Aiming at the prominent problem of the disconnection between theory,practice and industrial demand in the new energy vehicle power battery course,this paper constructs a new structured curriculum system of"three ...Aiming at the prominent problem of the disconnection between theory,practice and industrial demand in the new energy vehicle power battery course,this paper constructs a new structured curriculum system of"three levels and three models".Vertically,the system follows the capability generation logic of"basic cognition→technology application→system expansion",and sets up a three-level capability progressive main line composed of"electrochemical principle,Battery Management System(BMS)development and recycling process";Horizontally,through the deep integration of the three teaching modes of"virtual simulation(40%),physical operation(30%)and enterprise case(30%)",a multimodal teaching closed loop is formed,which effectively avoids the obstacles of high-cost and high-risk entity training.The core innovation of the system lies in the establishment of a dynamic mapping model of"post ability curriculum standard",and the introduction of a quantitative tool of"technology maturity teaching suitability",which ensures the synchronous iteration of curriculum content and industrial technology chain.Teaching practice shows that the system significantly improves students'engineering practice ability and innovation literacy,and provides a solution with both theoretical depth and practical feasibility for the systematic reconstruction of applied engineering courses,which has significant demonstration and promotion value.展开更多

This paper presents a novel zero voltage and zero current switching (ZCS)...The application areas of conventional push pull converters are limited because of high voltage stress of switches (twice of input voltage). This paper presents a novel zero voltage and zero current switching (ZCS) PWM push pull three level converter in which the voltage stress of switches is input voltage. With phase shifted modulation strategy, the leading switches can only realize zero voltage switching (ZVS), and the lagging switches can realize ZCS when block capacitor and block diodes are added. Using the strategy, the converter overcomes the drawbacks presented by the conventional push pull converter, such as magnetic aberration, large switch loss, and voltage spike on switches, so it can get higher efficiency, and a wider application area. The operating principle of the new converter is analyzed and verified on a 600 W, 50 kHz experimental prototype. Several zero voltage and zero current switching PWM push pull three level converters are proposed.展开更多
