BACKGROUND Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD)is one of the primary clinical treatment options for patients with obstructive jaundice.In recent years,PTBD assisted by three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction t...BACKGROUND Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage(PTBD)is one of the primary clinical treatment options for patients with obstructive jaundice.In recent years,PTBD assisted by three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction technology has been widely implemented,but its advantages over traditional methods remains inconclusive.Thus,a discussion is warranted.AIM To explore the safety and efficacy of 3D reconstruction technology-assisted PTBD.METHODS We systematically searched the databases including the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure.The search period extended from the establishment of each database to November,2024.We screened the literature according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,assessed the quality of the studies,and extracted data.Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.4.1 software.RESULTS A total of 15 studies were included,involving 1434 patients.The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with the traditional group,the overall post-operative complications rate in the 3D reconstruction technology group was significantly lower[odds ratio=0.25;95%confidence interval(CI):0.17-0.36,P<0.00001].The overall puncture success rate in the 3D reconstruction group was better than those in the traditional group(odds ratio=3.61;95%CI:1.98-6.55,P<0.0001).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the reduction levels of postoperative total bilirubin(mean difference=-1.38;95%CI:-3.29 to 0.53,P=0.16).Subgroup analysis were conducted on the surgery time according to guidance stages of the 3D reconstruction,3D reconstruction imaging modalities,and types of studies.The results were stable,with no significant changes observed.CONCLUSION 3D reconstruction technology significantly improves the puncture success rate and safety of PTBD.However,it has no significant advantage in bile drainage effectiveness.Continued research is warranted to further explore its clinical value and optimize its application.展开更多

The core sampling experiments were conducted after hydraulic fracturing in the three-dimensional development zone of Fuling shale gas.Six coring wells of different well types were systematically designed.Based on the ...The core sampling experiments were conducted after hydraulic fracturing in the three-dimensional development zone of Fuling shale gas.Six coring wells of different well types were systematically designed.Based on the integrated engineering technology of post-fracturing drilling,coring and monitoring of shale and the analysis of fracture source tracing,the evaluation of the fracture network after fracturing in the three-dimensional development of shale gas was conducted.The data of core fractures after fracturing indicate that three major types of fractures are formed after fracturing:natural fractures,hydraulic fractures,and fractures induced by external mechanical force,which are further classified into six subcategories:natural structural fractures,natural bedding fractures,hydraulic fractures,hydraulically activated fractures,drilling induced fractures,and fractures induced by core transportation.The forms of the artificial fracture network after fracturing are complex.Hydraulic fractures and hydraulically activated fractures interweave with each other,presenting eight forms of artificial fracture networks,among which the“一”-shaped fracture is the most common,accounting for approximately 70%of the total fractures.When the distance to the fractured wellbore is less than 35 m,the density of the artificial fracture network is relatively high;when it is 35–100 m,the density is lower;and when it is beyond 100 m,the density gradually increases.The results of the fracture tracing in the core sampling area confirm that the current fracturing technology can essentially achieve the differential transformation of the reservoir in the main area of Jiaoshiba block in Fuling.The three-layer three-dimensional development model can efficiently utilize shale gas reserves,although there is still room for improvement in the complexity and propagation uniformity of fractures.It is necessary to further optimize technologies such as close-cutting combined with temporary blocking and deflection within fractures or at fracture mouths,as well as limited flow perforation techniques,to promote the balanced initiation and extension of fractures.展开更多

However, the presence of defects and ion migration in MHPs results in high and unstable dark currents, which compromise the stability and detection performance of MHP-based optoelectronic devices. Interfacial engineering has proven to be an effective strategy to reduce defect density in MHPs and suppress ion migration. Given the compatibility of silicon (Si) and MHP processing technologies, coupled with the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of the approach, the integration of MHPs onto Si surfaces has become a prominent area of research. This integration not only enhances device performance but also expands their practical applications. This review provides an overview of the integration technologies for Si and single crys-tal MHPs, evaluates the advantages and limitations of various integration schemes (including inverse temperature crystallization, vacuum-assisted vapor deposition, and anti-solvent vapor-assisted crystallization), and explores the practical applications of Si/MHP-integrated optoelectronic devices with different structures. These optimized devices exhibit outstanding performance in X-ray detection, multi-wavelength photodetection, and circularly polarized light detection. Simulated photo-degradation of fluorescent dissolved organic matter(FDOM) in Lake Baihua(BH) and Lake Hongfeng(HF) was investigated with three-dimensional excitationemission matrix(3 DEEM) fluorescence combined with t...Simulated photo-degradation of fluorescent dissolved organic matter(FDOM) in Lake Baihua(BH) and Lake Hongfeng(HF) was investigated with three-dimensional excitationemission matrix(3 DEEM) fluorescence combined with the fluorescence regional integration(FRI),parallel factor(PARAFAC) analysis,and multi-order kinetic models.In the FRI analysis,fulvic-like and humic-like materials were the main constituents for both BH-FDOM and HF-FDOM.Four individual components were identified by use of PARAFAC analysis as humic-like components(C1),fulvic-like components(C2),protein-like components(C3) and unidentified components(C4).The maximum 3 DEEM fluorescence intensity of PARAFAC components C1-C3 decreased by about 60%,70% and 90%,respectively after photo-degradation.The multi-order kinetic model was acceptable to represent the photo-degradation of FDOM with correlation coefficient(Radj2)(0.963-0.998).The photo-degradation rate constants(kn) showed differences of three orders of magnitude,from 1.09 × 10-6 to 4.02 × 10-4 min-1,and half-life of multi-order model(T1/2n)ranged from 5.26 to 64.01 min.The decreased values of fluorescence index(FI) and biogenic index(BI),the fact that of percent fluorescence response parameter of Region I(PⅠ,n) showed the greatest change ratio,followed by percent fluorescence response parameter of Region II(PⅡ,n,while the largest decrease ratio was found for C3 components,and the lowest T1/2n was observed for C3,indicated preferential degradation of protein-like materials/components derived from biological sources during photodegradation.This research on the degradation of FDOM by 3 DEEM/FRI-PARAFAC would be beneficial to understanding the photo-degradation of FD OM in natural environments and accurately predicting the environmental behaviors of contaminants in the presence of FDOM.展开更多

Ur-banization strategic environmental assessment integration technology system (SEA-ITS) is composed of "3S" (RS, GIS and GPS), environmental expert system and environmental model system, coupling with appropriate SEA working process closely. In this paper, the structure and components of SEA-ITS are analyzed based on Chinese characteristics, meanwhile methods to fulfill the following system functions are discussed: urbanization SEA in-quiring, analysis, discrimination, assessment, prediction, decision-making and output. Moreover, methods and tech-nologies employed in different urbanization SEA hierarchies are summarized. As a case study, urbanization SEA-ITS is applied in Changchun City to solving complex real problems. Methods such as system dynamics and grey cluster are adopted to achieve the environmental impact assessment on the eco-industrial system planning. It is revealed that the system designed is capable of reflecting the dynamic behavior of eco-industrial system under different sce-narios, meanwhile accomplishing strategy optimization and supplying scientific reference. The 4th strategy, namely concerning on economy increase and its interaction with science, technology and environment progress, would have the best efficiency. Further, more attention should be paid to the secondary development of integration techniques and function modification system of urbanization SEA-ITS.展开更多

Optimizing the product development process, b uilding product’s consistent defining model for life cycle, and realizing the in tegration of CAD/CAM/CAE and Concurrent Engineering (CE) become the means to acc ept the challenge. A new product modeling technology, Multi Model Technology (MM T), is provided in this paper to meet the needs of the challenge for automotive powertrain product development. First, the paper introduces the concept of Multi Model Technology. MMT introduce s Object-oriented Technology (OT) into product modeling process and combine OT with feature-based modeling technology. With the help of OT, MMT builds product object model to support system level management in product development. The obj ect model of the product is a Multi Model Structure. The MMS consists of finish part model level (assembly model level), rough part model level (part model leve l), function model level and basic model level. Every models in the MMS is creat ed by feature-based technology in design process. In this case, models in the M MS of product can be shared by casting mould, sand core and sand core mould. The refore, CAD engineers, CAE engineers and CAM engineers can work concurrently and the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE can be realized. Second, MMT is applied in cylinder head development. The multi model structures of cylinder head, its casting mould, sand core and sand core mould are built, an d the process-oriented feature models of every objects in the multi model struc tures are modeled, the application of different model objects in development pro cess is analyzed. The integrated modeling technology of cylinder head, its casti ng mould, sand core and sand core mould under MMT is studied. And the concurrent engineering oriented integration method of CAD/CAE and the method to realize th e integration of CAD/CAE under MMT are also discussed. Based on above, the integ ration of CAD/CAM/CAE of cylinder head is realized in automotive powertrain prod uct. The practice results shows that the modeling technology in this paper can optimi ze the development process, realize the data sharing and concurrent engineering in the product development process.展开更多

Multimode output waveguides in the silica AWG with 2% refractive index difference are used to obtain fiat-top spectra. The output waveguide facet is polished to 45° bevel to change the light propagation direction into the mesa-type PIN PD, which simplifies the packaging process. The experimentM results show that the single channel I dB bandwidth of AWG ranges from 2.12nm to 3.06nm, the ROSA responsivity ranges from 0.097 A/W to 0.158A/W, and the 3dB bandwidth is up to 11 GHz. It is promising to be applied in the eight-lane WDM transmission system in data center interconnection.展开更多

However, the received dig...The through silicon via (TSV) technology has proven to be the critical enabler to realize a three-dimensional (3D) gigscale system with higher performance but shorter interconnect length. However, the received digital signal after trans- mission through a TSV channel, composed of redistribution layers (RDLs), TSVs, and bumps, is degraded at a high data-rate due to the non-idealities of the channel. We propose the Chebyshev multisection transformers to reduce the signal reflec- tion of TSV channel when operating frequency goes up to 20 GHz, by which signal reflection coefficient ($11) and signal transmission coefficient ($21) are improved remarkably by 150% and 73.3%, respectively. Both the time delay and power dissipation are also reduced by 4% and 13.3%, respectively. The resistance-inductance-conductance-capacitance (RLGC) elements of the TSV channel are iterated from scattering (S)-parameters, and the proposed method of weakening the signal reflection is verified using high frequency simulator structure (HFSS) simulation software by Ansoft.展开更多
BACKGROUND Recently,medical three-dimensional printing technology(3DPT)has demonstrated potential benefits for the treatment of cubitus varus deformity(CVD)by improving accuracy of the osteotomy through the use of an ...BACKGROUND Recently,medical three-dimensional printing technology(3DPT)has demonstrated potential benefits for the treatment of cubitus varus deformity(CVD)by improving accuracy of the osteotomy through the use of an osteotomy guide,with or without a patient-mated plate.Here,we present an interesting CVD case,involving a patient who was treated with corrective biplanar chevron osteotomy using an innovative customized osteotomy guide and a newly designed patient-matched monoblock crosslink plate created with 3DPT.CASE SUMMARY A 32-year-old female presented with a significant CVD from childhood injury.A computer simulation was processed using images from computerized tomography scans of both upper extremities.The biplanar chevron osteotomy was designed to create identical anatomy between the mirror image of the contralateral distal humerus and the osteotomized distal humerus.Next,the customized osteotomy guide and patient-matched monoblock crosslink plate were designed and printed.A simulation osteotomy was created for the real-sized bone model,and the operation was performed using the posterior paratricipital approach with k-wire positioning from the customized osteotomy guide as a predrilled hole for screw fixation to achieve immediate control of the reduction after osteotomy.Our method allowed for successful treatment of the CVD case,significantly improving the patient’s radiographic and clinical outcomes,with satisfactory result.CONCLUSION 3DPT-created patient-matched osteotomy guide and instrumentation provides accurate control during CVD correction.展开更多

文摘The core sampling experiments were conducted after hydraulic fracturing in the three-dimensional development zone of Fuling shale gas.Six coring wells of different well types were systematically designed.Based on the integrated engineering technology of post-fracturing drilling,coring and monitoring of shale and the analysis of fracture source tracing,the evaluation of the fracture network after fracturing in the three-dimensional development of shale gas was conducted.The data of core fractures after fracturing indicate that three major types of fractures are formed after fracturing:natural fractures,hydraulic fractures,and fractures induced by external mechanical force,which are further classified into six subcategories:natural structural fractures,natural bedding fractures,hydraulic fractures,hydraulically activated fractures,drilling induced fractures,and fractures induced by core transportation.The forms of the artificial fracture network after fracturing are complex.Hydraulic fractures and hydraulically activated fractures interweave with each other,presenting eight forms of artificial fracture networks,among which the“一”-shaped fracture is the most common,accounting for approximately 70%of the total fractures.When the distance to the fractured wellbore is less than 35 m,the density of the artificial fracture network is relatively high;when it is 35–100 m,the density is lower;and when it is beyond 100 m,the density gradually increases.The results of the fracture tracing in the core sampling area confirm that the current fracturing technology can essentially achieve the differential transformation of the reservoir in the main area of Jiaoshiba block in Fuling.The three-layer three-dimensional development model can efficiently utilize shale gas reserves,although there is still room for improvement in the complexity and propagation uniformity of fractures.It is necessary to further optimize technologies such as close-cutting combined with temporary blocking and deflection within fractures or at fracture mouths,as well as limited flow perforation techniques,to promote the balanced initiation and extension of fractures.

文摘An integration processing system of three-dimensional laser scanning information visualization in goaf was developed. It is provided with multiple functions, such as laser scanning information management for goaf, cloud data de-noising optimization, construction, display and operation of three-dimensional model, model editing, profile generation, calculation of goaf volume and roof area, Boolean calculation among models and interaction with the third party soft ware. Concerning this system with a concise interface, plentiful data input/output interfaces, it is featured with high integration, simple and convenient operations of applications. According to practice, in addition to being well-adapted, this system is favorably reliable and stable.

文摘Metal halide perovskites (MHPs) have become promising optoelectronic materials due to their long carrier lifetimes and high mobility. However, the presence of defects and ion migration in MHPs results in high and unstable dark currents, which compromise the stability and detection performance of MHP-based optoelectronic devices. Interfacial engineering has proven to be an effective strategy to reduce defect density in MHPs and suppress ion migration. Given the compatibility of silicon (Si) and MHP processing technologies, coupled with the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of the approach, the integration of MHPs onto Si surfaces has become a prominent area of research. This integration not only enhances device performance but also expands their practical applications. This review provides an overview of the integration technologies for Si and single crys-tal MHPs, evaluates the advantages and limitations of various integration schemes (including inverse temperature crystallization, vacuum-assisted vapor deposition, and anti-solvent vapor-assisted crystallization), and explores the practical applications of Si/MHP-integrated optoelectronic devices with different structures. These optimized devices exhibit outstanding performance in X-ray detection, multi-wavelength photodetection, and circularly polarized light detection. This review provides a systematic reference for technological innovation and application expansion of Si/MHP-integrated devices.

文摘Simulated photo-degradation of fluorescent dissolved organic matter(FDOM) in Lake Baihua(BH) and Lake Hongfeng(HF) was investigated with three-dimensional excitationemission matrix(3 DEEM) fluorescence combined with the fluorescence regional integration(FRI),parallel factor(PARAFAC) analysis,and multi-order kinetic models.In the FRI analysis,fulvic-like and humic-like materials were the main constituents for both BH-FDOM and HF-FDOM.Four individual components were identified by use of PARAFAC analysis as humic-like components(C1),fulvic-like components(C2),protein-like components(C3) and unidentified components(C4).The maximum 3 DEEM fluorescence intensity of PARAFAC components C1-C3 decreased by about 60%,70% and 90%,respectively after photo-degradation.The multi-order kinetic model was acceptable to represent the photo-degradation of FDOM with correlation coefficient(Radj2)(0.963-0.998).The photo-degradation rate constants(kn) showed differences of three orders of magnitude,from 1.09 × 10-6 to 4.02 × 10-4 min-1,and half-life of multi-order model(T1/2n)ranged from 5.26 to 64.01 min.The decreased values of fluorescence index(FI) and biogenic index(BI),the fact that of percent fluorescence response parameter of Region I(PⅠ,n) showed the greatest change ratio,followed by percent fluorescence response parameter of Region II(PⅡ,n,while the largest decrease ratio was found for C3 components,and the lowest T1/2n was observed for C3,indicated preferential degradation of protein-like materials/components derived from biological sources during photodegradation.This research on the degradation of FDOM by 3 DEEM/FRI-PARAFAC would be beneficial to understanding the photo-degradation of FD OM in natural environments and accurately predicting the environmental behaviors of contaminants in the presence of FDOM.

文摘Urbanization strategic environmental assessment (SEA) is an effective instrument to enhance the harmo-nious development of urban complex system, integrating of environment and development in decision-making. Ur-banization strategic environmental assessment integration technology system (SEA-ITS) is composed of "3S" (RS, GIS and GPS), environmental expert system and environmental model system, coupling with appropriate SEA working process closely. In this paper, the structure and components of SEA-ITS are analyzed based on Chinese characteristics, meanwhile methods to fulfill the following system functions are discussed: urbanization SEA in-quiring, analysis, discrimination, assessment, prediction, decision-making and output. Moreover, methods and tech-nologies employed in different urbanization SEA hierarchies are summarized. As a case study, urbanization SEA-ITS is applied in Changchun City to solving complex real problems. Methods such as system dynamics and grey cluster are adopted to achieve the environmental impact assessment on the eco-industrial system planning. It is revealed that the system designed is capable of reflecting the dynamic behavior of eco-industrial system under different sce-narios, meanwhile accomplishing strategy optimization and supplying scientific reference. The 4th strategy, namely concerning on economy increase and its interaction with science, technology and environment progress, would have the best efficiency. Further, more attention should be paid to the secondary development of integration techniques and function modification system of urbanization SEA-ITS.
文摘The globalization and the intensive competition of th e automotive market require shortening the product development cycle, improving the quality and reducing the cost. Optimizing the product development process, b uilding product’s consistent defining model for life cycle, and realizing the in tegration of CAD/CAM/CAE and Concurrent Engineering (CE) become the means to acc ept the challenge. A new product modeling technology, Multi Model Technology (MM T), is provided in this paper to meet the needs of the challenge for automotive powertrain product development. First, the paper introduces the concept of Multi Model Technology. MMT introduce s Object-oriented Technology (OT) into product modeling process and combine OT with feature-based modeling technology. With the help of OT, MMT builds product object model to support system level management in product development. The obj ect model of the product is a Multi Model Structure. The MMS consists of finish part model level (assembly model level), rough part model level (part model leve l), function model level and basic model level. Every models in the MMS is creat ed by feature-based technology in design process. In this case, models in the M MS of product can be shared by casting mould, sand core and sand core mould. The refore, CAD engineers, CAE engineers and CAM engineers can work concurrently and the integration of CAD/CAM/CAE can be realized. Second, MMT is applied in cylinder head development. The multi model structures of cylinder head, its casting mould, sand core and sand core mould are built, an d the process-oriented feature models of every objects in the multi model struc tures are modeled, the application of different model objects in development pro cess is analyzed. The integrated modeling technology of cylinder head, its casti ng mould, sand core and sand core mould under MMT is studied. And the concurrent engineering oriented integration method of CAD/CAE and the method to realize th e integration of CAD/CAE under MMT are also discussed. Based on above, the integ ration of CAD/CAM/CAE of cylinder head is realized in automotive powertrain prod uct. The practice results shows that the modeling technology in this paper can optimi ze the development process, realize the data sharing and concurrent engineering in the product development process.

文摘An 8×10 GHz receiver optical sub-assembly (ROSA) consisting of an 8-channel arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) and an 8-channel PIN photodetector (PD) array is designed and fabricated based on silica hybrid integration technology. Multimode output waveguides in the silica AWG with 2% refractive index difference are used to obtain fiat-top spectra. The output waveguide facet is polished to 45° bevel to change the light propagation direction into the mesa-type PIN PD, which simplifies the packaging process. The experimentM results show that the single channel I dB bandwidth of AWG ranges from 2.12nm to 3.06nm, the ROSA responsivity ranges from 0.097 A/W to 0.158A/W, and the 3dB bandwidth is up to 11 GHz. It is promising to be applied in the eight-lane WDM transmission system in data center interconnection.

文摘The through silicon via (TSV) technology has proven to be the critical enabler to realize a three-dimensional (3D) gigscale system with higher performance but shorter interconnect length. However, the received digital signal after trans- mission through a TSV channel, composed of redistribution layers (RDLs), TSVs, and bumps, is degraded at a high data-rate due to the non-idealities of the channel. We propose the Chebyshev multisection transformers to reduce the signal reflec- tion of TSV channel when operating frequency goes up to 20 GHz, by which signal reflection coefficient ($11) and signal transmission coefficient ($21) are improved remarkably by 150% and 73.3%, respectively. Both the time delay and power dissipation are also reduced by 4% and 13.3%, respectively. The resistance-inductance-conductance-capacitance (RLGC) elements of the TSV channel are iterated from scattering (S)-parameters, and the proposed method of weakening the signal reflection is verified using high frequency simulator structure (HFSS) simulation software by Ansoft.
文摘BACKGROUND Recently,medical three-dimensional printing technology(3DPT)has demonstrated potential benefits for the treatment of cubitus varus deformity(CVD)by improving accuracy of the osteotomy through the use of an osteotomy guide,with or without a patient-mated plate.Here,we present an interesting CVD case,involving a patient who was treated with corrective biplanar chevron osteotomy using an innovative customized osteotomy guide and a newly designed patient-matched monoblock crosslink plate created with 3DPT.CASE SUMMARY A 32-year-old female presented with a significant CVD from childhood injury.A computer simulation was processed using images from computerized tomography scans of both upper extremities.The biplanar chevron osteotomy was designed to create identical anatomy between the mirror image of the contralateral distal humerus and the osteotomized distal humerus.Next,the customized osteotomy guide and patient-matched monoblock crosslink plate were designed and printed.A simulation osteotomy was created for the real-sized bone model,and the operation was performed using the posterior paratricipital approach with k-wire positioning from the customized osteotomy guide as a predrilled hole for screw fixation to achieve immediate control of the reduction after osteotomy.Our method allowed for successful treatment of the CVD case,significantly improving the patient’s radiographic and clinical outcomes,with satisfactory result.CONCLUSION 3DPT-created patient-matched osteotomy guide and instrumentation provides accurate control during CVD correction.
