In the era of global tourism and creative economies,digital technology maturity has emerged as a critical factor for the sustainable development of small and medium enterprises(SMEs)in Indonesia.This research is imple...In the era of global tourism and creative economies,digital technology maturity has emerged as a critical factor for the sustainable development of small and medium enterprises(SMEs)in Indonesia.This research is implemented to find out current digital technology maturity levels among SMEs in the subdistrict of Cangkringan,district of Sleman,Yogyakarta,Indonesia,highlighting their role in fostering sustainable tourism and creative economic growth.Using a mixed-method approach,the research combines qualitative insights from in-depth interviews with three local government representatives and Focus Group Discussion with 15 SMEs in the area.Additionally,a quantitative analysis of SMEs across various sectors,including crafts and culinary services,supports the study’s conclusions.The finding reveals a significant gap between government’s training programs and the digital literacy of SMEs as well as a lack of affordable technological resources which could impede the full realization of digital benefits.Strengthening digital technology maturity among SMEs is essential for enhancing their competitiveness and long-term sustainability,yielding both financial and non-financial benefits.This also contributes to find out digital literacy gaps,impact on competitiveness and sustainability,policy and stakeholder recommendations,and government action.These insights offer valuable guidance for policymakers and stakeholders striving to support the digital transformation of SMEs in similar settings.The study also sheds light on digital literacy gaps,their impact on competitiveness and offers policy recommendations for government and stakeholders to address these challenges such as through government and community collaboration.展开更多

文摘As a product of the new century,artificial intelligence has been continuously developed and advanced.It has been applied to many fields,especially in the field of mechanical design and manufacturing.With the support of artificial intelligence,mechanical design and manufacturing can not only reduce input costs but also significantly reduce the demand for labor,playing a positive role in improving the design efficiency and quality of mechanical manufacturing[1].This paper studies how to apply artificial intelligence technology to the mechanical design and production process to achieve greater application and development.
文摘This paper focuses on the roles of smart manufacturing and digital economy integration in driving the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Smart manufacturing integrates advanced technologies such as automation and digital twin,while digital economy takes data as the core driver.Many studies have shown that automation and digital twin technologies can effectively improve productivity,reduce costs and enhance production flexibility.The smart shop floor control system based on digital twin and IoT involves several key technologies such as digital twin integration interface,shop floor modeling and simulation analysis.The deep integration of these technologies not only improves production efficiency and product quality,but also optimizes resource allocation,reduces energy consumption,and provides strong support for the sustainable development of highend manufacturing.This study provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry.

文摘This paper focuses on the preparation of rare earth oxide products from rare earth chloride solutions during the rare earth extraction and separation processes,as well as the recycling of magnesium chloride solutions.It proposes the idea of introducing spray pyrolysis technology into the rare earth extraction and separation processes.This paper briefly describes the development history of chloride spray pyrolysis technology,focusing on the research status and application progress of rare earth chloride solution and magnesium chloride solution spray pyrolysis technology,as well as spray pyrolysis equipment.The paper also analyzes the challenges and technical intricacies associated with applying spray pyrolysis technology to chloride solutions in the rare earth extraction and separation processes.Additionally,it explores future trends and proposes strategies to facilitate the full recycling of acids and bases,streamline the process flow,and enhance the prospects for green and low-carbon rare earth metallurgy.
