With the iteration and upgrading of medical technology and the continuous growth of public health demands,the quality of nursing services has become a core indicator for measuring the effectiveness of the medical syst...With the iteration and upgrading of medical technology and the continuous growth of public health demands,the quality of nursing services has become a core indicator for measuring the effectiveness of the medical system.The clinical practice ability of nursing staff is directly related to the safety of patient diagnosis and treatment and the rehabilitation process.However,the current clinical nursing talent training model is facing bottlenecks such as limited practical scenarios and fragmented case cognition.This study focuses on the teaching application of augmented reality(AR)technology in hospital Settings and systematically reviews the research progress on the improvement of clinical practice ability of trainee nurses based on the AR immersive teaching model.By constructing a clinical teaching scenario that integrates virtual and real,AR technology can dynamically simulate complex case handling processes and enhance nursing students’three-dimensional cognition of condition assessment,operation norms,and emergency plans.Hospitals,as the core base for practical teaching,can effectively shorten the connection cycle between theoretical teaching and clinical practice by integrating AR technology,improve the clinical practice level of trainee nurses,and provide an innovative model for optimizing the path of clinical nursing talent cultivation.展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method based on Debriefing-GAS mode in the teaching of clinical nursing students in neurosurgery and its influence on critical thinking,clini...Objective:To explore the application effect of scenario simulation teaching method based on Debriefing-GAS mode in the teaching of clinical nursing students in neurosurgery and its influence on critical thinking,clinical practice ability and teaching satisfaction.Methods:A total of 100 nursing students who were doing their internship in the Department of Neurosurgery at a tertiary hospital in Sichuan Province from July 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 students in each group,using the historical control grouping method.The control group used the traditional teaching method for scenario simulation,while the experimental group used the Debriefing-GAS model for scenario simulation teaching.The teaching effect was evaluated using the DASH scale,the CIDI-CV scale,the clinical practice ability scale and the self-made teaching satisfaction questionnaire,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0.Results:The total DASH score of the experimental group(6.45±0.41)was significantly higher than that of the control group(5.12±0.47,t=14.01,p<0.001);The total score of critical thinking ability(338.6±22.5)was higher than that of the control group(307.8±24.1,t=6.55,p<0.001);The score of clinical practice ability(189.4±15.2)was significantly higher than that of the control group(168.7±14.9,t=6.49,p<0).Teaching satisfaction was 96%in the experimental group and 82%in the control group,statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.32,p=0.038).Conclusion:The scenario simulation teaching method based on the Debriefing-GAS model can significantly improve the learning initiative,reflective ability,critical thinking level and clinical practice ability of clinical nursing students,and enhance teaching satisfaction.展开更多

Methods: all the patients included in the study were newly admitted to psychiatric department for practice nursing from October 2019 to November 2020. They were divided into two groups, in which 69 nurses in the control group were given traditional teaching;In the experimental group, 69 nursing staff standardized the teaching of patients combined with situational model on the basis of traditional teaching, and compared the two groups of nursing staff's practical examination and theoretical examination with teaching satisfaction. Results: through comparison, it was found that the practice assessment scores of the two groups of practice nurses were significantly different, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge assessment between the two groups (P > 0.05). By comparing the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of practice nurses, it was found that the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: situational model teaching and standardized patients can increase their practical ability on the basis of increasing their theoretical knowledge in psychiatric practice teaching, and further improve the teaching satisfaction score of practice nurses, with high application value.展开更多

Methods: during the period from February 2021 to February 2022, there were 160 nursing students in secondary vocational schools. They were divided into groups by drawing lots. The experimental group received in-situ inverted classroom training, while the reference group selected traditional training. The training assessment included students training assessment results and self-directed learning ability score data. Results: the data collection shows that there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the reference group (P > 0.05). Compared with the result data of operating room nursing, wound nursing and enterostomy nursing, the data of the experimental group is better, while the data of the control group is poorer, the difference is more obvious, p 0.05;The final score of SRSSDL was higher in the experimental group and lower in the reference group (P 0.05). Compared with the reference group, the experimental group had better scores in learning consciousness, strategy, behavior, evaluation and interpersonal relationship, with significant difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of in-situ reversal classroom teaching model in surgical nursing practice teaching can help to cultivate medical students professional learning interest, strengthen their thinking and practical ability, and promote their doctors to standardize clinical nursing operation technology, so as to ensure the quality of practice teaching.
