Double-shaft-driven needle punching machine is a specialized equipment designed for processing C/C crucible preforms.Its main needle punching module is operated by two sets of reciprocating crank-slider mechanisms.The intense vibration during needle punching not only generates huge noise,but also substantially reduces the quality of the preform.It is imperative to perform a dynamic analysis and optimization of the entire needle punching machine.In this paper,the three-dimensional(3D)model of the entire double-shaft-driven needle punching machine for C/C crucible preforms is established.Based on the modal analysis theory,the modal characteristics of the needle punching machine under various operating conditions are analyzed and its natural frequencies and vibration modes are determined.The harmonic response analysis is then employed to obtain the amplitude of the needle plate at different frequencies,and the structural weak points of the needle punching machine are identified and improved.The feasibility of the optimized scheme is subsequently reevaluated and verified.The results indicate that the first six natural frequencies of the machine increase,and the maximum amplitude of the needle plate decreases by 70.3%.The enhanced dynamic characteristics of the machine significantly improve its performance,enabling more efficient needle punching of C/C crucible preforms. 展开更多

The runoff characteristics and harmonic analysis of the soil moisture dynamics in Robinia pseudoacacia stand 被引量:1

Robinia pseudoacacia stands act as a typical ecological protection forest in hilly semi-arid area of China. Two fields of surface runoff were separately set up in R. pseudoacacia stand and its clearcut area in the western Liaoning Province (1850-12225 E, 4024-4234 N) for measuring the characteristics of runoff and sediment as well as soil moisture dynamics. Contractive analysis of the two land types showed that there existed a significant difference in volumes of runoff and sediment between the sites of R. pseudoacacia stand and its clearcut area. The runoff volume and sediment volume in clearcut area were much bigger than those in R. pseudoacacia stand, with an increase amount of 40%-177% for runoff and 180%-400% for sediment. Hydrograph of surface runoff of typical rainfall showed that the peak value of runoff in R. pseudoacacia stand was decreased by 1.0-2.5?0-3m3s-1 compared with that in its clearcut area, and the occurring time of peak value of runoff in R. pseudoacacia stand was 10-20 min later than that in its clearcut area. Harmonic analysis of soil moisture dynamics indicated that the soil moisture in R. pseudoacacia stand was 2.3 % higher than that in clearcut area, and the soil moisture both in R. pseudoacacia stand and its clearcut area could be divided into dry season and humid season and varied periodically with annual rainfall precipitation. It was concluded that R. pseudoacacia stand plays a very important role in storing water, increasing soil moisture, and reducing surface runoff and soil erosion. 展开更多

In this paper we review several contributions made in the field of discrete dynamical systems, inspired by harmonic analysis. Within discrete dynamical systems, we focus exclusively on quadratic maps, both one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D), since these maps are the most widely used by experimental scientists. We first review the applications in 1D quadratic maps, in particular the harmonics and antiharmonics introduced by Metropolis, Stein and Stein (MSS). The MSS harmonics of a periodic orbit calculate the symbolic sequences of the period doubling cascade of the orbit. Based on MSS harmonics, Pastor, Romera and Montoya (PRM) introduced the PRM harmonics, which allow to calculate the structure of a 1D quadratic map. Likewise, we review the applications in 2D quadratic maps. In this case both MSS harmonics and PRM harmonics deal with external arguments instead of with symbolic sequences. Finally, we review pseudoharmonics and pseudoantiharmonics, which enable new interesting applications. 展开更多

The tendency of COVID-19 pandemic and statistical modelling represents an urgent challenge in the United States for which there are few solutions. In this paper, we demonstrate combining Fourier terms for capturing seasonality with ARIMA errors and other dynamics in the data. Therefore, we have analyzed 156 weeks COVID-19 dataset on national level using Dynamic Harmonic Regression model, including simulation analysis and accuracy improvement from 2020 to 2023. Most importantly, we provide new advanced pathways which may serve as targets for developing new solutions and approaches. 展开更多

A new type of vibration structure (i.e. supporting system, called swing frame cus- tomarily) of vertical dynamic balancing machine has been designed, which is based on an analysis for the swing frame of a traditional double-plane vertical dynamic balancing machine. The static unbalance and couple unbalance can be e?ectively separated by using the new dynamic balancing machine with the new swing frame. By building the dynamics model, the advantages of the new structure are discussed in detail. The modal and harmonic response are analyzed by using the ANSYS7.0. By comparing the ?nite element modal analysis with the experimental modal analy- sis, the natural frequencies and vibration modes are found. There are many spring boards in the new swing frame. Their sti?nesses are di?erent and assorted with each other. Furthermore, there are three sensors on the measuring points. Therefore, the new dynamic balancing machine can measure static unbalance and coupling unbalance directly, and the interaction between them is faint. The result shows that the new vertical dynamic balancing machine is suitable for inertial measurement of ?ying objects, and can overcome the shortcomings of traditional double-plane vertical dynamic balancing machines, which the e?ect of plane-separation is inferior. The vertical dynamic balancing machine with the new vibration structure can ?nd wide application in the future. The modelling and analysis of the new vibration structure will provide theoretical basis and practical experience for designing new-type vertical dynamic balancing machines. 展开更多

To eliminate anomalies and improve the performance of a space station remote manipulator(SSRM) used in a dynamically changeable thermal environment, we analyze the thermodynamic behavior of an SSRM that considers an integrated thermal protection system(ITPS). Solar radiative heat gain and loss become equally significant as conductive heat transfers through the interior of the SSRM on orbit. A thermodynamic model of the SSRM with a sandwich ITPS structure is established on the coupling between harmonic drive and changeable thermal environment. A motion precision is proposed to evaluate thermodynamic behavior under continuously changeable thermal circumstances. Simulation results indicate that the ITPS with a corrugated sandwich structure reduces the maximum amplitude of angular position errors to 41.6%, which helps improve the motion precision of the SSRM. The feasible regions for the SSRM in the Low Earth Orbit(LEO) and Geostationary Earth Orbit(GEO) are analyzed, which shows that the proportion of feasible region in LEO is significantly larger than that in GEO. 展开更多

The dynamic errors of gyros are the important error sources of a strapdown inertial navigation system. In order to identify the dynamic error model coefficients accurately, the static error model coefficients which lay a foundation for compensating while identifying the dynamic error model are identified in the gravity acceleration fields by using angular position function of the three-axis turntable. The angular acceleration and angular velocity are excited on the input, output and spin axis of the gyros when the outer axis and the middle axis of a three-axis turntable are in the uniform angular velocity state simultaneously, while the inner axis of the turntable is in different static angular positions. 8 groups of data are sampled when the inner axis is in 8 different angular positions. These data are the function of the middle axis positions and the inner axis positions. For these data, harmonic analysis method is applied two times versus the middle axis positions and inner axis positions respectively so that the dynamic error model coefficients are finally identified through the least square method. In the meantime the optimal angular velocity of the outer axis and the middle axis are selected by computing the determination value of the information matrix. 展开更多

By ANSYS, dynamic simulation analysis of rubber spring supporting equipment used in vibrating screen was made. The modal frequency, mode, and harmonic displacement under working frequency were obtained. Variation of rubber spring supporting equipment's dynamic performance was discussed first, which is under the condition of existing spring stiffness difference and exciting force bias. Also, the quantitative calculation formulas were given. The results indicate that the performance of vibrating screen is closely related with rubber spring supporting equipment's dynamic performance. Differences of springs' stiffness coefficients reduce the modal frequency reduced, decrease the dynamic stiffness, and increase vibration displacement. Exciting force bias induces a larger lateral displacement. When rubber springs' stiffness coefficients exist, differences and lateral force accounts for 5% in total exciting force; rubber spring supporting equipment's side swing is larger than 1 mm, exceeding the side swing limit. 展开更多

基于ANSYS构建了用于燃料电池汽车氢气供应系统的氢气循环泵(罗茨泵)转子系统的模型,通过对转子系统的模态分析,得到了独立转子系统和双转子系统的前六阶固有振型和固有频率。在模态分析的基础上分析了转子系统的谐响应特性,获得了齿轮... 基于ANSYS构建了用于燃料电池汽车氢气供应系统的氢气循环泵(罗茨泵)转子系统的模型,通过对转子系统的模态分析,得到了独立转子系统和双转子系统的前六阶固有振型和固有频率。在模态分析的基础上分析了转子系统的谐响应特性,获得了齿轮、叶轮边缘两个部位的谐响应特性曲线。结果表明:轴端、转子叶轮等结构振动变形量较大,在接近前三阶固有频率(960Hz左右)时转子系统振动响应幅值最大,双转子耦合系统相对于单独转子系统会出现更加复杂的振型,转子叶轮对不平衡量的响应更显著。研究将为氢气循环泵转子系统的设计制造和振动特性预估提供积极的参考作用,并为氢气循环泵动力学特性的研究奠定基础。 展开更多

针对高端光学元件高效高表面质量的超精密加工需求,设计研发了一台四轴(XZBC)超精密加工机床。为验证机床设计性能,通过Ansys Workbench建立机床整机及关键功能部件有限元模型,并依次进行静力学、模态及谐响应仿真分析。获得了基于工况... 针对高端光学元件高效高表面质量的超精密加工需求,设计研发了一台四轴(XZBC)超精密加工机床。为验证机床设计性能,通过Ansys Workbench建立机床整机及关键功能部件有限元模型,并依次进行静力学、模态及谐响应仿真分析。获得了基于工况模态分析下机床整机、液体静压导轨及主轴的前6阶固有频率和模态振型,其中整机基础频率、液体静压导轨单元基础频率、主轴单元基础频率分别为102.24、0、5.76 Hz。为进一步掌握主轴核心关键部件的实际响应,在模态分析的基础上利用模态叠加法对主轴单元进行谐响应分析,主轴单元的共振敏感频率为288、294、387、405、414 Hz,变形位移在0.02μm以内。通过各频域范围的位移及应变响应曲线,获取敏感频率及相应位移响应,验证了实际工况下整机及关键功能部件结构设计的合理性,为超精密机床的结构优化奠定理论基础。 展开更多

基于地下水日动态的地下水蒸散发估算

地下水蒸散发作为地下水重要的排泄项,如何将估算误差控制在合理范围内是旱区地下水资源评价所面临的首要问题。因地下水动态数据易于获取,利用地下水日动态估算地下水蒸散发的方法(White方法)受到研究者们的广泛关注。受限于蒸散发驱... 地下水蒸散发作为地下水重要的排泄项,如何将估算误差控制在合理范围内是旱区地下水资源评价所面临的首要问题。因地下水动态数据易于获取,利用地下水日动态估算地下水蒸散发的方法(White方法)受到研究者们的广泛关注。受限于蒸散发驱动的潜水地下水位恢复滞后效应的机理复杂性,传统White方法及其改进型对水位日动态的恢复速率定量化不准确。本研究创新地将Boussinesq方程解析解与地下水动态谐波回归方法相结合,避免了直接计算地下水的恢复速率,实现了长时序、与地下水观测同频率的地下水蒸散发的快速计算。笔者将该方法应用于格尔木河流域2023年8~9月柽柳灌丛生长季节地下水蒸散发的估算。结果表明:①监测期内的地下水位表现出典型的依赖地下水型植被所产生的日动态特征,即夜间水位回升,白天水位下降。②该方法估算出的8月累计地下水蒸散量为55.96 mm,9月累计地下水蒸散量为88.14 mm,与格尔木河流域常见的ETg估算方法间具有良好的拟合度,平均偏差不足27%。③通过水位振幅计算的地下水折算系数与柽柳生长周期较为一致,能反映出植物蒸腾对地下水动态消耗的一般规律,但该无量纲系数的引入导致这种方法仍然存在改进空间。④这种从时间序列分析角度出发的估算方法,核心问题在于如何识别并提取水位日动态中仅与地下水蒸散有关的水位信息。结合先前于半旱区海流兔河流域沙柳地下水蒸散估算的研究成果,该方法可以同时适用于中国西北干旱区与半旱区植被生长季节的地下水蒸散发估算。 展开更多

为提高巷道面拆除回撤的效率和安全性,文章以掘进巷道面综掘机等大型设备拆除回撤技术为研究对象,考虑淮北矿区较为复杂的地质条件,研发设计一种新型综掘机安装回撤机械手。根据设计要求,首先给出了机械手的初步尺寸方案,然后在有限元... 为提高巷道面拆除回撤的效率和安全性,文章以掘进巷道面综掘机等大型设备拆除回撤技术为研究对象,考虑淮北矿区较为复杂的地质条件,研发设计一种新型综掘机安装回撤机械手。根据设计要求,首先给出了机械手的初步尺寸方案,然后在有限元分析软件ANSYS的Workbench平台中建立机械手的有限元模型。对机械手施加设备可能受到的随机载荷进行随机振动分析,获得机械手应力和机械手在x方向的变形云图。采用谐响应分析找出了对机械手结构动态性能影响最大的模态频率,为保证结构工作安全、避免结构发生共振提供了理论依据。运用Workbench的瞬态动力学分析模块,对机械手进行了瞬态动力学分析,从而得到位移及应力随时间的变化曲线,观察曲线的变化趋势及位移和应力变化的最大值。结果表明:机械手满足设计要求,进一步保障了该机械手在实际工作中的安全性,同时为以后的动态优化设计奠定基础。 展开更多

针对调相机动态气隙偏心导致的不平衡磁拉力引起调相机转子剧烈振动的问题,对不平衡磁拉力进行理论计算和仿真分析,得到不平衡磁拉力是绕旋转轴转动的基频为主要成分的力,且力的大小与偏心率正相关。通过模态分析发现转子临界转速随着... 针对调相机动态气隙偏心导致的不平衡磁拉力引起调相机转子剧烈振动的问题,对不平衡磁拉力进行理论计算和仿真分析,得到不平衡磁拉力是绕旋转轴转动的基频为主要成分的力,且力的大小与偏心率正相关。通过模态分析发现转子临界转速随着轴承刚度的增大而增大,且在轴承刚度1×10^(6)~1×10^(10)N/m区间内变化明显,在此区间内可以通过改变轴承刚度改变转子临界转速。通过振型图可以看出当轴承刚度在1×10^(6) N/m以下时,转子是刚性模态。轴承刚度在1×10^(10)N/m以上时,转子是弯曲模态。轴承刚度在1×10^(6)~1×10^(10)N/m区间时,转子是刚性模态为主到弯曲模态为主的混合模态。在谐响应分析中将不平衡磁拉力加载到转子表面,发现调相机转子在固有频率附近有明显振幅峰值,并且振幅峰值随着轴承刚度的增大而减小。偏心程度越大振幅峰值受轴承刚度变化影响越大,振幅峰值随着偏心程度的增大而增大。结果表明,通过改变轴承刚度和减小转子偏心可以抑制调相机转子振动。 展开更多

The globe faces an urgent need to close the energy demand-supply gap.Addressing this difficulty requires constructing a Hybrid Renewable Energy System(HRES),which has proven to be the most appropriate solution.HRES allows for integrating two or more renewable energy resources,successfully addressing the issue of intermittent availability of non-conventional energy resources.Optimization is critical for improving the HRES’s performance parameters during implementation.This study focuses on HRES using solar and biomass as renewable energy supplies and appropriate energy storage technologies.However,energy fluctuations present a problem with the power quality of HRES.To address this issue,the research paper introduces the Generalized Dynamic Progressive Neural Fuzzy Controller(GDPNFC),which regulates power flow within the proposed HRES.Furthermore,a unique approach called Enhanced Multi-Objective Monarch Butterfly Optimization(EMMBO)is used to optimize technical parameters.The simulation tool used in the research work is HOMER(Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources)-PRO,and the system’s power quality is assessed using MATLAB 2016.The research paper concludes with comparing the performance of existing systems to the proposed system in terms of power loss and Total Harmonic Distortion(THD).It was established that the proposed technique involving EMMBO outperformed existing methods in technical optimization. 展开更多

文章以JKN-3×2.2P缠绕式矿井提升机为研究对象,针对提升机主轴装置在实际运行工况中因承受来自于外转子滚筒的动态载荷而不可避免地产生振动的问题展开研究。首先基于SolidWorks平台搭建提升机主轴装置关键承载部件三维模型,并将... 文章以JKN-3×2.2P缠绕式矿井提升机为研究对象,针对提升机主轴装置在实际运行工况中因承受来自于外转子滚筒的动态载荷而不可避免地产生振动的问题展开研究。首先基于SolidWorks平台搭建提升机主轴装置关键承载部件三维模型,并将其耦合于ANSYS Workbench平台完成有限元模型构建;然后通过数值模拟对提升机主轴装置进行模态及谐响应分析,确定其整体结构在承受不同频率范围载荷时的幅频响应;最后完成了提升机主轴装置的振动特性试验。研究表明,提升机主轴装置的敏感频率范围在14~83 Hz附近,在加减速运行阶段,其振动信号波动较大,匀速阶段振动信号较为稳定。研究结果为矿井提升机安全高效运行提供了理论依据。 展开更多
