青藏高原大气黑碳时空特征及MERRA-2和TAP数据集验证

With an objective to improve wind power estimation accuracy and reliability,this paper presents Linear Neural Networks with Tapped Delay(LNNTD)in combination with wavelet transform(WT)for probabilistic wind power forecasting in a time series framework.For comparison purposes,results of the proposed model are compared with the benchmark model,different neural networks and WT based models considering performance indices such as accuracy,execution time and R^(2) statistic.For the reliability and proper validation of the proposed model,this paper highlights the probabilistic forecast attributes at different skill tests.The historical data of the Ontario Electricity Market(OEM)for the period 2011–2014 were used and tested for two years from November 2012 to October 2014 with one month moving window considering all seasonal aspects.The experimental results clearly show that the results of the proposed model have been found to be better than others. 展开更多

TAp63对MPTP诱导的帕金森病小鼠模型氧化应激反应的影响及其机制

目的探讨TAp63对1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)诱导的帕金森病小鼠模型氧化应激的影响,并探究其潜在机制。方法将36只小鼠随机分为对照组、MPTP组、TAp63NC组、TAp63NC+MPTP组、TAp63过表达组、TAp63过表达+MPTP组,利用转棒实... 目的探讨TAp63对1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)诱导的帕金森病小鼠模型氧化应激的影响,并探究其潜在机制。方法将36只小鼠随机分为对照组、MPTP组、TAp63NC组、TAp63NC+MPTP组、TAp63过表达组、TAp63过表达+MPTP组,利用转棒实验、爬杆实验检测神经运动功能,利用免疫组织化学染色、Western blotting实验检测相关蛋白表达量变化,并进行活性氧(ROS)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)和抗氧化物还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量检测。结果6组小鼠行为学实验结果差异有显著意义(F=11.09、52.70,P<0.01),与对照组相比,MPTP组小鼠转棒时间明显缩短、爬杆时间明显延长(P<0.05);与TAp63NC+MPTP组相比,TAp63过表达+MPTP组小鼠转棒时间明显增加、爬杆时间明显减少(P<0.05)。6组脑组织中TAp63、酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)、沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ共激活剂1α(PGC-1α)含量存在明显差异(F=11.16~85.39,P<0.05),与对照组相比,MPTP组4种蛋白含量显著下降(P<0.01);与TAp63NC+MPTP组相比,TAp63过表达+MPTP组小鼠4种蛋白含量明显升高(P<0.05)。6组氧化应激指标存在差异(F=33.71~58.38,P<0.001),与对照组相比,MPTP组脑组织中MDA、ROS含量显著升高,GSH水平明显降低(P<0.001);与TAp63NC+MPTP组相比,TAp63过表达+MPTP组MDA、ROS含量显著降低,GSH水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论TAp63可能通过SIRT1/PGC-1α信号通路,抑制MPTP诱导的帕金森病小鼠模型的氧化应激反应,从而发挥神经保护作用。 展开更多

Hybrid commutation converters(HCCs)utilizing reverse-blocking integrated gate commutation thyristors(IGCTs)have gained significant attention due to their immunity to commutation failure.Leveraging the recovery enhancement characteristics of IGCTs,HCCs demonstrate superior performance at reduced extinction angles,thereby minimizing reactive power consumption.This study presents a comprehensive investigation into reactive power control strategies for HCCs operating at small extinction angles.First,the topological configuration and commutation principle of HCC are elucidated.Subsequently,the mechanism of HCC reactive power control is analyzed,and a reactive power control strategy is proposed by combining the converter transformer taps with extinction angles.Moreover,the relationship between transformer taps and reactive power exchange under different rated extinction angles is calculated,and the theoretically rated extinction angle is proposed.Finally,to validate the proposed control strategy,a four-terminal ultra-high voltage direct current power grid incorporating HCC technology is modeled and sim-ulated using PSCAD/EMTDC.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed strategy effectively supports AC systems by reducing reactive power absorption in HCCs,while simultaneously exhibiting enhanced reli-ability and economic efficiency. 展开更多

超声引导TAP阻滞联合右美托咪定对TURBT术后膀胱刺激征的影响

目的:探讨应用右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因行双侧腹横肌平面(TAP)阻滞后入路对经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBT)患者术后疼痛和导管相关性膀胱不适(CRBD)的预防效果及安全性。方法:本研究的参与者选择于2024年8月至2025年8月期间在全身麻醉下进... 目的:探讨应用右美托咪定联合罗哌卡因行双侧腹横肌平面(TAP)阻滞后入路对经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBT)患者术后疼痛和导管相关性膀胱不适(CRBD)的预防效果及安全性。方法:本研究的参与者选择于2024年8月至2025年8月期间在全身麻醉下进行TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤的患者100例。采用随机对照前瞻性研究,将患者分为两组。A组给予超声引导双侧TAP (每侧0.33%罗哌卡因20 ml) (对照组,n = 50),B组超声引导双侧TAP (每侧0.33%罗哌卡因20 ml + 25 ug右美托咪定) (干预组,n = 50)。采用CRBD评定量表,在麻醉苏醒时、术后1小时、术后2小时、术后6小时、术后12小时、术后24小时进行询问评分并记录。次要指标包括记录患者术中其他全身麻醉药物的使用量,术中的平均动脉压、心率和血氧饱和度,以及术后并发症(阻滞部位、腹腔内脏器损伤、术后恶心呕吐发生情况、心动过缓等)。结果:B组患者的CRBD评分在麻醉苏醒时、术后1小时、术后2小时、术后6小时显著低于A组(p 0.05)。两组患者全身麻醉药物中丙泊酚及罗库溴铵的使用量比较无差异(p > 0.05),舒芬太尼及瑞芬太尼使用量比较差异有统计学意义(p 0.05)。2组药物相关并发症较少,仅B组有2例心动过缓发生,未见严重TAP及术后相关并发症。结论:在超声引导下进行TAP阻滞时,将右美托咪定作为佐剂与罗哌卡因联用,能安全、有效地减轻TURBT术后CRBD的严重程度,是一种值得推广的优化术后镇痛策略。 展开更多

2000−2020年MERRA-2和TAP大气黑碳数据在我国的精度分析和适用性评估 被引量:1

黑碳(BC)作为可吸入颗粒物PM_(2.5)的重要组成部分,由于其特殊的理化性质,对大气环境和人类健康构成严重威胁。目前,我国尚未建立完善的大气黑碳浓度地面观测网络和数据共享体系,区域尺度黑碳浓度产品的精度验证和适用性评价比较有限。... 黑碳(BC)作为可吸入颗粒物PM_(2.5)的重要组成部分,由于其特殊的理化性质,对大气环境和人类健康构成严重威胁。目前,我国尚未建立完善的大气黑碳浓度地面观测网络和数据共享体系,区域尺度黑碳浓度产品的精度验证和适用性评价比较有限。本文从已发表文献中提取我国126个站点的1616个BC月监测数据,时间跨度为2000−2020年,对MERRA-2(Modern-Era Retrospective Analysis for Research and Applications,Version 2)和TAP(Tracking Air Pollution in China)的BC数据进行全面的精度验证和适用性评价。结果表明:①MERRA-2与TAP均低估了我国大气BC浓度,其中MERRA-2低估程度为8.13%,TAP低估程度为19.51%。TAP的大气BC浓度与地面站点监测数据的相关性〔R=0.62,模拟实测两倍因子(FAC2)=0.69〕高于MERRA-2(R=0.46,FAC2=0.58),MERRA-2的20年平均大气BC浓度(3.61μg/m^(3))更接近地面站点平均大气BC浓度(3.97μg/m^(3))。②MERRA-2和TAP的大气BC浓度在我国不同地区的精度存在较大差别,MERRA-2在我国华北和西南地区的精度优于TAP。两个数据集在西南地区都有较高的精度(R为0.68~0.84,FAC2为0.71~0.79),在华北地区精度均较低(R为0.41~0.48,FAC2为0.64~0.77)。③MERRA-2与TAP大气BC浓度在全国大部分地区呈显著正相关,其中,二者在四川省大气BC浓度差异(0.0045μg/m^(3))最小,在北京市差异(2.11μg/m^(3))最大。研究显示,MERRA-2有更长的时间跨度,而TAP更能准确表现大气BC浓度的空间分布,且二者在不同地区表现出较大差异。 展开更多

目的探究吸入七氟醚(SEV)联合罗哌卡因腹横肌平面(TAP)阻滞对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术(LM)患者血清CK、CK-MB、cTnI的影响。方法将2020年8月至2024年8月于六安市中医院治疗子宫肌瘤的136例患者纳入研究,采用随机数表法分为联合组(n=68)和... 目的探究吸入七氟醚(SEV)联合罗哌卡因腹横肌平面(TAP)阻滞对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术(LM)患者血清CK、CK-MB、cTnI的影响。方法将2020年8月至2024年8月于六安市中医院治疗子宫肌瘤的136例患者纳入研究,采用随机数表法分为联合组(n=68)和对照组(n=68)。两组均行全身麻醉,对照组患者在麻醉诱导时采用TAP阻滞,联合组在对照组基础上复合SEV吸入麻醉。记录两组术后麻醉恢复指标,观察两组各时间点的生命体征,比较其手术前、手术24 h后应激反应指标[血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)]水平,记录术后患者并发症发生情况。结果联合组患者麻醉、自主呼吸时间、拔管时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T1时期,两组HR、MAP、SpQ2比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);T2时期,联合组HR、MAP指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),两组SpQ2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T3、T4时期,联合组HR、MAP指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),两组SpQ2比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。术前两组血清CK、CK-MB、cTnI水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);术后24 h,两组血清CK、CK-MB、cTnI水平均较术前显著升高,但联合组患者指标上升水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吸入SEV联合TAP阻滞能降低LM患者术中体征波动,帮助患者术后快速恢复,减少机体应激反应损伤。 展开更多

The soaring demand for smart portable electronics and electric vehicles is propelling the advancements in high-energy–density lithium-ion batteries.Lithium manganese iron phosphate(LiMn_(x)Fe_(1-x)PO_(4))has garnered significant attention as a promising positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries due to its advantages of low cost,high safety,long cycle life,high voltage,good high-temperature performance,and high energy density.Although LiMn_(x)Fe_(1-x)PO_(4)has made significant breakthroughs in the past few decades,there are still facing great challenges in poor electronic conductivity and Li-ion diffusion,manganese dissolution affecting battery cycling performance,as well as low tap density.This review systematically summarizes the reaction mechanisms,various synthesis methods,and electrochemical properties of LiMn_(x)Fe_(1-x)PO_(4)to analyze reaction processes accurately and guide material preparation.Later,the main challenges currently faced are concluded,and the corresponding various modification strategies are discussed to enhance the reaction kinetics and electrochemical performance of LiMn_(x)Fe_(1-x)PO_(4),including multi-scale particle regulation,heteroatom doping,surface coating,as well as microscopic morphology design.Finally,in view of the current research challenges faced by intrinsic reaction processes,kinetics,and energy storage applications,the promising research directions are anticipated.More importantly,it is expected to provide key insights into the development of high-performance and stable LiMn_(x)Fe_(1-x)PO_(4)materials,to achieve practical energy storage requirements. 展开更多

TAP阻滞联合全身麻醉与单纯全身麻醉对腹部手术患者应激激素水平的影响

目的比较腹横肌平面(TAP)阻滞联合全身麻醉与单纯全身麻醉对腹部手术患者应激激素水平的影响。方法选择2024年6月—2025年2月在本院行腹部手术患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为TAP+全麻组(n=30)与全麻组(n=30)。两组患者分别于... 目的比较腹横肌平面(TAP)阻滞联合全身麻醉与单纯全身麻醉对腹部手术患者应激激素水平的影响。方法选择2024年6月—2025年2月在本院行腹部手术患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为TAP+全麻组(n=30)与全麻组(n=30)。两组患者分别于切皮前(T1)、手术1 h(T2)及术毕后24 h(T3)抽血检测促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(COR)水平,记录术中术后并发症以及术后24 h疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果两组T2、T3的ACTH、COR水平均较T1升高,而与全麻组比较,TAP+全麻组T2、T3的ACTH、COR水平降低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TAP+全麻组并发症发生率为3.33%(1/30),全麻组为26.67%(8/30),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TAP+全麻组术后24 h静息疼痛评分为(2.63±0.57)分,活动疼痛评分为(4.29±0.35)分,对照组分别为(3.39±0.44)分,(4.82±0.38)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹部手术患者实施全身麻醉联合TAP阻滞,可有效减轻机体应激反应,减小围手术期风险,减轻术后疼痛,更符合加速外科康复理念。 展开更多

【目的】筛选适用于不同品种舞花姜苞片及舞花姜‘白龙’不同部位研究试验的稳定内参基因,为后续舞花姜目的基因表达分析研究提供理论依据。【方法】从前期获得的不同品种舞花姜苞片转录组序列,根据相对表达量稳定性挑选苹果酸脱氢酶(M... 【目的】筛选适用于不同品种舞花姜苞片及舞花姜‘白龙’不同部位研究试验的稳定内参基因,为后续舞花姜目的基因表达分析研究提供理论依据。【方法】从前期获得的不同品种舞花姜苞片转录组序列,根据相对表达量稳定性挑选苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、肌动蛋白(Actin12)、转录延伸因子(EF1α2)、转录辅助蛋白(TAP46)、微管蛋白β(TUB7)、甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(GAPDH)的编码基因和18S核糖体RNA(18S rRNA)基因作为候选内参基因。利用9个不同颜色舞花姜品种的苞片和舞花姜‘白龙’的根、叶片、侧芽、苞片和小花5个部位样品作为材料,分别对7个候选内参基因进行实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR),通过BestKeeper、NormFinder和geNorm软件分析评估其作为不同品种舞花姜苞片组织和舞花姜‘白龙’不同部位组织内参基因的表达稳定性。【结果】7个候选内参基因的PCR产物经凝胶电泳检测显示条带单一清晰,与理论预测片段大小相符,熔解曲线为单一主峰,扩增效率介于92.91%~102.33%,线性相关系数r>0.990,表明引物特异性良好,适用于qRT-PCR试验。在不同品种舞花姜苞片中,Actin12在BestKeeper、NormFinder和geNorm软件程序评估中均排名第一。在舞花姜‘白龙’不同部位中,TAP46在BestKeeper和NormFinder软件的稳定性评估中排名第一,而在geNorm软件程序评估排名第四。【结论】综合3种软件分析结果表明,Actin12为不同品种舞花姜苞片qRT-PCR试验中最稳定的内参基因,TAP46为舞花姜‘白龙’不同部位qRT-PCR试验中最稳定的内参基因。 展开更多

Groundwater,surface water and tap water contamination by PTEs(Potentially Toxic Elements)was assessed in Kipushi town and Lupoto locality of Kipushi administrative territory in the Upper-Katanga province,Democratic Republic of Congo.A total of fifty four water samples including thirty two samples from drilled water wells,ten samples from spade-sunk water wells,six samples from supplied tap water,four samples from a mine effluent and two samples from a river were collected from both localities in November and December 2017 and in January,February and March 2018.Then the samples were analyzed for their PTE contents by ICP-SF-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Sector Field Mass Spectrometry).Twenty PTEs including aluminum,arsenic,barium,bismuth,cadmium,cesium,chromium,cobalt,copper,iron,lead,manganese,molybdenum,nickel,strontium,thallium,tungsten,uranium,vanadium and zinc were detected at various concentrations in each one of the samples.Many samples had concentrations and mean concentrations of PTE,such as arsenic,aluminum,cadmium,iron,lead,manganese and zinc,higher than the respective acceptable limits set for drinking water by the EU(European Union),the USEPA(United States Environmental Protection Agency),and the WHO(World Health Organization)standards.Most PTEs being deleterious to human health even at very low concentrations,people who use the groundwater,surface water and tap water to meet their water needs in both localities are at risk. 展开更多

As an emerging environmental contaminant,antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in tap water have attracted great attention.Although studies have provided ARG profiles in tap water,research on their abundance levels,composition characteristics,and potential threat is still insufficient.Here,9 household tap water samples were collected from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA)in China.Additionally,75 sets of environmental sample data(9 types)were downloaded from the public database.Metagenomics was then performed to explore the differences in the abundance and composition of ARGs.221 ARG subtypes consisting of 17 types were detected in tap water.Although the ARG abundance in tap water was not significantly different from that found in drinking water plants and reservoirs,their composition varied.In tap water samples,the three most abundant classes of resistance genes were multidrug,fosfomycin and MLS(macrolide-lincosamidestreptogramin)ARGs,and their corresponding subtypes ompR,fosX and macB were also the most abundant ARG subtypes.Regarding the potential mobility,vanS had the highest abundance on plasmids and viruses,but the absence of key genes rendered resistance to vancomycin ineffective.Generally,the majority of ARGs present in tap water were those that have not been assessed and are currently not listed as high-threat level ARG families based on the World Health Organization Guideline.Although the current potential threat to human health posed by ARGs in tap water is limited,with persistent transfer and accumulation,especially in pathogens,the potential danger to human health posed by ARGs should not be ignored. 展开更多

The Optimization of High-Temperature Dust Capture System in the Blast Furnace Tapping Field

During the tapping process of a blast furnace,a large amount of high-temperature dust is generated.Relying solely on dust removal systems to control the spread of dust within the workshop will generate huge energy consumption.Optimizing the high-temperature dust capture system is crucial for improving the working environment,reducing air pollution,and achieving energy savings and emission reductions.Considering the structural layout of workshops and the tapping characteristics of small and medium-sized blast furnaces in China,this study optimized the design of the particulate capture system by incorporating local dust hoods through numerical simulation,while also taking into account the local capture of particles at the hot metal ladle.The research found that to prevent dust escape,adding a small dust hood above the tapping hole and a side suction hood with a capacity of 100,000 m^(3)/h near the tap hole allowed all particles to be directly captured,reducing both their residence time and travel distance.Additionally,the height of thermal stratification within the workshop decreased,and the area of high-temperature zones was reduced.After adding a side suction hood in the hot metal ladle area,the temperature under the hood improved significantly,with the air temperature around the ladle dropping to approximately 40℃.When the side suction hood’s airflow exceeded 100,000 m^(3)/h,the capture efficiency reached 99.2%.However,when the observation hole of the top suction hood above the ladle was opened,the temperature inside the hood decreased by 10℃,and approximately 11.9%of the particles escaped through the observation hole into the workshop. 展开更多

超声引导下TFP阻滞与TAP阻滞在剖宫产术后镇痛效果对比

目的:探究超声引导下腹横筋膜平面阻滞(TFP)与横肌平面阻滞(TAP)在剖宫产术后镇痛效果比较。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月-2023年8月本院妇产科行剖宫产术产妇临床资料,将术后行超声引导TFP阻滞的117例纳入TFP组、接受超声引导TAP阻滞115... 目的:探究超声引导下腹横筋膜平面阻滞(TFP)与横肌平面阻滞(TAP)在剖宫产术后镇痛效果比较。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月-2023年8月本院妇产科行剖宫产术产妇临床资料,将术后行超声引导TFP阻滞的117例纳入TFP组、接受超声引导TAP阻滞115例纳入TAP组。比较两组术后24h内镇痛效果[镇痛泵按压次数、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分],术后恢复情况(术后首次下床时间、术后至出院时间),术前、术后12h和术后24h两组血流动力学指标[心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)]、应激反应指标[皮质醇(COR)、C-肽(C-P)],炎症水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果:术后24h内TFP组镇痛泵按压次数(6.85±1.38次)和VAS评分(3.97±0.81分)均低于TAP组(7.23±1.51次、4.28±0.93分),术后首次下床时间(1.18±0.09d)和术后至出院时间(5.78±1.17d)均低于TAP组(1.24±0.12d、6.31±1.21d);术后12h、24h,两组血流动力学指标和应激反应指标均较术前提高,但TFP组低于TAP组,TFP组炎症水平低于TAP组(均P<0.05)。结论:相比于TAP阻滞,超声引导下的TFP阻滞用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果更显著,TFP阻滞还能调节机体血流动力学状态,减轻应激反应和炎症反应。 展开更多

As one of the key components of a UHV converter transformer,the suitable switching condition of the vacuum onload tap changer(OLTC)is essential for the stability of the power system.It is highly desirable to interpret OLTC’s switching procedure to assess OLTC’s switching condition.However,such work can’t be solved by vibration analysis alone.Therefore,this paper proposes an innovative electromechanical comprehensive analysis method.First,a joint motor drive current,vibration,and electromagnetic signals online monitoring system is established and deployed in a VRG type OLTC in±800 kV converter station.Second,independent component analysis(ICA),dynamic time warping(DTW),and wavelet transform(WT)are used for processing motor current,UHFCT,and vibration signals,respectively,to extract electromechanical pulses corresponding to OLTC’s contact actions.Third,the switching procedure of OLTC is revealed by comprehensively analyzing the corresponding time relationship between these extracted pulses,combined with OLTC’s timing sequence.The methodologies developed in this paper can help to interpret OLTC’s switching procedure for deeper and finer online condition assessment. 展开更多
