Deformation patterns of steel targets against long rod penetration

An experimental and finite element simulation investigation are conducted to study the deformation patterns of steel targets during the penetration process of tungsten alloy long rods,as well as the influence of strength of the target on the deformation patterns.The experimental results revealed slight mass loss in the first layer of the steel target during the transient entrance phase,with an extremely negligible loss in target mass during the quasi-steady penetration phase.The results of macro-analysis,micro-analysis and simulation show that the eroded target material migrated towards the periphery of the crater,causing an increase in the target's thickness,remained within the target,instead of flowing out of the crater.Therefore,the process of long rods penetrating the metal target is considered as a process of backward extrusion.By combining the backward extrusion theory with energy conservation,a penetration depth model for long rods penetrating a metal target,taking into account both the diameter of the crater and the friction coefficient between the rod and the target,has been established.Although the model is not yet perfect,it innovatively applies the principles of solid mechanics to the study of long rod penetration.Additionally,it takes into account the friction coefficient between the rod and the target during the penetration process.Therefore,this model provides a new research direction for future studies on long rod penetration. 展开更多

By applying the 'theory of synchronization' from the science of complexity to studying the regional regularity of ore formation within the Nanling region of southern China, a characteristic targetpattern regional ore zonality has been discovered. During the early and late Yanshanian epoch (corresponding respectively to the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods), two centers of ore formation emerged successively in the Nanling region; the former is mainly for rare metals (W, Sn, Mo, Bi, Nb) and one rare-earth element (La) and was generated in the Jurassic period; whereas the latter is mainly for base metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Sb, Hg), noble metals (Au, Ag), and one radioactive element (U) and was generated in the Cretaceous period. Centers of ore formation were brought about by interface dynamics respectively at the Qitianling and Jiuyishan districts in southern Hunan Province. The characteristic giant nonlinear target-pattern regional ore zonality was generated by spatio-temporal synchronization process of the Nanling complex metallogenic system. It induced the collective dynamics and cooperative behavior of the system and displayed the configuration of the regional ore zonality. Then dynamical clustering transformed the configuration into rudimentary ordered coherent structures. Phase dynamics eventually defined the spatio-temporal structures of the target-pattern regional ore zonality and determined their localization and distribution. A new methodology for revealing regional ore zonality is developed, which will encourage further investigation of the formation of deep-seated ore resources and the onset of large-scale mineralization. 展开更多

In this paper, we study periodic waves in reaction-diffusion systems with limit cycle kinetics and weak diffusion. The results are based on the analysis of a nonlinear partial differential equation which is derived from singular perturbation techniques. We obtain the first order approximation expression of the dispersion curve for periodic wave trains and then show that in the generic case of limit cycle kinetics there is a one parameter family of target patterns and the rotating spiral waves of Archimedian type exist. Finally, we apply these results to the general λ-ω systems. 展开更多

Despite the growing body of work on molecular components required for regenerative repair,we still lack a deep understanding of the ability of some animal species to regenerate their appropriate complex anatomical structure following damage.A key question is how regenerating systems know when to stop growth and remodeling-what mechanisms implement recognition of correct morphology that signals a stop condition?In this work,we review two conceptual models of pattern regeneration that implement a kind of pattern memory.In the first one,all cells communicate with each other and keep the value of the total signal received from the other cells.If a part of the pattern is amputated,the signal distribution changes.The difference fromthe original signal distribution stimulates cell proliferation and leads to pattern regeneration,in effect implementing an error minimization process that uses signaling memory to achieve pattern correction.In the second model,we consider a more complex pattern organization with different cell types.Each tissue contains a central(coordinator)cell that controls the tissue and communicates with the other central cells.Each of them keeps memory about the signals received from other central cells.The values of these signals depend on the mutual cell location,and the memory allows regeneration of the structure when it is modified.The purpose of these models is to suggest possible mechanisms of pattern regeneration operating on the basis of cell memory which are compatible with diverse molecular implementation mechanisms within specific organisms. 展开更多

Up to now no relevant unified theory and measur-ing standard have been developed. It is very difficult to establish a threat-judgment model with high reliability in the airdefense system for the naval warships. Air target threat level judgment is an important component in naval warship com-bat command decision-making systems. According to the threat level judgment of air targets during the air defense of sin-gle naval warship, a fuzzy pattern recognition model for judging the threat from air targets is established. Then an algo-rithm for identifying the parameters in the model is presented. The model has an adaptive feature and can dynamicallyupdate its parameters according to the state change of the attacking targets and the environment. The method presentedhere can be used for the air defense system threat judgment in the naval warships. 展开更多

铬铁矿是一种重要的战略性关键金属矿产,具有层状和豆荚状两种成因类型。研究表明,全球豆荚状铬铁矿主要分布在特提斯、古亚洲洋、环太平洋成矿域和冈瓦纳成矿域中,尤其是特提斯、古亚洲洋两大成矿域占主导地位。在该两大成矿域,境外已... 铬铁矿是一种重要的战略性关键金属矿产,具有层状和豆荚状两种成因类型。研究表明,全球豆荚状铬铁矿主要分布在特提斯、古亚洲洋、环太平洋成矿域和冈瓦纳成矿域中,尤其是特提斯、古亚洲洋两大成矿域占主导地位。在该两大成矿域,境外已发现多处大型超大型豆荚状铬铁矿矿床,而在相同构造带的我国范围内,发现的铬铁矿矿床小而散。比较分析认为,我国铬铁矿资源潜力尚未充分挖掘,应增强我国铬铁矿找矿信心,聚焦在新疆萨尔托海、西藏雅鲁藏布江和班公湖—怒江、内蒙古二连—贺根山、甘肃大道尔吉等地区,改进找矿思路,优化找矿技术方法,加快钻探验证工作,尽快改变我国铬铁矿长期接近百分百依靠进口的局面。 展开更多

目的运用数据挖掘技术及网络药理学揭示乔成林教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的组方思路、配伍规律及用药特点;同时构建数据库统计其使用的核心中药并运用网络药理学分析慢性肾小球肾炎的作用机制。方法选取西安交通大学第二附属医院2023年1月... 目的运用数据挖掘技术及网络药理学揭示乔成林教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的组方思路、配伍规律及用药特点;同时构建数据库统计其使用的核心中药并运用网络药理学分析慢性肾小球肾炎的作用机制。方法选取西安交通大学第二附属医院2023年1月1日—2024年1月31日在乔成林教授门诊就诊的患者病历资料,根据预设的条件筛选出有效病历101份,建立数据库并规范术语,借助中医传承计算平台(TCMICS)V.5,采用药物频次统计、中药属性分析、关联规则、药物功效分布及中药聚类处方分析,结合临床诊治经验,总结乔成林对慢性肾小球肾炎病机的认识,并完善数据挖掘结果,筛选核心中药;在TCMSP、OMIM数据库检索核心中药的成分及靶点,上传药物-疾病交集靶点至STRING在线平台,构建共同靶点蛋白质互作网络。结果获得101首处方,涉及121味中药,28味中药使用频次≥20次,常用药物组合为:黄芪-附子、茯苓-金樱子、黄芪-茯苓、黄芪-车前子、白术-茯苓、茯苓-薏苡仁等。核心组合使用频次分析提取出4首新处方,组合1:莲子、黄芪、僵蚕、青风藤、蝉蜕;组合2:桂枝、茯苓、黄芪、附子、车前子、山茱萸;组合3:生地黄、侧柏叶、旱莲草、大蓟、白茅根、槐花;组合4:黄芪、大黄、黄连、车前子、竹茹、陈皮。结论乔成林教授对慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗以健脾补肾为本,温阳利水、泄浊利湿治其标为原则。核心药物可能是通过调控炎症、肾脏纤维化、凋亡等信号通路,作用于IL6、TNF、AKT1、MMP9、TP53、CASP3、TGFβ1、EGFR等靶点发挥治疗作用。 展开更多

马铃薯miR7997家族靶基因鉴定及其在晚疫病侵染下的表达分析

为探究马铃薯miR7997家族响应晚疫病原菌侵染的分子机制,以马铃薯Desiree为试验材料,对马铃薯miR7997家族序列特征、靶基因预测、表达模式和Stu-miR7997与靶基因在晚疫病胁迫下的表达特性进行分析。结果表明:马铃薯miR7997家族由3个成员... 为探究马铃薯miR7997家族响应晚疫病原菌侵染的分子机制,以马铃薯Desiree为试验材料,对马铃薯miR7997家族序列特征、靶基因预测、表达模式和Stu-miR7997与靶基因在晚疫病胁迫下的表达特性进行分析。结果表明:马铃薯miR7997家族由3个成员Stu-miR7997a/b/c组成,分布于2条染色体上,成熟体序列高度保守,其中StumiR7997a/b成熟体序列完全相同;Stu-miR7997s前体序列均可形成典型的茎环二级结构,最小折叠自由能为-37.00~-49.50 kcal/mol,成熟体均位于前体5'端臂上,Stu-miR7997c在序列长度和功能元件分布上与Stu-miR7997a/b明显不同;启动子分析显示,Stu-miR7997s含光响应、激素响应、转录因子响应及胁迫防御相关元件。靶基因预测结果显示,StumiR7997家族共鉴定出19条靶基因,绝大多数靶基因受Stu-miR7997家族共同调控;组织特异性表达测定结果显示,StumiR7997s在马铃薯的各组织部位中均有不同程度的表达,Stu-miR7997a/b在茎中表达量最高,Stu-miR7997c在根部表达量最高。晚疫病致病疫霉侵染后,Stu-miR7997家族均显著下调表达,其靶基因转录因子MYB92、NAD(P)H-醌氧化还原酶及果胶裂解酶基因的表达显著上调,Stu-miR7997家族可能通过负调控靶基因表达,间接影响马铃薯的抗病反应,为进一步研究马铃薯miR7997基因家族在马铃薯抗晚疫病中的作用机制提供理论基础。 展开更多

bta-miR-34a的生物信息学分析及其在牛脂肪组织中的表达模式研究

肌内脂肪与牛肉嫩度、风味密切相关。bta-miR-34a是调控肌内脂肪生成的重要因子,该研究旨在探究其在牛脂肪沉积中的潜在功能。该文应用生物信息学分析了bta-miR-34a在不同物种中保守性及调控的靶基因,并对靶基因进行功能富集;使用RT-qPC... 肌内脂肪与牛肉嫩度、风味密切相关。bta-miR-34a是调控肌内脂肪生成的重要因子,该研究旨在探究其在牛脂肪沉积中的潜在功能。该文应用生物信息学分析了bta-miR-34a在不同物种中保守性及调控的靶基因,并对靶基因进行功能富集;使用RT-qPCR技术探究了bta-miR-34a在牛皮下脂肪和背最长肌组织以及肌内脂肪细胞分化不同阶段中的表达模式。结果表明,miR-34a在不同物种中具有高度保守性。通过miRWalk和TargetScan数据库联合筛选,共同鉴定出520个bta-miR-34a的候选靶基因,这些靶基因显著富集在细胞群体增殖、跨膜运输、间充质发育等生物过程及cAMP、TGF-β、Wnt等信号通路。RT-qPCR结果显示,bta-miR-34a在安格斯牛和西门塔尔牛皮下脂肪的相对表达量极显著高于背最长肌的相对表达量(P<0.01),在西门塔尔牛皮下脂肪中的相对表达量显著高于安格斯牛(P<0.05);bta-miR-34a在安格斯成年牛背最长肌的相对表达量极显著高于犊牛(P<0.01),bta-miR-34a在牛肌内脂肪细胞分化过程中的表达量呈现先上升后下降的变化情况。基于此,该研究发现bta-miR-34a的潜在靶基因在脂肪沉积中发挥着重要的作用,且其在西门塔尔牛和安格斯牛品种间的背最长肌和皮下脂肪的表达量存在显著的差异。 展开更多
