Sinusoidal signals with a frequency range of 100 Hz to 10 k Hz and an interval of 100 Hz are used to measure transmission characteristics of channels with lengths of 300 m, 800 m, 1300 m, and 1800 m. The correctness of the fitted channel characteristics by transmitting square wave, composite waves of different frequencies, and ASK modulation are verified. The results show that when the frequency of the signal is below 1500 Hz, the channel has very little effect on the signal. The signal compensated for amplitude and phase at the receiver is not as good as the uncompensated signal.Alternatively, when the signal frequency is above 1500 Hz, the channel distorts the signal. The quality of signal compensated for amplitude and phase at receiver is better than that of the uncompensated signal. Based on calculus of variations and the first-order necessary optimality condition, the RHC problem for linear time-varying (LTV) system is transformed into the two-point boundary value problem (TPBVP). The Radau pseudospectral approximation is employed to discretize the TPBVP into well-posed linear algebraic equations. The resulting linear algebraic equations are solved via a matrix partitioning approach afterwards to obtain the optimal feedback control law. For the nonlinear system, the linearization method or the quasi linearization method is employed to approximate the RHC problem with successive linear approximations. Subsequently, each linear problem is solved via the similar method which is used to solve the RHC problem for LTV system. Simulation results of three examples show that the IRPM is of high accuracy and of high compu- tation efficiency to solve the RHC problem and the stability of closed-loop systems is guaranteed.展开更多

As the communication between the UUVs is difficult and it is easy to be interfered under the water, time delay is assumed to be time-varying during the members communicate with each other. Meanwhile, the state feedback linearization method is used to transfer the nonlinear and coupling model of UUV into double-integrator dynamic. With this simplified double-integrator math model, the UUV formation coordinate control is regarded as consensus problem with time-varying communication delays. In addition, the position and velocity topologies are adapted to reduce the data volume in each data packet which is sent between members in formation. With two independent topologies designed, two cases of communication delay which are same and different are considered and the sufficient conditions are proposed and analyzed. The stability of the multi-UUVs formation is proven by using Lyapunov-Razumilkhin theorem. Finally, the simulation results are presented to confirm and illustrate the theoretical results.展开更多

According to some researches, time delay is not always constant and can be viewed as a periodic function of time for some cases. In this work, an internet congestion control model is consid- ered to study the time-varying delay induced bursting-like motion, which consists of a rapid oscillation burst and quies- cent steady state. Then, for the system with periodic delay of small amplitude and low frequency, the method of multiple scales is employed to obtain the amplitude of the oscillation. Based on the expression of the asymptotic solution, it can be found that the relative length of the steady state increases with amplitude of the variation of time delay and decreases with frequency of the variation of time delay. Finally, an effective method to control the bursting-like motion is pro- posed by introducing a periodic gain parameter with appropriate amplitude. Theoretical results are in agreement with that from numerical method.展开更多

文摘This paper focuses on Chengdu and Chongqing’s positioning as important economic center in western China and their evolving into an economic center of national influence. On the one hand,it uses the synthetic difference-in-differences(SDID)method to analyze the impact of policies since 2011 designed to build Chengdu and Chongqing into an important economic center in western China. On the other hand,it employs the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the influences of ten core Chinese cities as economic centers within four major urban agglomerations,as well as conduct an analytical assessment of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from key perspectives such as its capacity to lead, capacity to agglomerate, and capacity to radiate. From a longitudinal historical perspective, both Chengdu and Chongqing have benefited significantly from policies designed to build an important economic center in western China, and which laid a foundation for building an economic center of national influence. From a horizontal regional comparison, among the ten core cities evaluated as economic centers within the four major urban agglomerations,Chengdu and Chongqing ranked in the middle, possessing a moderate but not yet outstanding influence.Consequently,to evolve into an economic center of national influence, the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle should leverage its relative advantages in connectivity, market size, value chain division of labor, policy attractiveness, and industry development. It can enhance its influence by strengthening the complementarity of its economic resources, overcoming the administrative inertia, accelerating the establishment of a regional innovation system, broadening the scope of its economic radiation, and promoting its comprehensive and all-dimensional opening-up.

文摘The development of digital twins for geotechnical structures necessitates the real-time updates of threedimensional(3D)virtual models(e.g.numerical finite element method(FEM)model)to accurately predict time-varying geotechnical responses(e.g.consolidation settlement)in a 3D spatial domain. However, traditional 3D numerical model updating approaches are computationally prohibitive and therefore difficult to update the 3D responses in real time.To address these challenges, this study proposes a novel machine learning framework called sparse dictionary learning(T-3D-SDL)for real-time updating of time-varying 3D geotechnical responses. In T-3D-SDL,a concerned dataset(e.g.time-varying 3D settlement)is approximated as a linear superposition of dictionary atoms generated from 3D random FEM analyses.Field monitoring data are then used to identify non-trivial atoms and estimate their weights within a Bayesian framework for model updating and prediction. The proposed approach enables the real-time update of temporally varying settlements with a high 3D spatial resolution and quantified uncertainty as field monitoring data evolve. The proposed approach is illustrated using an embankment construction project. The results show that the proposed approach effectively improves settlement predictions along temporal and 3D spatial dimensions, with minimal latency(e.g.within minutes),as monitoring data appear. In addition, the proposed approach requires only a reasonably small number of 3D FEM model evaluations, avoids the use of widely adopted yet often criticized surrogate models, and effectively addresses the limitations(e.g.computational inefficiency)of existing 3D model updating approaches.

文摘To solve the receding horizon control (RHC) problem in an online manner, a novel numerical method called the indirect Radau pseudospectral method (IRPM) is proposed in this paper. Simulation results of three examples show that the IRPM is of high accuracy and of high compu- tation efficiency to solve the RHC problem and the stability of closed-loop systems is guaranteed.
文摘Vibration monitoring by virtual sensing methods has been well developed for linear timeinvariant structures with limited sensors. However, few methods are proposed for Time-Varying(TV)structures which are inevitable in aerospace engineering. The core of vibration monitoring for TV structures is to describe the TV structural dynamic characteristics with accuracy and efficiency. This paper propose a new method using the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)networks for Continuously Variable Configuration Structures(CVCSs),which is an important subclass of TV structures. The configuration parameters are used to represent the time-varying dynamic characteristics by the‘‘freezing"method. The relationship between TV dynamic characteristics and vibration responses is established by LSTM,and can be generalized to estimate the responses with unknown TV processes benefiting from the time translation invariance of LSTM.A numerical example and a liquid-filled pipe experiment are used to test the performance of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that the proposed method can accurately estimate the unmeasured responses for CVCSs to reveal the actual characteristics in time-domain and modal-domain.Besides,the average one-step estimation time of responses is less than the sampling interval. Thus, the proposed method is promising to on-line estimate the important responses of TV structures.

文摘This paper proposes a novel method to predict the spur gear pair’s static transmission error based on the accuracy grade,in which manufacturing errors(MEs),assembly errors(AEs),tooth deflections(TDs)and profile modifications(PMs)are considered. For the prediction,a discrete gear model for generating the error tooth profile based on the ISO accuracy grade is presented. Then, the gear model and a tooth deflection model for calculating the tooth compliance on gear meshing are coupled with the transmission error model to make the prediction by checking the interference status between gear and pinion. The prediction method is validated by comparison with the experimental results from the literature, and a set of cases are simulated to study the effects of MEs,AEs,TDs and PMs on the static transmission error. In addition, the time-varying backlash caused by both MEs and AEs,and the contact ratio under load conditions are also investigated. The results show that the novel method can effectively predict the range of the static transmission error under different accuracy grades. The prediction results can provide references for the selection of gear design parameters and the optimization of transmission performance in the design stage of gear systems.

文摘The new method which uses the consensus algorithm to solve the coordinate control problems of multiple unmanned underwater vehicles (multi-UUVs) formation in the case of leader-following is adapted. Finally, the simulation results are presented to confirm and illustrate the theoretical results.

文摘In this paper, the problem of stability analysis for neural networks with time-varying delays is considered. By constructing a new augmented Lyapunov-Krasovskii's functional and some novel analysis techniques, improved delaydependent criteria for checking the stability of the neural networks are established. The proposed criteria are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which can be easily solved and checked by various convex optimization algorithms. Two numerical examples are included to show the superiority of our results.

文摘The problem of passivity analysis is investigated for uncertain stochastic neural networks with discrete interval and distributed time-varying delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded and the delay is assumed to be time-varying and belongs to a given interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available.By constructing proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and employing a combination of the free-weighting matrix method and stochastic analysis technique, new delay-dependent passivity conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).Finally, numerical examples are given to show the less conservatism of the proposed conditions.

文摘Time delay is an problem of intemet congestion important parameter in the control. Theoretical results are in agreement with that from numerical method.
