We found that obvious seasonal variations occur in the propagation of GWs. In spring, GWs mainlypropagate in the northeast direction. In summer and autumn, GWs mainly propagate in the north direction. However, GWs mainlypropagate in the south direction in winter. The direction of GW propagation in the zonal direction is controlled by the wind-filteringeffect, whereas the north–south meridional direction is mainly determined by the location of the wave source. We found that the averageenergy spectrum exhibits a 10%–20% higher intensity in summer and winter compared with spring and autumn. For the first time, wereport the seasonal variation characteristics of GWs over the inland areas of Northwest China, which is of great significance forunderstanding the regional distribution characteristics of GWs.展开更多

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third-most prevalent cancer and the cancer with the second-highest mortality rate worldwide,representing a high public health burden.Deep learning(DL)offers advantages in the di...BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third-most prevalent cancer and the cancer with the second-highest mortality rate worldwide,representing a high public health burden.Deep learning(DL)offers advantages in the diagnosis,identification,localization,classification and prognosis of CRC patients.However,few bibliometric analyses of research hotspots and trends in the field have been performed.AIM To use bibliometric approaches to analyze and visualize the current research state and development trend of DL in CRC as well as to anticipate future research directions and hotspots.METHODS Datasets were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection for the period January 2011 to December 2023.Scimago Graphica(1.0.45),VOSviewer(1.6.20)and CiteSpace(6.3.1)were used to analyze and visualize the nation,institution,journal,author,reference and keyword indicators.Origin(2022)was utilized for plotting,and Excel(2021)was used to construct the tables.RESULTS A total of 1275 publications in 538 journals from 74 countries and 2267 institutions were collected.The number of annual publications has increased over time.China(371,29.1%),the United States(265,20.8%)and Japan(155,12.2%)contributed significantly to the number of articles published,accounting for 62.1%of the total publications.The United States had the strongest ties to other nations.Sun Yat-sen University in China had the highest number of publications(32).The journal with the most publications was Scientific Reports(34,Q2),whereas Gastrointestinal Endoscopy had the most co-citations(1053,Q1).Kather JN,was the author with the most articles(12)and co-citations(287).The most frequently cited reference was Deep Residual Learning for Image Recognition.Keywords were divided into six clusters,with“colorectal cancer”(12.34)having the highest outbreak intensity.CONCLUSION This study highlights the current status and most active directions of the use of DL in CRC.This approach has important applications in the identification,diagnosis,localization,classification and prognosis of the disease and will remain a central focus in the future.展开更多
In order to gain insight into the current research status and development trend of problem-based learning(PBL)in colleges and universities,this study employs the bibliometric method to conduct statistical and analytic...In order to gain insight into the current research status and development trend of problem-based learning(PBL)in colleges and universities,this study employs the bibliometric method to conduct statistical and analytical studies based on the examination of journal papers and review papers within the Web of Science(WOS)database.The objective is to provide a reference point for research in related fields.The findings indicate a sustained expansion in PBL research output at universities,with the United States accounting for most documents in the field,while European research institutions such as Aalborg University and Maastricht University are at the forefront.Nevertheless,the density of collaborative networks between authors is relatively low,and cross-institutional and interdisciplinary collaboration still requires further strengthening.The majority of research results are published in academic journals such as Academic Medicine and the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education.Presently,the focal point of PBL research in colleges and universities is undergoing a transition from a“single-discipline focus”to an“interdisciplinary integration.”This integration is profoundly intertwined with the nascent fields of modern educational technology and education for sustainable development,thereby offering a novel avenue for the advancement of pedagogical approaches and educational equity.展开更多

Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the current status and hotspots of adolescent obesity research based on CiteSpace,to provide evidence-based basis for research directions and ideas in this field.Methods:This ...Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the current status and hotspots of adolescent obesity research based on CiteSpace,to provide evidence-based basis for research directions and ideas in this field.Methods:This study used subject words and free words to retrieve literature from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,and VIP Core database.The retrieval time was from January 1,2010 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace6.3.R2 software was used to perform cluster sub-visualization analysis of the number of articles,authors,and keywords of literature on adolescent obesity.Results:A total of 523 Chinese articles were included.Since 2010,the number of articles on adolescent obesity in China showed an increasing trend,with an average annual growth rate of 12.3%.From the perspective of spatial distribution,more regions,institutions,and researchers have begun to pay attention to the research in this field,exploring the impact of dietary imbalance and insufficient exercise on adolescent obesity in different regions and the management methods.From the perspective of cooperation,the cooperation of various regions and institutions showed the characteristics of regional concentration or professional concentration,mainly distributed in medicine and physical education.High-frequency keywords included“living standard”,“exercise intervention”,“physical activity”,“mental health”,“body fat rate”,and“body fat rate”.After 2020,“intelligent weight management platform”and“remote follow-up”emerged to reflect the deep integration of technology and health management.Keyword cluster analysis showed that research hotspots focused on the etiological mechanism of obesity,intervention models,regional characteristics in different regions,and the risk of obesity-related metabolic diseases.With the launch of the national“Weight Management Year”initiative,research has been tilted to community health promotion and multi-sectoral collaboration,focusing on obesity prevention of preschool children and AI-driven personalized intervention programs[1].However,there is a bottleneck of lack of tracking mechanisms for long-term effects such as adolescent development and metabolic adaptability.Conclusions:The research status and hotspots of adolescent obesity have gradually shifted from early etiological exploration to precise intervention models driven by technology empowerment.In the future,researchers can build an obesity prevention and control network covering the whole life cycle and the whole region through the three-dimensional drive of“technological innovation×policy empowerment×disciplinary integration”,and eventually achieve the goal of reducing the obesity rate in adolescents.展开更多
AIM:To provide a comprehensive review of the advances in research on diabetes-associated dry eye(DADE),highlighting its pathophysiological mechanisms,risk factors,and demographic characteristics,laying the foundation ...AIM:To provide a comprehensive review of the advances in research on diabetes-associated dry eye(DADE),highlighting its pathophysiological mechanisms,risk factors,and demographic characteristics,laying the foundation for further investigation into its pathogenesis and treatment strategies.METHODS:A systemic review of the documents related to DADE had been performed based on the Web of Science database prior to achieving the plain text files of authors,titles,journals,and abstracts which afterwards had been imported into Citespace and VOSviewer software for data cleansing.The visual analysis was implemented from the following aspects:journals’publications,author and national cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,timeline analysis,and burst detection.RESULTS:The 318 documents in 167 journals had been incorporated with the overall annual citations and annual publications respectively growing significantly since 2014 and 2016.The keyword co-occurrence networks formed 4 clusters,with the representative keywords being dry eye,diabetes mellitus,prevalence,and diabetic retinopathy.Both the timeline map and the burst detection demonstrated that in the exploration of the pathogenesis of DADE,initial research was dedicated to Sjögren’s syndrome,followed by cross-sectional statistical analysis of the pertinent contributing factors of DADE using online databases.Precisely the oxidative stress seemed to surge into the research spotlight presently.The key pathogenic mechanisms of DADE include inflammation,oxidative stress and corneal neuropathy,contributing to the development of dry eye symptoms.CONCLUSION:Age,gender,diabetes duration,and diabetic retinopathy are strongly associated with the development of DADE,but the impact of other systemic factors require further investigation.With high prevalence of dry eye in Asia,valuable resources like the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES)database offer crucial data for developing risk prediction models for DADE.Building risk prediction models using machine learning algorithms is a promising future research direction,enabling physicians to identify high-risk individuals and implement early interventions.展开更多
AIM:To gain insight into the future research directions in scleral contact lenses(SCLs)through a comprehensive bibliometrics study.METHODS:The publications related to SCLs were screened from the Web of Science Core Co...AIM:To gain insight into the future research directions in scleral contact lenses(SCLs)through a comprehensive bibliometrics study.METHODS:The publications related to SCLs were screened from the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database.All bibliographic information was extracted and used to conduct a performance analysis.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were employed to visualize annual publication counts,journals,authors,countries,institutions,collaboration networks,keywords,and references.RESULTS:A total of 498 articles were included in our analysis and the number of publications about SCLs showed a significant yearly increase.These publications predominantly emanated from 523 institutions across 38 countries,with the United States and Australia leading in frequency.Totally 1361 authors were identified,among whom Vincent J.Stephen exhibited the highest number of publications,while Jacobs S.Deborah received the most citations.Notably,the journal Contact Lens&Anterior Eye emerged as the primary publisher of studies,and it also boasted the highest citation rate.“Fluid-ventilated,gas-permeable scleral contact lens is an effective option for managing severe ocular surface disease and many corneal disorders that would otherwise require penetrating keratoplasty”was the most cited paper published in eye&contact lens in 2005.The most prevalent keywords encompassed“keratoconus”,“scleral contact lenses”,“management”,“contact lenses”,“scleral contact lens”,“ocular surface disease”,“dry eye”,and“contact lens”.CONCLUSION:Although SCLs have demonstrated significant potential in ophthalmological care,the results offer valuable insights pertinent to future research directions and clinical practice.Greater emphasis should be placed on developing enhancements in design,materials,and fitting technique,as well as on reducing the complications associated with SCLs.展开更多

Objective:This study aims to analyze the research hotspots and trends in nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:The study utilized the CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software to visualize nursing-related research o...Objective:This study aims to analyze the research hotspots and trends in nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:The study utilized the CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software to visualize nursing-related research on Kawasaki disease in children,drawing from articles published in the CNKI and Web of Science core collection databases from January 1,2014,to January 1,2024.Key analysis components included authors,institutions,and keywords,supported by the creation of a corresponding knowledge map.Results:Literature Publications:Over the past decade,the analysis encompassed a total of 309 Chinese articles on nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease,with an average annual publication rate of 30.9 articles.Additionally,251 foreign language articles were scrutinized,exhibiting an average annual publication rate of 25.1 articles.Author and Institution Analysis:In Chinese literature,the notable figure of Huang Rimei emerged as a prolific author,with the Children's Hospital Affiliated with Zhengzhou University standing out as a high-yielding institution.Conversely,in English literature,the prolific authors Burns and Jane C were prominent,alongside the University of California,San Diego,which emerged as a high-yielding institution.Keyword and Research Hotspots Analysis:The focal points of research in Chinese literature revolved around continuous nursing,cardiovascular complications,clinical nursing pathways,rehabilitation effects,holistic nursing,and gamma globulin.Conversely,English literature emphasized research hotspots such as cardiovascular complications,treatment modalities,diagnostic approaches,long-term management strategies,gamma globulin therapy,steroid pulse therapy,and pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome.Conclusions:The quantity of Chinese literature concerning nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease appears comparatively scant,underscored by an uneven distribution of issuing institutions and a lack of influence.To address this,future endeavors should prioritize bolstering collaboration across diverse regions and institutions,conducting multi-center,cross-regional research,implementing clinical nursing pathways,and augmenting the continuity of care.Conversely,the upsurge in English literature publications regarding nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease signals a burgeoning interest,primarily concentrated on treatment modalities.This trend advocates for the integration of medical and nursing care and emphasizes the importance of remaining abreast of advancements in managing Kawasaki disease in children.展开更多
BACKGROUND Biliary stone disease is a highly prevalent condition and a leading cause of hospitalization worldwide.Hepatolithiasis with associated strictures has high residual and recurrence rates after traditional mul...BACKGROUND Biliary stone disease is a highly prevalent condition and a leading cause of hospitalization worldwide.Hepatolithiasis with associated strictures has high residual and recurrence rates after traditional multisession percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopic lithotripsy(PTCSL).AIM To study one-step PTCSL using the percutaneous transhepatic one-step biliary fistulation(PTOBF)technique guided by three-dimensional(3D)visualization.METHODS This was a retrospective,single-center study analyzing,140 patients who,between October 2016 and October 2023,underwent one-step PTCSL for hepatolithiasis.The patients were divided into two groups:The 3D-PTOBF group and the PTOBF group.Stone clearance on choledochoscopy,complications,and long-term clearance and recurrence rates were assessed.RESULTS Age,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,Child-Pugh class,and stone location were similar between the 2 groups,but there was a significant difference in bile duct strictures,with biliary strictures more common in the 3D-PTOBF group(P=0.001).The median follow-up time was 55.0(55.0,512.0)days.The immediate stone clearance ratio(88.6%vs 27.1%,P=0.000)and stricture resolution ratio(97.1%vs 78.6%,P=0.001)in the 3D-PTOBF group were significantly greater than those in the PTOBF group.Postoperative complication(8.6%vs 41.4%,P=0.000)and stone recurrence rates(7.1%vs 38.6%,P=0.000)were significantly lower in the 3D-PTOBF group.CONCLUSION Three-dimensional visualization helps make one-step PTCSL a safe,effective,and promising treatment for patients with complicated primary hepatolithiasis.The perioperative and long-term outcomes are satisfactory for patients with complicated primary hepatolithiasis.This minimally invasive method has the potential to be used as a substitute for hepatobiliary surgery.展开更多

BACKGROUND Laparoscopic gastrectomy for esophagogastric junction(EGJ)carcinoma enables the removal of the carcinoma at the junction between the stomach and esophagus while preserving the gastric function,thereby provi...BACKGROUND Laparoscopic gastrectomy for esophagogastric junction(EGJ)carcinoma enables the removal of the carcinoma at the junction between the stomach and esophagus while preserving the gastric function,thereby providing patients with better treatment outcomes and quality of life.Nonetheless,this surgical technique also presents some challenges and limitations.Therefore,three-dimensional reconstruction visualization technology(3D RVT)has been introduced into the procedure,providing doctors with more comprehensive and intuitive anatomical information that helps with surgical planning,navigation,and outcome evaluation.AIM To discuss the application and advantages of 3D RVT in precise laparoscopic resection of EGJ carcinomas.METHODS Data were obtained from the electronic or paper-based medical records at The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2020 to June 2022.A total of 120 patients diagnosed with EGJ carcinoma were included in the study.Of these,68 underwent laparoscopic resection after computed tomography(CT)-enhanced scanning and were categorized into the 2D group,whereas 52 underwent laparoscopic resection after CT-enhanced scanning and 3D RVT and were categorized into the 3D group.This study had two outcome measures:the deviation between tumor-related factors(such as maximum tumor diameter and infiltration length)in 3D RVT and clinical reality,and surgical outcome indicators(such as operative time,intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node dissections,R0 resection rate,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative gas discharge time,drainage tube removal time,and related complications)between the 2D and 3D groups.RESULTS Among patients included in the 3D group,27 had a maximum tumor diameter of less than 3 cm,whereas 25 had a diameter of 3 cm or more.In actual surgical observations,24 had a diameter of less than 3 cm,whereas 28 had a diameter of 3 cm or more.The findings were consistent between the two methods(χ^(2)=0.346,P=0.556),with a kappa consistency coefficient of 0.808.With respect to infiltration length,in the 3D group,23 patients had a length of less than 5 cm,whereas 29 had a length of 5 cm or more.In actual surgical observations,20 cases had a length of less than 5 cm,whereas 32 had a length of 5 cm or more.The findings were consistent between the two methods(χ^(2)=0.357,P=0.550),with a kappa consistency coefficient of 0.486.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the maximum tumor diameter and infiltration length measured using 3D RVT were positively correlated with clinical observations during surgery(r=0.814 and 0.490,both P<0.05).The 3D group had a shorter operative time(157.02±8.38 vs 183.16±23.87),less intraoperative blood loss(83.65±14.22 vs 110.94±22.05),and higher number of lymph node dissections(28.98±2.82 vs 23.56±2.77)and R0 resection rate(80.77%vs 61.64%)than the 2D group.Furthermore,the 3D group had shorter hospital stay[8(8,9)vs 13(14,16)],time to gas passage[3(3,4)vs 4(5,5)],and drainage tube removal time[4(4,5)vs 6(6,7)]than the 2D group.The complication rate was lower in the 3D group(11.54%)than in the 2D group(26.47%)(χ^(2)=4.106,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Using 3D RVT,doctors can gain a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of the anatomy and related lesions of EGJ carcinomas,thus enabling more accurate surgical planning.展开更多
Groundwater is a vital component of the hydrological cycle and essential for the sustainable development of ecosystems.Numerical simulation methods are key tools for addressing scientific challenges in groundwater res...Groundwater is a vital component of the hydrological cycle and essential for the sustainable development of ecosystems.Numerical simulation methods are key tools for addressing scientific challenges in groundwater research.This study uses bibliometric visualization analysis to examine the progress and trends in groundwater numerical simulation methods.By analyzing literature indexed in the Web of Science database from January 1990 to February 2023,and employing tools such as Citespace and VOSviewer,we assessed publication volume,research institutions and their collaborations,prolific scholars,keyword clustering,and emerging trends.The findings indicate an overall upward trend in both the number of publications and citations concerning groundwater numerical simulations.Since 2010,the number of publications has tripled compared to the total before 2010,underscoring the increasing significance and potential of numerical simulation methods in groundwater science.China,in particular,has shown remarkable growth in this field over the past decade,surpassing the United States,Canada,and Germany.This progress is closely linked to strong national support and active participation from research institutions,especially the contributions from teams at Hohai University,China University of Geosciences,and the University of Science and Technology of China.Collaboration between research teams is primarily seen between China and the United States,with less noticeable cooperation among other countries,resulting in a diverse and dispersed development pattern.Keyword analysis highlights that international research hotspots include groundwater recharge,karst water,geothermal water migration,seawater intrusion,variable density flow,contaminant and solute transport,pollution remediation,and land subsidence.Looking ahead,groundwater numerical simulations are expected to play a more prominent role in areas such as climate change,surface water-groundwater interactions,the impact of groundwater nitrates on the environment and health,submarine groundwater discharge,ecological water use,groundwater management,and risk prevention.展开更多

文摘The three-dimensional spectral analysis method was applied to airglow data from September 2023 to August 2024 derivedfrom an OH airglow imager located at the Hejing station (42.79°N, 83.73°E) to study the propagation characteristics of gravity waves(GWs) over Northwest China. We found that obvious seasonal variations occur in the propagation of GWs. In spring, GWs mainlypropagate in the northeast direction. In summer and autumn, GWs mainly propagate in the north direction. However, GWs mainlypropagate in the south direction in winter. The direction of GW propagation in the zonal direction is controlled by the wind-filteringeffect, whereas the north–south meridional direction is mainly determined by the location of the wave source. We found that the averageenergy spectrum exhibits a 10%–20% higher intensity in summer and winter compared with spring and autumn. For the first time, wereport the seasonal variation characteristics of GWs over the inland areas of Northwest China, which is of great significance forunderstanding the regional distribution characteristics of GWs.

文摘BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third-most prevalent cancer and the cancer with the second-highest mortality rate worldwide,representing a high public health burden.Deep learning(DL)offers advantages in the diagnosis,identification,localization,classification and prognosis of CRC patients.However,few bibliometric analyses of research hotspots and trends in the field have been performed.AIM To use bibliometric approaches to analyze and visualize the current research state and development trend of DL in CRC as well as to anticipate future research directions and hotspots.METHODS Datasets were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection for the period January 2011 to December 2023.Scimago Graphica(1.0.45),VOSviewer(1.6.20)and CiteSpace(6.3.1)were used to analyze and visualize the nation,institution,journal,author,reference and keyword indicators.Origin(2022)was utilized for plotting,and Excel(2021)was used to construct the tables.RESULTS A total of 1275 publications in 538 journals from 74 countries and 2267 institutions were collected.The number of annual publications has increased over time.China(371,29.1%),the United States(265,20.8%)and Japan(155,12.2%)contributed significantly to the number of articles published,accounting for 62.1%of the total publications.The United States had the strongest ties to other nations.Sun Yat-sen University in China had the highest number of publications(32).The journal with the most publications was Scientific Reports(34,Q2),whereas Gastrointestinal Endoscopy had the most co-citations(1053,Q1).Kather JN,was the author with the most articles(12)and co-citations(287).The most frequently cited reference was Deep Residual Learning for Image Recognition.Keywords were divided into six clusters,with“colorectal cancer”(12.34)having the highest outbreak intensity.CONCLUSION This study highlights the current status and most active directions of the use of DL in CRC.This approach has important applications in the identification,diagnosis,localization,classification and prognosis of the disease and will remain a central focus in the future.
文摘In order to gain insight into the current research status and development trend of problem-based learning(PBL)in colleges and universities,this study employs the bibliometric method to conduct statistical and analytical studies based on the examination of journal papers and review papers within the Web of Science(WOS)database.The objective is to provide a reference point for research in related fields.The findings indicate a sustained expansion in PBL research output at universities,with the United States accounting for most documents in the field,while European research institutions such as Aalborg University and Maastricht University are at the forefront.Nevertheless,the density of collaborative networks between authors is relatively low,and cross-institutional and interdisciplinary collaboration still requires further strengthening.The majority of research results are published in academic journals such as Academic Medicine and the International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education.Presently,the focal point of PBL research in colleges and universities is undergoing a transition from a“single-discipline focus”to an“interdisciplinary integration.”This integration is profoundly intertwined with the nascent fields of modern educational technology and education for sustainable development,thereby offering a novel avenue for the advancement of pedagogical approaches and educational equity.

文摘Objective:To analyze the current status,hotspot and trend of mental health research in patients with chronic kidney disease at home and abroad.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure,WanFang,VIP,China Biology Medicine database,PubMed,and Web of Science core collection database were used as search sources from January 2004 to December 2024,and CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis and knowledge mapping.Results:A total of 2059 Chinese and 1678 foreign literatures were included.The number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend,but the collaboration among authors was relatively loose.Negative psychology,such as depression and anxiety,as well as the quality of life of chronic kidney disease patients,were the main research hotspots.Conclusion:In the future,it is necessary to enhance cooperation and communication among researchers,continue to explore the mechanism of mental health,optimize research designs,innovate psychological nursing intervention measures,and focus on improving the psychological resilience and social support levels of patients.
文摘Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the current status and hotspots of adolescent obesity research based on CiteSpace,to provide evidence-based basis for research directions and ideas in this field.Methods:This study used subject words and free words to retrieve literature from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,and VIP Core database.The retrieval time was from January 1,2010 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace6.3.R2 software was used to perform cluster sub-visualization analysis of the number of articles,authors,and keywords of literature on adolescent obesity.Results:A total of 523 Chinese articles were included.Since 2010,the number of articles on adolescent obesity in China showed an increasing trend,with an average annual growth rate of 12.3%.From the perspective of spatial distribution,more regions,institutions,and researchers have begun to pay attention to the research in this field,exploring the impact of dietary imbalance and insufficient exercise on adolescent obesity in different regions and the management methods.From the perspective of cooperation,the cooperation of various regions and institutions showed the characteristics of regional concentration or professional concentration,mainly distributed in medicine and physical education.High-frequency keywords included“living standard”,“exercise intervention”,“physical activity”,“mental health”,“body fat rate”,and“body fat rate”.After 2020,“intelligent weight management platform”and“remote follow-up”emerged to reflect the deep integration of technology and health management.Keyword cluster analysis showed that research hotspots focused on the etiological mechanism of obesity,intervention models,regional characteristics in different regions,and the risk of obesity-related metabolic diseases.With the launch of the national“Weight Management Year”initiative,research has been tilted to community health promotion and multi-sectoral collaboration,focusing on obesity prevention of preschool children and AI-driven personalized intervention programs[1].However,there is a bottleneck of lack of tracking mechanisms for long-term effects such as adolescent development and metabolic adaptability.Conclusions:The research status and hotspots of adolescent obesity have gradually shifted from early etiological exploration to precise intervention models driven by technology empowerment.In the future,researchers can build an obesity prevention and control network covering the whole life cycle and the whole region through the three-dimensional drive of“technological innovation×policy empowerment×disciplinary integration”,and eventually achieve the goal of reducing the obesity rate in adolescents.

文摘AIM:To provide a comprehensive review of the advances in research on diabetes-associated dry eye(DADE),highlighting its pathophysiological mechanisms,risk factors,and demographic characteristics,laying the foundation for further investigation into its pathogenesis and treatment strategies.METHODS:A systemic review of the documents related to DADE had been performed based on the Web of Science database prior to achieving the plain text files of authors,titles,journals,and abstracts which afterwards had been imported into Citespace and VOSviewer software for data cleansing.The visual analysis was implemented from the following aspects:journals’publications,author and national cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,timeline analysis,and burst detection.RESULTS:The 318 documents in 167 journals had been incorporated with the overall annual citations and annual publications respectively growing significantly since 2014 and 2016.The keyword co-occurrence networks formed 4 clusters,with the representative keywords being dry eye,diabetes mellitus,prevalence,and diabetic retinopathy.Both the timeline map and the burst detection demonstrated that in the exploration of the pathogenesis of DADE,initial research was dedicated to Sjögren’s syndrome,followed by cross-sectional statistical analysis of the pertinent contributing factors of DADE using online databases.Precisely the oxidative stress seemed to surge into the research spotlight presently.The key pathogenic mechanisms of DADE include inflammation,oxidative stress and corneal neuropathy,contributing to the development of dry eye symptoms.CONCLUSION:Age,gender,diabetes duration,and diabetic retinopathy are strongly associated with the development of DADE,but the impact of other systemic factors require further investigation.With high prevalence of dry eye in Asia,valuable resources like the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES)database offer crucial data for developing risk prediction models for DADE.Building risk prediction models using machine learning algorithms is a promising future research direction,enabling physicians to identify high-risk individuals and implement early interventions.
文摘AIM:To gain insight into the future research directions in scleral contact lenses(SCLs)through a comprehensive bibliometrics study.METHODS:The publications related to SCLs were screened from the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database.All bibliographic information was extracted and used to conduct a performance analysis.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were employed to visualize annual publication counts,journals,authors,countries,institutions,collaboration networks,keywords,and references.RESULTS:A total of 498 articles were included in our analysis and the number of publications about SCLs showed a significant yearly increase.These publications predominantly emanated from 523 institutions across 38 countries,with the United States and Australia leading in frequency.Totally 1361 authors were identified,among whom Vincent J.Stephen exhibited the highest number of publications,while Jacobs S.Deborah received the most citations.Notably,the journal Contact Lens&Anterior Eye emerged as the primary publisher of studies,and it also boasted the highest citation rate.“Fluid-ventilated,gas-permeable scleral contact lens is an effective option for managing severe ocular surface disease and many corneal disorders that would otherwise require penetrating keratoplasty”was the most cited paper published in eye&contact lens in 2005.The most prevalent keywords encompassed“keratoconus”,“scleral contact lenses”,“management”,“contact lenses”,“scleral contact lens”,“ocular surface disease”,“dry eye”,and“contact lens”.CONCLUSION:Although SCLs have demonstrated significant potential in ophthalmological care,the results offer valuable insights pertinent to future research directions and clinical practice.Greater emphasis should be placed on developing enhancements in design,materials,and fitting technique,as well as on reducing the complications associated with SCLs.
文摘Background: Scar contractions caused by hand burns seriously impact both the function and appearance of the hand.Consequently,post-burn hand reconstruction is a primary focus of secondary reconstructive surgery performed within the first 10 years after a burn injury.This study aimed to identify developmental trends and research hotspots in post-burn hand reconstruction,providing insights and recommendations for researchers.Methods: Bibliometric and visualization analyses were conducted using Cite Space v6.4.R1(64-bit) and VOS viewer.The Web of Science Core Collection served as the data source.A total of 136 articles between 1997 and2025 were included based on the following keywords: “postburn hand reconstruction” or “postburn hand” or“scar contraction hand deformity.”Results: The field of post-burn hand reconstruction is advancing,as indicated by the overall and annual increase in publications.The United States leads in number of published papers.However,major institutions show low centrality,indicating weak collaboration between countries and regions,with research still dominated by singlecenter studies.The top three most prolific authors were Paul P M van Zuijlen,Fatih Uyghur,and Ersin Uyghur.The keywords “double Z-plasty” and the cluster “flap” not only have high emergence intensity but also appear frequently in recent studies,marking them as current research hotspots.Conclusion: The lack of long-term research and consensus limits further advancements in post-burn hand reconstruction.To address this,multi-center and multi-disciplinary collaborations should be encouraged.Additionally,integrating basic medical research with biomedical engineering could enhance the management and outcomes of post-burn hand reconstruction.

文摘Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the current status and hotspots in the postoperative nursing of ureterocutaneostomy based on CiteSpace,in order to provide an evidence-based basis for the research direction and thinking in this field.Methods:In this study,the subject words and free words were used to search the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,and Web of Science Core Database as the literature sources.The search time limit was from January 1,1999 to December 31,2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R2 software was used to conduct a visual analysis of the publication volume,authors,and keyword clusters of the literature related to ureterocutaneostomy nursing.Results:A total of 129 Chinese literary works were finally included.The results showed that 2019 was the peak year of publication volume(20 domestic articles);the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University was the institution with the highest publication volume(13 articles);the high-frequency keywords included“bladder cancer”(42 times),“nursing”(29 times),and“quality of life”(16 times);the keyword cluster analysis showed that the research hotspots were concentrated in complication management,continuous nursing,and the application of intelligent technology.Conclusion:The nursing of ureterocutaneostomy has developed from a single technical operation to a multi-dimensional comprehensive intervention system,and the nursing shows a trend of multidisciplinary integration.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research and development of intelligent technology,the promotion of standardized nursing processes,and the balanced allocation of regional resources.

文摘Objective To analyze the current research status and development trend of active surveillance of drug safety in China,and to provide reference and suggestions for future research.Methods Using bibliometric methods and with the help of the CiteSpace 6.1.R6,the literature on active surveillance of drug safety in CNKI from 2010 to 2022 was visualized and analyzed in terms of authors,institutions and keywords.Results and Conclusion The research on active surveillance of drug safety in China started late and is in a stable development period.Some Chinese scholars have done more work on active surveillance of drug safety.Additionally,a number of institutions have published some articles and surveillance objects,surveillance methods,and surveillance results are the main research content.However,the cross-institutional cooperation is not close.The traditional Chinese medicine injection,centralized surveillance,and automatic surveillance are the hot spots of research.It is the latest research frontier to use the Chinese hospital pharmacovigilance system to actively monitor drug safety.At present,the research related to active surveillance of drug safety in China is still in the early stage,and more in-depth research is needed to follow up.

文摘Objective:This study aims to analyze the research hotspots and trends in nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease.Methods:The study utilized the CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software to visualize nursing-related research on Kawasaki disease in children,drawing from articles published in the CNKI and Web of Science core collection databases from January 1,2014,to January 1,2024.Key analysis components included authors,institutions,and keywords,supported by the creation of a corresponding knowledge map.Results:Literature Publications:Over the past decade,the analysis encompassed a total of 309 Chinese articles on nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease,with an average annual publication rate of 30.9 articles.Additionally,251 foreign language articles were scrutinized,exhibiting an average annual publication rate of 25.1 articles.Author and Institution Analysis:In Chinese literature,the notable figure of Huang Rimei emerged as a prolific author,with the Children's Hospital Affiliated with Zhengzhou University standing out as a high-yielding institution.Conversely,in English literature,the prolific authors Burns and Jane C were prominent,alongside the University of California,San Diego,which emerged as a high-yielding institution.Keyword and Research Hotspots Analysis:The focal points of research in Chinese literature revolved around continuous nursing,cardiovascular complications,clinical nursing pathways,rehabilitation effects,holistic nursing,and gamma globulin.Conversely,English literature emphasized research hotspots such as cardiovascular complications,treatment modalities,diagnostic approaches,long-term management strategies,gamma globulin therapy,steroid pulse therapy,and pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome.Conclusions:The quantity of Chinese literature concerning nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease appears comparatively scant,underscored by an uneven distribution of issuing institutions and a lack of influence.To address this,future endeavors should prioritize bolstering collaboration across diverse regions and institutions,conducting multi-center,cross-regional research,implementing clinical nursing pathways,and augmenting the continuity of care.Conversely,the upsurge in English literature publications regarding nursing care for children with Kawasaki disease signals a burgeoning interest,primarily concentrated on treatment modalities.This trend advocates for the integration of medical and nursing care and emphasizes the importance of remaining abreast of advancements in managing Kawasaki disease in children.

文摘BACKGROUND Biliary stone disease is a highly prevalent condition and a leading cause of hospitalization worldwide.Hepatolithiasis with associated strictures has high residual and recurrence rates after traditional multisession percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopic lithotripsy(PTCSL).AIM To study one-step PTCSL using the percutaneous transhepatic one-step biliary fistulation(PTOBF)technique guided by three-dimensional(3D)visualization.METHODS This was a retrospective,single-center study analyzing,140 patients who,between October 2016 and October 2023,underwent one-step PTCSL for hepatolithiasis.The patients were divided into two groups:The 3D-PTOBF group and the PTOBF group.Stone clearance on choledochoscopy,complications,and long-term clearance and recurrence rates were assessed.RESULTS Age,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,Child-Pugh class,and stone location were similar between the 2 groups,but there was a significant difference in bile duct strictures,with biliary strictures more common in the 3D-PTOBF group(P=0.001).The median follow-up time was 55.0(55.0,512.0)days.The immediate stone clearance ratio(88.6%vs 27.1%,P=0.000)and stricture resolution ratio(97.1%vs 78.6%,P=0.001)in the 3D-PTOBF group were significantly greater than those in the PTOBF group.Postoperative complication(8.6%vs 41.4%,P=0.000)and stone recurrence rates(7.1%vs 38.6%,P=0.000)were significantly lower in the 3D-PTOBF group.CONCLUSION Three-dimensional visualization helps make one-step PTCSL a safe,effective,and promising treatment for patients with complicated primary hepatolithiasis.The perioperative and long-term outcomes are satisfactory for patients with complicated primary hepatolithiasis.This minimally invasive method has the potential to be used as a substitute for hepatobiliary surgery.

文摘BACKGROUND When exposed to high-altitude environments,the cardiovascular system undergoes various changes,the performance and mechanisms of which remain controversial.AIM To summarize the latest research advancements and hot research points in the cardiovascular system at high altitude by conducting a bibliometric and visualization analysis.METHODS The literature was systematically retrieved and filtered using the Web of Science Core Collection of Science Citation Index Expanded.A visualization analysis of the identified publications was conducted employing CiteSpace and VOSviewer.RESULTS A total of 1674 publications were included in the study,with an observed annual increase in the number of publications spanning from 1990 to 2022.The United States of America emerged as the predominant contributor,while Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia stood out as the institution with the highest publication output.Notably,Jean-Paul Richalet demonstrated the highest productivity among researchers focusing on the cardiovascular system at high altitude.Furthermore,Peter Bärtsch emerged as the author with the highest number of cited articles.Keyword analysis identified hypoxia,exercise,acclimatization,acute and chronic mountain sickness,pulmonary hypertension,metabolism,and echocardiography as the primary research hot research points and emerging directions in the study of the cardiovascular system at high altitude.CONCLUSION Over the past 32 years,research on the cardiovascular system in high-altitude regions has been steadily increasing.Future research in this field may focus on areas such as hypoxia adaptation,metabolism,and cardiopulmonary exercise.Strengthening interdisciplinary and multi-team collaborations will facilitate further exploration of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying cardiovascular changes in high-altitude environments and provide a theoretical basis for standardized disease diagnosis and treatment.
文摘BACKGROUND Laparoscopic gastrectomy for esophagogastric junction(EGJ)carcinoma enables the removal of the carcinoma at the junction between the stomach and esophagus while preserving the gastric function,thereby providing patients with better treatment outcomes and quality of life.Nonetheless,this surgical technique also presents some challenges and limitations.Therefore,three-dimensional reconstruction visualization technology(3D RVT)has been introduced into the procedure,providing doctors with more comprehensive and intuitive anatomical information that helps with surgical planning,navigation,and outcome evaluation.AIM To discuss the application and advantages of 3D RVT in precise laparoscopic resection of EGJ carcinomas.METHODS Data were obtained from the electronic or paper-based medical records at The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from January 2020 to June 2022.A total of 120 patients diagnosed with EGJ carcinoma were included in the study.Of these,68 underwent laparoscopic resection after computed tomography(CT)-enhanced scanning and were categorized into the 2D group,whereas 52 underwent laparoscopic resection after CT-enhanced scanning and 3D RVT and were categorized into the 3D group.This study had two outcome measures:the deviation between tumor-related factors(such as maximum tumor diameter and infiltration length)in 3D RVT and clinical reality,and surgical outcome indicators(such as operative time,intraoperative blood loss,number of lymph node dissections,R0 resection rate,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative gas discharge time,drainage tube removal time,and related complications)between the 2D and 3D groups.RESULTS Among patients included in the 3D group,27 had a maximum tumor diameter of less than 3 cm,whereas 25 had a diameter of 3 cm or more.In actual surgical observations,24 had a diameter of less than 3 cm,whereas 28 had a diameter of 3 cm or more.The findings were consistent between the two methods(χ^(2)=0.346,P=0.556),with a kappa consistency coefficient of 0.808.With respect to infiltration length,in the 3D group,23 patients had a length of less than 5 cm,whereas 29 had a length of 5 cm or more.In actual surgical observations,20 cases had a length of less than 5 cm,whereas 32 had a length of 5 cm or more.The findings were consistent between the two methods(χ^(2)=0.357,P=0.550),with a kappa consistency coefficient of 0.486.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the maximum tumor diameter and infiltration length measured using 3D RVT were positively correlated with clinical observations during surgery(r=0.814 and 0.490,both P<0.05).The 3D group had a shorter operative time(157.02±8.38 vs 183.16±23.87),less intraoperative blood loss(83.65±14.22 vs 110.94±22.05),and higher number of lymph node dissections(28.98±2.82 vs 23.56±2.77)and R0 resection rate(80.77%vs 61.64%)than the 2D group.Furthermore,the 3D group had shorter hospital stay[8(8,9)vs 13(14,16)],time to gas passage[3(3,4)vs 4(5,5)],and drainage tube removal time[4(4,5)vs 6(6,7)]than the 2D group.The complication rate was lower in the 3D group(11.54%)than in the 2D group(26.47%)(χ^(2)=4.106,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Using 3D RVT,doctors can gain a more comprehensive and intuitive understanding of the anatomy and related lesions of EGJ carcinomas,thus enabling more accurate surgical planning.

文摘Groundwater is a vital component of the hydrological cycle and essential for the sustainable development of ecosystems.Numerical simulation methods are key tools for addressing scientific challenges in groundwater research.This study uses bibliometric visualization analysis to examine the progress and trends in groundwater numerical simulation methods.By analyzing literature indexed in the Web of Science database from January 1990 to February 2023,and employing tools such as Citespace and VOSviewer,we assessed publication volume,research institutions and their collaborations,prolific scholars,keyword clustering,and emerging trends.The findings indicate an overall upward trend in both the number of publications and citations concerning groundwater numerical simulations.Since 2010,the number of publications has tripled compared to the total before 2010,underscoring the increasing significance and potential of numerical simulation methods in groundwater science.China,in particular,has shown remarkable growth in this field over the past decade,surpassing the United States,Canada,and Germany.This progress is closely linked to strong national support and active participation from research institutions,especially the contributions from teams at Hohai University,China University of Geosciences,and the University of Science and Technology of China.Collaboration between research teams is primarily seen between China and the United States,with less noticeable cooperation among other countries,resulting in a diverse and dispersed development pattern.Keyword analysis highlights that international research hotspots include groundwater recharge,karst water,geothermal water migration,seawater intrusion,variable density flow,contaminant and solute transport,pollution remediation,and land subsidence.Looking ahead,groundwater numerical simulations are expected to play a more prominent role in areas such as climate change,surface water-groundwater interactions,the impact of groundwater nitrates on the environment and health,submarine groundwater discharge,ecological water use,groundwater management,and risk prevention.

文摘BACKGROUND In the rapidly evolving landscape of psychiatric research,2023 marked another year of significant progress globally,with the World Journal of Psychiatry(WJP)experiencing notable expansion and influence.AIM To conduct a comprehensive visualization and analysis of the articles published in the WJP throughout 2023.By delving into these publications,the aim is to deter-mine the valuable insights that can illuminate pathways for future research endeavors in the field of psychiatry.METHODS A selection process led to the inclusion of 107 papers from the WJP published in 2023,forming the dataset for the analysis.Employing advanced visualization techniques,this study mapped the knowledge domains represented in these papers.RESULTS The findings revealed a prevalent focus on key topics such as depression,mental health,anxiety,schizophrenia,and the impact of coronavirus disease 2019.Additionally,through keyword clustering,it became evident that these papers were predominantly focused on exploring mental health disorders,depression,anxiety,schizophrenia,and related factors.Noteworthy contributions hailed authors in regions such as China,the United Kingdom,United States,and Turkey.Particularly,the paper garnered the highest number of citations,while the American Psychiatric Association was the most cited reference.CONCLUSION It is recommended that the WJP continue in its efforts to enhance the quality of papers published in the field of psychiatry.Additionally,there is a pressing need to delve into the potential applications of digital interventions and artificial intelligence within the discipline.
文摘With the proposal of the double carbon target,the task of energy saving and emission reduction of buildings has become more arduous.The application of building photovoltaic technology is identified as a significant breakthrough to address this challenge.In this paper,the visual analysis and interpretation of literature on building photovoltaic(PV)technology were conducted by using the Cite Space analysis tool based on a review of Chinese and international literature databases.Meanwhile,global research on BIPV technology was summarized and compared.This paper provides ideas for the future application of building photovoltaic technology by constructing a knowledge map for the application of building photovoltaic technology to help the construction of a low-carbon society.
