It is very important how to use the inner timer of microcomputer to realize accurate timing of sampling-interval in the application of data acquisition. This paper discusses in detail the procedure that we use the inner timer of microcomputer to realize real-time data acquisition with high timing-accuracy, and analyze the error of timing-accuracy.
