To comprehensively utilize the valuable geological map,exploration profile,borehole,and geochemical logging data and the knowledge on the formation of the Jinshan Ag-Au deposit for forecasting the exploration targets ...To comprehensively utilize the valuable geological map,exploration profile,borehole,and geochemical logging data and the knowledge on the formation of the Jinshan Ag-Au deposit for forecasting the exploration targets of concealed ore bodies,three-dimensional Mineral Prospectivity Modeling(MPM)of the deposit has been conducted using the weights-of-evidence(WofE)method.Conditional independence between evidence layers was tested,and the outline results using the prediction-volume(P-V)and Student's t-statistic methods for delineating favorable mineralization areas from continuous posterior probability map were critically compared.Four exploration targets delineated ultimately by the Student's t-statistic method for the discovery of minable ore bodies in each of the target areas were discussed in detail.The main conclusions include:(1)three-dimensional modeling of a deposit using multi-source reconnaissance data is useful for MPM in interpreting their relationships with known ore bodies;(2)WofE modeling can be used as a straightforward tool for integrating deposit model and reconnaissance data in MPM;(3)the Student's t-statistic method is more applicable in binarizing the continuous prospectivity map for exploration targeting than the PV approach;and(4)two target areas within high potential to find undiscovered ore bodies were diagnosed to guide future near-mine exploration activities of the Jinshan deposit.展开更多

The 3D-SCALO problem is a challenging bilevel combinatorial optimization task, involving the optimization of discrete component assignment variables in the outer layer and continuous component position variables in the inner layer,with both influencing each other. To address this issue, first, a Mixed Integer Programming(MIP) model is proposed, which reformulates the original bilevel problem into a single-level optimization problem, enabling the exploration of a more comprehensive optimization space while avoiding iterative nested optimization. Then, to model the 3D geometric relationships between components within the MIP framework, a linearized 3D Phi-function method is proposed, which handles non-overlapping and safety distance constraints between cuboid components in an explicit and effective way. Subsequently, the Finite-Rectangle Method(FRM) is proposed to manage 3D geometric constraints for complex-shaped components by approximating them with a finite set of cuboids, extending the applicability of the geometric modeling approach. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed MIP model are demonstrated through two numerical examples"and a real-world engineering case, which confirms its suitability for complex-shaped components and real engineering applications.展开更多

Background:Traditional imaging approaches to keratoconus(KCN)have thus far failed to produce a standardized approach for diagnosis.While many diagnostic modalities and metrics exist,none have proven robust enough to b...Background:Traditional imaging approaches to keratoconus(KCN)have thus far failed to produce a standardized approach for diagnosis.While many diagnostic modalities and metrics exist,none have proven robust enough to be considered a gold standard.This study aims to introduce novel metrics to differentiate between KCN and healthy corneas using three-dimensional(3D)measurements of surface area and volume.Methods:This retrospective observational study examined KCN patients along with healthy control patients between the ages of 20 and 79 years old at the University of Maryland,Baltimore.The selected patients underwent a nine-line raster scan anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT).ImageJ was used to determine the central 6 mm of each image and each corneal image was then divided into six 1 mm segments.Free-D software was then used to render the nine different images into a 3D model to calculate corneal surface area and volume.A two-tailed Mann-Whitney test was used to assess statistical significance when comparing these subsets.Results:Thirty-three eyes with KCN,along with 33 healthy control,were enrolled.There were statistically significant differences between the healthy and KCN groups in the metric of anterior corneal surface area(13.927 vs.13.991 mm^(2),P=0.046),posterior corneal surface area(14.045 vs.14.173 mm^(2),P<0.001),and volume(8.430 vs.7.773 mm3,P<0.001)within the central 6 mm.Conclusions:3D corneal models derived from AS-OCT can be used to measure anterior corneal surface area,posterior corneal surface area,and corneal volume.All three parameters are statistically different between corneas with KCN and healthy corneas.Further study and application of these parameters may yield new methodologies for the detection of KCN.展开更多

文摘Based on the study of the Mechanical Design and Automation major and its relevance to teaching reform in higher education engineering programs,a project-based teaching model was introduced.This approach integrates teaching design,scheme argumentation,and the implementation of teaching activities with the project serving as the central framework.Course knowledge points are derived from the project topics,forming the foundation for a structured knowledge framework.The course content is modularized in alignment with the project design,enabling students to engage with professional courses on a module-by-module basis,guided by the project.Each course utilizes the project topic as a practical case,facilitating project-led teaching.A teaching system tailored to the research project is proposed,establishing a professional course structure closely linked to the project objectives.
文摘With the advancement of digital technology,new technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing have gradually permeated higher education,leading to fundamental changes in teaching and learning methods.Therefore,in the process of reforming and developing higher education,it is essential to take digital technology empowering the optimization of the education industry as a breakthrough,focusing on five key areas:the construction of smart classrooms,the digital integration of teaching resources,the development of personalized learning support systems,the reform of online-offline hybrid teaching,and the intelligentization of educational management.This paper also examines the experiences,challenges,and shortcomings of typical universities in using digital technology to improve teaching quality,optimize resource allocation,and innovate teaching management models.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to facilitate the smooth implementation of digital transformation in higher education institutions.

文摘Social development puts forward higher requirements for students’English application ability and cultural literacy.This study proposes an innovative“3+2+1”blended teaching model integrating the production-oriented approach(POA)to address key challenges in college English cultural courses at application-oriented universities.The model combines three phases(pre-class,in-class,and post-class),two dimensions(online resources and offline interaction),and one overarching goal(all-round education).Through experimental implementation at three universities,results demonstrated significant improvements in student satisfaction,autonomous learning engagement,and crosscultural competence.This research provides a replicable template for enhancing both linguistic proficiency and cultural confidence in EFL contexts.

文摘Objective:To explore the application effect of Case-based Learning(CBL)combined with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in the teaching of medical imaging to undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.Methods:Undergraduates of clinical medicine majoring in the School of Clinical Medicine of Hebei University were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group(CBL combined with PBL teaching mode)and the control group(traditional teaching mode),and the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination results and questionnaires.Results:The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the students in the experimental group reached more than 90%.Conclusion:CBL combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching quality of medical imaging in clinical medicine specialty.

文摘In order to improve the traditional teaching model of traditional Chinese medicine identification course for graduate students of pharmacy,this paper described the research on constructing and practicing the blended teaching model of"online+offline"based on the teaching concept of TfU by taking the course of"Authentic Medicinal Materials and Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine"as an example.In the preparatory phase,through resource integration and course content decomposition,it identifies"generative topics"to engage students in pre-class online discussions.During the instructional phase,"comprehension-oriented objectives"are established based on learning analytics,followed by the implementation of"understanding-focused activities"for guided inquiry in offline classrooms.The post-class phase employs online extended materials to conduct"sustained assessment"through evaluations and summaries,thereby continuously optimizing subsequent teaching practices.This pedagogical framework not only effectively cultivates investigative research thinking among graduate students but also enhances standardized management and scientific development of the teaching team.The practical research outcomes and experiences derived from this model can provide valuable references for analogous course reforms.

文摘To comprehensively utilize the valuable geological map,exploration profile,borehole,and geochemical logging data and the knowledge on the formation of the Jinshan Ag-Au deposit for forecasting the exploration targets of concealed ore bodies,three-dimensional Mineral Prospectivity Modeling(MPM)of the deposit has been conducted using the weights-of-evidence(WofE)method.Conditional independence between evidence layers was tested,and the outline results using the prediction-volume(P-V)and Student's t-statistic methods for delineating favorable mineralization areas from continuous posterior probability map were critically compared.Four exploration targets delineated ultimately by the Student's t-statistic method for the discovery of minable ore bodies in each of the target areas were discussed in detail.The main conclusions include:(1)three-dimensional modeling of a deposit using multi-source reconnaissance data is useful for MPM in interpreting their relationships with known ore bodies;(2)WofE modeling can be used as a straightforward tool for integrating deposit model and reconnaissance data in MPM;(3)the Student's t-statistic method is more applicable in binarizing the continuous prospectivity map for exploration targeting than the PV approach;and(4)two target areas within high potential to find undiscovered ore bodies were diagnosed to guide future near-mine exploration activities of the Jinshan deposit.
文摘In the context of the“Two New”initiatives,high school mathematics instruction still grapples with three interlocking problems:knowledge fragmentation,limited cultivation of higher-order thinking,and weak alignment among teaching,learning,and assessment.To counter these challenges,we propose an Inquiry-Construction Double-Helix model that uses a domain-specific knowledge graph as its cognitive spine.The model interweaves two mutually reinforcing strands-student-driven inquiry and systematic knowledge construction-into a double-helix trajectory analogous to DNA replication.The Inquiry Strand is launched by authentic,situation-based tasks that shepherd students through the complete cycle:question→hypothesis→verification→reflection.The Construction Strand simultaneously externalizes,restructures,and internalizes core disciplinary concepts via visual,hierarchical knowledge graphs.Within the flow of a lesson,the two strands alternately dominate and scaffold each other,securing the co-development of conceptual understanding,procedural fluency,and mathematical literacy.Empirical evidence demonstrates that this model significantly enhances students’systematic knowledge integration,problem-solving transfer ability,and core mathematical competencies,offering a replicable and operable teaching paradigm and practical pathway for deepening high school mathematics classroom reform.

文摘Combining the characteristics of the course“Comprehensive Training of E-Commerce Live Streaming,”this paper embeds the CDIO(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate)method into the live streaming training process,carries out the virtual scene“e-commerce live streaming”course design and project-based teaching reform that integrates teaching training with learning effects,and establishes a set of cross-professional student live streaming training procedures guided by the CDIO engineering method.The training results show that the CDIO practical teaching model supported by data feedback plays an important role and significance in improving students’learning effects,and also provides some new experiences for integrating engineering thinking into the construction of new liberal arts.

文摘Objective:This study’s purpose is to explore the application of the O-AMAS teaching model combined with the PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of neurocritical care trainee nurses.Methods:The nursing students who were doing internship in neurocritical care from June 2024 to September 2024 were set as the control group,and the traditional one-on-one teaching mode was adopted;From October 2024 to January 2025,the nursing students were set as the observation group and the course teaching based on the O-AMAS teaching model combined with PBL teaching was implemented.Results:The theoretical examination scores,operational assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,autonomous learning ability and clinical evaluation thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students were observed.The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the O-AMAS teaching model combined with PBL teaching in the clinical teaching of neurocritical care intern nursing students can improve the teaching effect and cultivate the autonomous learning ability and clinical evaluation thinking ability of nursing students.

文摘Satellite Component Layout Optimization(SCLO) is crucial in satellite system design.This paper proposes a novel Satellite Three-Dimensional Component Assignment and Layout Optimization(3D-SCALO) problem tailored to engineering requirements, aiming to optimize satellite heat dissipation while considering constraints on static stability, 3D geometric relationships between components, and special component positions. The 3D-SCALO problem is a challenging bilevel combinatorial optimization task, involving the optimization of discrete component assignment variables in the outer layer and continuous component position variables in the inner layer,with both influencing each other. To address this issue, first, a Mixed Integer Programming(MIP) model is proposed, which reformulates the original bilevel problem into a single-level optimization problem, enabling the exploration of a more comprehensive optimization space while avoiding iterative nested optimization. Then, to model the 3D geometric relationships between components within the MIP framework, a linearized 3D Phi-function method is proposed, which handles non-overlapping and safety distance constraints between cuboid components in an explicit and effective way. Subsequently, the Finite-Rectangle Method(FRM) is proposed to manage 3D geometric constraints for complex-shaped components by approximating them with a finite set of cuboids, extending the applicability of the geometric modeling approach. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed MIP model are demonstrated through two numerical examples"and a real-world engineering case, which confirms its suitability for complex-shaped components and real engineering applications.
文摘With the continuous improvement of the medical industry’s requirements for the professional capabilities of nursing talents,traditional nursing teaching models can hardly meet the needs of complex nursing work in neurology.This paper focuses on nursing education for neurology nursing students and explores the construction of the“one-on-one”teaching model,aiming to achieve a paradigm shift in nursing education.By analyzing the current status of neurology nursing education,this paper identifies the problems in traditional teaching models.Combining the advantages of the“one-on-one”teaching model,it elaborates on the construction path of this model from aspects such as the selection and training of teaching instructors,the design of teaching content,the innovation of teaching methods,and the improvement of the teaching evaluation system.The research shows that the“one-on-one”teaching model can significantly enhance nursing students’mastery of professional knowledge,clinical operation skills,communication skills,and emergency response capabilities,as well as strengthen their professional identity and sense of responsibility.It provides an effective way to cultivate high-quality nursing talents who can meet the needs of neurology nursing work and promotes the innovative development of nursing education.

文摘Ideological and political education in courses is an important task of higher education in the new era.As a crucial part of higher education,foreign language teaching needs to actively explore effective integration with ideological and political education in courses.The AVIVA teaching model,a student-centered teaching model,provides new ideas for foreign language teaching.Based on an analysis of the current situation of foreign language courses in application-oriented universities,this article discusses the application strategies of the AVIVA teaching model from the perspective of ideological and political education in courses.Through specific teaching practice cases,it demonstrates the effectiveness of this model in improving students’foreign language proficiency and ideological and political literacy,providing a reference for the reform of foreign language teaching in application-oriented universities.
文摘Background:Traditional imaging approaches to keratoconus(KCN)have thus far failed to produce a standardized approach for diagnosis.While many diagnostic modalities and metrics exist,none have proven robust enough to be considered a gold standard.This study aims to introduce novel metrics to differentiate between KCN and healthy corneas using three-dimensional(3D)measurements of surface area and volume.Methods:This retrospective observational study examined KCN patients along with healthy control patients between the ages of 20 and 79 years old at the University of Maryland,Baltimore.The selected patients underwent a nine-line raster scan anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT).ImageJ was used to determine the central 6 mm of each image and each corneal image was then divided into six 1 mm segments.Free-D software was then used to render the nine different images into a 3D model to calculate corneal surface area and volume.A two-tailed Mann-Whitney test was used to assess statistical significance when comparing these subsets.Results:Thirty-three eyes with KCN,along with 33 healthy control,were enrolled.There were statistically significant differences between the healthy and KCN groups in the metric of anterior corneal surface area(13.927 vs.13.991 mm^(2),P=0.046),posterior corneal surface area(14.045 vs.14.173 mm^(2),P<0.001),and volume(8.430 vs.7.773 mm3,P<0.001)within the central 6 mm.Conclusions:3D corneal models derived from AS-OCT can be used to measure anterior corneal surface area,posterior corneal surface area,and corneal volume.All three parameters are statistically different between corneas with KCN and healthy corneas.Further study and application of these parameters may yield new methodologies for the detection of KCN.
