Against the background of the in-depth reform of vocational education,the construction of“dual-qualification and dual-competence”teaching teams has become increasingly prominent as a core link to promote the in-depth development of industry-education integration and improve the quality of technical and skilled talent training.Due to its strong practical characteristics,the nursing major has higher requirements for teachers’“dual-qualification and dual-competence”(systematic theoretical teaching ability and clinical practical operation ability).Taking the Innovation Team for Education and Teaching of Nursing Professional Group of Guangzhou Huanan Business College as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes the practical paths constructed by the team in the construction of“dual-qualification and dual-competence”,such as the“internal training and external introduction”teacher optimization mechanism,the“school-hospital collaboration”practical training platform,and the“quantitative+qualitative”evaluation system.It also deeply discusses the structural contradictions faced in the construction process and the breakthrough strategies.The purpose is to provide a referenceable and promotable practical model for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational nursing majors and contribute to the high-quality development of vocational education. 展开更多

Under the background of globalization,there are severe challenges in the cultivation of the professional skills of nursing staff,especially the English skills of foreign-related nursing,which has become an important part of the training of nursing talents.At present,most English teaching of foreign-related nursing in higher vocational colleges follows the traditional grammar teaching model.However,as most of the teaching staff for medical English are English teachers who have limited nursing professional knowledge,the industry characteristics of medical English are not fully demonstrated in the teaching process,and the lack of practicality inevitably reduces the quality of medical English teaching.Therefore,the traditional nursing English teaching model in higher vocational colleges can no longer meet the actual teaching needs.There is an urgent need to implement an interdisciplinary team teaching model that completely fits the industry environment of foreign-related nursing English and apply it flexibly to improve the quality of foreign-related nursing English teaching in higher vocational colleges,and lay a solid foundation for professional practice of nursing staff.Based on the perspective of ecolinguistics,this article explores the application strategies of the interdisciplinary team teaching model for foreign-related nursing English in higher vocational colleges,with the view to provide guidelines for the actual teaching of foreign-related nursing English. 展开更多

Research on the Standardized Construction of Teaching Supervision Teams in Local Medical Universities

Objective:To explore the effective model and implementation effects of the standardized construction of teaching supervision teams in secondary colleges of clinical medicine at local medical universities under the background of New Medical Science.Methods:A total of 60 teaching supervisors and 120 faculty members from 10 affiliated teaching hospitals of the School of Clinical Medicine at Shandong Second Medical University were enrolled.A self-designed questionnaire was administered to assess supervision quality and satisfaction before and after the implementation of standardized team construction.Results:Following the implementation of standardized construction,the supervision team demonstrated significant improvements in both professional competence and evaluation scores(P<0.001).Concurrently,teacher satisfaction increased from 63.3%to 87.5%(P<0.001).Conclusion:This study establishes an integrated“selection–training–implementation–evaluation”model for the standardized construction of teaching supervision teams.The model effectively enhances team professionalism and supervisory effectiveness,thereby providing robust quality assurance for medical education under the New Medical Science framework. 展开更多

As is well-known, China's rapid economic growth over the past decades has been impressive and this growth has driven the demand of qualified managers and professionals by both foreign and Chinese enterprises. This paper examines perceptions of the graduates of an American Executive MBA program, who experienced the transfer of Western management knowledge through team teaching and virtual student teams. The findings show that graduates are generally satisfied with their overall educational experience and its impact on their career in terms of promotions and compensation. Furthermore, the team teaching and global virtual student teams are viewed as valuable experiences. 展开更多
