Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 202...Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 2024 as subjects.The cohort was divided into two groups:50 interns(control group,traditional teaching method)from September 2023 to January 2024,and 50 interns(experimental group,MDT-oriented CBL model)from February 2024 to June 2024.Comparative analyses were performed on theoretical assessments,practical skill evaluations,and teaching satisfaction.Results:The experimental group demonstrated higher scores in both theoretical and practical knowledge assessments(p<0.05)compared to the control group.The experimental group also scored higher in all skill assessment categories(communication,teamwork,emergency response,medical history acquisition,organizational skills,humanistic care,and clinical competence)(p<0.05).Satisfaction ratings for teaching objectives,content,methods,process,and outcomes were significantly higher in the experimental group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the MDT-oriented CBL model in cardiac nursing education significantly improves interns’theoretical and practical knowledge assessment scores,enhances nursing skills,and increases teaching satisfaction.This teaching model demonstrates significant potential for widespread application.展开更多

This study aims to explore the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors in classroom teaching and their intervention strategies.With the continuous improvement of education quality,novice teachers f...This study aims to explore the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors in classroom teaching and their intervention strategies.With the continuous improvement of education quality,novice teachers face increasing challenges in teaching practice.Their inappropriate behaviors not only affect the classroom atmosphere but may also negatively impact students’learning outcomes.Therefore,researching the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors and their intervention strategies holds significant scientific and social value.This study employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavioral patterns of novice teachers in classroom teaching and proposes corresponding intervention strategies.The results indicate that novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors mainly manifest as poor classroom management,monotonous teaching methods,and insufficient interaction with students.Based on these findings,the study proposes a series of effective intervention strategies,including enhancing teacher training,optimizing teaching design,and promoting positive interactions between teachers and students.The conclusions of the study not only provide practical guidance for educational practice but also point out directions for future research,emphasizing the crucial role of teacher professional development in improving teaching quality.展开更多
Grain-oriented silicon steels were prepared at different heating rates during high temperature annealing,in which the evolution of magnetic properties,grain orientations and precipitates were studied.To illustrate the...Grain-oriented silicon steels were prepared at different heating rates during high temperature annealing,in which the evolution of magnetic properties,grain orientations and precipitates were studied.To illustrate the Zener factor,the diameter and number density of precipitates of interrupted testing samples were statistically calculated.The effect of precipitate ripening on the Goss texture and magnetic property was investigated.Data indicated that the trend of Zener factor was similar under different heating rates,first increasing and then decreasing,and that the precipitate maturing was greatly inhibited as the heating rate increased.Secondary recrystallization was developed at the temperature of 1010℃when a heating rate of 5℃/h was used,resulting in Goss,Brass and{110}<227>oriented grains growing abnormally and a magnetic induction intensity of 1.90T.Furthermore,increasing the heating rate to 20℃/h would inhibit the development of undesirable oriented grains and obtain a sharp Goss texture.However,when the heating rate was extremely fast,such as 40℃/h,poor secondary recrystallization was developed with many island grains,corresponding to a decrease in magnetic induction intensity to 1.87 T.At a suitable heating rate of 20℃/h,the sharpest Goss texture and the highest magnetic induction of 1.94 T with an onset secondary recrystallization temperature of 1020℃were found among the experimental variables in this study.The heating rate affected the initial temperature of secondary recrystallization by controlling the maturation of precipitates,leading to the deviation and dispersion of Goss texture,thereby reducing the magnetic properties.展开更多

文摘Objective:To investigate the impact of MDT-oriented CBL model on teaching for cardiac nursing interns.Methods:A convenience sampling study was conducted with 100 cardiac nursing interns from September 2023 to June 2024 as subjects.The cohort was divided into two groups:50 interns(control group,traditional teaching method)from September 2023 to January 2024,and 50 interns(experimental group,MDT-oriented CBL model)from February 2024 to June 2024.Comparative analyses were performed on theoretical assessments,practical skill evaluations,and teaching satisfaction.Results:The experimental group demonstrated higher scores in both theoretical and practical knowledge assessments(p<0.05)compared to the control group.The experimental group also scored higher in all skill assessment categories(communication,teamwork,emergency response,medical history acquisition,organizational skills,humanistic care,and clinical competence)(p<0.05).Satisfaction ratings for teaching objectives,content,methods,process,and outcomes were significantly higher in the experimental group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the MDT-oriented CBL model in cardiac nursing education significantly improves interns’theoretical and practical knowledge assessment scores,enhances nursing skills,and increases teaching satisfaction.This teaching model demonstrates significant potential for widespread application.
文摘Guided by the concept of“assessment for learning,”the role of feedback and educational measurement in teaching is evolving from merely evaluating outcomes to actively regulating learning processes.This study focuses on optimizing senior high school English reading teaching through feedback-driven strategies,emphasizing the critical support provided by instructional measurement.It first clarifies the theoretical underpinnings and essential functions of teaching measurement,including diagnosis of learning gaps,dynamic regulation of instruction,and sustained motivation for learners.The study then examines how diverse assessment tools-such as in-class quizzes,formative reading tasks,and performance-based activities-are effectively integrated into reading teaching to capture students’comprehension depth,reasoning patterns,and language application skills.By illustrating practical strategies for transforming measurement data into meaningful feedback,it highlights how teachers can provide targeted guidance that fosters reflective learning.Furthermore,the research proposes a“measurement-assessment-teaching-learning”closed-loop mechanism to ensure continuous alignment between instructional goals and learning processes.Findings suggest that embedding formative assessment and diversified measurement approaches into English reading lessons not only improves students’feedback literacy and self-regulation abilities but also enhances teachers’capacity to make informed pedagogical adjustments.Ultimately,this approach promotes a shift from an exclusive focus on end results to a holistic process-oriented perspective,offering both practical insights for classroom teachers and theoretical contributions to future research on feedback and assessment integration.This study adopts a qualitative case analysis approach,incorporating classroom observations,student artifacts,and interviews to explore the implementation of feedback strategies and measurement tools.The findings reveal that feedback-driven teaching enhances students’self-regulation and metacognitive awareness,while also informing pedagogical adjustments.These insights contribute both to classroom practices and to the theoretical discourse on formative assessment in English language education.

文摘In the new era of building a socialist modernization country with the goal of promoting high-quality development,we deeply analyze the knowledge system of the Introduction to Architecture course.This analysis is based on the cross-disciplinary specialties of local applied universities and the orientation of prioritizing employment and integrating industry and education.We propose the teaching reform of“theory-practice alternation”which is adapted to the current times and societal needs.Finally,we comprehensively summarize the effectiveness of curriculum construction,in order to provide theoretical references for the implementation of fostering character and civic virtue and deepening the reform of collaborative education mechanisms.

文摘Through this study,we aim to construct a teaching model for basic medical courses that enhances“clinical competency.”We explore the optimal methods and pathways for the organic integration of exam-oriented teaching and professional teaching,optimize teaching efficiency,improve teaching quality and educational effectiveness,and provide theoretical support for the cultivation of clinical medical talents in China.The goal is to establish a talent cultivation objective oriented towards“clinical competency,”promote the teaching reform of basic medical courses in comprehensive universities,facilitate the transition of basic medical course teaching from“teacher knowledge presentation”to“student knowledge construction,”and cultivate high-quality medical talents with clinical competency.
文摘In the context of economic globalization,English has become increasingly essential for students’communication and professional activities,necessitating higher proficiency in speaking and listening.The theory of second language acquisition posits that college English teaching can purposefully guide students’learning and facilitate unconscious language acquisition.By integrating an output-oriented teaching method,students are provided with opportunities to practice and apply English,thereby addressing the traditional issue of“separation of learning and use.”This paper examines the application value of the output-oriented teaching method in college English under the second language acquisition theory and proposes several strategies to enhance college English classroom teaching.The goal is to develop students’linguistic competence and improve their practical English skills.

文摘This study aims to explore the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors in classroom teaching and their intervention strategies.With the continuous improvement of education quality,novice teachers face increasing challenges in teaching practice.Their inappropriate behaviors not only affect the classroom atmosphere but may also negatively impact students’learning outcomes.Therefore,researching the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors and their intervention strategies holds significant scientific and social value.This study employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavioral patterns of novice teachers in classroom teaching and proposes corresponding intervention strategies.The results indicate that novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors mainly manifest as poor classroom management,monotonous teaching methods,and insufficient interaction with students.Based on these findings,the study proposes a series of effective intervention strategies,including enhancing teacher training,optimizing teaching design,and promoting positive interactions between teachers and students.The conclusions of the study not only provide practical guidance for educational practice but also point out directions for future research,emphasizing the crucial role of teacher professional development in improving teaching quality.
文摘Grain-oriented silicon steels were prepared at different heating rates during high temperature annealing,in which the evolution of magnetic properties,grain orientations and precipitates were studied.To illustrate the Zener factor,the diameter and number density of precipitates of interrupted testing samples were statistically calculated.The effect of precipitate ripening on the Goss texture and magnetic property was investigated.Data indicated that the trend of Zener factor was similar under different heating rates,first increasing and then decreasing,and that the precipitate maturing was greatly inhibited as the heating rate increased.Secondary recrystallization was developed at the temperature of 1010℃when a heating rate of 5℃/h was used,resulting in Goss,Brass and{110}<227>oriented grains growing abnormally and a magnetic induction intensity of 1.90T.Furthermore,increasing the heating rate to 20℃/h would inhibit the development of undesirable oriented grains and obtain a sharp Goss texture.However,when the heating rate was extremely fast,such as 40℃/h,poor secondary recrystallization was developed with many island grains,corresponding to a decrease in magnetic induction intensity to 1.87 T.At a suitable heating rate of 20℃/h,the sharpest Goss texture and the highest magnetic induction of 1.94 T with an onset secondary recrystallization temperature of 1020℃were found among the experimental variables in this study.The heating rate affected the initial temperature of secondary recrystallization by controlling the maturation of precipitates,leading to the deviation and dispersion of Goss texture,thereby reducing the magnetic properties.
文摘As new-generation intelligent technologies rapidly evolve,enhancing artificial intelligence(AI)education has become a global consensus,and improving AI literacy is a key focus in higher education.To address the lack of relevant knowledge among non-computer science students,the complexity of the material,which leads to low interest and high difficulty in learning,this paper proposes a three-pronged teaching design model:“BOPPPS model+large language models(LLMs)+mind maps with 3w2h”.This model aims to assist teachers in designing practical teaching cases and engaging,interactive activities,and provides examples of its application to help teachers better teach AI and improve the AI literacy of non-computer science students.
