these issues,this paper proposes the Intelligent Model Lifecycle Management Algorithm(IMLMA).The algorithm employs a dual-trigger mechanism based on both data volume thresholds and time intervals to automate retraining,and applies Bayesian optimization for adaptive hyperparameter tuning to improve performance.A multi-metric replacement strategy,incorporating MSE,MAE,and R2,ensures that new models replace existing ones only when performance improvements are guaranteed.A versioning and traceability database supports comparison and visualization,while real-time monitoring with stability analysis enables early warnings of latency and drift.Finally,hash-based integrity checks secure both model files and datasets.Experimental validation in a power metering operation scenario demonstrates that IMLMA reduces model update delays,enhances predictive accuracy and stability,and maintains low latency under high concurrency.This work provides a practical,reusable,and scalable solution for intelligent model lifecycle management,with broad applicability to complex systems such as smart grids. 展开更多

The saving of non-renewable energies, as well as the reduction of emissions into the environment, are two crucial objectives of industrial production. The recovery of post-consumer products associated with the use of end-of-life products is part of a context of optimization of these objectives. This recovery maximizes the use of resources from end-of-life products in a circular logic while recording the environmental footprint. This study considers a recycling strategy adapted to the need and urgency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by global warming. The proposed model aims to optimize the profits of the circular manufacturing strategies while minimizing operational costs (collection, sorting, recycling), transport, GHG emissions and recycling. In this paper, a compromise between the gains of CM and the costs associated with it was studied. The robustness of the designed model was tested using a case study based on real-world scenarios. A sensitivity analysis was carried out to study the impact of the emission cost on the overall objective, considering the two options currently offered to industries. The obtained results support companies to take the ecological aspect into account and integrate sustainable development into their strategic axes for their logistics supply chains. 展开更多

Application of Closed-Loop Nursing Management Mode in Neurology Department

Objective: with the increasing awareness of national health care and rights protection, the requirements for achieving high-quality prognosis and complete medical care skills are increasing. This is thought-provoking. In recent years, closed-loop management has been widely discussed and applied in the field of health care. Methods: 780 patients hospitalized in hospitals from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group, and 820 patients hospitalized in hospitals from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the observation group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing management. The observation group applied the closed-loop nursing management mode, which took the time of nurses nursing patients as the main line. The content of nursing work runs through the whole nursing work flow of nurses from the beginning of nursing, the implementation of nursing process, the end of nursing and the handover, forming a closed-loop process chain, which refines and streamlines nursing work and emphasizes the whole process quality control. Results: the difference between the two nursing management modes was evaluated by comparing the nurses' awareness rate of illness, mastery rate of safety knowledge of patients or accompanying nurses, satisfaction of patients or accompanying nurses, nursing quality and incidence rate of nursing risk events. Conclusion: the application effect of closed-loop management in neurology department is better than that of routine management, which can effectively improve the nursing effect and reduce the incidence of adverse risk events, and is worthy of clinical application. 展开更多

Based on the run-time-supporting environment provided by domestic based software, traceability management system of agricultural products quality and safety was constructed. [Result] The traceability management system provided the information interaction and comprehensive management platform of agricultural product quality and safety based on domestic based software for the government, enterprises and consumers. During the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) emergency, many hospitals were built or renovated around the world to meet the challenges posed by the rising number of infected cases. Environmental management in the hospital life cycle is vital in preventing nosocomial infection and includes many infection control procedures. In certain urgent situations, a hospital must be completed quickly, and work process approval and supervision must therefore be accelerated. Thus, many works cannot be checked in detail. This results in a lack of work liability control and increases the difficulty of ensuring the fulfillment of key infection prevention measures. This study investigates how blockchain technology can transform the work quality inspection workflow to assist in nosocomial infection control under a fast delivery requirement. A blockchain-based life-cycle environmental management framework is proposed to track the fulfillment of crucial infection control measures in the design, construction, and operation stages of hospitals. The proposed framework allows for work quality checking after the work is completed, when some work cannot be checked on time. Illustrative use cases are selected to demonstrate the capabilities of the developed solution. This study provides new insights into applying blockchain technology to address the challenge of environmental management brought by rapid delivery requirements. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Nutritional support for patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit(ICU)is an important part of clinical treatment and care,but there are significant implementation difficulties.AIM To introduce a modified nutritional support management system for ICU patients based on closed-loop information management and psychological counseling.METHODS The division of functions,personnel training,system construction,development of an intelligent decision-making software system,quality control,and improvement of the whole process were carried out to systematically manage nutritional support for ICU patients.RESULTS Following the implementation of the whole process management system,the scores of ICU medical staff’s knowledge,attitudes/beliefs,and practices regarding nutritional support were comprehensively enhanced.The proportion of hospital bed-days of total enteral nutrition(EN)in ICU patients increased from 5.58%to 11.46%,and the proportion of EN plus parenteral nutrition increased from 42.71%to 47.07%.The rate of EN initiation within 48 h of ICU admission increased from 37.50%to 48.28%,and the EN compliance rate within 72 h elevated from 20.59%to 31.72%.After the implementation of the project,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale score decreased from 61.07±9.91 points to 52.03±9.02 points,the Self-rating Depression Scale score reduced from 62.47±10.50 points to 56.34±9.83 points,and the ICU stay decreased from 5.76±2.77 d to 5.10±2.12 d.CONCLUSION The nutritional support management system based on closed-loop information management and psychological counseling achieved remarkable results in clinical applications in ICU patients. 展开更多

Methods: 200 devices were selected before and after the implementation of the retrospective system management. The control group was selected before the implementation, and the experimental group was selected after the implementation. Results: the quality management score of medical devices was significantly higher after the implementation of traceability system management than before. The satisfaction score was significantly higher after the implementation of traceability system management than before, P < 0.05. Conclusion: traceability system management has a significant effect in the management of disinfection supply center equipment, with high satisfaction of medical staff and good management effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 展开更多

目的调查广东省183家医院外来医疗器械及植入物首次灭菌验证的执行现状,比较不同等级医院差异并提出管理对策。方法采用便利抽样,对抽取的广东省183所医院消毒供应中心外来医疗器械及植入物首次灭菌验证现状进行在线调查。结果183所医... 目的调查广东省183家医院外来医疗器械及植入物首次灭菌验证的执行现状,比较不同等级医院差异并提出管理对策。方法采用便利抽样,对抽取的广东省183所医院消毒供应中心外来医疗器械及植入物首次灭菌验证现状进行在线调查。结果183所医院消毒供应中心参与调研,其中三级医院101所(55.2%),二级医院82所(44.8%)。三级医院消毒供应中心在植入物监管审核、医疗供应管理系统管理、首次灭菌验证范围和专用灭菌程序等方面均优于二级医院(P<0.01)。146所(79.8%)医院消毒供应中心严格控制灭菌包重量≤7 kg;48所(26.2%)医院消毒供应中心能确保常规接收与首次灭菌验证的包内配置完全一致。结论外来医疗器械管理与首次灭菌验证执行方面三级医院均优于二级医院。首次灭菌验证方法还需要进一步规范,需特别关注常规接收与首次灭菌验证的一致性。 展开更多

目的:构建智能化药品追溯码扫码系统,以响应国家关于药品追溯码扫码的政策要求,提高药品使用的安全性和差错防控能力。方法:在医院HIS系统发药及退药端嵌入智能扫码界面。系统在药品入库阶段实行药品标识码的动态维护;出库时,扫码仪仅... 目的:构建智能化药品追溯码扫码系统,以响应国家关于药品追溯码扫码的政策要求,提高药品使用的安全性和差错防控能力。方法:在医院HIS系统发药及退药端嵌入智能扫码界面。系统在药品入库阶段实行药品标识码的动态维护;出库时,扫码仪仅识别药品追溯码,自动屏蔽无效信息码,并支持单扫、多扫及混扫的灵活交互设计,以适应不同的工作场景需求。同时,引入实时防错反馈机制,通过直观变化提示(如重复扫码提醒、多拿药标红提示以及错拿药强制确认),帮助药师及时发现并纠正错误。结果:系统上线后,药品扫码率提升至98.20%,药品调剂差错率下降69.23%,患者取药时间无统计学意义改变(P>0.05),表明该系统在保障发药效率的同时,大幅提升了用药安全性和发药准确性。结论:智能化药品追溯码扫码系统在提升药品用药安全方面具有显著价值,可为其他医疗机构药品追溯体系建设提供参考,并推动药品信息化追溯体系的广泛应用与持续优化。 展开更多

目的构建基于药品批号和追溯码融合的智慧药房全流程管理体系,解决中心药房拆零药品追溯码上传率低与追溯难的问题,提升中心药房精细化管理水平与用药安全。方法遵循FOCUS-PDCA框架(发现问题、组织团队、澄清现状、理解原因、选择方案-... 目的构建基于药品批号和追溯码融合的智慧药房全流程管理体系,解决中心药房拆零药品追溯码上传率低与追溯难的问题,提升中心药房精细化管理水平与用药安全。方法遵循FOCUS-PDCA框架(发现问题、组织团队、澄清现状、理解原因、选择方案-计划、执行、检查、处理),实施优化批号管理流程、引入“预扫描登记”技术及建立动态“码池”机制等举措,构建药品批号追溯码管理体系;并基于2025年6-8月的我院医保上传数据与业务运行指标,对比分析体系实施前后的管理效能差异。结果我院成功构建了药品批号追溯码管理体系,实现了住院药品特别是拆零药品的“一物一码”全流程与批号关联。应用该体系后,住院药品追溯码上传率为100%,显著高于我市其他三级医院住院药品平均上传率(最高仅为23.22%,P<0.001);库存盘点误差率由0.9%降至0.3%(降幅为66.7%);日均调剂内部差错数量由1.43起下降至0.37起;临时医嘱平均调配时间(14.75 min)恢复至该体系实施前的常规水平(14.42 min)。结论该体系通过“预扫描登记-码池管理-闭环追溯”模式,实现了单个最小包装单位药品的可追溯,提高了追溯码上传率,在大幅降低发药差错率的同时,并不增加临时医嘱调配的时间成本,兼顾了效率与追溯闭环。 展开更多

目的:分析基于药品追溯码调配制度的药品管理在门诊药房处方调配中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年7—12月江苏省中医院药物处方1000张作为对照组,在此期间药房实行常规管理。选取2025年1—7月江苏省中医院药物处方1000张作为研究组,在此... 目的:分析基于药品追溯码调配制度的药品管理在门诊药房处方调配中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年7—12月江苏省中医院药物处方1000张作为对照组,在此期间药房实行常规管理。选取2025年1—7月江苏省中医院药物处方1000张作为研究组,在此期间药房应用基于药品追溯码调配制度的药品管理。对比两组药品调剂情况、药房工作情况。结果:研究组药品扫码率高于对照组(P<0.001);研究组药品调剂差错率低于对照组(P=0.034)。研究组取药时间、处方平均调配时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。两组药房日均调剂量无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:基于药品追溯码调配制度的药品管理在门诊药房处方调配中的应用效果良好,能够降低药品调剂差错率,提升药房工作效率,保障临床用药安全。 展开更多

医院门诊药房发药环节药品追溯码全量采集实施与效果评价

目的探讨门诊药房发药环节全量采集药品追溯码的改进措施及效果,旨在提高药品质量,保障患者用药安全。方法基于MECE(Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive)原则,对医院门诊药房药品追溯码采集覆盖率低的影响因素进行分析,实施升... 目的探讨门诊药房发药环节全量采集药品追溯码的改进措施及效果,旨在提高药品质量,保障患者用药安全。方法基于MECE(Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive)原则,对医院门诊药房药品追溯码采集覆盖率低的影响因素进行分析,实施升级扫描设备、发药追溯流程再造、信息系统改造等改进措施。结果改进后2024年11月总采集追溯码729979条,发放药品756227个最小包装,追溯码采集覆盖率为96.53%,门诊发药环节药品追溯码采集率达到重庆市医保局要求。平均取药等候时间的组间差异具有统计学意义(F=30.252,P<0.001),进一步行事后多重比较发现:扫描枪组和高拍仪组的平均取药等候时间均显著长于对照组(均P<0.001),而高拍仪组平均取药等候时间短于扫描枪组(P=0.001);追溯码全量采集后出门差错例数减少,差错类型为审核类差错。结论通过设备升级、流程改造等改进措施,我院追溯码采集覆盖率提高,达到重庆市医保局采集率要求,追溯码全量采集提高了发药准确性和退药安全性。在提升扫描效率的同时,高拍仪相较扫描枪模式可缩短患者的平均取药等候时间,减轻药师扫码压力。 展开更多
