According to the national physical education and health course standards and the fundamental theories of the constructivisrn, the author adopts the modular-design development method to design two functional areas which are the displaying of the teaching design contents and the online information database (nine modules in total) on the basis of the P.E. teaching design flow. This article comments on the study by Zhang et al,which proposed that exosomes derived from hypoxia-injured endometrial epithelial cells promote human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell migration and differentiation into endo-metrial epithelial cells via exosomal miR-137-3p.The authors demonstrated that miR-137-3p targets ubiquitin protein ligase E3C and activates signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 signaling,thereby driving epithelial lineage transition.While this study expands our understanding of exosome-mediated intercellular communication in endometrial repair,several key gaps remain.Notably,microRNA(miRNA)profiling was performed in human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells post-exosome treatment,not in the exosomes derived from hypoxia-injured endometrial epithelial cell themselves,leaving open whether miR-137-3p is directly transferred or indirectly induced.In addition,data on exosome characterization were unavailable,and the rationale for selecting miR-137-3p over other differentially expressed miRNAs was not well justified.Future studies should include direct exosomal miRNA content analysis,in vivo validation,and deeper mechanistic exploration of the ubiquitin protein ligase E3C-signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 ubiquitination axis to establish the clinical and biological relevance of this pathway. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Thin endometrium,leading cause of recurrent implantation failure and infertility,has been found to respond to exosomes.AIM To investigate the efficacy of exosomes in addressing the issue of thin endometrium.METHODS RNA sequencing and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction were employed to identify differentially expressed microRNAs(miRNAs)in human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell(hucMSC)treated with exosomes enriched with endometrial cell-derived components.Additionally,Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses were conducted to highlight significant enrichment in specific biological pathways,molecular functions,and cellular components.Transwell and wound healing assays were performed to assess migratory potential,and western blotting was detected protein level.RESULTS A total of 53 differentially expressed miRNAs were identified in hucMSC treated with exosomes enriched with endometrial cell-derived components,comprising 27 upregulated and 26 downregulated miRNAs,which includes miR-137-3p.Enhanced migratory potential was observed in the Transwell and wound healing assays,and western blotting confirmed the epithelial differentiation of hucMSC and the increased p-signal transducer and activator of transcription 3.These effects were attributed to the upregulation of miR-137-3p.CONCLUSION miR-137-3p in exosomes from hypoxia-affected endometrial epithelial cell stimulates the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 signaling pathway,enhancing the migration and differentiation of hucMSC into endometrial epithelial cell. 展开更多

地基沉降计算是工程设计中一项至关重要的内容,选择合适的沉降计算方法对沉降量做出估算,对预防工程事故的发生十分必要。经典地基沉降计算方法主要是分层总和法,其沉降估算精度的关键因素是e–p曲线,因此建立一种合理的土体侧限压缩变... 地基沉降计算是工程设计中一项至关重要的内容,选择合适的沉降计算方法对沉降量做出估算,对预防工程事故的发生十分必要。经典地基沉降计算方法主要是分层总和法,其沉降估算精度的关键因素是e–p曲线,因此建立一种合理的土体侧限压缩变形分析模型具有重要的工程价值。首先,在土体压缩变形特性分析基础上,建立仅含简单压缩性指标的压缩变形曲线分析模型,其参数具有明确的物理意义。其次,根据不同土体侧限压缩性指标获得相应的理论e–p曲线,并与土体侧限压缩试验曲线进行比较。最后,利用本研究方法和规范法对两个工程实例进行沉降估算。结果表明:本研究模型曲线能够模拟土体侧限压缩变形过程,反映出土体侧限压缩的应变硬化特性,具有较强的准确性和适用性,本研究地基沉降估算方法具有精度高和速度快的特点。 展开更多

(AE) has been demonstrated to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-bacterial activities. In our study, we aim to examine the anti-tumor effect of alcoholic extract of AE in mice implanted with sarcoma S180 cells (SBT mice). We also compared the immune system function and the life span of SBT mice with that of control mice. We found that AE displayed a significant inhibitory effect on solid tumor growth, as well as increased the life span. At the dose of 10 mg/kg body weight, both tumor weight and volume were decreased significantly. We also measured several immune fimction markers, inlcuding spleen index (SI), thymus index (TI) and parameters of hematological. We observed no reduce in these markers, indicatine that AE could inhibit tumor ~rowth without affectino immune function in SBT ,nice. 展开更多

The Prognostic Value of Pathological and Molecular Margins Marked by p53 and eIF4E in Laryngeal Carcinoma

Objective: To study the prognostic value of the pathological margin and molecular margin marked by eIF4E and P53 protein in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: The prognostic value of pathological and molecular margin was studied in 253 cases and 67 cases respectively, the latter were pathological negative margin chosen from the former. Immunohistochemisty was used to detect the expression of eIF4E and p53 proteins. Results: The rate of pathological, p53 and eIF4E positive margins was 20.2%, 19.4% and 32.8% respectively. The recurrent rate of those with positive margins was higher than that of negative margins, which including pathological margin (70.6% vs 35.1%, P =0.0000), p53 margin (69.2% vs 33.3%, P =0.018) and eIF4E margin (63.6% vs 28.9%, P =0.018); The survival rate of those with negative margins was higher than those with positive margins, including pathological margin (the 5-year cumulative survival rate was 37.52% and 64.37% respectively, P =0.0023), p53 margin (the 5-year cumulative survival rate was 24.62% and 75.69% respectively, P =0.0012) and eIF4E margin (the 5-year cumulative survival rate was 43.31% and 77.52% respectively, P =0.0006). Conclusion: The prognosis of those with both pathological and molecular positive margins was worse than that of the negative margins; Both the eIF4E and p53 were useful markers to pick out the poor prognostic patients from those with pathological negative margin, and the former seemed to be more potential. 展开更多
