As drilling wells continue to move into deep ultra-deep layers,the requirements for temperature resistance of drilling fluid treatments are getting higher and higher.Among them,blocking agent,as one of the key treatment agents,has also become a hot spot of research.In this study,a high temperature resistant strong adsorption rigid blocking agent(QW-1)was prepared using KH570 modified silica,acrylamide(AM)and allyltrimethylammonium chloride(TMAAC).QW-1 has good thermal stability,average particle size of 1.46μm,water contact angle of 10.5.,has a strong hydrophilicity,can be well dispersed in water.The experimental results showed that when 2 wt%QW-1 was added to recipe A(4 wt%bentonite slurry+0.5 wt%DSP-1(filtration loss depressant)),the API filtration loss decreased from 7.8to 6.4 m L.After aging at 240.C,the API loss of filtration was reduced from 21 to 14 m L,which has certain performance of high temperature loss of filtration.At the same time,it is effective in sealing 80-100mesh and 100-120 mesh sand beds as well as 3 and 5μm ceramic sand discs.Under the same conditions,the blocking performance was superior to silica(5μm)and calcium carbonate(2.6μm).In addition,the mechanism of action of QW-1 was further investigated.The results show that QW-1 with amide and quaternary ammonium groups on the molecular chain can be adsorbed onto the surface of clay particles through hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction to form a dense blocking layer,thus preventing further intrusion of drilling fluid into the formation. 展开更多

The goal of the research was to investigate the profile control and oil displacement characteristics of the polymer nanoparticles after high temperature swelling.The displacement parameters showed considerable influence on the plugging effect of the high-temperature swelled polymer nanoparticles,such as the core permeability,concentration of nanoparticles in the suspension,swelling time and swelling temperature,which makes it flexible to control the plugging effect by controlling displacement experiments conditions.Experimental results show that polymer nanoparticles dispersion system with a concentration of 500 mg/L is suitable for cores plugging with a permeability of 30×10^(-3)-150×10^(-3)μm^(2),even after aging at 150℃ for three months.The shunt flow experiments show that when the displacement factors are optimal values,the polymer nanoparticles after high temperature swelling to plug the high-permeability layer selectivity and almost do not clog the low-permeability layer.Oil recovery of homogeneous artificial core displacement experiment and a heterogeneous double-tube cores model are increased by 20%and 10.4%on the basis of water flooding.The polymer nanoparticles can be a great help for petroleum engineers to better apply this deep profile control and flooding technology. 展开更多

The third and fourth spudding sections of this well are dominated by mudstone, sandstone and mudstone interbedding, and the third spudding section has high-pressure layers containing hydrogen sulfide, especially the lower Shahejie Formation, Kong1 Formation and Kong2 Formation in the fourth spudding section have low exploration degree, and the pressure coefficient is mainly speculative data, and the temperature of Kong2 Formation can reach 200. The drilling fluid system for the third and fourth spudding mainly adopts high-temperature resistant composite salt lubrication sealing and anti-sloughing. This system has the advantages of strong anti-pollution ability and stable borehole wall. There is no complicated situation in the whole third and fourth spudding sections, and there is no blockage or sticking during tripping, and there is no falling back. We optimized the gradation of cold recycled mixture(CRM)based on low-temperature performance.Firstly,the low-temperature crack resistance of CRM with different gradation and emulsified asphalt content was studied by indirect tension(IDT)and semi-circular bending(SCB)test.Thereafter,the low-temperature performance evaluation index suitable for CRM was put forward.Then,the triangular coordinate statistical chart was used to analyze the optimal proportion of three grades of aggregate which are 2.36-4.75 mm,0.075-2.36 mm and below 0.075 mm.The results showed that the W_(f) and G_(f) could distinguish the low-temperature performance of CRM with different mixtures and emulsified asphalt dosage.For cold recycled fine aggregate,2.36-4.75 mm,0.075-2.36 mm and less than 0.075 mm account for 20%-25%,74.3%-80%and 5%-8%,respectively.The CRM with lower void fraction,higher W_(f) and G_(f) could be obtained.Based on the reported findings,it was suggested that the sieve passing percentage of 4.75,2.36,and 0.075 mm of CRM is 45%-55%,27%-52%and 1.5%-5%,respectively. 展开更多

High-temperature and high-salt reservoirs are often accompanied by serious gas channeling in gas flooding,which will greatly affect the effect of gas injection development,so in-situ foaming of temperature-resistant and salt-resistant foaming agents is commonly used to control gas channeling.The feasibility of the compound system of dodecyl hydroxyl sulfobetaine(HSB12)andα-olefin sulfonate(AOS)as foaming agent for sandstone reservoir was studied at 130℃and 22×10^(4)mg/L.The results showed that the foaming agent(HSB12 and AOS were compounded in a 6:1 mass ratio,in this article,this foaming agent is simply referred to as SA61)had good solubility in 22×10^(4)mg/L simulated formation water.Besides,the foaming volume of SA61 and HSB12 was similar,but the foam decay half-life of SA61was 10-25 times higher than that of HSB12.The foaming performance of SA61 on the surface of quartz sand remained above 90%of that before adsorption.The strong interaction between HSB12 and AOS in the compound system SA61 was demonstrated by surface rheological measurements and NMR studies of surfactants.The results of co re flow test showed that SA61 had better mobility control ability than HSB12under the same surfactant concentration.In addition,SA61 showed a selective mobility reduction in2005.30 and 632.00 mD cores.The above research results can guide the selection and application of foaming agent in clastic reservoir. 展开更多

High-temperature thin-film strain sensors are advanced technological devices for monitoring stress and strain in extreme environments,but the coupling of temperature and strain at high temperature is a challenge for their use.Here,this issue is addressed by creating a composite ink that combines Pb_(2)Ru_(2)O_(6) and TiB_(2) using polysilazane(PSZ)as a binder.After direct writing and annealing the PSZ/Pb_(2)Ru_(2)O_(6)/TiB_(2) film at 800℃ in air,the resulting thin film exhibits a low temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR)of only 281 ppm/℃ over a wide temperature range from 100℃ to 700℃,while also demonstrating high sensitivity with a gauge factor approaching 19.8.This exceptional performance is attributed to the intrinsic properties of Pb_(2)Ru_(2)O_(6),which has positive TCR at high temperature,and TiB2,which has negative TCR at high temperature.Combining these materials reduces the overall TCR of the film.Tests showed that the PSZ/Pb_(2)Ru_(2)O_(6)/TiB_(2) film maintains stable strain responses and significant signal output even under varying temperature.These findings provide valuable insights for developing high-temperature strain sensors with low TCR and high sensitivity,highlighting their potential for applications in high-temperature strain measurements. 展开更多

A new temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant mixed surfactant system(referred to as the SS system)for enhancing oil recovery at the Tahe Oilfield(Xinjiang,China)was evaluated.Based on the analysis of the crude oil,the formation water and rock components in the Tahe Oilfield,the long-term thermal stability,salt tolerance and the ability to change the wettability,interfacial activity and oil washing efficiency of the mixed surfactant system were studied.The system contains the anionic surfactant SDB and another cationic surfactant SDY.When the total mass concentration of the SS solution is 0.15 wt%,m(SDB)/m(SDY)ratio is 1 to 1,and excellent efficiencies are achieved for oil washing for five kinds of Tahe Oilfield crude oils(more than 60%).In addition,after adding cationic surfactant,the adsorption capacity of the surfactant is further reduced,reaching 0.261 mg/g.The oil displacement experiments indicate that under a temperature of 150°C and a salinity of 24.6×104 mg/L,the SS system enhances the oil recovery by over 10%after water flooding.The SS anionic–cationic surfactant system is first presented in the open literature that can be successfully applied to obtain predictions of Tahe Oilfield carbonate reservoirs with a high temperature and high salinity. 展开更多

The effect of aging on the mechanical properties and microstructures of a new ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB ferritic heat resistant steel was investigated in this work to satisfy the high steam parameters of the ultra-supercritical power plant.The results show that the main precipitates during aging are Fe(Cr,Mo)23C6,V(Nb)C,and(Fe2Mo) Laves in the steel.The amounts of the precipitated phases increase during aging,and correspondingly,the morphologies of phases are similar to be round.Fe(Cr,Mo)23C6 appears along boundaries and grows with increasing temperature.In addition,it is revealed that the martensitic laths are coarsened and eventually happen to be polygonization.The hardness and strength decrease gradually,whereas the plasticity of the steel increases.What's more,the hardness of this steel after creep is similar to that of other 9%-12%Cr ferritic steels.Thus,ZG12Cr9 MolColNiVNbNB can be used in the project. 展开更多

Water-based drilling fluids can cause hydration of the wellbore rocks,thereby leading to instability.This study aimed to synthesize a hydrophobic small-molecule polymer(HLMP)as an inhibitor to suppress mud shale hydration.An infrared spectral method and a thermogravimetric technique were used to characterize the chemical composition of the HLMP and evaluate its heat stability.Experiments were conducted to measure the linear swelling,rolling recovery rate,and bentonite inhibition rate and evaluate accordingly the inhibition performance of the HLMP.Moreover,the HLMP was characterized through measurements of the zeta potential,particle size distribution,contact angles,and interlayer space testing.As confirmed by the results,the HLMP could successfully be synthesized with a favorable heat stability.Furthermore,favorable results were found for the inhibitory processes of the HLMP on swelling and dispersed hydration during mud shale hydration.The positively charged HLMP could be electrically neutralized with clay particles,thereby inhibiting diffusion in the double electron clay layers.The hydrophobic group in the HLMP molecular structure resulted in the formation of a hydrophobic membrane on the rock surface,enhancing the hydrophobicity of the rock.In addition,the small molecules of the HLMP could plug the spaces between the layers of bentonite crystals,thereby reducing the entry of water molecules and inhibiting shale hydration. 展开更多

Slickwater fracturing fluids are widely used in the development of unconventional oil and gas resources due to the advantages of low cost,low formation damage and high drag reduction performance.However,their performance is severely affected at high temperatures.Drag reducing agent is the key to determine the drag reducing performance of slickwater.In this work,in order to further improve the temperature resistance of slickwater,a temperature-resistant polymeric drag reducing agent(PDRA)was synthesized and used as the basis for preparing the temperature-resistant slickwater.The slickwater system was prepared with the compositions of 0.2 wt%PDRA,0.05 wt%drainage aid nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate(NPEP)and 0.5 wt%anti-expansion agent polyepichlorohydrindimethylamine(PDM).The drag reduction ability,rheology properties,temperature and shear resistance ability,and core damage property of slickwater were systematically studied and evaluated.In contrast to on-site drag reducing agent(DRA)and HPAM,the temperature-resistant slickwater demonstrates enhanced drag reduction efficacy at 90℃,exhibiting superior temperature and shear resistance ability.Notably,the drag reduction retention rate for the slickwater achieved an impressive 90.52%after a 30-min shearing period.Additionally,the core damage is only 5.53%.We expect that this study can broaden the application of slickwater in high-temperature reservoirs and provide a theoretical basis for field applications. 展开更多

The final drilling fluid formula is: water + 3% sepiolite + 0.3% Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> + 3% RH-225 + 3% KCOOH + 3% G-SPH + 3% CQA-10 + 1.5% ZX-1 + Xinjiang barite, density 2.2 g/cm<sup>3</sup>, using hot-rolling furnace, environmental scanning electron microscope, high temperature and high pressure plugging instrument and Zeiss microscopes and other instruments use core immersion experiments, permeability recovery value experiments, and static stratification index methods to perform temperature resistance, reservoir protection, plugging performance, and static settlement stability performance of the configured drilling fluid., Inhibition performance, biological toxicity, salt resistance, anti-pollution performance have been tested, and it is concluded that the temperature resistance is good under the condition of 210°C, and the salt resistance can meet the requirements of 20% NaCl + 0.5% CaCl<sub>2</sub> concentration. It has a good reservoir protection effect, the permeability recovery value can reach more than 90%, the performance of restraining water dispersion and cuttings expansion is good, the heat roll recovery rate can reach more than 85%, and the SSSI value shows that its settlement stability performance is good;Its plugging performance is good under high temperature and high pressure. The intensive development of tight reservoirs has positioned them as a strategic alternative to conventional oil and gas resources. Existing enhanced oil recovery(EOR) methods struggle to effectively exploring reservoir oil, resulting in low recovery rates. Novel and effective means of developing tight reservoirs are urgently needed. Nanomaterials have shown promising applications in improving water flooding efficiency, with in-depth research into mechanisms that lower injection pressure and increase water injection volumes. However, the extent of improvement remains limited. In this study, a silicon quantum dots(Si-QDs) material was synthesized via a hydrothermal synthesis method and used to prepare a nanofluid for the efficient recovery of tight reservoir. The Si-QDs, with an approximate diameter of 3 nm and a spherical structure, were surface functionalized with benzenesulfonic acid groups to enhance the performance. The developed nanofluid demonstrated stability without aggregation at 120℃ and a salinity of 60000 mg/L. Core flooding experiments have demonstrated the attractive EOR capabilities of Si-QDs, shedding light of the EOR mechanisms. Si-QDs effectively improve the wettability of rocks, enhancing the sweeping coefficient of injected fluids and expanding sweeping area.Within this sweeping region, Si-QDs efficiently stripping adsorbed oil from the matrix, thus increasing sweeping efficiency. Furthermore, Si-QDs could modify the state of pore-confined crude oil, breaking it down into smaller particles that are easier to displacement in subsequent stages. High temperature oxidation resistance and microstructure change of aluminized coating on copper substrate 被引量:5

The outermost coating with single phase Ni2Al3 was obtained on copper surface by electrodepositing nickel followed by slurry pack aluminizing at 800 °C for 12 h. The oxidation resistance and microstructure of the coating oxidized in ambient air at 1000 °C for 25-250 h were investigated using SEM, X-ray diffraction and optical microscope methods. The results show that the copper with single phase Ni2Al3 coating possesses the best high temperature oxidation resistance, and the mass gain of the coating is 1/15 that of pure copper and 1/2 that of nickel coating, respectively. The specimen surface after being oxidized for 25 h still comprises Ni2Al3 phase. However, when the time of oxidizing treatment increases to 50 h, the Ni Al phase is formed. It is also found that the Ni2Al3 phase completely turns into Ni Al phase after oxidizing treatment for 100 h and above. The Ni Al coating shows excellent high temperature oxidation resistance when oxidation time is 250 h. 展开更多

By measuring M-T curves, ρ-T curves and MR-T curves of the samples under different temperatures, the influence of Dy doping (0.00 ≤ x ≤0.30) on the magnetic and electric properties of La0.7-xDyxSr0.3MnO3 has been studied. The experimental results show that, with the increase of the Dy content, the system undergoes a transition from long range ferromagnetic order to the cluster-spin glass state and further to antiferromagnetic order. For the samples with x=0.20 and 0.30, their magnetic behaviors are abnormal at low temperature, and their resistivities at low temperature have a minimum value. These peculiar phenomena not only come from the lattice effect induced by doping, but also from extra magnetic coupling induced by doping. 展开更多

Electromagnetic wave absorbing materials at high-temperature are urgently needed for stealth aircrafts or aero-engines worked in harsh environments.In this contribution,cobaltcontaining siliconboron carbonitride(MOF/SiBCN)nanomaterials were prepared by pyrolyzing metal–organic framework,i.e.cobalt 2-methylimidazole(ZIF-67),and hyperbranched polyborosilazane.The rhombic dodecahedral ZIF-67 and cobalt element promoted in situ formation of dielectric loss phases,including SiC nanocrystals,CoSi nanocrystals and turbostratic carbons.The ZIF-67/SiBCN nanomaterials showed excellent microwave absorption both at room and elevated temperature.The minimum reflection coefficient(RC_(min))was-51.6dB and effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)is 3.93GHz at room temperature.At an elevated temperature of 600℃,the RC_(min) reached-30.29 dB and EAB covered almost the whole X-band(3.95GHz,8.45–12.4GHz).The ZIF-67/SiBCN nanocomposites are promising and useful platform for microwave absorbing materials at high-temperature.It may shed light on the downstream applications in designing next generation areo-engines and stealth aircrafts. 展开更多

Titanium aluminum nitride (TiAlN) film, as a possible substitute for the conventional tantalum nitride (TAN) or tantalum-aluminum (TaAl) heater resistor in inkjet printheads, was deposited on a Si(100) substrate at 400 ℃ by radio frequency (RF) magnetron co-sputtering using titanium nitride (TIN) and aluminum nitride (AlN) as ceramic targets. The temperature coefficient of resistivity (TCR) and oxidation resistance, which are the most important properties of a heat resistor, were studied depending on the plasma power density applied during sputtering. With the increasing plasma power density, the crystallinity, grain size and surface roughness of the applied film increased, resulting in less grain boundaries with large grains. The Ti, Al and N binding energies obtained from X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis disclosed the nitrogen deficit in the TiAlN stoichiometry that makes the films more electrically resistive. The highest oxidation resistance and the lowest TCR of-765.43×10^-6 K-l were obtained by applying the highest plasma power density. 展开更多
