Firstly...For the terminal guidance problem of missiles intercepting maneuvering targets in the three-dimensional space, the design of guidance laws for non-decoupling three-dimensional engage- ment geometry is studied. Firstly, by introducing a finite time integral sliding mode manifold, a novel guidance law based on the integral sliding mode control is presented with the target acceler- ation as a known bounded external disturbance. Then, an improved adaptive guidance law based on the integral sliding mode control without the information of the upper bound on the target accel- eration is developed, where the upper bound of the target acceleration is estimated online by a designed adaptive law. The both presented guidance laws can make sure that the elevation angular rate of the line-of-sight and the azimuth angular rate of the line-of-sight converge to zero in finite time. In the end, the results of the guidance performance for the proposed guidance laws are pre- sented by numerical simulations. Although the designed guidance laws are developed for the con- stant speed missiles, the simulation results for the time-varying speed missiles are also shown to further confirm the designed guidance laws.展开更多

Because of a short terminal guidance time, a finitetime impact angle control guidance law is developed using the fast nonsingular terminal sliding mode control theory. However, the guidance law requires the upper bound of lumped uncertainty including target acceleration, which may not be accurately obtained. Therefore, by adopting a novel reaching law, an adaptive sliding mode guidance law is provided to release the drawback. At the same time, this method can accelerate the convergence rate and weaken the chattering phenomenon to a certain extent. In addition, another novel adaptive guidance law is also derived; this ensures systems asymptotic and finite-time stability without the knowledge of perturbations bounds.Numerical simulations have demonstrated that all the three guidance laws have effective performances and outperform the traditional terminal guidance laws.展开更多
Bone repair remains an important target in tissue engineering,making the development of bioactive scaffolds for effective bone defect repair a critical objective.In this study,β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)scaffolds ...Bone repair remains an important target in tissue engineering,making the development of bioactive scaffolds for effective bone defect repair a critical objective.In this study,β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP)scaffolds incorporated with processed pyritum decoction(PPD)were fabricated using three-dimensional(3D)printing-assisted freeze-casting.The produced composite scaffolds were evaluated for their mechanical strength,physicochemical properties,biocompatibility,in vitro proangiogenic activity,and in vivo efficacy in repairing rabbit femoral defects.They not only demonstrated excellent physicochemical properties,enhanced mechanical strength,and good biosafety but also significantly promoted the proliferation,migration,and aggregation of pro-angiogenic human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).In vivo studies revealed that all scaffold groups facilitated osteogenesis at the bone defect site,with theβ-TCP scaffolds loaded with PPD markedly enhancing the expression of neurogenic locus Notch homolog protein 1(Notch1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2),and osteopontin(OPN).Overall,the scaffolds developed in this study exhibited strong angiogenic and osteogenic capabilities both in vitro and in vivo.The incorporation of PPD notably promoted the angiogenic-osteogenic coupling,thereby accelerating bone repair,which suggests that PPD is a promising material for bone repair and that the PPD/β-TCP scaffolds hold great potential as a bone graft alternative.展开更多

The deterministic least squares adaptive signal processing technique operates on a "snapshot-by-snapshot" basis to dethrone the adaptive adaptive weights for nulling interferences and estimating signal of interest (SOI). Furthermore, this approach eliminates the requirement for estimating the covariance through the data of neighboring range cell, which eliminates calculating the inverse of covariance, and can be implemented to operate in real-time. In H.264,computational complexity and memory access of deblocking filters are variable,dependent on video contents.This paper proposes a VLSI architecture of deblocking filters with adaptive dynamic power,which avoids...In H.264,computational complexity and memory access of deblocking filters are variable,dependent on video contents.This paper proposes a VLSI architecture of deblocking filters with adaptive dynamic power,which avoids redundant computations and memory accesses by precluding the blocks that can be skipped.The vertical and horizontal edges are simulta-neously processed in an advanced scan order to speed up the decoder.As a result,dynamic power of the proposed architecture can be reduced adaptively(up to about 89%) for different videos,and the off-chip memory access is improved when compared to previous designs.Moreover,the processing capability of the proposed architecture is in particular appropriate for real-time deblocking of high-definition television(HDTV,1920×1080 pixels/frame,60 frames/s video signals) video operation at 62 MHz.Using the proposed architecture,power can be reduced by up to about 89% and processing time by from 25% to 81% compared with previous designs.展开更多
To overcome the limitations posed by three-dimensional corner separation,this paper proposes a novel flow control technology known as passive End-Wall(EW)self-adaptive jet.Two single EW slotted schemes(EWS1 and EWS2),...To overcome the limitations posed by three-dimensional corner separation,this paper proposes a novel flow control technology known as passive End-Wall(EW)self-adaptive jet.Two single EW slotted schemes(EWS1 and EWS2),alongside a combined(COM)scheme featuring double EW slots,were investigated.The results reveal that the EW slot,driven by pressure differentials between the pressure and suction sides,can generate an adaptive jet with escalating velocity as the operational load increases.This high-speed jet effectively re-excites the local low-energy fluid,thereby mitigating the corner separation.Notably,the EWS1 slot,positioned near the blade leading edge,exhibits relatively low jet velocities at negative incidence angles,causing jet separation and exacerbating the corner separation.Besides,the EWS2 slot is close to the blade trailing edge,resulting in massive low-energy fluid accumulating and separating before the slot outlet at positive incidence angles.In contrast,the COM scheme emerges as the most effective solution for comprehensive corner separation control.It can significantly reduce the total pressure loss and improve the static pressure coefficient for the ORI blade at 0°-4° incidence angles,while causing minimal negative impact on the aerodynamic performance at negative incidence angles.Therefore,the corner stall is delayed,and the available incidence angle range is broadened from -10°--2°to -10°-4°.This holds substantial promise for advancing the aerodynamic performance,operational stability,and load capacity of future highly loaded compressors.展开更多
Fractional order algorithms have shown promising results in various signal processing applications due to their ability to improve performance without significantly increasing complexity.The goal of this work is to in...Fractional order algorithms have shown promising results in various signal processing applications due to their ability to improve performance without significantly increasing complexity.The goal of this work is to inves-tigate the use of fractional order algorithm in the field of adaptive beam-forming,with a focus on improving performance while keeping complexity lower.The effectiveness of the algorithm will be studied and evaluated in this context.In this paper,a fractional order least mean square(FLMS)algorithm is proposed for adaptive beamforming in wireless applications for effective utilization of resources.This algorithm aims to improve upon existing beam-forming algorithms,which are inefficient in performance,by offering faster convergence,better accuracy,and comparable computational complexity.The FLMS algorithm uses fractional order gradient in addition to the standard ordered gradient in weight adaptation.The derivation of the algorithm is provided and supported by mathematical convergence analysis.Performance is evaluated through simulations using mean square error(MSE)minimization as a metric and compared with the standard LMS algorithm for various parameters.The results,obtained through Matlab simulations,show that the FLMS algorithm outperforms the standard LMS in terms of convergence speed,beampattern accuracy and scatter plots.FLMS outperforms LMS in terms of convergence speed by 34%.From this,it can be concluded that FLMS is a better candidate for adaptive beamforming and other signal processing applications.展开更多

According to the statistical characteristics of the space-time snapshot data, via defining the aggregate snapshot data and corresponding events, the conditional probability of the space-time snapshot data which is the effective training data is given, then the weighting coefficients are obtained for the weighting method. The theory analysis indicates that the statistical methods of the Bayes and likelihood criterion for covariance matrix estimation are more reasonable than other methods that estimate the covariance matrix with the use of training data except the detected outliers. The last simulations attest that the proposed algorithms can estimate the covariance in the non-homogeneous condition exactly and have favorable characteristics.展开更多

A series of Al-Ti-B master alloys were prepared by different preparation routes,and the TiB2 particles in the master alloys were extracted and analyzed.It is found that the forming process has significant influence on...A series of Al-Ti-B master alloys were prepared by different preparation routes,and the TiB2 particles in the master alloys were extracted and analyzed.It is found that the forming process has significant influence on the three-dimensional morphology of TiB2 particles.Different preparation routes result in different reaction forms,which accounts for the morphology variation of TiB2 particles.When the Al-Ti-B master alloy is prepared using "halide salt" route,TiB2 particles exhibit hexagonal platelet morphology and are independent with each other.In addition,the reaction temperature almost does not have influence on the morphology of TiB2 particles.However,TiB2 particles exhibit different morphologies at different reaction temperatures when the master alloys are prepared with Al-3B and Ti sponge.When the master alloy is prepared at 850 ℃,a kind of TiB2 particle agglomeration forms with a size larger than 5 μm.The TiB2 particles change to layered stacking morphology even dendritic morphology with the reaction temperature reaching up to 1200 ℃.展开更多

Low stiffness and positioning problems are difficulties and challenges in the precise machining of near-net-shaped blades.This paper aims to achieve high accuracy in manufacturing by fixture-and deformation-control in...Low stiffness and positioning problems are difficulties and challenges in the precise machining of near-net-shaped blades.This paper aims to achieve high accuracy in manufacturing by fixture-and deformation-control in the adaptive CNC machining process.Adaptive CNC machining technology is first analyzed,and new fixture-evaluation criteria and methods to evaluate the adaptive CNC machining process fixture design are built.Second,a machining fixture is designed and manufactured after analyzing its positioning scheme,clamping scheme,materials(PEEK-GF30),and structure characteristics.Finally,the designed fixture is analyzed by FEA and experimentally verified by a cutting experiment.The results show that the deformation of the blade is an overall rigid-body displacement,the main deformation of the blade-fixture system occurs on the four clamping heads,and this fixture can effectively protect the blade from local deformation.The proposed clamping-sequence method reliably and effectively controls the local maximum deformation of the blade.The system stiffness is increased by 20 Hz,with each clamping force increased by 200 N.Both high-and low-frequency displacement in roughing milling or finishing milling are acceptable relative to the accuracy demand of blade machining.This fixture and an adaptive CNC machining process can achieve high accuracy in blade manufacturing.展开更多

The successfu lness of the process depends largely on the a proper selection of loading path w hich is axial feeding distance as related to the applied internal pressure. Due to the complicated nature of plastic deformation, a optimum loading path which w ill guarantee good hydroformed parts free of winkle and fracture has often to be determined by finite element analysis. In order to save trials and errors, adap tive FEM simulation method has been developed. To effectively apply the adaptive simulation method, we have to know the applicability of the method. In this pap er, a classification of tube hydroforming (THF) processes based on sensitivity to loading parameters has been suggested. Characteristics of the classification have been analyzed in terms of failure mode, dominant loading parameters and th eir working windows. It was discussed that the so called pressure dominant THF p rocess is the most difficult process for both simulation in FEM analysis and pra ctical operation in real manufacturing situation. To effectively find out the op timum loading path for pressure dominant THF process, adaptive FEM simulation st rategies are mostly needed.展开更多

An improved MPCA approach, step-by-step adaptive MPCA (SAMPCA), usi...Multi-way principal component analysis (MPCA) had been successfully applied to monitoring the batch and semi-batch process in most chemical industry. An improved MPCA approach, step-by-step adaptive MPCA (SAMPCA), using the process variable trajectories to monitoring the batch process is presented in this paper. It does not need to estimate or fill in the unknown part of the process variable trajectory deviation from the current time until the end. The approach is based on a MPCA method that processes the data in a sequential and adaptive manner. The adaptive rate is easily controlled through a forgetting factor that controls the weight of past data in a summation. This algorithm is used to evaluate the industrial streptomycin fermentation process data and is compared with the traditional MPCA. The results show that the method is more advantageous than MPCA, especially when monitoring multi-stage batch process where the latent vector structure can change at several points during the batch.展开更多

The modified BFGS algorithm for the adaptive learning of back propagation (BP) neural networks is developed and embedded into NeurOn-Line by introducing a new search method of learning rate to the full memory BFGS algorithm. 文摘The traditional guidance law only guarantees the accuracy of attacking a target.However,the look angle and acceleration constraints are indispensable in applications.A new adaptive three-dimensional proportional navigation(PN)guidance law is proposed based on convex optimization.Decomposition of the three-dimensional space is carried out to establish threedimensional kinematic engagements.The constraints and the performance index are disposed by using the convex optimization method.PN guidance gains can be obtained by solving the optimization problem.This solution is more rapid and programmatic than the traditional method and provides a foundation for future online guidance methods,which is of great value for engineering applications.

文摘In H.264,computational complexity and memory access of deblocking filters are variable,dependent on video contents.This paper proposes a VLSI architecture of deblocking filters with adaptive dynamic power,which avoids redundant computations and memory accesses by precluding the blocks that can be skipped.The vertical and horizontal edges are simulta-neously processed in an advanced scan order to speed up the decoder.As a result,dynamic power of the proposed architecture can be reduced adaptively(up to about 89%) for different videos,and the off-chip memory access is improved when compared to previous designs.Moreover,the processing capability of the proposed architecture is in particular appropriate for real-time deblocking of high-definition television(HDTV,1920×1080 pixels/frame,60 frames/s video signals) video operation at 62 MHz.Using the proposed architecture,power can be reduced by up to about 89% and processing time by from 25% to 81% compared with previous designs.

文摘To overcome the limitations posed by three-dimensional corner separation,this paper proposes a novel flow control technology known as passive End-Wall(EW)self-adaptive jet.Two single EW slotted schemes(EWS1 and EWS2),alongside a combined(COM)scheme featuring double EW slots,were investigated.The results reveal that the EW slot,driven by pressure differentials between the pressure and suction sides,can generate an adaptive jet with escalating velocity as the operational load increases.This high-speed jet effectively re-excites the local low-energy fluid,thereby mitigating the corner separation.Notably,the EWS1 slot,positioned near the blade leading edge,exhibits relatively low jet velocities at negative incidence angles,causing jet separation and exacerbating the corner separation.Besides,the EWS2 slot is close to the blade trailing edge,resulting in massive low-energy fluid accumulating and separating before the slot outlet at positive incidence angles.In contrast,the COM scheme emerges as the most effective solution for comprehensive corner separation control.It can significantly reduce the total pressure loss and improve the static pressure coefficient for the ORI blade at 0°-4° incidence angles,while causing minimal negative impact on the aerodynamic performance at negative incidence angles.Therefore,the corner stall is delayed,and the available incidence angle range is broadened from -10°--2°to -10°-4°.This holds substantial promise for advancing the aerodynamic performance,operational stability,and load capacity of future highly loaded compressors.

文摘Fractional order algorithms have shown promising results in various signal processing applications due to their ability to improve performance without significantly increasing complexity.The goal of this work is to inves-tigate the use of fractional order algorithm in the field of adaptive beam-forming,with a focus on improving performance while keeping complexity lower.The effectiveness of the algorithm will be studied and evaluated in this context.In this paper,a fractional order least mean square(FLMS)algorithm is proposed for adaptive beamforming in wireless applications for effective utilization of resources.This algorithm aims to improve upon existing beam-forming algorithms,which are inefficient in performance,by offering faster convergence,better accuracy,and comparable computational complexity.The FLMS algorithm uses fractional order gradient in addition to the standard ordered gradient in weight adaptation.The derivation of the algorithm is provided and supported by mathematical convergence analysis.Performance is evaluated through simulations using mean square error(MSE)minimization as a metric and compared with the standard LMS algorithm for various parameters.The results,obtained through Matlab simulations,show that the FLMS algorithm outperforms the standard LMS in terms of convergence speed,beampattern accuracy and scatter plots.FLMS outperforms LMS in terms of convergence speed by 34%.From this,it can be concluded that FLMS is a better candidate for adaptive beamforming and other signal processing applications.

文摘For the slowly changed environment-range-dependent non-homogeneity, a new statistical space-time adaptive processing algorithm is proposed, which uses the statistical methods, such as Bayes or likelihood criterion to estimate the approximative covariance matrix in the non-homogeneous condition. According to the statistical characteristics of the space-time snapshot data, via defining the aggregate snapshot data and corresponding events, the conditional probability of the space-time snapshot data which is the effective training data is given, then the weighting coefficients are obtained for the weighting method. The theory analysis indicates that the statistical methods of the Bayes and likelihood criterion for covariance matrix estimation are more reasonable than other methods that estimate the covariance matrix with the use of training data except the detected outliers. The last simulations attest that the proposed algorithms can estimate the covariance in the non-homogeneous condition exactly and have favorable characteristics.
文摘A discrete model reference adaptive controller of robot arm is obtained by integrating the reduced dynamic model of robot, model reference adaptive control (MRAC) and digital signal processing (DSP) computer system into an electromechanical system. With the DSP computer system, the control signal of each joint of the robot arm can be processed in real time and independently. The simulation and experiment results show that with the control strategy, the robot achieved a good trajectory following precision, a good decoupling performance and a high real-time adaptivity.

文摘This paper introduces the preconditioned methods for Space-Time Adaptive Processing(STAP).Using the Block-Toeplitz-Toeplitz-Block(BTTB)structure of the clutter-plus-noise covari-ance matrix,a Block-Circulant-Circulant-Block(BCCB)preconditioner is constructed.Based on thepreconditioner,a Preconditioned Multistage Wiener Filter(PMWF)which can be implemented by thePreconditioned Conjugate Gradient(PCG)method is proposed.Simulation results show that thePMWF has faster convergence rate and lower processing rank compared with the MWF.

文摘A series of Al-Ti-B master alloys were prepared by different preparation routes,and the TiB2 particles in the master alloys were extracted and analyzed.It is found that the forming process has significant influence on the three-dimensional morphology of TiB2 particles.Different preparation routes result in different reaction forms,which accounts for the morphology variation of TiB2 particles.When the Al-Ti-B master alloy is prepared using "halide salt" route,TiB2 particles exhibit hexagonal platelet morphology and are independent with each other.In addition,the reaction temperature almost does not have influence on the morphology of TiB2 particles.However,TiB2 particles exhibit different morphologies at different reaction temperatures when the master alloys are prepared with Al-3B and Ti sponge.When the master alloy is prepared at 850 ℃,a kind of TiB2 particle agglomeration forms with a size larger than 5 μm.The TiB2 particles change to layered stacking morphology even dendritic morphology with the reaction temperature reaching up to 1200 ℃.

The method implements functions of adaptive and self-learning by adjusting weighting parameters. Adaptive neural network can make some output trail given hoping value to decouple in static state. The simulation result indicates the validity, veracity and robustness of the method used in the timber drying process

文摘Recently published in Joule,Feng Liu and colleagues from Shanghai Jiaotong University reported a record-breaking 20.8%power conversion efficiency in organic solar cells(OSCs)with an interpenetrating fibril network active layer morphology,featuring a bulk p-in structure and proper vertical segregation achieved through additive-assisted layer-by-layer deposition.This optimized hierarchical gradient fibrillar morphology and optical management synergistically facilitates exciton diffusion,reduces recombination losses,and enhances light capture capability.This approach not only offers a solution to achieving high-efficiency devices but also demonstrates the potential for commercial applications of OSCs.

文摘Low stiffness and positioning problems are difficulties and challenges in the precise machining of near-net-shaped blades.This paper aims to achieve high accuracy in manufacturing by fixture-and deformation-control in the adaptive CNC machining process.Adaptive CNC machining technology is first analyzed,and new fixture-evaluation criteria and methods to evaluate the adaptive CNC machining process fixture design are built.Second,a machining fixture is designed and manufactured after analyzing its positioning scheme,clamping scheme,materials(PEEK-GF30),and structure characteristics.Finally,the designed fixture is analyzed by FEA and experimentally verified by a cutting experiment.The results show that the deformation of the blade is an overall rigid-body displacement,the main deformation of the blade-fixture system occurs on the four clamping heads,and this fixture can effectively protect the blade from local deformation.The proposed clamping-sequence method reliably and effectively controls the local maximum deformation of the blade.The system stiffness is increased by 20 Hz,with each clamping force increased by 200 N.Both high-and low-frequency displacement in roughing milling or finishing milling are acceptable relative to the accuracy demand of blade machining.This fixture and an adaptive CNC machining process can achieve high accuracy in blade manufacturing.
文摘Tube hydroforming process is a relative new process f or production of structural parts of low weight and high rigidity. The successfu lness of the process depends largely on the a proper selection of loading path w hich is axial feeding distance as related to the applied internal pressure. Due to the complicated nature of plastic deformation, a optimum loading path which w ill guarantee good hydroformed parts free of winkle and fracture has often to be determined by finite element analysis. In order to save trials and errors, adap tive FEM simulation method has been developed. To effectively apply the adaptive simulation method, we have to know the applicability of the method. In this pap er, a classification of tube hydroforming (THF) processes based on sensitivity to loading parameters has been suggested. Characteristics of the classification have been analyzed in terms of failure mode, dominant loading parameters and th eir working windows. It was discussed that the so called pressure dominant THF p rocess is the most difficult process for both simulation in FEM analysis and pra ctical operation in real manufacturing situation. To effectively find out the op timum loading path for pressure dominant THF process, adaptive FEM simulation st rategies are mostly needed.

文摘Multi-way principal component analysis (MPCA) had been successfully applied to monitoring the batch and semi-batch process in most chemical industry. An improved MPCA approach, step-by-step adaptive MPCA (SAMPCA), using the process variable trajectories to monitoring the batch process is presented in this paper. It does not need to estimate or fill in the unknown part of the process variable trajectory deviation from the current time until the end. The approach is based on a MPCA method that processes the data in a sequential and adaptive manner. The adaptive rate is easily controlled through a forgetting factor that controls the weight of past data in a summation. This algorithm is used to evaluate the industrial streptomycin fermentation process data and is compared with the traditional MPCA. The results show that the method is more advantageous than MPCA, especially when monitoring multi-stage batch process where the latent vector structure can change at several points during the batch.
文摘The adaptive learning and prediction of a highly nonlinear and time-varying bioreactor benchmark process is studied using Neur-On-Line, a graphical tool kit for developing and deploying neural networks in the G2 real time intelligent environment,and a new modified Broyden, Fletcher, Goldfarb, and Shanno (BFGS) quasi-Newton algorithm. The modified BFGS algorithm for the adaptive learning of back propagation (BP) neural networks is developed and embedded into NeurOn-Line by introducing a new search method of learning rate to the full memory BFGS algorithm. Simulation results show that the adaptive learning and prediction neural network system can quicklv track the time-varving and nonlinear behavior of the bioreactor.
