Teaching reflection ability is a professional ability that kindergarten teachers must have, which to a large extent affects the teaching level of kindergarten teaching, the improvement of the professional level of preschool teachers and the development of young children. By comparing the differences between practice teachers and senior teachers in reflection in motivation, in content, in way and in effect, it is found that kindergarten practice teachers have partial external motivation, single reflection method and poor reflection effect in teaching reflection ability, and put forward some suggestions for these problems. 展开更多
