Ltd. of the Shenhua Group is a modern mining enterprise. To construct this first class world enterprise, Shendong Company placed em- phasis on construction and production, and complied the internal administration with the international standards spontaneously. In order to strengthen the administration of the en- terprise, enhance the running efficiency of the systems, achieve the best administrative performances and goals, the Shendong Company began to engineer the integrated man- aging system(SDIMS) in early 2002. This article, as a case study, introduces the planning and construction processes of the SDIMS’s, and sums up the empirical experiences for modern and international mining enterprise.展开更多
