Teaching quality is the core guarantee for universities to achieve their talent cultivation goals,and teaching supervision,as an important means of monitoring teaching quality,runs through the entire process of teaching management.Based on the teaching quality report of School A at University Z for the autumn semester of 2024,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation,problems,and causes of the teaching supervision mechanism through multi-dimensional data analysis of expert classroom observation,peer evaluation,and classroom feedback.On this basis,combined with the application prospects of artificial intelligence technology,it proposes paths to optimize the teaching supervision mechanism,including improving the classroom observation feedback mechanism,increasing supervision coverage,and strengthening the linkage between feedback and teaching reform,providing practical experience and theoretical support for improving teaching quality in universities. 展开更多

Research on the Standardized Construction of Teaching Supervision Teams in Local Medical Universities

Objective:To explore the effective model and implementation effects of the standardized construction of teaching supervision teams in secondary colleges of clinical medicine at local medical universities under the background of New Medical Science.Methods:A total of 60 teaching supervisors and 120 faculty members from 10 affiliated teaching hospitals of the School of Clinical Medicine at Shandong Second Medical University were enrolled.A self-designed questionnaire was administered to assess supervision quality and satisfaction before and after the implementation of standardized team construction.Results:Following the implementation of standardized construction,the supervision team demonstrated significant improvements in both professional competence and evaluation scores(P<0.001).Concurrently,teacher satisfaction increased from 63.3%to 87.5%(P<0.001).Conclusion:This study establishes an integrated“selection–training–implementation–evaluation”model for the standardized construction of teaching supervision teams.The model effectively enhances team professionalism and supervisory effectiveness,thereby providing robust quality assurance for medical education under the New Medical Science framework. 展开更多

This paper explores the construction and optimization of teaching supervision teams in sub-colleges of medical universities under the context of China’s ongoing medical education reform.It first analyzes the significance of establishing a robust teaching supervision system for ensuring teaching quality and highlights current challenges faced by medical schools and their affiliated hospitals.Building upon this,the study proposes a two-level supervision mechanism involving both sub-colleges and affiliated hospitals,supported by scientific supervision standards,standardized procedures,feedback and rectification mechanisms,informatization tools,and professional team building.By integrating organizational innovation with technological support,this model aims to achieve comprehensive,continuous,and data-driven supervision.The findings contribute to enhancing clinical teaching quality,improving faculty development,and providing policy-oriented references for advancing medical education governance. 展开更多
