Improvement of Teaching Ability based on Teaching Reflection and Evaluation: Taking Economics Teaching as an Example

Scientific teaching quality evaluation system and the effective operation mechanism have a positive meaning for promoting teaching reform. Teachers’ specialization is the core of education, and is the starting point and end-result of education reform. Teachers’ professional development has three kinds of orientation rational orientation, reflection-evaluation orientation, and ecological orientation. Some new research suggests that re? ection-evaluation orientation is the best way to improve teachers’ professional abilities. At present, reflective teacher education has become worldwide trend. Compared with experiential teaching, reflective teaching is a sort of positive tool which is used to help teachers conduct their active and professional work. The main purpose of reflective teaching is to allow teachers to reffect on their own work and self-evaluation, and improve their methodology, eventually improve teaching methods and promote student learning. Nevertheless, there are many problems in the teaching quality evaluation system in the aspects of concept, subject, standard, organization, etc. Therefore, we have to reffect and reconstruct the teaching quality evaluation system in colleges and universities. 展开更多

Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the majority of teachers in the school have gradually updated their education and teaching concepts. Many teachers have no longer rejected the integration of new education concepts into teaching practice. In the era of mass innovation, teachers cannot rest on their laurels. They are only satisfied with the acquisition of experience and do not think deeply about it. That is not conducive to teachers professional development and self-growth. Therefore, training the teaching reflection consciousness and improving the teaching reflection ability should be the educational work idea and professional development direction that every educator should pay attention to. This paper will analyze the current situation of primary school Chinese classroom teaching, explore the significance of classroom teaching reflection in the practice of primary school Chinese teaching reflection, and explore specific methods of classroom teaching reflection, so as to provide some ideas for improving the quality of Chinese education. Reflection on Chinese teaching in primary schools is the most effective way to improve teachers quality and the quality of classroom teaching. Through the research of this topic, the main reasons for the problems in teachers reflection are found out, the contents of education and teaching reflection are made clear, and the ways and methods of education and teaching reflection are explored. By consciously taking their own classroom teaching practice as a cognitive object, teachers conduct comprehensive and in-depth calm thinking and summary, constantly discover problems, timely control teaching behavior, and summarize teaching rules. Continuously improve the scientific and rational nature of their teaching practice, so as to enable them to enter a more optimized teaching state, so that students can be more fully developed, so as to truly improve the effectiveness of Chinese teachers teaching reflection, and better promote the development of education and teaching. 展开更多

This paper depicts the reflective teaching process of my ten years of experience of teaching intercultural communication.The paper describes how the teacher systematically reflects on the practice of teaching,continuously revises the curriculum, and finally formulates an efficient model of integrating students’ personal experiences into developing students’ intercultural communicative competence and awareness.
