In order to develop a general calculating rotor’s torsional stiffness based on stiffness influence coefficient for different rotor assembling, the calculation method of the torsional stiffness influence coefficient of equal thickness disc is researched in this paper at first. Then the torsional stiffness influence coefficient λ of equal thickness disc is fit to a binary curved face and a calculation equation is obtained based on a large quantity of calculating data, which lays the foundation for research on a general calculating method of rotor torsional stiffness. Thirdly a simplified calculation method for equivalent stiffness diameter of stepped equal thickness disc and cone disc in the steam turbine generators is suggested. Finally a general calculating program for calculating rotor’s torsional vibration features is developed, and the torsional vibration features of a verity of steam turbine rotors are calculated for verification. The calculating results show that stiffness influence coefficient λ of equal-thickness disc depends on parameters of B and H, as well as the stiffness influence coefficient λ;and discs with complex structure can be simplified to equal-thickness discs with little error by using the method suggested in this paper;error can be controlled within 1% when equivalent diameter of stiffness is calculated by this method. 展开更多

船舶艉轴密封装置摩擦自激振动研究

船舶艉轴密封装置在工作过程中常常因静环和动环间的摩擦激励而产生异常振动噪声,通过实船测试发现,该异常振动在振动频谱中表征为静环扭振固有频率及其倍频分量的出现。为揭示该异常振动产生原因,本文建立了摩擦激励下的艉轴密封装置... 船舶艉轴密封装置在工作过程中常常因静环和动环间的摩擦激励而产生异常振动噪声,通过实船测试发现,该异常振动在振动频谱中表征为静环扭振固有频率及其倍频分量的出现。为揭示该异常振动产生原因,本文建立了摩擦激励下的艉轴密封装置非线性扭振分析模型,利用多尺度法和数值仿真分别研究了轴系旋转速度、动静环间摩擦系数、Ω弹簧预紧力、Ω弹簧扭转刚度、系统结构阻尼比等参数对艉轴密封装置振动的影响规律。研究表明:当摩擦激励诱发的等效阻尼比小于系统的结构阻尼比时,艉轴密封装置的静环将产生摩擦自激振动,表现为振动频谱中出现静环扭振固有频率及其倍频分量;增大Ω弹簧预紧力、增大动静环间的静摩擦系数与动摩擦系数差异,或者降低轴系旋转速度、降低Ω弹簧扭转刚度均将导致静环更易发生摩擦自激振动;提高系统的结构阻尼比可有效抑制静环的摩擦自激振动;轴系扭振仅改变静环自激振动的幅值,而不会改变其性态。最后,本文提供了静环产生摩擦自激振动的判别公式。本文研究结果为实船艉轴密封装置的振动故障诊断、设计优化及运行调控提供理论依据与技术支撑。 展开更多

力法是超静定结构弯曲分析的经典方法,根据连续箱梁弯曲和约束扭转问题的相似性,将力法应用于约束扭转分析,解决图乘法无法计算柔度的关键问题.利用薄壁箱梁约束扭转微分方程的初参数解,推导赘余力和荷载(集中扭矩、均布扭矩、集中双力... 力法是超静定结构弯曲分析的经典方法,根据连续箱梁弯曲和约束扭转问题的相似性,将力法应用于约束扭转分析,解决图乘法无法计算柔度的关键问题.利用薄壁箱梁约束扭转微分方程的初参数解,推导赘余力和荷载(集中扭矩、均布扭矩、集中双力矩和均布双力矩)作用于基本结构时其状态向量(扭角、翘曲位移、双力矩和扭矩)的理论解析;利用理论解析直接计算基本结构的柔度,利用叠加法进行状态向量后处理.状态向量的理论解和后处理方法为连续薄壁箱梁约束扭转力法分析奠定了基础.算例结果表明,连续薄壁箱梁约束扭转的力法分析结果与超越有限元结果一致,表明力法是连续薄壁箱梁约束扭转分析中的精确方法.本文提出以基本结构状态向量解析解、状态向量后处理的叠加法为基础的完整力法分析方法,为力法推广应用解决了关键问题. 展开更多

为了分析不同边界条件对薄壁箱梁约束扭转效应的影响,本文基于薄壁杆件约束扭转理论,采用初参数法求解不同梁端边界条件下薄壁箱梁受均布扭矩荷载作用时的约束扭转初参数解。以简支箱梁为参照,通过引入能够反映边界条件对约束扭转效应... 为了分析不同边界条件对薄壁箱梁约束扭转效应的影响,本文基于薄壁杆件约束扭转理论,采用初参数法求解不同梁端边界条件下薄壁箱梁受均布扭矩荷载作用时的约束扭转初参数解。以简支箱梁为参照,通过引入能够反映边界条件对约束扭转效应的影响系数,结合具体数值算例,剖析简支和固定组合的边界条件以及截面几何参数对箱梁约束扭转效应的影响。研究结果表明,梁端约束越强,靠近梁端的广义位移和内力分布越陡峭,而跨中梁段受边界约束影响很小;梁端边界条件对扭转角和总扭矩几乎没有影响;当算例箱梁悬臂板的相对宽度为0.32时,箱梁固定端处的翘曲剪应力能达到简支端对应值的15倍,边界条件对翘曲剪应力的影响最大;随着悬臂板的相对宽度增大,边界条件对布雷特剪应力的影响减小;随着高宽比增大,边界条件对翘曲剪应力的影响减小;当高宽比为1时,固定端处布雷特剪应力边界影响系数最大,达到0.82,此时,边界条件对布雷特剪应力的影响最小。 展开更多

基于双目视觉和扭摆法原理的刚体惯性张量测量技术研究

针对不规则刚体惯性张量测量问题,提出了一种融合双目视觉和扭摆法的惯性张量测量方案。首先通过参考至原子钟的时钟信号触发高分辨率工业相机采集单次测量扭摆运动序列图像,提取图像特征点后根据测量系统几何关系得到高精度摆角-时间... 针对不规则刚体惯性张量测量问题,提出了一种融合双目视觉和扭摆法的惯性张量测量方案。首先通过参考至原子钟的时钟信号触发高分辨率工业相机采集单次测量扭摆运动序列图像,提取图像特征点后根据测量系统几何关系得到高精度摆角-时间曲线。基于该曲线,提取扭振运动的周期和阻尼比,利用线性阻尼条件下的扭振运动数学模型计算得到单次转动惯测量值。进一步,采用双目结构光三维重建技术获得被测物体和扭摆转盘点云,通过点云配准算法将物体实测点云与物体计算机辅助(CAD)模型点云精准对齐,求解齐次变换矩阵。再通过圆柱轴线拟合确定转轴方向,并利用上述齐次变换矩阵将其统一至CAD模型产品质心坐标系下,有效规避了传统测量方案存在的机械定位误差。计算得到物体质心坐标系各轴与扭摆转轴的夹角余弦值,结合转动惯量测量值建立1个惯性椭球方程。最终通过6个姿态的测量得到一个包含惯性张量全部参数的方程组,求解该方程组实现转动惯量与惯性积的高精度测量。对所提出的方法和系统开展了大量实验,实验结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。转动惯量测量绝对误差小于0.5×10^(-5)kg·m^(2),惯性主轴方位角最大偏差绝对值为0.99°。所提出的测量方案测量精度较高,不再依赖于机械定位,测量的效率和安全性显著提升,适用于多种产品的惯性参数测量。 展开更多

为确定小曲线半径匝道桥单箱、双箱组合梁合理的适用条件,以主梁应力、用钢量、刚度及相对支反力差等作为衡量指标,以圆心角θ作为主要判别参数,开展主梁结构选型研究。以跨径L=30~90 m匝道组合连续梁桥(桥宽B=9 m)为背景,针对圆曲线半... 为确定小曲线半径匝道桥单箱、双箱组合梁合理的适用条件,以主梁应力、用钢量、刚度及相对支反力差等作为衡量指标,以圆心角θ作为主要判别参数,开展主梁结构选型研究。以跨径L=30~90 m匝道组合连续梁桥(桥宽B=9 m)为背景,针对圆曲线半径R=30~90 m,∞(直线桥),采用有限元法建立15组单箱组合梁、15组双箱组合梁的空间有限元模型,综合考虑主梁效应,确定组合梁选型的圆心角界限条件。结果表明:对于单箱、双箱组合梁,圆心角θ能有效反映曲线梁桥的弯扭耦合效应,双箱组合梁具有较好的经济性且受圆心角θ影响更明显;综合考虑主梁效应及施工便利性,建议θ≤0.8 rad时优先采用双箱组合梁,θ>0.8 rad时采用单箱组合梁。 展开更多

The method of variable separation is applied and two ordinary differential governing equations are established and solved. The boundary conditions are satisfied rigorously and the solutions are expressed by means of eigen function expansions. The diagram of torque is formulated by trigonometric series and used to determine the coefficients in above expansions. The results of computation provide the chord-wise and span-wise distributions of normal and shear stress in the face plate along with shear stress in the honeycomb core. 展开更多

The propagation of coupled flexural-torsional vibration in the periodic beam including warping effect is investigated with the transfer matrix theory. The band structures of the periodic beam, both including warping effect and ignoring warping effect, are obtained. The frequency response function of the finite periodic beams is simulated with finite element method, which shows large vibration attenuation in the frequency range of the gap as expected. The effect of warping stiffness on the band structure is studied and it is concluded that substantial error can be produced in high frequency range if the effect is ignored. The result including warping effect agrees quite well with the simulated result. 展开更多

Beams and plates manufactured from laminates of composite materials have distinct advantages in a significant number of applications. However, the anisotropy arising from these materials adds a significant degree of complexity, and thus time, to the stress and deformation analyses of such components, even using numerical approaches such as finite elements. The analysis of composite laminate beams subjected to uniform extension, bending, and/or twisting loads was performed by a novel implementation of the usual finite element method. Due to the symmetric features of the deformations, only a thin slice of the beam to be analysed needs to be modelled. Conventional threedimensional solid finite elements were used for the structural discretization. The accurate deformation relationships were formulated and implemented through the coupling of nodal translational degrees of freedom in the numerical analysis. A sample solution for a rectangular composite laminate beam is presented to show the validity and accuracy of the proposed method. 展开更多
