During the design of technology management intelligence, it has appeared that there has been a need to establish an integrated and systematic approach. The Open Group Architecture Framework （TOGAF） provides this systematic approach to the planning, development, implementation, and governance of the enterprise architecture. This exploratory paper examines the TOGAF approach to develop a technology management architecture in a product development organization. The paper discusses the development and proactive governance of the technology management architecture from various perspectives such as architecture capability, architecture development, transition planning, and architecture implementation. The paper presents a TOGAF based governance framework for the technology management system in an organization that develops s0ft＇ware-intensive systems. The framework supports an iterative approach in the architecture capability, architecture development, transition planning, and architecture implementation phases. The implementation governance phase can deal with multiple projects simultaneously. Therefore, the framework suggests applying agile system development principles to the projects that develop and deploy the architecture-compliant technology management solutions. The proposed framework helps organizations to design and implement a technology management architecture that meets the needs of the business. Objective To explore potential keywords,research clusters,collaborative pattern,and research trends in the field of medical technology management(MTM)through bibliometric analysis,providing insights for researchers,po...Objective To explore potential keywords,research clusters,collaborative pattern,and research trends in the field of medical technology management(MTM)through bibliometric analysis,providing insights for researchers,policy makers,and hospital administrators.Methods A retrieval formula was applied to the title,abstract,and keywords in the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection,along with system-recommended terms,to identify articles on MTM.A total of 181 articles published between 1974 and 2022 were retained for quantitative analysis.The global trend of research output;total citations,average citations,and H-index;and bibliographic coupling,co-authorship,and keyword co-occurrence were analyzed using VOSviewer.Results The number of articles on MTM has been steadily increasing year by year.The focus of research has shifted from addressing basic medical needs to prioritizing emergency response and medical information security.The United States,Italy,and the United Kingdom emerged as the main contributors,with the United States leading in both volume of publications(60 articles)and academic impact(H-index=21).Authors from the United Kingdom and the United States led the way in cross-border cooperation.The top five institutions,ranked by total link strength among cross-institutional authors,were primarily located in Canada and Spain.Conclusions The field of MTM has experienced stable growth over the past three decades(1993-2022).The shift of research focus has prompted a heightened emphasis on protecting patient privacy and ensuring the security of medical data.Future research should emphasize interdisciplinary and professional collaboration,as well as international cooperation and open sharing of knowledge.展开更多

Security evaluation and management has become increasingly important for Web-based information technology(IT)systems,especially for educational institutions.For the security evaluation and management of IT systems in ...Security evaluation and management has become increasingly important for Web-based information technology(IT)systems,especially for educational institutions.For the security evaluation and management of IT systems in educational institutions,determining the security level for a single IT system has been well developed.However,it is still dificult to evaluate the information security level of the entire educational institution consid-ering multiple IT systems,because there might be too many different IT systems in one institution,educational institutions can be very different,and there is no standard model or method to provide a just ifable information security evaluation among different educational inst itutions considering their differences.In light of these difi-culties,a security evaluation model of educational institutions'IT systems(SEMEIS)is proposed in this work to facilitate the information security management for the educat ional institutions.Firstly,a simplified educational industry information system security level protection rating(EIISSLPR)with a new weight redistribution strategy for a single IT systern is proposed by choosing important evaluation questions from EIISSLPR and redistributing the weights of these questions.Then for the entire educational institution,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to redistribute the weights of multiple IT systems at different security levels.considering the risk of pos-sible network security vulnerabilities,a risk index is forulated by weighting different factors,normalized by a utility function,and calculated with the real data collected from the institutions under the evaluation.Finally,the information security performance of educational institutions is obtained as the final score from SEMEIS.The results show that SEMEIS can evaluate the security level of the educat ion institutions practically and provide an efficient and effective management tool for the information security management.展开更多

文摘Due to the advantage of developing and bringing to innovative products ahead of competitors,the importance of radical technological innovation is well recognized.Based on the synergy theory,this study examines the effects of technology management(TM)and technological capability(TC)on radical technological innovation,and further explores the impact of the synergy between TM and TC on radical technological innovation.The results show that,firstly,both TM and TC have positive impacts on radical technological innovation,and thus two direct routines of radical technological innovation are identified.Secondly,the synergy between TM and TC also exerts positive impact on radical technological innovation,and this result indicates that the synergy between TM and TC plays an important role in radical technological innovation.This research provides a refreshing perspective on how to stimulate radical technological innovation,and also puts forward some beneficial suggestions for firms to improve radical technological innovation.
文摘As China continues to build an environment-friendly society and reduce chemicals such as oil and coal, China is determined to adjust energy efficiency, transforming conventional chemicals such as oil and coal into controlling energy efficiency of clean new energy such as natural gas and gasoline. Chinas natural energy is developing rapidly, and the safety requirements of natural pipeline projects are also improving. In this case, this paper determines the quality status of Chinas natural gas pipeline production and some problems found in safety management, and determines some targeted measures.

This paper mainly describes the basic content and function of electromechanical technology management in coal mine safety production, analyzes the problems of electromechanical technology management, and puts forward targeted policies.
