The three-phase bridge inverter is used as the converter topology in the power controller for a 9 kW doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor. Compared with common three-phase bridge inverters, the proposed inverter works under more complicated conditions with different principles for special winding back EMFs, position signals of hall sensors, and the given mode of switches. The ideal steady driving principles of the inverter for the motor are given. The working state with asymmetric winding back EMFs, inaccurate position signals of hall sensors, and the changing input voltage is analyzed. Finally, experimental results vertify that the given anal ysis is correct. 展开更多

The magnetic field generated in the air gap of the cage asynchronous machine and the harmonics of the magnetomotive forces creating that magnetic field, as well as the related differential leakage, attenuation, asynchronous parasitic torques have been discussed in great detail in the literature, but always separately, for a long time. However, systematization of the phenomenon still awaits. Therefore, it is worth summarizing the completeness of the phenomena in a single study – with a new approach at the same time-in order to reveal the relationships between them. The role of rotor slot number is emphasized much more than before. An existing, commonly used, but still impractical basic figure has been modified to more clearly demonstrate the response of the rotor for the harmonics of the stator. The need to treat differential leakage, asynchronous parasitic torques and attenuation together will be demonstrated: new formula for asynchronous parasitic torque is derived;the long-used characteristic curves for differential leakage and attenuation used separately so far was merged into one, correct curve in order to provide a correct design guide for the engineers. 展开更多

Dual three-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(DTP-PMSM)is a nonlinear,strongly coupled,high-order multivariable system.In today’s application scenarios,it is difficult for traditional PI controllers to meet the requirements of fast response,high accuracy and good robustness.In order to improve the performance of DTP-PMSM speed regulation system,a control strategy of PI controller based on genetic algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the basic mathematical model of DTP-PMSM is established,and the PI parameters of DTP-PMSM speed regulation system are optimized by genetic algorithm,and the modeling and simulation experiments of DTP-PMSM control system are carried out by MATLAB/SIMULINK.The simulation results show that,compared with the traditional PI control,the proposed algorithm significantly improves the performance of the control system,and the speed output overshoot of the GA-PI speed control system is smaller.The anti-interference ability is stronger,and the torque and double three-phase current output fluctuations are smaller. 展开更多

To achieve high power rating and low current harmonics of motor drive,this paper develops a dual three-phase open-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTP-OW-PMSM)drive with the DC-link voltage ratio of 2:1:1.Based on this topology,this paper proposes a DTP four-level space vector pulse width modulation(DTP-FL SVPWM)strategy.First,two identical three-phase four-level space vector diagrams are constructed and divided.Then,three adjacent vectors nearest to the reference vector in each diagram are selected for the vector synthesis to guarantee high modulation precision and low switching frequency.Furthermore,to avoid the modulation error caused by the voltage deviation,the proposed DTP-FL SVPWM strategy is further optimized through unified duty ratio compensation(UDRC).The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through experiments. 展开更多

For starting high-voltage asynchronous motor,the voltage regulator based on current-limiting transformer is presented in the paper. Its mathematical model needs to be established analyzing and designing voltage regulator of high-voltage asynchronous motor. The mathematical model of the current-limiting transformer is deduced based on basic circuit theory. It can be found that a continuous variation reactance can describe the current-limiting transformer during starting process. The two variables functions of current and voltage are transformed into one-variable functions,and thus system control is greatly simplified. The voltage regulator is simulated on the basis. The simulation results show that this model has enough accuracy. Finally, the high-voltage asynchronous motor voltage regulator based on current-limiting transformer is designed and tested on this model. 展开更多

The dual three-phase PMSM(DTP-PMSM)drives have received wide attention at high-power high-efficiency applications due to their merits of high output current ability and copper-loss-free field excitation.Meanwhile,the DTPPMSM drive provides higher fault-tolerant capability for highreliability applications,e.g.,pumps and actuators in aircraft.For high-power drives with limited switching frequencies and highspeed drives with large fundamental frequencies,the ratio of switching frequency to fundamental frequency,i.e.,the carrier ratio,is usually below 15,which would significantly degrade the control performance.The purpose of this paper is to review the recent work on the modulation and control schemes for improving the operation performance of DTP-PMSM drives with low carrier ratios.Specifically,three categories of methods,i.e.,the space vector modulation based control,the model predictive control(MPC),and the optimized pulse pattern(OPP)based control are reviewed with principles and performance.In addition,brief discussions regarding the comparison and future trends are presented for low-carrier-ratio(LCR)modulation and control schemes of DTP-PMSM drives. 展开更多

There are several problems existing in the direct starting of asynchronous motor such as large starting current,reactive power absorption from network side and weak interference-resistance,etc.Aiming at this,a comprehensive energy-saving optimization model of asynchronous motor for voltage regulation based on static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)is put forward.By analyzing the working principle and operation performance of static synchronous compensator regulating voltage,a new energy-efficient optimization method for asynchronous motor is proposed based on the voltage regulator model to achieve soft start,continuous dynamic reactive power compensation and the terminal voltage stability control.The multi-objective optimal operation of asynchronous motor is realized by controlling the inverter to adjust the reactive current dynamically.The strategy reduces the influence of starting current and grid voltage by soft starting,and realizes the function of reactive power compensation and terminal voltage stabilization.The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model is verified by the simulation analysis and the results of comparison with the motor started directly. 展开更多

In this paper, the relationship between the protection and control of asynchronous motor and all sorts of protection devices for asynchronous motor are briefly expounded. The protection of motor has mainly developed in three stages: thermal relay, electronic integrated protector, and microcomputer protector. In terms of sampling methods, the protection can be divided into two types: (1) the sampling current detection, which is implemented using a thermal relay with circuit breaker for the thermomagnetic tripping motor protection, and an electronic and solid state relay with circuit breaker and sof~ starter for the thermomagnetic tripping motor protection; (2) the sampling temperature detection, which is to directly detect electromotor winding temperature using bimetallic strip temperature relay, thermal protector, detecting coil, and heat resistance temperature relay. However, the second method is very expensive and difficult to maintain because a motor winding is necessary to directly bury, so it is used only in the cases requiring some frequent operations. Finally, the harmonious cooperation between overload protection device and motor or between overload protection device and short circuit protection device must be considered regardless of the protection device model. 展开更多

This paper presents an electronic VSD (variable speed drive) for three-phase IM (induction motor) using a microcontroller. The VSD is designed for cooling applications where the 1M is coupled to a cooling fan. The drive receives temperature feedback from objects to be cooled and output a corresponding frequency to the IM. A prototype of the VSD is constructed to control a 175 W, four pole, squirrel cage three-phase IM. The heart of the control circuit is a low-cost microchip's PICI6F777 microcontroller which is programmed using C language to generate variable frequency SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) switching signals. These switching signals are fed to an 1GBT inverter. The VSD constructed can be switched between two modes of speed control" automatic temperature-controlled mode and manual user-controlled mode. Finite-control-set model predictive control(FCSMPC)has advantages of multi-objective optimization and easy implementation.To reduce the computational burden and switching frequency,this article proposed a simplified MPC for dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTPPMSM).The novelty of this method is the decomposition of prediction function and the switching optimization algorithm.Based on the decomposition of prediction function,the current increment vector is obtained,which is employed to select the optimal voltage vector and calculate the duty cycle.Then,the computation burden can be reduced and the current tracking performance can be maintained.Additionally,the switching optimization algorithm was proposed to optimize the voltage vector action sequence,which results in lower switching frequency.Hence,this control strategy can not only reduce the computation burden and switching frequency,but also maintain the steady-state and dynamic performance.The simulation and experimental results are presented to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategy. 展开更多

异步电机的红外图像故障诊断面临数据稀缺性和特征提取能力不足的挑战。为解决这一问题,提出了一种基于跨范式特征融合(CPFF)与小样本学习的故障诊断模型。该模型结合ConvNeXt提取局部特征与Swin Transformer提取全局特征,通过自空间自... 异步电机的红外图像故障诊断面临数据稀缺性和特征提取能力不足的挑战。为解决这一问题,提出了一种基于跨范式特征融合(CPFF)与小样本学习的故障诊断模型。该模型结合ConvNeXt提取局部特征与Swin Transformer提取全局特征,通过自空间自适应融合模块(SSAFM)实现高效特征融合。SSAFM利用自注意力和空间注意力机制进一步增强特征表达能力。模型在包含10种故障类别和空载状态的异步电机红外图像数据集上,以每类1张真实图像进行训练,并通过数据增强生成伪验证集优化超参数。实验结果表明,该模型在真实红外图像测试集上的分类精度可达到95.14%,显著优于ConvNeXt、Swin Transformer及其他先进分类模型。该研究可为小样本条件下的异步电机红外图像故障诊断提供解决方案。 展开更多

针对新能源电动汽车对驱动电机高效率和低成本的需求,文章融合异步电机结构简单、扁线绕组槽满率高的优势,提出一种电动汽车用扁线异步电机设计方案,并进行特性分析,以提高电机的运行性能。首先,根据电动汽车的工况条件确定电机的设计指... 针对新能源电动汽车对驱动电机高效率和低成本的需求,文章融合异步电机结构简单、扁线绕组槽满率高的优势,提出一种电动汽车用扁线异步电机设计方案,并进行特性分析,以提高电机的运行性能。首先,根据电动汽车的工况条件确定电机的设计指标,阐述扁线异步电机的结构特点,分析电机极槽配合和定子转子槽数配合规律;其次,建立不同转子槽数的电机模型,进行起动性能、转矩性能及电流特性的对比分析,完成电机电磁设计,并与圆线异步电机进行比较;接着,考虑到电动汽车用电机对起动性能的要求,采用田口法进行凸型转子槽的优化设计,确保转子集肤效应系数达到最大,提升电机的起动性能;最后,分析电动汽车在爬坡点、峰值功率点、高效点和高速点等不同工况下电机的转矩-转速特性,获取电机效率Map图、功率因数等性能指标。结果表明,所设计的扁线异步电机的效率在爬坡点工况时为91.3%,在高效点运行工况时达到96.2%,满足电动汽车运行工况要求。 展开更多

【目的】实际工程中,部分异步电机未配置转速传感器和转矩测量装置,导致电机能效难以评估,因此研究转速和转矩的辨识方法具有重要意义。本文提出一种基于可测电压和电流的异步电机运行参数在线辨识方法。该方法对电压和电流波形没有限制... 【目的】实际工程中,部分异步电机未配置转速传感器和转矩测量装置,导致电机能效难以评估,因此研究转速和转矩的辨识方法具有重要意义。本文提出一种基于可测电压和电流的异步电机运行参数在线辨识方法。该方法对电压和电流波形没有限制,且不需要电机的定子电阻、电抗等参数,适用范围广、实用性强。【方法】首先,对定子电流进行快速傅里叶变换分析找到对应的转子槽频率,进而求出转子转速。通过转差率将转子槽频率限制在一定区间内,从而解决齿谐波混叠的问题,提高转速辨识的精度。其次,通过电机铭牌参数求出定子电阻,结合采集到的电压和电流数据计算电磁转矩和输出转矩。最后,为进一步提高所提方法的适用范围,引入基波补偿法,对滤波后的信号进行全局缩放,以精确恢复基波幅值,进一步提高辨识精度。【结果】基于Matlab搭建异步电机直接起动和变频驱动仿真模型,采集输出数据。并且对型号为Y100L1-4的异步电机进行试验,采集电压、电流试验波形。仿真和试验结果表明,不同工况下的转子转速和输出转矩的辨识误差都在2%以内,验证了所提方法的可行性与精确性。【结论】本文所提方法实现了基于可测电气量的异步电机运行参数的在线辨识,为实际工程中实时辨识异步电机运行参数提供了重要参考。 展开更多

为了解四机驱动双质体振动系统的运动轨迹能否在工程中进行应用,对其同步运动特性展开了研究。首先,采用坐标变换法求出了关键点的坐标,得到了系统的动能、势能和能量散失函数,利用拉格朗日方程推导出了系统的运动微分方程,并结合异步... 为了解四机驱动双质体振动系统的运动轨迹能否在工程中进行应用,对其同步运动特性展开了研究。首先,采用坐标变换法求出了关键点的坐标,得到了系统的动能、势能和能量散失函数,利用拉格朗日方程推导出了系统的运动微分方程,并结合异步电机的数学模型建立了系统的机电耦合数学模型;然后,对系统的运动微分方程进行了拉普拉斯变换,求出了系统的阻尼固有频率;最后,在仿真软件中建立了系统的机电耦合仿真模型,采用单因子变量法改变电机安装位置和弹簧刚度,以利于仿真分析,讨论了电机安装位置及中间弹簧刚度对系统同步特性和稳态轨迹的影响;采用实验验证了仿真模型的正确性。研究结果表明:电机间的安装距离l应选在区间[0.3,0.42]m内;变化上质体支撑弹簧刚度,系统不能实现同步运转的区域为[1210,1640]和[6701,19499]kN/m;激振电机间的安装距离对系统同步运动特性有显著影响;在共振点附近,弹簧刚度对系统同步性及稳态轨迹有显著影响。由此可见,四机驱动双质体振动系统的机电耦合仿真模型具有可行性。 展开更多

基于Park矢量法与随机森林算法的电机故障定量诊断框架

定量诊断技术对实现故障精确辨识与运维优化具有重要价值,针对使用传统特征的机器学习诊断方法因时域统计特征对工况敏感性强且频谱幅值特征提取困难、难以定量分析等问题,对其定量特征进行了研究。首先,基于故障机理与电机三相电流数... 定量诊断技术对实现故障精确辨识与运维优化具有重要价值,针对使用传统特征的机器学习诊断方法因时域统计特征对工况敏感性强且频谱幅值特征提取困难、难以定量分析等问题,对其定量特征进行了研究。首先,基于故障机理与电机三相电流数学表达式进行了Park矢量特征提取,基于Park矢量比提取了匝间短路故障特征,基于Park矢量模平方函数低次偶阶转差特征提取了转子断条故障特征;然后,进行了异步电机典型故障建模分析,分别对健康电机、匝间短路故障电机以及转子断条故障电机进行了建模;基于精细模型结果,对该特征的可行性进行了验证;最后,搭建了异步电机故障模拟试验台并获取了实测数据,结合随机森林算法,对实测信号下两种典型故障进行了定量诊断实验。研究结果表明:与传统统计特征相比,该新特征的优势在于能够解决上述两种典型故障的故障特征频率与电流基频难以区分的问题,并能够很好地对上述典型故障进行量化表征;结合随机森林分类器,该方法的定量诊断准确率可达到95%以上。该定量特征可以作为匝间短路以及转子断条故障的定量诊断指标。 展开更多
