Methods: through double-blind randomization, 78 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups (group A = 39 cases) and (Group B = 39 cases) from January 2020 to March 2021. Group B was treated with conventional drugs, and group A was treated with drugs + microwave combination. After the relevant treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of cases was compared. Compared with the levels of IL-2 and TNF-A, the microwave binding method in group A was more advantageous than that in group B. In addition, in terms of the levels of inflammatory factors, group A tended to be more stable than group B, with significant differences in p-value data. Conclusion: targeted treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, through drugs and microwave method to carry out comprehensive treatment, can promote the organic optimization of inflammatory level, and constantly improve the clinical efficacy, should be vigorously promoted in clinical.展开更多

Methods: a total of 80 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected, and the digital table randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and patients in the acupuncture and medicine group were additionally treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The walking time, BI index, FMA score and total effective rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, BI index and FMA points of patients in acupuncture and medicine group were higher than those in acupuncture and medicine group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in acupuncture and medicine group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke, and can promote the improvement of limb motor ability and self-care ability, which is worthy of promotion and application.展开更多

Methods: 120 patients were selected to carry out relevant research. The individual group and the contrast group were treated with different treatment methods respectively, and the clinical indicators were compared and observed. Results: the personality group had some advantages in clinical efficacy and adverse reactions (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Sijunzi Decoction and Banxia Xiexin Decoction can be applied in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis. The Chinese prescription plays an important role in improving clinical efficacy and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions. Therefore, the Chinese prescription can be fully considered in the clinical treatment of Chinese medicine.展开更多

Methods: a total of 70 patients with peripheral facial paralysis in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected, and the number table was randomly divided into 2 groups, 35 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group were added to the conventional treatment. The scores of facial expression nerve palsy, quality of life and total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the scores of facial expression nerve palsy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: percutaneous puncture is effective in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, which is beneficial to improve the facial nerve function and the quality of life of patients.展开更多
