"Factory physics principles" provided a method to evaluate the performance of a simple production line, whose fundamental parameters are known or given. However, it is difficult to obtain the exact and reasonable parameters in actual manufacturing environment, especially for the complex chipset assembly & test production line(CATPL). Besides, research in this field tends to focus on evaluation and improvement of CATPL without considering performance interval and status with variability level. A developed internal benchmark method is proposed, which established three-parameter method based on the Little′s law. It integrates the variability factors, such as processing time, random failure time, and random repair time, to meet performance evaluation and improvement. A case study in a chipset assembly and test factory for the performance of CATPL is implemented. The results demonstrate the potential of the proposed method to meet performance evaluation and emphasise its relevance for practical applications. 展开更多

Surface classification, 3D parting line, parting surface generation and demoldability analysis which is helpful to select optimal parting direction and optimal parting line are involved in auto-matic cavity design based on the my-testing model. A new ray-testing approach is presented to classify the part surfaces to core/cavity surfaces and undercut surfaces by automatic identifying the visibility of surfaces. A simple, direct and efficient algorithm to identify surface visibility is developed. The algorithm is robust and adapted to rather complicated geometry, so it is valuable in computer-aided mold design systems. To validate the efficiency of the approach, an experimental program is implemented. Case studies show that the approach is practical and valuable in automatic parting line and parting surface generation. 展开更多

Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection is a global problem that affects about half of the world’s population and requires sufficient attention in clinical and scientific work. Due to differences in economic and medical conditions among countries around the world, there is currently no unified treatment plan for anti-HP. In China, empirical quadruple therapy is mainly used. With the abuse of antibiotics, many patients face the problem of secondary eradication after failure, and the resistance rate of HP is gradually increasing. After eradication failure, drug sensitivity cultivation is carried out to choose sensitive antibiotics for treatment. A new strategy is currently needed to address how to improve the eradication rate of HP during the first eradication. This article aims to discuss the first-line treatment plans and research progress for eradicating HP based on drug sensitivity testing before eradication. Compared with traditional empirical therapies, treatment based on drug sensitivity results can effectively improve the eradication rate of HP, and reduce drug resistance rates, and adverse reactions, among other benefits. . 展开更多

文中在综合比较过去各类陆面过程模式优缺点的基础上,主要参考BATS模式,发展了一个陆面过程模式(LPM-ZD)。它具有以下几个特征:1.采用物理方程和经验解析公式相结合的方法进行土壤温度和土壤水汽的求解。在上层土壤,... 文中在综合比较过去各类陆面过程模式优缺点的基础上,主要参考BATS模式,发展了一个陆面过程模式(LPM-ZD)。它具有以下几个特征:1.采用物理方程和经验解析公式相结合的方法进行土壤温度和土壤水汽的求解。在上层土壤,土壤分层较细并采用温度传导和水汽扩散方程求解,而在下层土壤,土壤分层较粗并利用经验方法处理。2.考虑了降水分布的次网格特征及其对陆面水文产生的重要影响。3.较全面地考虑了雪盖对陆面过程的各种影响:对陆面水文的影响、对土壤热传导的影响以及雪盖的高反照率对辐射收支的影响。利用3组单点观测试验资料对陆面过程模式LPM-ZD进行了“独立(of-line)”模拟试验。模拟结果表明陆面过程模式LPM-ZD具有较好的模拟性能,能够比较准确地模拟不同气候区的多种下垫面类型的陆面过程变化特点,模拟结果与观测基本一致。进而又利用一组观测资料和模式LPM-ZD进行了一系列敏感性模拟试验,试验结果表明模式LPM-ZD对一些参数的确定非常敏感,如初始土壤水汽、植被的物理特性参数以及降水次网格分布因子等,因此提高确定这些参数的准确性是改进陆面模式的重要内容之一。 展开更多

Learning from experience: A simple effective protocol to test footwear prescriptions for the Diabetic foot by using the Pedar system

Adherence of patients to treatment and appropriateness of prescribed footwear are mandatory for successful prevention of Diabetic foot ulceration. In a Public Healthcare Service, footwear approval is under the responsibility of the clinician. In some cases kinetic measurements are taken inside the shoes to support the clinical decision;however, an overall agreement is still missing with respect to a simple, reliable and effective test protocol based on proper threshold values. Authors’ past experiences, specific needs of the Diabetic outpatient service, and suggestions from valuable literature led to an instrumental test protocol based on reference peak pressure (PP) thresholds and gait line (GL) specific for each level of risk. Permission was obtained for one preliminary validation session at the Authors’ outpatient service, during which 11 patients at high/very high risk of ulceration were examined—9 for testing new footwear, 2 for monitoring 12-month-old footwear. The protocol was well accepted by patients and operators, fast and easy to be used. Based on the instrumental, clinical and visual inspection data;4 new footwear did not pass the test;5 passed the test but integration or minor changes were requested;the 2 old footwear were found no more effective. As a first positive feedback, after 4 months of wearing the modified prescriptions none of the patients had developed plantar ulcers or signs of tissue damage. Successive data processing proved that in all patients altered PPs and deviated GLs did correlate with alterations of other kinetic parameters. The protocol, which is proved to be sensitive and valuable for the Diabetic foot care, may have a general validity;the delivered specific PP thresholds and reference data, instead, can be reliably used if the test is performed with a calibrated Pedar Insole System and with the wide Insoles in the range UW-YW (EU size 36 - 45). 展开更多

高速动车组阀控式半主动横向减振系统与试验

为保障高速动车组在既有客运专线(160 km·h^(-1))、提速线路(250 km·h^(-1))和高速客运专线(350 km·h^(-1))之间跨线运行时的横向平稳性,基于天棚阻尼原理和阀控式半主动减振器,设计了一种半主动横向减振控制系统,并开... 为保障高速动车组在既有客运专线(160 km·h^(-1))、提速线路(250 km·h^(-1))和高速客运专线(350 km·h^(-1))之间跨线运行时的横向平稳性,基于天棚阻尼原理和阀控式半主动减振器,设计了一种半主动横向减振控制系统,并开展了整车台架和线路试验研究;首先测试了阀控式半主动减振器的动态性能、阀控特性和响应时滞,然后开展了整车滚振台架试验,对比分析了3种轨道激励下的控制效果,进而搭载动车组低速线路运行试验,评价了车体横向振动改善效果。研究结果表明:实测的半主动控制系统时滞量约为140 ms;基于简谐振动预测原理提出控制时滞补偿方法,可补偿1/4简谐振动周期的时间,台架试验验证了时滞补偿的有效性和必要性;不同轨道谱和车速工况下整车滚振台架试验表明,定阻尼、开关阻尼和连续阻尼控制策略均有效,横向平稳性指标最大改善率为19%,减振带宽为1~20 Hz,并且车速越高,轨道谱越差,改善效果越好;线路试验表明该半主动减振系统对车体2.5 Hz以下振动都有改善,车速为160 km·h^(-1)时平稳性指标改善率为11%。研究成果能够为轨道车辆主动悬挂技术应用提供理论与技术支撑,促进既有动车组性能改进和更高速度等级动车组创新研发。 展开更多

杆塔基础一般采用现浇基础,存在工业化水平低、施工工期长的缺点。为解决目前广泛采用的钢筋混凝土板式基础的局限性,提出了后浇带U型钢筋连接、后浇带搭接连接、灌浆套筒连接和后张法有粘结预应力筋连接板带拼接方案,从组件加工、组件... 杆塔基础一般采用现浇基础,存在工业化水平低、施工工期长的缺点。为解决目前广泛采用的钢筋混凝土板式基础的局限性,提出了后浇带U型钢筋连接、后浇带搭接连接、灌浆套筒连接和后张法有粘结预应力筋连接板带拼接方案,从组件加工、组件运输、现场施工和效果方面对不同板带拼接方案进行了比较。分别对现浇板带、后浇带U型钢筋连接板带和后浇带搭接连接板带进行静载试验研究,研究其承载能力和破坏模式。结果表明,各试件板带均发生受弯破坏且与普通混凝土的破坏规律相同;U型钢筋连接长度为0.6la时,板带基础的抗弯承载力达到现浇基础承载力的94.4%,装配式节点与现浇节点的初始刚度基本相同,而装配式节点与现浇节点的延性系数比值则达到1.5,表明装配式节点延性明显高于现浇节点;U型钢筋连接方式较钢筋搭接连接承载力高、稳定性好,因此推荐采用后浇带U型钢筋连接方案,试验验证了推荐拼接方案的可靠性。 展开更多

Many conventional methods of testing strong and pulsed electromagnetic fields,the ones used in radars for example,had deficiencies due to the difficulty in obtaining simultaneous information about the electromagnetic field's peak both in the time domain and in the frequency domain.With regard to this problem,after analyzing the time-domain and the frequency-domain characteristics of radar pulsed signals,we propose a new time-frequency combination test method based on the correction of the test parameters,as well as its correction method at different bandwidths.The test method is applied in a quick test of a high-power pulsed radar signal,and the corrected results have error less than 1 dB in both the time domain and the frequency domain,which indicates that the proposed time-frequency combined method is effective in testing strong and pulsed electromagnetic fields. 展开更多

地铁车辆段试车线减振改造后振动特性研究

为解决地铁车辆段试车线区域上盖建筑振动超标的问题,对某地铁车辆段试车线进行钢弹簧浮置板减振改造,对改造前后的环境振动进行现场实测和有限元仿真,分析振源及上盖的振动传递规律。结果表明:车辆在试车线行车时,车速对源强主频的影... 为解决地铁车辆段试车线区域上盖建筑振动超标的问题,对某地铁车辆段试车线进行钢弹簧浮置板减振改造,对改造前后的环境振动进行现场实测和有限元仿真,分析振源及上盖的振动传递规律。结果表明:车辆在试车线行车时,车速对源强主频的影响会影响到各楼层楼板的振动水平,卧室测点在车速60km/h的工况下振动较大,而客厅测点在车速40km/h的工况下振动较大。振动随测点与振源距离的增大呈先减小后增大再减小的趋势。钢弹簧浮置板减振可能会导致噪声放大,改造后振源各测点振动均降低了10.00dB以上,但距轨道中心7.5m测点的噪声增加了0.96dB。对比观察发现随试车线区域上盖建筑层高的变化,减振改造前后各分频振级振动加速度级最大频段出现了前移,由减振改造前的25~40Hz变为了20~25Hz,这与振源处激励频率的改变有关。相比于普通碎石道床,钢弹簧浮置板道床能大幅减少振动,使此车辆段试车线区域上盖建筑振动满足相应规范要求。 展开更多

火山灰沉积软土直排式真空预压加固效果研究

研究目的:雅万高铁动车段火山灰沉积软土的天然含水率、孔隙比、液塑限明显高于普通软土,其不良的工程地质特性导致该区域路基稳定及沉降难以控制。采用常规真空预压法处理工期长、费用大。为克服上述方法缺点,本文开展了直排式真空预... 研究目的:雅万高铁动车段火山灰沉积软土的天然含水率、孔隙比、液塑限明显高于普通软土,其不良的工程地质特性导致该区域路基稳定及沉降难以控制。采用常规真空预压法处理工期长、费用大。为克服上述方法缺点,本文开展了直排式真空预压法地基处理适用性研究,对比分析了地基处理前后土体物理力学参数的变化特征,评估了直排式真空预压处理该类软土的加固效果。研究结论:(1)现场沉降速率超过规范要求的10mm/d控制标准,但处理后软基是稳定的;(2)直排式真空预压期间,浅层土体受堆载主导产生显著外移,深层土体受真空吸力作用发生内移;(3)加固后土体的十字板剪切强度、静力触探端阻力平均增幅分别为90.1%、120.5%,另外天然含水率、孔隙比、压缩指数等物理力学指标有明显的改善;(4)研究结果证明了直排式真空预压处理该类软土是适宜的,具有重要的技术价值和良好的经济效益。 展开更多

A model of lightning position judgment and overvoltage calculation based on the concept of striking distance is built. With the theory of orthogonal test, the main factors of trees' influence on lightning performance are figured out. The results indicate that the location of trees is the main factor. In practical engineering, suitable management of vegetation can improve the lightning performance and reduce the lightning failure of 10 kV distribution line. 展开更多

Chinese Spring and a hybrid between T. aestivum-Leymus racemosus Lr.7 addition line and T. aestivum-Ae, cylindrica 2C addition line, three disomic translocation addition lines (2n = 44) were selected by mitotic chromosome C-banding and genomic in situ hybridization. We further characterized these T. aestivum-L, racemosus translocation addition lines, NAU636, NAU637 and NAU638, by chromosome C-banding, in situ hybridization using the A- and D-genome-specific bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clones 676D4 and 9M13; plasmids pAsl and pSc119.2, and 45S rDNA; as well as genomic DNA of L. racemosus as probes, in combination with double ditelosomic test cross and SSR marker analysis. The translocation chromosomes were designated as T3AS-Lr7S, T6BS-Lr7S, and T5DS-Lr7L. The translocation line T3AS-Lr7S was highly resistant to Fusarium head blight and will be useful germplasm for resistance breeding. 展开更多

我国中小跨径桥梁总量庞大,随着交通荷载量增加和结构损伤积累,亟需对其承载能力进行及时评定以防范垮塌事故发生。现有公路桥梁承载能力检测评定方法中荷载试验实施成本高、效率低,各极限状态承载能力评定过程复杂,难以满足中小跨径桥... 我国中小跨径桥梁总量庞大,随着交通荷载量增加和结构损伤积累,亟需对其承载能力进行及时评定以防范垮塌事故发生。现有公路桥梁承载能力检测评定方法中荷载试验实施成本高、效率低,各极限状态承载能力评定过程复杂,难以满足中小跨径桥梁大规模检测评定的需求。针对该问题,该文提出了基于单辆重车移动加载的快速荷载试验方法和基于影响线虚拟加载的承载能力评定方法,构建了由快速荷载试验设计、桥梁影响线识别和承载能力虚拟检算三者组成的评定流程,并参考美国移动加载诊断试验方法修正了检算系数以提高该方法可靠性,最终通过一三跨双曲拱桥车队加载与单辆重车移动加载试验评定结果对比验证了该方法的有效性。该文提出方法深入融入中国规范,检测评定流程简单,有望为量大面广的中小跨径桥梁承载能力快速评定提出一种可行的解决方案。 展开更多
