Microseismic/acoustic emission(MS/AE)source localization method is crucial for predicting and controlling of potentially dangerous sources of complex structures.However,the locating errors induced by both the irregular structure and pre-measured velocity are poorly understood in existing methods.To meet the high-accuracy locating requirements in complex three-dimensional hole-containing structures,a velocity-free MS/AE source location method is developed in this paper.It avoids manual repetitive training by using equidistant grid points to search the path,which introduces A*search algorithm and uses grid points to accommodate complex structures with irregular holes.It also takes advantage of the velocity-free source location method.To verify the validity of the proposed method,lead-breaking tests were performed on a cubic concrete test specimen with a size of 10 cm10 cm10 cm.It was cut out into a cylindrical empty space with a size of/6cm10 cm.Based on the arrivals,the classical Geiger method and the proposed method are used to locate lead-breaking sources.Results show that the locating error of the proposed method is 1.20 cm,which is less than 2.02 cm of the Geiger method.Hence,the proposed method can effectively locate sources in the complex three-dimensional structure with holes and achieve higher precision requirements. 展开更多

The precision of most traditional microseismic monitoring processes of mines, using TDOA location method in two-dimensional space to position the microseismic events, as well as the accuracy of positioning microseismic events, may be reduced by the two-dimensional model and simple method, and ill-conditioned equations produced by TDOA location method will increase the positioning error. This article, based on inversion theory, studies the mathematical model of TDOA location method, polariza- tion analysis location method, and comprehensive difference location method of adding angle factor in the traditional TDOA location method. The feasibility of three methods is verified by numerical simulation and analysis of the positioning error of them. The results show that the comprehensive location method of adding angle difference has strong positioning stability and high positioning accuracy, and it may reduce the impact effectively about ill-conditioned equations to positioning results. Comprehensive location method with the data of actual measure may get better positioning results. 展开更多

AIM: To describe a three-dimensional model(3DM) to accurately reconstruct anatomic relationships of centrally located hepatocellular carcinomas(HCCs).METHODS: From March 2013 to July 2014, reconstructions and visual simulations of centrally located HCCs were performed in 39 patients using a 3D subject-based computed tomography(CT) model with customdeveloped software. CT images were used for the 3D reconstruction of Couinaud's pedicles and hepatic veins, and the calculation of corresponding tumor territories and hepatic segments was performed using Yorktal DMIT software. The respective volume, surgical margin, and simulated virtual resection of tumors were also estimated by this model preoperatively. All patients were treated surgically and the results were retrospectively assessed. Clinical characteristics, imaging data, procedure variables, pathologic features, and postoperative data were recorded and compared to determine the reliability of the model.RESULTS: 3D reconstruction allowed stereoscopic identification of the spatial relationships between physiologic and pathologic structures, and offered quantifiable liver resection proposals based on individualized liver anatomy. The predicted values were consistent with the actual values for tumor mass volume(82.4 ± 109.1 m L vs 84.1 ± 108.9 m L, P = 0.910), surgical margin(10.1 ± 6.2 mm vs 9.1 ± 5.9 mm, P = 0.488), and maximum tumor diameter(4.61 ± 2.16 cm vs 4.53 ± 2.14 cm, P = 0.871). In addition,the number and extent of portal venous ramifications, as well as their relation to hepatic veins, were visualized. Preoperative planning based on simulated resection facilitated complete resection of large tumors located in the confluence of major vessels. And most of the predicted data were correlated with intraoperative findings.CONCLUSION: This 3DM provides quantitative morphometry of tumor masses and a stereo-relationship with adjacent structures, thus providing a promising technique for the management of centrally located HCCs. 展开更多

Aiming at the application of a wireless sensor network to locating miners in underground mine,we design a wireless sensor network location node system,considering the communication performance and the intrinsic safety. The location node system consists of a mobile node,several fixed nodes,and a sink node,all of whose circuits were designed based on CC2430. A varistor and a RC circuit were used in the reset circuit of a sensor node to guarantee the intrinsic safety by reducing discharge energy,the theoretical analysis of the discharge energy shows that the reset circuit is an intrinsic safety one. The analysis and simulation about the performance of the location node system are discussed,such as network communication delay and packet loss rate,the results show that the highest network communication delay of the system is about 0.11 seconds,and the highest packet loss rate is about 0.13,which assures the location node system has a high reliability,and can locate miners in the underground mine. 展开更多

Virus Location and Lymphocyte Apoptosis in Lymph Nodes of Piglets Infected with PCV-2 被引量:1

The present study has been performed to understand the location of the virus, type of apoptotic cells, and their relation to lymph nodes of piglets infected with porcine circovirus type Ⅱ (PCV-2). Nine 32-day-old conventional piglets free of infection with PCV-2 were used, and distributed into three groups: control group (n = 3), piglets inoculated with PCV-2 alone (PCV-2, n = 3), and PCV-2 inoculated and KLH immunostimulated group (PCV-2 + KLH, n = 3). Superficial inguinal lymph nodes from all piglets were collected for histological examination after 32 days postinoculation, and immunohistochemistry for PCV-2 detection. Location of apoptotic cells was detected with TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and cell cycle, and the apoptotic rates were measured by flow cytometry. The characteristic histopathological lesions of the piglets in PCV-2 and PCV-2 + KLH were lymphocyte depletions in the cortex and paracortex of the lymph nodes, epithelioid-like macrophage infiltration, and intracytoplasmic inclusion bodies presented in epithelioid-like macrophages. PCV-2 was mainly found in epithelioid-like macrophages by immunohistochemistry. In the lymph nodes, lymphocytes presented higher apoptotic rates in the cortex by TUNEL, special B-cell areas, and similar apoptotic cells were found in this compartment in the control. The apoptotic rates of the lymph nodes were 0.41, 3.34, and 4.88% in the control, PCV-2, and PCV-2 + KLH groups by flow cytometry, respectively. The apoptotic rates of lymph nodes for PCV-2 and PCV-2 + KLH piglets were significantly higher than those for the control group (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01). The proliferation index (PI) was 0.17_+0.01, 0.12_+0.01 and 0.12_+0.04 in the control, PCV-2, and PCV-2 + KLH group, the PI of the control group was higher than that of the other groups, but without the statistical difference. PCV-2 can induce lymphocyte depletion in lymph nodes of piglets by blocking cell proliferation and promoting apoptosis. This is one of the mechanisms of immunosuppression on infected piglets by PCV-2. 展开更多

The singular hybrid boundary node method (SHBNM) is proposed for solving three-dimensional problems in linear elasticity. The SHBNM represents a coupling between the hybrid displacement variational formulations and moving least squares (MLS) approximation. The main idea is to reduce the dimensionality of the former and keep the meshless advantage of the later. The rigid movement method was employed to solve the hyper-singular integrations. The 'boundary layer effect', which is the main drawback of the original Hybrid BNM, was overcome by an adaptive integration scheme. The source points of the fundamental solution were arranged directly on the boundary. Thus the uncertain scale factor taken in the regular hybrid boundary node method (RHBNM) can be avoided. Numerical examples for some 3D elastic problems were given to show the characteristics. The computation results obtained by the present method are in excellent agreement with the analytical solution. The parameters that influence the performance of this method were studied through the numerical examples. 展开更多

Location of Sentinel Lymph Node in Gastric Cancer:A Modified,Painless And Noninvasive Approach

Objective: The presence of lymph node metastases is an important factor in the prognosis of gastric cancer patient. Therefore, the precise identification of sentinel lymph nodes (SLN) in these patients is critical. In this work, we investigated the feasibility and preciseness by injection of 99mTc-sulfur colloid (SC) 2 hours before operation after general anesthesia, instead of one day before surgery. Methods: Thirty-one patients of gastric cancer diagnosed as T1-T3 were enrolled in this study. During operation, a SLN was defined as those containing 10 times more radioactivity than surrounding tissue with a hand-held gamma probe and removed. All the patients underwent radical gastrectomy with extended lymphadenectomy. All resected nodes were examined postoperatively by routine H&E stain and those negative SLNs were examined with further cytokeratin immunohistochemistical staining. Results: The incidence of metastasis was significantly higher in SLNs than in non-SLNs (x2=67.48, P〈0.001). The overall sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the SLN status in the diagnosis of the lymph node status of the patient were 86.36%, 100% and 96.77%, respectively. The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of SLN biopsy were 100%, and 75.0%, respectively. SLNs were used to diagnose the lymph node status with 100% accuracy in the T1 group. In the T2 and T3 groups, the sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic accuracy were 92.3%, 100%, and 94.44%, 60.0%, 100%, and 66.66%, respectively. Most of the SLNs were located in the #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, and #6, except in 3 patients (9.68%).With cytokeratin immunohistochemical staining, lymphatic pathologic staging in 1 patient was upstaged. Conclusion: SLN biopsy with the above approach is a feasible and accurate diagnostic procedure for detecting lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer, which is painless, noninvasive, easily accepted by patients and suitable for extensive clinical applications. 展开更多

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate Cathepsin-D (Cath-D) expression in different location and its relationship with prognosis in the axillary lymph nodes negative (ANN) breast cancer patients. Methods: Cath-D expression in 192 cases of breast carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemistry. Depending on different parts of expression, three evaluating methods were used, compared and analysed. Results: The positive rate of Cath-D expression in ANN breast cancer with poor prognosis group and axillary nodes positive (ANP) group were significantly higher than that in ANN breast cancer with good prognosis group (x 2=23.20,P<0.01), while there was no significant difference between ANP group and ANN with poor prognosis group (x 2=0.19,P>0.05). Cath-D expression in stromal cells had no statistical difference among the three groups (x}2=1.56,P>0.05). When the Cath-D expression in cancer and stromal cells were counted into the positive rate, it was near the same (u 1=0.47,u 2=1.41,P>0.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that Cath-D expression is one of the powerful prognostic markers in ANN breast cancer. It’s a reliable, practical, and convenient method to observe and evaluate Cath-D expression in cancer cells. 展开更多

In order to understand the crustal structure and tectonic background of the Changning–Gongxiang area, southeastern Sichuan Province, where a series of moderate-to-strong earthquakes occurred in recent years, we utilized the seismic phase data both from a local dense array and from the regional seismic networks;we used the tomoDD program to invert for the high-resolution three-dimensional velocity structure within the depth range of 0–10 km and for accurate hypocentral locations in this area. We analyzed the seismogenic structures for the events of Xingwen M5.7 in 2018 and Gongxian M5.3 and Changning M6.0 in 2019. The results show that:(1) widespread lateral inhomogeneity exists in the velocity structure of the study area, and the location of the velocity anomaly is largely consistent with known structures. In the range of distinguishable depth, the inhomogeneity decreases with increasing depth, and the velocity structure anomalies in some areas are continuous in depth;(2) earthquakes occurred in clusters, showing the characteristics of zonal folding trends in the NW-SE and NE-SW directions;the focal depth in the area is generally shallow in both the sedimentary cap and the crystalline basement. The seismogenic structures of small earthquake clusters are different in size and occurrence in different sections, and the clusters occurred mostly in regions with high P-or S-wave velocities;(3) synthesis of a variety of data suggests that the seismogenic structures of the Xingwen M5.7 and Changning M6.0 earthquakes are associated with slip faults that trend NW-SE in, respectively, the south wing and the axis of the Changning–Shuanghe anticline, while that of the Gongxian M5.3 earthquake is associated with thrust faults that trend N-S in the Jianwu syncline region. The dynamic sources of the three earthquakes are all from the SE pushing of the Qinghai–Tibet block on the Sichuan basin;(4) the risk of future strong earthquakes in this area must be reevaluated in light of the facts(a)that in recent years, moderate-to-strong earthquake swarms have occurred frequently in southeast Sichuan;(b) that the complex structural area exhibits the easy-to-trigger characteristic, and(c) that the small-scale faults in this area are characterized by the phenomenon of stress "lock and release". 展开更多

The three-dimensional(3D) visualization of the functional bundles in the peripheral nerve provides direct and detailed intraneural spatial information. It is useful for selecting suitable surgical methods to repair nerve defects and in optimizing the construction of tissue-engineered nerve grafts. However, there remain major technical hurdles in obtaining, registering and interpreting 2D images, as well as in establishing 3D models. Moreover, the 3D models are plagued by poor accuracy and lack of detail and cannot completely reflect the stereoscopic microstructure inside the nerve. To explore and help resolve these key technical problems of 3D reconstruction, in the present study, we designed a novel method based on re-imaging techniques and computer image layer processing technology. A 20-cm ulnar nerve segment from the upper arm of a fresh adult cadaver was used for acetylcholinesterase(ACh E) staining. Then, 2D panoramic images were obtained before and after ACh E staining under the stereomicroscope. Using layer processing techniques in Photoshop, a space transformation method was used to fulfill automatic registration. The contours were outlined, and the 3D rendering of functional fascicular groups in the long-segment ulnar nerve was performed with Amira 4.1 software. The re-imaging technique based on layer processing in Photoshop produced an image that was detailed and accurate. The merging of images was accurate, and the whole procedure was simple and fast. The least square support vector machine was accurate, with an error rate of only 8.25%. The 3D reconstruction directly revealed changes in the fusion of different nerve functional fascicular groups. In conclusion. The technique is fast with satisfactory visual reconstruction. 展开更多

Secondly, to take the advantages of clustering architecture of Mobile Ad hoc Networks, we have especially designed Object Location Clusters Algorithm (OLCA) for efficient Object Location management in MANET. Our comparison of simulation analysis shows that the CBOLA is more efficient and accurate in location information services and more robust than GLS and HRLS. In addition, we believe that our comparative study with the various location services schemes was facilitated accurate results in ad hoc networks. we are portioned our network area by designing a new clustering algorithm called OLCA (Object Location Clusters Algorithm) for efficient object location in Mobile Ad hoc Networks. 无线传感网络环境中的障碍物、干扰信号等阻碍或干扰了信号传输,造成节点间通信质量下降,导致数据包丢失。为此,提出基于邻域搜索粒子群算法的无线传感网络丢包节点定位方法。通过DV-Hop算法初步定位丢包节点并分析定位误差;利用粒子群... 无线传感网络环境中的障碍物、干扰信号等阻碍或干扰了信号传输,造成节点间通信质量下降,导致数据包丢失。为此,提出基于邻域搜索粒子群算法的无线传感网络丢包节点定位方法。通过DV-Hop算法初步定位丢包节点并分析定位误差;利用粒子群算法将定位误差最小问题转化为粒子的全局寻优问题,得到的最优粒子位置即为丢包节点位置;基于邻域搜索策略缩小粒子搜索空间,提高粒子群算法全局寻优能力,实现无线传感网络丢包节点定位。仿真结果表明,该方法的丢包节点定位误报率平均值为0.45%,15个丢包节点的定位中仅有1个节点的定位结果与真实坐标存在较小偏差,邻域搜索策略应用后在第20次迭代后适应度函数值迅速降低至0.2,保证了无线传感网络通信质量。 展开更多

无线传感网络通常由大量的节点组成,而节点的位置选择不仅影响到单个节点的性能,还影响到整个网络的拓扑结构和性能。因此,如何获得能够保证网络连通性的同时,优化网络拓扑的节点最优位置,以提高数据采集准确性,降低网络节点能耗,是一... 无线传感网络通常由大量的节点组成,而节点的位置选择不仅影响到单个节点的性能,还影响到整个网络的拓扑结构和性能。因此,如何获得能够保证网络连通性的同时,优化网络拓扑的节点最优位置,以提高数据采集准确性,降低网络节点能耗,是一个重要的研究难点。为此,提出气象观测无线传感网络节点最优位置选择仿真研究。先建立气象观测无线传感器网络节点能量耗散和成本消耗数学函数,以节点总能耗和成本最小为目标函数。并制定数据流向与数据最大转送次数约束条件,以更精确地控制网络的行为和性能,优化网络的拓扑结构,提高数据采集准确性、降低节点能耗。利用粒子群算法构建网络节点最优位置选择函数,为提高选择效果,采用参数聚焦距离变化率调整惯性权重,以迭代更新运算选择出网络节点最优位置。结果表明,所提方法选择的节点最优位置得到的气象观测数据准确性高,且能耗仅为0.49J,可为相关领域提供理论支持。 展开更多

为准确获取钢桁系杆拱桥主拱无应力状态下线形及节点空间位置信息,提出基于有限迭代的无应力状态计算方法。该方法以桥梁设计线形为初始无应力线形,考虑成桥过程中体系转换和荷载变化,计算其在荷载作用下的空间线形,将该空间线形与设计... 为准确获取钢桁系杆拱桥主拱无应力状态下线形及节点空间位置信息,提出基于有限迭代的无应力状态计算方法。该方法以桥梁设计线形为初始无应力线形,考虑成桥过程中体系转换和荷载变化,计算其在荷载作用下的空间线形,将该空间线形与设计线形的差值反向叠加至初始无应力线形进行修正,开展多次迭代计算直至无应力线形经荷载作用后空间位置无限逼近桥梁设计线形。以长沙暮坪湘江特大桥为背景,建立钢桁拱有限元模型,考虑桥梁体系转换,进行有限迭代计算,得到钢桁拱的无应力线形,并与实际设计值进行比较分析。结果表明:柔性系杆力大小是影响桥梁结构特征及无应力线形计算的关键因素;假定系杆预张力为0时,无应力状态下主拱跨度等于系杆长度,迭代计算所得上弦杆预拱度、主墩水平位移等大于实际设计值;而考虑一定系杆预张力后迭代计算的结果则与设计值匹配,验证了方法的正确性。本文提出的有限迭代计算方法可根据系杆拱桥成桥状态精准求解其无应力线形及各节点空间位置,为同类型桥梁设计提供重要的理论指导。 展开更多
