Inspired by brick-and-mortar architectures and suture interfaces,we propose a design of bioinspired nacre-like materials with interlocking sutures to improve the toughness of brittle materials.Laser-engraved glass interlockers are laminated with soft interlayers in a staggered arrangement,and the fundamental mechanical properties of the structure are investigated through experiments and numerical modeling.It is found that the tensile performance,such as the strength and toughness,is strongly affected by the interlocking angle and suture line spacing.The geometric interlocking originated from suture interfaces as well as tablet sliding arising from the staggered arrangement of interlockers cooperatively contribute to enhancing the strength and toughness of this bioinspired design.Additionally,the finite element modeling shows the interfacial failure and plastic deformation,revealing the interplay of the geometric interlocking mechanism and the sliding mechanism.This novel bioinspired design paves a new path for fabrication of structural materials combining high stiffness,high strength,and enhanced toughness. 展开更多

Metallic nanowires have served as novel materials for soft electronics due to their outstanding mechanical compliance and electrical properties.However,weak adhesion and low mechanical robustness of nanowire networks to substrates significantly undermine their reliability,necessitating the use of an insulating protective layer,which greatly limits their utility.Herein,we present a versatile and generalized laser-based process that simultaneously achieves strong adhesion and mechanical robustness of nanowire networks on diverse substrates without the need for a protective layer.In this method,the laser-induced photothermal energy at the interface between the nanowire network and the substrate facilitates the interpenetration of the nanowire network and the polymer matrix,resulting in mechanical interlocking through percolation.This mechanism is broadly applicable across different metallic nanowires and thermoplastic substrates,significantly enhancing its universality in diverse applications.Thereby,we demonstrated the mechanical robustness of nanowires in reusable wearable physiological sensors on the skin without compromising the performance of the sensor.Furthermore,enhanced robustness and electrical conductivity by the laser-induced interlocking enables a stable functionalization of conducting polymers in a wet environment,broadening its application into various electrochemical devices. 展开更多

With the increasing demand for high reliability and availability in power conversion equipment within power electronics systems,the fault diagnosis of neutral-point-clamped(NPC) three-level inverters has garnered widespread attention.To address the challenges of fault feature extraction,this article proposes an end-to-end diagnostic approach based on a wavelet kernel convolutional neural network (WKCNN),capable of extracting multi-scale features from current signals to significantly enhance diagnostic accuracy.This method directly uses raw three-phase current signals as input,applying wavelet kernel convolution to automatically capture frequency-domain fault features,combined with a Softmax classifier optimized by the Adam algorithm to achieve fault diagnosis for NPC threelevel inverters.Experimental results under various operating conditions demonstrate that this approach maintains robust diagnostic accuracy across multiple fault scenarios,with comparative analysis further confirming its advantages in diagnostic efficiency and performance over traditional machine learning and other deep learning methods. 展开更多

Flexible pressure sensors have excellent prospects in applications of human-machine interfaces,artificial intelligence and human health monitoring due to their bendable and lightweight characteristics compared to rigid pressure sensors.However,arising from the limited compressibility of soft materials and the hardening of microstructures at the device interface,there is always a trade-off between high sensitivity and broad sensing range for most flexible pressure sensors,which results in a gradual saturation response and limits their practical applications.Herein,inspired by the distinct pressure perception function of crocodile receptors,a highly sensitive and wide-range flexible pressure sensor with multiscale microdomes and interlocked architecture is developed via a facile PS-decorated molding method.Combined with interlocked architecture,the multiscale dome-shaped structured interface enhances the compressibility of the material through structural complementarity,increases the contact area between functional materials,which compensates for the stiffness induced by the deformation of dense microscale columns.This effectively mitigates structural hardening across a wide pressure range,leading to the overall high performance of the sensor.As a result,the obtained sensor exhibits a low detection limit of 5 Pa,a high sensitivity of 6.14 kPa^(-1),a wide measurement range up to 231 kPa,short response/recovery time of 56 ms/69 ms,outstanding stability over 10,000 cycles.Considering these excellent properties,the sensor shows promising potential in health monitoring,human-computer interaction,wearable electronics.This study presents a strategy for the fabrication of flexible pressure sensors exhibiting high sensitivity and a wide pressure response range. 展开更多

With the rapid integration of renewable energy sources,modern power systems are increasingly challenged by heightened volatility and uncertainty.Doubly-fed variable-speed pumped storage units(DFVS-PSUs)have emerged as promising technologies for mitigating grid oscillations and enhancing system flexibility.However,the excitation converters in DFVS-PSUs are prone to significant issues such as elevated common-mode voltage(CMV)and neutral-point voltage(NPV)fluctuations,which can lead to electromagnetic interference and degrade transient performance.To address these challenges,an optimized virtual space vector pulse width modulation(OVSVPWM)strategy is proposed,aiming to suppress CMV and NPV simultaneously through coordinated multi-objective control.Specifically,a dynamic feedback mechanism is introduced to adjust the balancing factor of basic vectors in the synthesized virtual small vector in real-time,achieving autonomous balancing of the NPV.To address the excessive switching actions introduced by the OVSVPWM strategy,a phase duty ratio-based sequence reconstruction method is adopted,which reduces the total number of switching actions to half of the original.A zero-level buffering scheme is employed to reconstruct the single-phase voltage-level output sequence,achieving peak CMV suppression down to udc/6.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy significantly improves electromagnetic compatibility and operational stability while maintaining high power quality. 展开更多

This paper presents a method for estimating the parameters of DC-link capacitors in three-level NPC voltage source inverters(3L-NPC-VSI)used in grid-tied systems.The technique uses the signals generated by the intermodulation caused by the PWM strategy and converter topology interaction to estimate the capacitor parameters of the converter DC-link.It utilizes an observer-based structure consisting of a recursive noninteger sliding discrete Fourier transform(rnSDFT)and an RLS filter improved with a forgetting factor(oSDFT-RLS)to accurately estimate the capacitance and equivalent series resistance(ESR).Importantly,this method does not require additional sensors beyond those already installed in off-the-shelf 3L-NPC-VSI systems,ensuring its noninvasiveness.Furthermore,the oSDFTRLS estimates capacitor parameters in the time-frequency domain,enabling the tracking of capacitor degradation and predicting potential faults.Experimental results from the laboratory setup demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed condition monitoring method. 展开更多

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合微创交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折的效果。方法选择2021年1月5日至2024年7月3日连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治的88例胫腓骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(微创交锁髓内钉内固定术)与观察组(穴位贴敷联... 目的探讨穴位贴敷联合微创交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折的效果。方法选择2021年1月5日至2024年7月3日连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治的88例胫腓骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(微创交锁髓内钉内固定术)与观察组(穴位贴敷联合微创交锁髓内钉内固定术),各44例。对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3个月,观察组的口述描绘评分法(VRS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为2.27%,较对照组的18.18%更低(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合微创交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折效果显著,可降低患者的疼痛程度及并发症发生率,改善机体的炎症反应、血流动力学及骨代谢水平。 展开更多

目的:探究Interlock可解脱弹簧圈在脾动脉瘤的腔内治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年2月至2019年2月于本中心使用Interlock可解脱弹簧圈治疗的36例脾动脉瘤患者的临床资料,包括10例男性,26例女性,31例真性动脉瘤,5例假性脾动脉瘤... 目的:探究Interlock可解脱弹簧圈在脾动脉瘤的腔内治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年2月至2019年2月于本中心使用Interlock可解脱弹簧圈治疗的36例脾动脉瘤患者的临床资料,包括10例男性,26例女性,31例真性动脉瘤,5例假性脾动脉瘤,术前均行超声或CTA明确诊断。术中栓塞后,立即血管造影以明确技术成功率。围手术期及术后2周、3个月和6个月监测血常规、胰淀粉酶和主动脉CTA,观察并发症的发生情况。结果:6例患者弹簧圈栓塞动脉瘤远近端及瘤腔,其余仅栓塞脾动脉瘤瘤腔。术中DSA血管造影提示即刻脾动脉瘤栓塞闭塞率为97%以上,术中共使用128枚Interlock弹簧圈,其中104枚为钻石型,24枚为普通2D型。弹簧圈平均直径为6.3±4.2(2-12)mm,平均长度为16±13.5(3-32)mm,瘤体平均尺寸为40.6±12.5(15-70)mm。围手术期无并发症发生。平均随访10.0±3.2(6-15)个月,1月后2例出现脾梗死,7例发生轻微腹痛及低热等症状,所有病例均未见瘤腔再通和瘤体增大。结论:Interlock可解脱弹簧圈可以安全有效地治疗脾动脉瘤,但其远期疗效需长期随访观察。 展开更多

The ultra-fine structured Ni?Al?WC layer with interlocking bonding was fabricated on austenitic stainless steel by combination of laser clad and friction stir processing (FSP). Laser was initially applied to Ni?Al elemental powder preplaced on the austenitic stainless steel substrate to produce a coating for further processing. The as-received coating was subjected to FSP treatment, processed by a rotary tool rod made of WC?Co alloy, to obtain sample for inspection. Microstructure, phase constitutions, hardness and wear property were investigated by methods of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) microanalysis, and X-ray diffraction (XRD), hardness test alongside with dry sliding wear test. The results show that the severe deformation effect exerted on the specimen resulted in an ultra-fine grain layer of about 100μmin thickness and grain size of 1?2μm. Synergy between introduction of WC particles to the deformation layer and deformation strengthening contributes greatly to the increase in hardness and friction resistance. An interlocking bonding between the coating and matrix which significantly improves bonding strength was formed due to the severe deformation effect. 展开更多

互锁式L型沉箱作为一种新型沉箱结构,能够有效应对复杂海洋环境荷载。该结构在深水港码头、防波堤和人工岛等海洋基础设施中具有广阔的应用前景。通过室内加载模型试验,探究了所提出的互锁式L型沉箱(interlocking L-shaped caisson,简称... 互锁式L型沉箱作为一种新型沉箱结构,能够有效应对复杂海洋环境荷载。该结构在深水港码头、防波堤和人工岛等海洋基础设施中具有广阔的应用前景。通过室内加载模型试验,探究了所提出的互锁式L型沉箱(interlocking L-shaped caisson,简称ILC)替代传统L型沉箱(conventional L-shaped caisson,简称CLC)的可行性。研究了相邻ILC形成的六棱柱空腔内部的填充材料、地基类型和荷载形式对沉箱码头稳定性的影响。与CLC码头相比,在条形荷载下采用碎石或混凝土块联锁加固的ILC码头极限承载力分别提高了15.5%和20.1%。混凝土块联锁加固的ILC码头具有更优的承载性能。随着软土夹层地基替代砂土地基,ILC码头的极限承载力降低,其破坏模式由倾覆破坏变为整体失稳破坏,破坏面形态由直线-圆弧状变为多折线状。随着作用范围更小的集中荷载替代条形荷载,ILC码头的整体性变差,极限承载力显著降低,沉箱附近回填土表面沉降增大。 展开更多

We theoretically investigate the Autler-Townes (AT) splitting in the photoelectron spectra of three-level ladder K2 molecule driven by a pump-probe pulse via employing the time- dependent wave packet approach. The dependence of AT splitting on two laser intensities and wavelengths are studied in detail. We firstly quantify these effects on peak shift and AT separation. The photoelectron spectra show double splitting with symmetric profiles, but with asymmetric profiles when the wavelength is changed. The magnitude of AT splitting increases with the pump laser intensity, but does not vary with probe intensity. The shifts of the absorption peaks and the splitting between AT doublet are predicted by using an analyt- ical fitting function when the intensity/wavelength of one of the two fields is changed. These novel results are of importance for the molecular spectroscopy and may further stimulate the first principles theoretical studies analytically. 展开更多

目的探讨Interlock可解脱弹簧圈系统应用于冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘栓塞术的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2016年12月23日至2017年9月7日于中国医学科学院阜外医院选用Interlock可解脱弹簧圈系统行冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘栓塞术的6例冠状动脉-肺... 目的探讨Interlock可解脱弹簧圈系统应用于冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘栓塞术的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2016年12月23日至2017年9月7日于中国医学科学院阜外医院选用Interlock可解脱弹簧圈系统行冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘栓塞术的6例冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘患者临床资料,其中包括男性2例,女性4例。所有患者均常规采用右侧桡动脉入径行冠状动脉造影以明确诊断,沿导管置入并释放Interlock可解脱弹簧圈于瘘管或瘤腔内,栓塞后行选择性冠状动脉造影评价疗效,观察术中及术后有无并发症发生。结果 6例选用Interlock可解脱弹簧圈行冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘栓塞术的患者均手术成功,无血管损伤及心肌梗死等术中并发症发生。有4例合并动脉瘤形成,其中3例应用弹簧圈填塞在动脉瘤体,1例栓塞在动脉瘤近心端瘘管。术中共用Interlock可解脱弹簧圈18枚,其中3枚为钻石型,15枚为普通2D型;弹簧圈直径为2~12 mm,长度为2.3~30 cm;瘘口直径为2~3 mm。即刻行选择性冠状动脉造影,其中3例为完全栓塞,3例有少量残余分流。术后所有患者胸闷、胸痛症状均得以缓解;超声心动图提示无异常血流,X线胸片提示弹簧圈位置、形态良好,心电图检查无新发心律失常或心肌缺血等改变。随访12个月,无心肌梗死、心源性休克、心室颤动、心室扑动、心脏破裂或猝死等主要不良心血管事件发生。结论 Interlock可解脱弹簧圈系统可控性高、安全性好,尤其适用于伴有动脉瘤形成、血管迂曲需要准确定位的冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘患者介入治疗。 展开更多

背景:交锁髓内钉内固定是治疗股骨干骨折的“金标准”,而远端锁钉置入困难一直是难以解决的问题。目的:通过对比纠偏压杆技术与徒手锁钉技术的临床效果,进一步说明纠偏压杆技术是否能够快速、准确、无直接X射线辐射暴露地置入股骨髓内... 背景:交锁髓内钉内固定是治疗股骨干骨折的“金标准”,而远端锁钉置入困难一直是难以解决的问题。目的:通过对比纠偏压杆技术与徒手锁钉技术的临床效果,进一步说明纠偏压杆技术是否能够快速、准确、无直接X射线辐射暴露地置入股骨髓内钉远端锁钉,从而解决远端锁钉置入困难的问题。方法:纳入2022年7月至2024年9月西南医科大学附属中医医院骨伤科收治的股骨干骨折患者,在行股骨交锁髓内钉内固定时出现远端锁钉置入困难的病例共计52例,根据置入方案分为2组,纠偏压杆组26例采用纠偏压杆技术进行股骨髓内钉远端锁钉的置入,徒手锁钉组26例采用传统的徒手锁钉技术进行股骨髓内钉远端锁钉的置入。对比两组患者的远端锁钉置入时间、X射线投射次数及首次远端置钉准确率。结果与结论:①纠偏压杆组的远端锁钉置入时间明显短于徒手锁钉组(t=-4.136,P<0.001),差异有显著性意义;②纠偏压杆组X射线透视次数少于徒手锁钉组(t=-19.696,P<0.001),差异有显著性意义;③在两组首次置钉准确率方面,纠偏压杆组(100%)高于徒手锁钉组(71%),差异有显著性意义(χ^(2)=5.253,P<0.05);④结果表明,相较于单纯徒手置钉,纠偏压杆技术具有锁钉快、准确率高、X射线辐射小的优点,该技术无需辅助其他设备、可操作性强,值得进行进一步临床验证后推广应用于股骨干骨折股骨交锁髓内钉内固定。 展开更多

Titanium plates with a Ti−O solid solution surface-hardened layer were cold roll-bonded with 304 stainless steel plates with high work hardening rates.The evolution and mechanisms affecting the interfacial bonding strength in titanium/stainless steel laminated composites were investigated.Results indicate that the hardened layer reduces the interfacial bonding strength from over 261 MPa to less than 204 MPa.During the cold roll-bonding process,the hardened layer fractures,leading to the formation of multi-scale cracks that are difficult for the stainless steel to fill.This not only hinders the development of an interlocking interface but also leads to the presence of numerous microcracks and hardened blocks along the nearly straight interface,consequently weakening the interfacial bonding strength.In metals with high work hardening rates,the conventional approach of enhancing interface interlocking and improving interfacial bonding strength by using a surface-hardened layer becomes less effective. 展开更多

复杂地质条件下咬合桩协同成桩技术在隧道支护结构中的应用

针对深基坑咬合桩在硬岩地层成桩效率低、钢筋笼上浮及流沙塌孔等技术难题,本研究以某机场扩建工程为背景,创新性地提出“全套管全回转钻机+潜孔锤+拔管机”协同成桩技术体系。通过导墙精密定位控制、岩层潜孔锤高压气动破岩携渣、袖阀... 针对深基坑咬合桩在硬岩地层成桩效率低、钢筋笼上浮及流沙塌孔等技术难题,本研究以某机场扩建工程为背景,创新性地提出“全套管全回转钻机+潜孔锤+拔管机”协同成桩技术体系。通过导墙精密定位控制、岩层潜孔锤高压气动破岩携渣、袖阀管分层注浆抑制流沙,并结合钢筋笼抗浮钢板与预拔力检测工艺,成功实现2920根咬合桩在广花盆地溶洞发育区的精准施工。工程实践表明:该技术使单桩成孔周期压缩至8 h,桩体垂直度偏差不大于0.3%,基坑围护渗漏率降低92%,为复杂地质条件下咬合桩高效施工提供了依据。 展开更多
