Practical jurisprudence is a completely new proposition in legal education and research.The introduction of the concept of“practical jurisprudence”in the teaching of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic...Practical jurisprudence is a completely new proposition in legal education and research.The introduction of the concept of“practical jurisprudence”in the teaching of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China(the“Civil Procedure Law”)is a major innovation in terms of values and methodology.Practical jurisprudence focuses more on practical issues,Chinese characteristics,and major needs,while strengthening the practical nature of the Civil Procedure Law.China’s traditional education system for juris masters(for non-law graduates)(“non-law JMs”)emphasizes the development of foundational legal theoretical knowledge.However,it has not fully achieved its goal of cultivating interdisciplinary and practical legal professionals.Therefore,the traditional education system for the Civil Procedure Law needs reconstruction and supplementation through the practical jurisprudence teaching system in the following areas:(a)System composition:The focus should be on the eight tertiary subsystems under the two secondary subsystems—“the knowledge teaching system and the practical teaching system”of practical jurisprudence in the Civil Procedure Law,as well as the management of their interrelationships.(b)Credit structure:The proportion of credits for“practical teaching and training”should be increased.(c)Practical ability requirements:Legal professionals should be cultivated according to the standards for juris masters(for law graduates)as stipulated by the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degrees.(d)Practice evaluation:“Formalization of the evaluations,”“homogeneity of the evaluators,”and“reliance on written formats”should be avoided.展开更多

With the shift in the definition of disease from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)to metabolism-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),as well as the rapid evolution of pathological classification and therapeuti...With the shift in the definition of disease from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)to metabolism-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),as well as the rapid evolution of pathological classification and therapeutic targets,traditional clinical teaching models face challenges such as outdated guideline updates,disjointed translation of scientific research,and limited skill training.This study proposes a dynamic training model integrating“guidelines,clinical practice,and scientific research.”Through stratified case-based teaching(e.g.,FibroScan simulator and metabolic sand table),dynamic guideline analysis(comparing old and new evidence),and the integration of scientific thinking(visualization of CAND1 protein mechanism),a teaching system that integrates theory and practice is constructed.Innovatively developed smart assistant tools(AI decision support system,VR liver biopsy simulator)and a multi-dimensional evaluation system(deviation analysis of diagnosis and treatment pathways,milestone assessment)are used while emphasizing metabolic medicine integration(continuous glucose monitoring and digital therapy)and ethical privacy protection(federated learning framework).This model aims to cultivate students’evidence-based decision-making skills and scientific research transformation thinking through dynamic knowledge base construction and interdisciplinary collaboration,providing sustainable teaching solutions to cope with the rapid iteration of NAFLD diagnosis and treatment.展开更多

Combining with the practice of HRM construction in Langfang Teachers University, based on the introduction about the necessity of construction of practice teaching system, the construction content, guarantee measures, and implementation effect of practice teaching system for the cultivation of applied talents of HRM are out forward in this paper, which is in favor of the cultivation of applied talents of HRM.
文摘It is of vital importance for modern college English teaching to properly construct an interactive multimedia-internet-based teaching system, the structure of which is clearly elaborated in this paper. An IMITS usually consists of hardware, software, teaching and management. At the end of this paper, a conclusion is made that only when all the four parts of IMITS are construct ed such as is demonstrated, can the IMITS exert its full effects in college English teaching.

How to effectively carry out professional education and improve students moral accomplishment and ideological level is a problem that leaders and managers at all levels of schools should think deeply about. As the main position of conveying high-quality talents to the country and the society, colleges and universities should not only teach students professional theoretical knowledge, but also guide students to form a correct three views. In view of this, in university mathematics education, teachers should reasonably integrate ideological and political education elements, so that mathematics education and ideological and political education can form a "touch point", create a complete teaching system, make knowledge education and value education in the same direction, and promote the rapid and stable development of college education.
