Through the cooperation between schools and enterprises, it is an important means to effectively improve students' overall skills, shorten the time for students to adapt to the job and improve employment competitiveness. The employment practice course held by colleges and universities is of great significance to improve students' employment ability. However, in practice, the situation of students in colleges and universities transforming into employment through fixed post practice is not very good, and there are still deficiencies in policies, construction of teachers and participation of enterprises.
