Gastrointestinal bleeding or thromboembolism can occur in this category of patients in the periendoscopic period. To better manage these patients, endoscopists should have a clear concept about the various blood thinners in the market. Patients’ risk of thromboembolism off anticoagulation, and the risk of bleeding from endoscopic procedures should be assessed prior to endoscopy. The endoscopic procedure should be done when it is safe to do it.展开更多

According to the geological and mining technical conditions of No.18128 sub- level caving face with suspend-shift support,the first working face of the working area,the distribution laws of abutment pressure were stud...According to the geological and mining technical conditions of No.18128 sub- level caving face with suspend-shift support,the first working face of the working area,the distribution laws of abutment pressure were studied by jointly employing FIAC^(3D) numerical simulations and field tests.With the full consideration of these laws and the service time- limit of the mining district,the optimal location of the terminal mining line,should be 60 m away from the W4-B8 track dip,which was 20 m shorter than the 80 m distance deter- mined according to traditional experiences.The retained coal safety pillar for the protect- ing of dips,already proved by the industrial practice,can not only improve the rate of coal recovery and satisfy the subsequent service requirement for the following working faces, but also decrease the maintaining expenditure and thus increase profits.展开更多

Firstly,the influence of thermal treatment temperate( 140-180 ℃) on the degree of shrinkage of fiber was investigated. The influence was also analyzed with a 2nd heating to simulate the application situation. It was discovered that the heat treatment at a temperature which was above the application temperature( 2nd heating) would efficiently remove the internal stress in the fiber and improve the thermal dimensional stability.Secondly,the impact of heat treatment temperature on the fiber diameter and the degree of hollowness were studied. The results implied that with a fixed fiber length, higher treatment temperature led to thinner fiber and a lower degree of hollowness.Last but not least,key parameters that could further influence the fiber dimensions were investigated. The results suggested that the fiber diameters and the degree of hollowness could be further controlled by tuning the drawing speed,the spinning meter pump output and cooling status while the spinneret parameters were fixed.展开更多

In this study, Si heterojuction (SHJ) solar cells wh...n-type CZ-Si wafers featuring longer minority carrier lifetime and higher tolerance of certain metal contamination can offer one of the best Si-based solar cells. In this study, Si heterojuction (SHJ) solar cells which was fabricated with different wafers in the top, middle and tail positions of the ingot, exhibited a stable high efficiency of〉 22% in spite of the various profiles of the resistivity and lifetime, which demonstrated the high material utilization of n-type ingot. In addition, for effectively converting the sunlight into electrical power, the pyramid size, pyramid density and roughness of surface of the Cz-Si wafer were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Furthermore, the dependence of SHJ solar cell open- circuit voltage on the surface topography was discussed, which indicated that the uniformity of surface pyramid helps to improve the open-circuit voltage and conversion efficiency. Moreover, the simulation revealed that the highest efficiency of the SHJ solar cell could be achieved by the wafer with a thickness of 100 μm. Fortunately, over 23% of the conversion efficiency of the SHJ solar cell with a wafer thickness of 100 μm was obtained based on the systematic optimization of cell fabrication process in the pilot production line. Evidently, the large availability of both n-type ingot and thinner wafer strongly supported the lower cost fabrication of high efficiency SHJ solar cell.展开更多
