In the manufacturing process, we found that due to the belt conveyor speed, low cinder flow, mechanical head when coal discharge inertia, as well as the impact on the next acquisition device surface, not only increased the wear of equipment, and improve the failure rate and maintenance costs, increase the workload and labor intensity of maintenance personnel. It also causes noise and damages the physical and mental health of workers. What's more, the disruption of coal resources in both transportation processes not only causes economic losses, but also increases consumer feedback. With the increase of daily underground coal production, it is necessary for coal processing plants to improve the processing capacity of the system.展开更多

A...The hot-rolled plate rolling box equipment has the advantages of shortening the rolling line length, reducing the temperature drop of the intermediate billet, and improving the surface quality and yield of products. At present, it is quite common to configure coil boxes on hot rolling lines. Since the technical transformation of new coil boxes was carried out in Jinan Iron and Steel 1700 Rolling Line in 2012, there have been more than 7 new coil box production lines in the old production line through transformation. This paper focuses on the technical research and discussion of the process layout design, old equipment removal, civil construction and equipment installation construction of the newly added plate and coil box from the equipment aspect.展开更多
