The index system for the teaching evaluation of a WebGIS course, including teacher- and student-oriented sub-syst...Teaching evaluation on a WebGIS course is a multi-objective nonlinear high-dimensional NP-hard problem. The index system for the teaching evaluation of a WebGIS course, including teacher- and student-oriented sub-systems, is first established and used for questionnaires from 2013 to 2017. The multi-objective nonlinear high-dimensional evaluation model is constructed and then solved via dynamic self-adaptive teaching–learning-based optimization (DSATLBO). DSATLBO is based on teaching–learning-based optimization with five improvements: dynamic nonlinear self-adaptive teaching factor, extracurricular tutorship factor, dynamic self-adaptive learning factor, multi-way learning factor, and non-dominated sorting factor. WebGIS teaching performance is fully evaluated based on questionnaires and DSATLBO. Optimal weights and weighted scores from DSATLBO are compared with those from the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II using the Pareto front, coverage to two sets, and spacing of the non-dominated solution sets to validate the performance of DSATLBO. The results show that DSATLBO can be uniformly distributed along the Pareto front. Therefore, DSATLBO can efficiently and feasibly solve the multi-objective nonlinear high-dimensional teaching evaluation model of a WebGIS course. The proposed teaching evaluation method can help reflecting the quality of all aspects of classroom teaching and guide the professional development of students.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in geriatric medicine clinical education and provide references for improving teaching methods in geriatrics.Methods:Sixt...Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in geriatric medicine clinical education and provide references for improving teaching methods in geriatrics.Methods:Sixty-five clinical physicians from other departments who rotated into the Geriatric Medicine Department for training between August 2024 and July 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=33).The control group received traditional centralized theoretical lectures combined with instructor-led clinical mentoring,while the observation group underwent standardized patient scenario simulation training.The two groups were compared on post-rotation examination scores and teaching satisfaction metrics.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher post-rotation examination scores(88.37±3.04)than the control group(80.17±3.29)(p<0.01).Teaching satisfaction surveys revealed that trainees in the observation group demonstrated significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(p<0.05)regarding the teaching method’s effectiveness in enhancing learning interest,independent learning ability,comprehensive clinical problem-solving skills,patient communication skills,teamwork capabilities,and research conceptualization abilities.Conclusion:Standardized patient scenario simulation teaching effectively improves clinical teaching quality in geriatric medicine,enhances trainees’comprehensive clinical competencies,and holds value for broader application.展开更多

Blast furnace(BF)operation state was difficult to characterize,measure,and predict.To solve this problem,an intelligent evaluation and advanced prediction method of BF operation state based on industry big data and ma...Blast furnace(BF)operation state was difficult to characterize,measure,and predict.To solve this problem,an intelligent evaluation and advanced prediction method of BF operation state based on industry big data and machine learning was proposed.Based on the criteria of high productivity,low consumption,high quality,smooth running and long life,five BF parameters were extracted according to production experience and metallurgy process.Using the unsupervised learning,a 4-grade evaluation rule was established to realize the intelligent rating of BF operation state.Based on Kendall and maximal information coefficient,70 BF parameters with the most characteristic power of BF operation state were determined.The weights of BF parameters were calculated by applying the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation and the grey correlation degree.The weights of raw material,fuel,gas distribution,cooling stave,BF hearth,and iron and slag were 0.241,0.213,0.140,0.098,0.117 and 0.191,respectively.The weight of data interval was calculated by using the grading algorithm and the monotonicity,and then,the intelligent scoring mechanism based on the multiple weights was formed.It was beneficial to qualitatively and quantitatively characterizing the“black box”BF operation state.Furthermore,combining the algorithm and the evaluation mechanism,a graded prediction model of BF operation state was developed and proposed.It was shown that,compared with the conventional prediction model,the mean absolute error and mean square error of the graded prediction model were reduced by 0.35 and 1.29,respectively,while the explained variation was increased by 14.56%,the hit rate was increased by 5.1%within the error of 3%,and the average hit rate was more than 90.6%.It could be applied to reliably predict the score of BF operation state in the next hour and accurately provide the support for the practical controlling of the running BF.展开更多
To address the widespread challenges of insufficient classroom participation,difficulty maintaining learning interest,and inaccurate learning outcome assessment in existing teaching models,this study introduces a hybr...To address the widespread challenges of insufficient classroom participation,difficulty maintaining learning interest,and inaccurate learning outcome assessment in existing teaching models,this study introduces a hybrid and dual-teacher classroom model.Based on big data and online platforms,this study constructs a music teaching resource system that integrates online micro-lessons,real-time interaction,virtual choirs,collaborative composition,and learning behavior tracking to enhance the openness and personalization of teaching.Through comparative experiments,the study focuses on changes in student knowledge acquisition,musical skills,learning interest,and classroom engagement.Results show that the experimental group significantly outperforms the control group in terms of improvement in knowledge test scores,rhythm and pitch performance,task completion rate,and scores on the learning motivation questionnaire.Differences are particularly prominent in interaction frequency and the expressiveness of the work.The study shows that Group A demonstrates significant improvement in all three dimensions:interest increases from 3.1 to 4.2;autonomous learning motivation increases from 3.0 to 4.1;emotional engagement increases from 3.2 to 4.3,demonstrating strong positive effects.Experimental Group B shows the greatest improvement,with interest increasing from 3.0 to 4.5,autonomous learning motivation from 2.9 to 4.4,and emotional engagement from 3.1 to 4.6,indicating the most significant improvements in learning attitudes and emotions.展开更多
This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guideline...This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,a comprehensive analysis of literature published between 2020-2025 was conducted to identify current trends,challenges,and advances in technology-enhanced education.The study analyzed 15 peer-reviewed articles focusing on the implementation of modern technologies such as technology-enhanced learning platforms,professional development systems,electronic educational resources,information technology applications,and next-generation learning systems in educational settings.The findings reveal that modern technologies significantly enhance learning outcomes,student engagement,and teaching effectiveness when properly implemented.Key benefits include improved 21st century skills development(up to 38%improvement),enhanced teaching competency(37%improvement),increased learning efficiency(41%enhancement),and better classroom performance(35%improvement in efficiency).However,challenges such as systematic implementation requirements,pedagogical integration needs,infrastructure limitations,technical investment requirements,and institutional coordination barriers remain significant obstacles to widespread adoption.The review identifies emerging technologies including next-generation learning systems,interactive digital platforms,and innovative teaching technologies as promising solutions for future educational enhancement.The study concludes that successful integration of modern technologies requires systematic implementation approaches,comprehensive teacher training,robust institutional support,pedagogical alignment,and continuous evaluation processes.Critical success factors include strategic planning,quality assurance frameworks,sustainability planning,and evidence-based decision making.These findings provide valuable insights for educators,policymakers,and technology developers working to improve educational quality through technological innovation.The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on technology-enhanced education and offers practical recommendations for implementing sustainable and effective digital learning solutions that prioritize pedagogical effectiveness while leveraging technological capabilities for comprehensive educational enhancement.展开更多

文摘Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in geriatric medicine clinical education and provide references for improving teaching methods in geriatrics.Methods:Sixty-five clinical physicians from other departments who rotated into the Geriatric Medicine Department for training between August 2024 and July 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=33).The control group received traditional centralized theoretical lectures combined with instructor-led clinical mentoring,while the observation group underwent standardized patient scenario simulation training.The two groups were compared on post-rotation examination scores and teaching satisfaction metrics.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher post-rotation examination scores(88.37±3.04)than the control group(80.17±3.29)(p<0.01).Teaching satisfaction surveys revealed that trainees in the observation group demonstrated significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(p<0.05)regarding the teaching method’s effectiveness in enhancing learning interest,independent learning ability,comprehensive clinical problem-solving skills,patient communication skills,teamwork capabilities,and research conceptualization abilities.Conclusion:Standardized patient scenario simulation teaching effectively improves clinical teaching quality in geriatric medicine,enhances trainees’comprehensive clinical competencies,and holds value for broader application.

文摘This study examines the Big Data Collection and Preprocessing course at Anhui Institute of Information Engineering,implementing a hybrid teaching reform using the Bosi Smart Learning Platform.The proposed hybrid model follows a“three-stage”and“two-subject”framework,incorporating a structured design for teaching content and assessment methods before,during,and after class.Practical results indicate that this approach significantly enhances teaching effectiveness and improves students’learning autonomy.
文摘Student engagement in learning is a concern for teachers in the implementation of blended learning,which reflects the effectiveness of the pedagogical measures taken by teachers.Blended learning encompasses traditional blended,blended online,and blended synchronous,which combine synchronous and asynchronous teaching and learning activities.This paper adopts an inductive approach to investigate and analyse students‘engagement in learning from three dimensions:behavioural,affective and cognitive,specifically focusing on three meta-categories,namely,course structure and arrangement,choice of teaching and learning activities,and teacher’s role in relation to the course,to investigate the teaching of teachers of different disciplines in three vocational colleges and to analyse the pedagogical strategies that the teachers use in order to improve students’engagement in blended learning.The findings suggest that communicating about the course at the beginning of the semester,clarifying course requirements,and building a trusting relationship with students play a key role in increasing student engagement in blended learning,and that the use of digital tools is an important means of promoting students’behavioural and emotional active participation in learning.

文摘Blast furnace(BF)operation state was difficult to characterize,measure,and predict.To solve this problem,an intelligent evaluation and advanced prediction method of BF operation state based on industry big data and machine learning was proposed.Based on the criteria of high productivity,low consumption,high quality,smooth running and long life,five BF parameters were extracted according to production experience and metallurgy process.Using the unsupervised learning,a 4-grade evaluation rule was established to realize the intelligent rating of BF operation state.Based on Kendall and maximal information coefficient,70 BF parameters with the most characteristic power of BF operation state were determined.The weights of BF parameters were calculated by applying the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation and the grey correlation degree.The weights of raw material,fuel,gas distribution,cooling stave,BF hearth,and iron and slag were 0.241,0.213,0.140,0.098,0.117 and 0.191,respectively.The weight of data interval was calculated by using the grading algorithm and the monotonicity,and then,the intelligent scoring mechanism based on the multiple weights was formed.It was beneficial to qualitatively and quantitatively characterizing the“black box”BF operation state.Furthermore,combining the algorithm and the evaluation mechanism,a graded prediction model of BF operation state was developed and proposed.It was shown that,compared with the conventional prediction model,the mean absolute error and mean square error of the graded prediction model were reduced by 0.35 and 1.29,respectively,while the explained variation was increased by 14.56%,the hit rate was increased by 5.1%within the error of 3%,and the average hit rate was more than 90.6%.It could be applied to reliably predict the score of BF operation state in the next hour and accurately provide the support for the practical controlling of the running BF.
文摘To address the widespread challenges of insufficient classroom participation,difficulty maintaining learning interest,and inaccurate learning outcome assessment in existing teaching models,this study introduces a hybrid and dual-teacher classroom model.Based on big data and online platforms,this study constructs a music teaching resource system that integrates online micro-lessons,real-time interaction,virtual choirs,collaborative composition,and learning behavior tracking to enhance the openness and personalization of teaching.Through comparative experiments,the study focuses on changes in student knowledge acquisition,musical skills,learning interest,and classroom engagement.Results show that the experimental group significantly outperforms the control group in terms of improvement in knowledge test scores,rhythm and pitch performance,task completion rate,and scores on the learning motivation questionnaire.Differences are particularly prominent in interaction frequency and the expressiveness of the work.The study shows that Group A demonstrates significant improvement in all three dimensions:interest increases from 3.1 to 4.2;autonomous learning motivation increases from 3.0 to 4.1;emotional engagement increases from 3.2 to 4.3,demonstrating strong positive effects.Experimental Group B shows the greatest improvement,with interest increasing from 3.0 to 4.5,autonomous learning motivation from 2.9 to 4.4,and emotional engagement from 3.1 to 4.6,indicating the most significant improvements in learning attitudes and emotions.
文摘This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,a comprehensive analysis of literature published between 2020-2025 was conducted to identify current trends,challenges,and advances in technology-enhanced education.The study analyzed 15 peer-reviewed articles focusing on the implementation of modern technologies such as technology-enhanced learning platforms,professional development systems,electronic educational resources,information technology applications,and next-generation learning systems in educational settings.The findings reveal that modern technologies significantly enhance learning outcomes,student engagement,and teaching effectiveness when properly implemented.Key benefits include improved 21st century skills development(up to 38%improvement),enhanced teaching competency(37%improvement),increased learning efficiency(41%enhancement),and better classroom performance(35%improvement in efficiency).However,challenges such as systematic implementation requirements,pedagogical integration needs,infrastructure limitations,technical investment requirements,and institutional coordination barriers remain significant obstacles to widespread adoption.The review identifies emerging technologies including next-generation learning systems,interactive digital platforms,and innovative teaching technologies as promising solutions for future educational enhancement.The study concludes that successful integration of modern technologies requires systematic implementation approaches,comprehensive teacher training,robust institutional support,pedagogical alignment,and continuous evaluation processes.Critical success factors include strategic planning,quality assurance frameworks,sustainability planning,and evidence-based decision making.These findings provide valuable insights for educators,policymakers,and technology developers working to improve educational quality through technological innovation.The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on technology-enhanced education and offers practical recommendations for implementing sustainable and effective digital learning solutions that prioritize pedagogical effectiveness while leveraging technological capabilities for comprehensive educational enhancement.

文摘Objective:To study the application effect of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical anesthesia practice.Method:48 students assigned to clinical anesthesia in digestive endoscopy of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from July 1,2022 to April 1,2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(PowerPoint presentation teaching group)and the observation group(short video combined with BOPPPS teaching group),with 24 students in each group.After the internship,the students’theoretical and technical scores were tested,the effects of the two teaching modes were compared,and the students’satisfaction was investigated.Results:The test scores of students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode can significantly improve students’learning interest,operation skills,and memory(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the application of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode has achieved great effect,which is worth further promotion and research.

文摘Focusing on the digital evaluation of classroom teaching quality in private colleges and universities,an indicator model of“teaching subject-teaching object-teaching effect”for the landscape architecture major of Chongqing College of Humanities,Science&Technology was constructed.By using methods such as Delphi,AHP,Likert and questionnaire survey,the teaching quality of 8 courses of landscape architecture major was evaluated.The results show that the average score of the indicators is 2.8776,indicating that the overall improvement space for the teaching quality of the sample professional courses is relatively large,and the key shortcomings are students’learning interest and initiative,the application and transformation of professional knowledge,as well as the cultivation of innovation and practical ability.The research verified the scientific nature and discrimination of the model,and put forward suggestions for the precise improvement of classroom atmosphere,assignment design and ability cultivation driven by data,thereby providing a replicable model for the digital evaluation and teaching quality improvement of engineering majors in private colleges and universities.
