With the transformation of medical models and the advancement of medical technology,the new era has put forward higher requirements for nursing talents.Nursing staff should not only master solid professional skills an...With the transformation of medical models and the advancement of medical technology,the new era has put forward higher requirements for nursing talents.Nursing staff should not only master solid professional skills and knowledge,but also possess innovative thinking and interdisciplinary cooperation capabilities.As an important place for cultivating nursing talents,higher vocational colleges should update the teaching content of experiment and training in a timely manner in combination with the needs of social changes.Based on this,this paper studies the experiment and training teaching of basic nursing in higher vocational nursing majors,analyzes the changes in the demand for nursing talents in the new era,expounds the existing problems in the current teaching,and puts forward corresponding implementation countermeasures,to cultivate high-quality nursing talents meeting the needs of the new era and provide reference for the teaching reform of higher vocational nursing majors.展开更多
In essence,universities are part of the national education system and university culture is a“subculture”of the national culture.In the era of development and integration,the existence of the university network ther...In essence,universities are part of the national education system and university culture is a“subculture”of the national culture.In the era of development and integration,the existence of the university network therefore certainly has a dialectical relationship with objective requirements both in terms of education and culture—the rule of laws and inevitable conditions for that existence and development,is the basic content of the university cultural function.It includes general functions(social and cultural functions)related to the location,nature,characteristics of the university in social life and is relevant both to the present,the past,and the future;specific functions(educational organizational functions)related to teaching,learning,scientific research,management organization—direct activities for the existence and development of the university itself as an educational institution.The article is approached from the reality of Vietnam and based on the perspective of Culturology(combining Pedagogics and some other disciplines)in order to initially analyze and clarify the specific contents of these functional relations,especially about the interaction effect from those functions.展开更多

In this paper, four kinds of nursing intervention models, family-centered nursing, evidence-based nursing, self-care and emotional nursing, were selected for classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges. The specific teaching significance of problem-oriented teaching in learning these four kinds of nursing intervention models was discussed respectively, so as to provide reference and guidance for clinical nursing. This article selected four common nursing interventions in clinical nursing: family-centered nursing and self-nursing, which are suitable for home relatives of discharged patients to take care of them or patients to take self-care after orthopedic replacement. Emotional nursing is suitable for psychological counseling of patients with benign and malignant tumors;Evidence-based nursing is suitable for clinical nursing intervention based on evidence, and is commonly used in TCM diagnosis and treatment.展开更多

Among the studies of the internal efficiency in higher education,most have focused on the scale of university(the economies of scale),but little on internal operating efficiency in higher education,especially on the c...Among the studies of the internal efficiency in higher education,most have focused on the scale of university(the economies of scale),but little on internal operating efficiency in higher education,especially on the combined efficiency of outputs(the economies of scope).There are few theoretical discussions or experimental research on whether teaching resources are complementary with research resources,or whether resources in undergraduate cultivation are shared with those in postgraduate training.In the background of the resource scarcity,it is significant to study the economies of scope in higher education to realize intensive development of higher education.Based on the multiproduct cost function and the data of universities attached to the Ministry of Education,this paper attempts to deal with the complementarities of resources used in undergraduate cultivation,postgraduate training and research to find that universities produce these outputs without sufficient resource sharing,the diseconomies of scope in postgraduate training is highest.As far as the quality of teaching and research are concerned,diseconomies of scope of the outputs are great.The main reasons are as follows:poor distribution of facilities,teachers and books,overlapping internal management systems,and the current postgraduate cultivation model.Therefore,relative departments should take internal resource sharing in higher education into account when making the administration policy of higher education.展开更多
