A test items knowledge library system of for adaptive learning is proposed in this paper. The first step is to carry out the quantity and quality analysis of the test items by using the Bloom's revised taxonomy and scale anchoring respectively to produce the characteristics for test items. A smoothing method of arbitrary anchoring revised from scale anchoring is first proposed to make tests more accurate in distinguishing test levels. In addition, raised three dimensional indicators based on the Bloom's revised taxonomy are adopted to validate test contents and therefore it concretely describes the examining function of items. The items obtained have the precise and concrete properties; an item knowledge library is therefore constructed combining teaching materials and items using the technologies of ontology and knowledge management. Finally, a knowledge library system of test items is established to achieve the purpose of adaptive learning for learners. 展开更多

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Biochemical Test Items in Liver Cirrhosis Disease Diagnosis

Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of management of diagnosis of liver cirrhosis patients by implementing biochemical test items for liver function in combination with liver cirrhosis patients. Methods: to study and evaluate the diagnosis results of patients with liver cirrhosis by biochemical experiments. Therefore, 65 patients with liver cirrhosis who came to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research observers and divided into the research group and the control group, and 65 healthy volunteers who underwent biochemical tests at the same time were taken as the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of physical examination to observe liver cirrhosis, and the specific functional indicators of biochemical test items were applied. Results: combined with the actual situation of patients with liver cirrhosis, clinical biochemical test items were applied to comprehensively improve the scientific basis of clinical treatment application, the civilian test for early diagnosis of related liver cirrhosis diseases, blood glucose test and urine routine test were performed, and the results of various indicators of clinical test were compared between the two groups of patients, so as to comprehensively improve the specific situation of biochemical indicators in the test results of the two groups of patients. The treatment functions of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group, showing that the patients in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The relevant data of all nine biochemical indicators had clinical reliable basis, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: to comprehensively improve the physical examination method of relevant biochemical test items for patients with liver cirrhosis can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and effective guidance for follow-up treatment. 展开更多

Objective: this paper mainly studies the value of immune test in prenatal examination. Methods: from March 2018 to March 2020, 100 pregnant women in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Each group has 50 cases and use different inspection methods. The control group used routine prenatal examination. The observation group used immune test items on the basis of control group. The incidences of high-risk pregnancy were compared. Results: there were high-risk pregnancies in both groups, but the observation group took corresponding measures to control the pregnant women’s condition in time after the immune test. And its incidence of high-risk pregnancy was 4%, while the incidence of high-risk pregnancy of the conventional group was 30%, which was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical application value of immune test items in prenatal examination is significant. Immunization test is conducive to timely detect maternal high-risk pregnancy to a large extent, provides an important reference basis for the control of maternal high-risk pregnancy factors and helps to reduce the incidence of high-risk pregnancy. 展开更多
