Three-dimensional Information Decoupling System Based on PSD were designed based on LabVIEW, in order to achieve precision, timeliness, reliability require-ments of the PSD used in the ATP system of Satellite Earth quantum communication. Firstly, the laser light source was driven by a stepper motor to scan on the PSD photosensitive surface, and the voltage value was collected and calculated to get the spot position. Analyzing the cause of nonlinear, a mathematical model was built between the actual value and the measured value by using binary quadratic polynomial method, PSD nonlinear correction function would be got. Then, the object micro displacement and angle offset were measured by combining optical triangulation method, and the error of the measurement results was corrected. Experimental results showed that, after the correction, the measuring deviation could be significantly reduced, the PSD performance calibration requirements was achieved, the efficiency of the system was developed greatly by using LabVIEW. 展开更多

Existing three-dimensional(3D) imaging technologies have issues such as requiring active illumination, multiple exposures, or coding modulation. We propose a passive single 3D imaging method based on an ordinary imaging system.Using the point spread function of the imaging system to realize the non-coding measurement on the target, the full-focus images and depth information of the 3D target can be extracted from a single two-dimensional(2D) image through the compressed sensing algorithm. Simulation and experiments show that this approach can complete passive 3D imaging based on an ordinary imaging system without any coding operations. This method can achieve millimeter-level vertical resolution under single exposure conditions and has the potential for real-time dynamic 3D imaging. It improves the efficiency of 3D information detection, reduces the complexity of the imaging system, and may be of considerable value to the field of computer vision and other related applications. 展开更多

Intercepting high-maneuverability hypersonic targets in near-space environments poses significant challenges due to their extreme speeds and evasive capabilities.To address these challenges,this study presents an integrated approach that combines a Three-Dimensional Finite-Time Optimal Cooperative Guidance Law(FTOC)with an Information Fusion Anti-saturation Predefined-time Observer(IFAPO).The proposed FTOC guidance law employs a nonlinear,non-quadratic finite-time optimal control strategy designed for rapid convergence within the limited timeframes of near-space interceptions,avoiding the need for remaining flight time estimation or linear decoupling inherent in traditional methods.To complement the guidance strategy,the IFAPO leverages multi-source information fusion theory and incorporates anti-saturation mechanisms to enhance target maneuver estimation.This method ensures accurate and real-time prediction of target acceleration while maintaining predefined convergence performance,even under complex interception conditions.By integrating the FTOC guidance law and IFAPO,the approach optimizes cooperative missile positioning,improves interception success rates,and minimizes fuel consumption,addressing practical constraints in military applications.Simulation results and comparative analyses confirm the effectiveness of the integrated approach,demonstrating its capability to achieve cooperative interception of highly maneuvering targets with enhanced efficiency and reduced economic costs,aligning with realistic combat scenarios. 展开更多

Concerning this system with a concise interface, plentiful data input/output interfaces, it is featured with high integration, simple and convenient operations of applications. The environment of low-altitude urban airspace is complex and variable due to numerous obstacles,non-cooperative aircraft,and birds.Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)leveraging environmental information to achieve three-dimension collision-free trajectory planning is the prerequisite to ensure airspace security.However,the timely information of surrounding situation is difficult to acquire by UAVs,which further brings security risks.As a mature technology leveraged in traditional civil aviation,the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B)realizes continuous surveillance of the information of aircraft.Consequently,we leverage ADS-B for surveillance and information broadcasting,and divide the aerial airspace into multiple sub-airspaces to improve flight safety in UAV trajectory planning.In detail,we propose the secure Sub-airSpaces Planning(SSP)algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization Rapidly-exploring Random Trees(PSO-RRT)algorithm for the UAV trajectory planning in law-altitude airspace.The performance of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulations and the results show that SSP reduces both the maximum number of UAVs in the sub-airspace and the length of the trajectory,and PSO-RRT reduces the cost of UAV trajectory in the sub-airspace. 展开更多

With the growing advancement of wireless communication technologies,WiFi-based human sensing has gained increasing attention as a non-intrusive and device-free solution.Among the available signal types,Channel State Information(CSI)offers fine-grained temporal,frequency,and spatial insights into multipath propagation,making it a crucial data source for human-centric sensing.Recently,the integration of deep learning has significantly improved the robustness and automation of feature extraction from CSI in complex environments.This paper provides a comprehensive review of deep learning-enhanced human sensing based on CSI.We first outline mainstream CSI acquisition tools and their hardware specifications,then provide a detailed discussion of preprocessing methods such as denoising,time–frequency transformation,data segmentation,and augmentation.Subsequently,we categorize deep learning approaches according to sensing tasks—namely detection,localization,and recognition—and highlight representative models across application scenarios.Finally,we examine key challenges including domain generalization,multi-user interference,and limited data availability,and we propose future research directions involving lightweight model deployment,multimodal data fusion,and semantic-level sensing. 展开更多

In this study,the permeabilities of Berea and Otway sandstones were measured under different confining pressures,and porosity was investigated through mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP).The total porosities of the Berea and Otway sandstones were approximately 17.4%and 25%,respectively.Pore size distributions of each sandstone were almost the same,but the pores in the Otway sandstone were slightly narrower.However,the permeability of the Otway sandstone was smaller than that of the Berea sandstone by one order of magnitude.Three-dimensional(3D)void geometry and geometrical properties of the void spaces relevant to flow were compared to obtain the relation between the permeability differences and porosities of the two sandstones.The 3D geometrical analysis using microfocus X-ray computed tomography(CT)was performed,and the pore geometries of both sandstones were compared using the 3D medial axis(3DMA)method.Pore and throat radii,pore coordination number,tortuosity,number of connecting paths,connecting path volume,and other factors were determined using 3DMA.The Otway sandstone was characterized by a small effective throat/pore radius ratio.Based on the fluid flow mechanism,the lower effective throat/pore radius ratio results in a lower permeability induced by the fluid energy loss,which means that the 3D geometrical shape of void spaces affects the permeability value. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of impedance tensor data, tipper data, and the conjugate gradient algorithm, we develop a three-dimensional (3D) conjugate gradient algorithm for inverting magnetotelluric full information data determined from five electric and magnetic field components and discuss the method to use the full information data for quantitative interpretation of 3D inversion results. Results from the 3D inversion of synthetic data indicate that the results from inverting full information data which combine the impedance tensor and tipper data are better than results from inverting only the impedance tensor data (or tipper data) in improving resolution and reliability. The synthetic examples also demonstrate the validity and stability of this 3D inversion algorithm. 展开更多

Under the influence of the information technology revolution,the teaching method,as the way to impart teaching content or the means to realize teaching content,has undergone a process of constant evolution and transformation.This transformation is still ongoing.In order to explain this phenomenon,we establish a three-dimension analysis framework of"ECONOMIC BASE-INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY-CULTURE".All kinds of logics involved in them are closely linked,thus influencing each other.At the same time,these aspects constantly affect the historical trajectory of the evolution.Based on the above analysis framework,the paper uses the historical approach to expound the evolution path on teaching methods in China since ancient times and divides it into four stages.Combined with the practical problems and interview results,we rethink the present information teaching methods.In the end,some suggestions are put forward in order to promote the further development of education-related fields. 展开更多

为了精准预测温室蓝莓基质的温湿度变化趋势,提出一种融合Informer-LSTM算法的温湿度预测方法。以温室蓝莓现场环境数据为研究对象,使用LSTM算法捕捉时间序列数据中的依赖关系并与自注意力机制相结合,使模型在聚焦自注意力特征的同时兼... 为了精准预测温室蓝莓基质的温湿度变化趋势,提出一种融合Informer-LSTM算法的温湿度预测方法。以温室蓝莓现场环境数据为研究对象,使用LSTM算法捕捉时间序列数据中的依赖关系并与自注意力机制相结合,使模型在聚焦自注意力特征的同时兼顾LSTM特征,以增强其长期记忆力。在生成初步预测序列后,再应用LSTM算法修正模型的短期注意力,提高模型的反应速度。实验结果显示,Informer-LSTM预测模型在预测准确率、鲁棒性和响应速度等方面都有显著的优势。当温度湿度等时序输入数据发生明显变化时,模型能快速捕获短期内输入数据的动态模式变化。该模型在智慧温室管理中,对辅助人工决策及实现智能化控制具有较高实际价值。 展开更多

基于Informer模型的智能洪水预报方法研究

洪水预报精度和预见期是做好水库洪水预警和调度的关键,在洪水预报中应用人工智能模型可有效提高洪水预报精度。应用K-means聚类分析法对潘口水库流域进行了科学划分,然后采用Informer深度学习模型进行洪水预报,并与传统LSTM模型进行了... 洪水预报精度和预见期是做好水库洪水预警和调度的关键,在洪水预报中应用人工智能模型可有效提高洪水预报精度。应用K-means聚类分析法对潘口水库流域进行了科学划分,然后采用Informer深度学习模型进行洪水预报,并与传统LSTM模型进行了对比研究,最后基于Informer模型设计了4种预报方案分析上游水库对潘口水库洪水预报精度的影响。结果表明:(1) Informer模型的预报性能优于LSTM模型;(2)优化后的Informer模型,训练集和测试集总体纳什系数为0.892,洪水总量误差为6.64%,洪水峰值误差为7.69%,洪量误差及洪峰误差平均值均达到甲级标准;(3)基于Informer模型的2023年和2024年堵河流域潘口水库实际检验预报纳什系数均值为0.878和0.827,洪量误差及洪峰误差合格率均达100%,均满足甲级要求。基于深度学习Informer模型的智能洪水预报不仅可提高洪量和洪峰的预测精度,而且具有较强的实际应用潜力,可为水库洪水预报预警及防灾减灾提供决策依据。 展开更多

Despite the general promising results, mutual information sometimes mightlead to misregistration because of neglecting spatial information and treating intensityvariations with undue sensitivity. In this paper, an extension of mutual informationframework was proposed in which higher-order spatial information regarding imagestructures was incorporated into the registration processing of PET and MR. Thesecond-order estimate of mutual information algorithm was applied to the registrationof seven patients. Evaluation from Vanderbilt University and our visual inspectionshowed that sub-voxel accuracy and robust results were achieved in all cases withsecond-order mutual information as the similarity measure and with Powell's multi-dimensional direction set method as optimization strategy. 展开更多

针对以硫磺为代表的大宗商品价格呈现非线性、非规律波动的特点,本研究创新性地提出XGBoost-LSTM-Informer深度学习组合模型。该模型的核心优势在于有效结合LSTM捕捉短期依赖的能力与Informer捕捉长期依赖的优势。本文以硫磺价格多因素... 针对以硫磺为代表的大宗商品价格呈现非线性、非规律波动的特点,本研究创新性地提出XGBoost-LSTM-Informer深度学习组合模型。该模型的核心优势在于有效结合LSTM捕捉短期依赖的能力与Informer捕捉长期依赖的优势。本文以硫磺价格多因素预测为案例,首先采用独立森林法对原始数据进行预处理,并结合皮尔逊相关系数法与XGBoost重要性对影响因素进行双重筛选。随后将融合后的数据集分别并行输入LSTM和Informer进行训练,并利用Optuna进行超参数调优,通过迭代训练输出模型最优预测结果。多组对比实验与消融实验表明,XGBoost-LSTM-Informer模型在预测精度上显著优于基准模型,既能准确反映硫磺价格整体波动趋势,也能及时捕捉局部价格波动细节。基于实验结果,本文从加强硫磺数据挖掘、引入模型辅助风险管理、构建硫磺价格预测体系三方面提出建议,为提升硫磺市场价格监测与风险管控能力提供理论支撑。 展开更多

With the development of smart cities and smart technologies,parks,as functional units of the city,are facing smart transformation.The development of smart parks can help address challenges of technology integration within urban spaces and serve as testbeds for exploring smart city planning and governance models.Information models facilitate the effective integration of technology into space.Building Information Modeling(BIM)and City Information Modeling(CIM)have been widely used in urban construction.However,the existing information models have limitations in the application of the park,so it is necessary to develop an information model suitable for the park.This paper first traces the evolution of park smart transformation,reviews the global landscape of smart park development,and identifies key trends and persistent challenges.Addressing the particularities of parks,the concept of Park Information Modeling(PIM)is proposed.PIM leverages smart technologies such as artificial intelligence,digital twins,and collaborative sensing to help form a‘space-technology-system’smart structure,enabling systematic management of diverse park spaces,addressing the deficiency in park-level information models,and aiming to achieve scale articulation between BIM and CIM.Finally,through a detailed top-level design application case study of the Nanjing Smart Education Park in China,this paper illustrates the translation process of the PIM concept into practice,showcasing its potential to provide smart management tools for park managers and enhance services for park stakeholders,although further empirical validation is required. 展开更多

Three-dimensional(3D)urban structures play a critical role in informing climate mitigation strategies aimed at the built environment and facilitating sustainable urban development.Regrettably,there exists a significant gap in detailed and consistent data on 3D building space structures with global coverage due to the challenges inherent in the data collection and model calibration processes.In this study,we constructed a global urban structure(GUS-3D)dataset,including building volume,height,and footprint information,at a 500 m spatial resolution using extensive satellite observation products and numerous reference building samples.Our analysis indicated that the total volume of buildings worldwide in2015 exceeded 1×10^(12)m^(3).Over the 1985 to 2015 period,we observed a slight increase in the magnitude of 3D building volume growth(i.e.,it increased from 166.02 km3 during the 1985–2000 period to 175.08km3 during the 2000–2015 period),while the expansion magnitudes of the two-dimensional(2D)building footprint(22.51×10^(3) vs 13.29×10^(3)km^(2))and urban extent(157×10^(3) vs 133.8×10^(3)km^(2))notably decreased.This trend highlights the significant increase in intensive vertical utilization of urban land.Furthermore,we identified significant heterogeneity in building space provision and inequality across cities worldwide.This inequality is particularly pronounced in many populous Asian cities,which has been overlooked in previous studies on economic inequality.The GUS-3D dataset shows great potential to deepen our understanding of the urban environment and creates new horizons for numerous 3D urban studies. 展开更多

To address the problem of multi-missile cooperative interception against maneuvering targets at a prespecified impact time and desired Line-of-Sight(LOS)angles in ThreeDimensional(3D)space,this paper proposes a 3D leader-following cooperative interception guidance law.First,in the LOS direction of the leader,an impact time-controlled guidance law is derived based on the fixed-time stability theory,which enables the leader to complete the interception task at a prespecified impact time.Next,in the LOS direction of the followers,by introducing a time consensus tracking error function,a fixed-time consensus tracking guidance law is investigated to guarantee the consensus tracking convergence of the time-to-go.Then,in the direction normal to the LOS,by combining the designed global integral sliding mode surface and the second-order Sliding Mode Control(SMC)theory,an innovative 3D LOS-angle-constrained interception guidance law is developed,which eliminates the reaching phase in the traditional sliding mode guidance laws and effectively saves energy consumption.Moreover,it effectively suppresses the chattering phenomenon while avoiding the singularity issue,and compensates for unknown interference caused by target maneuvering online,making it convenient for practical engineering applications.Finally,theoretical proof analysis and multiple sets of numerical simulation results verify the effectiveness,superiority,and robustness of the investigated guidance law. 展开更多
