A method isdeveloped to obtain the optimal feedback control law through constructing a referencemodel according to requirements of stability levels in the modal space. The effects of rotorspeed and length and location of tabs on the control law are analyzed, and it is found possible that a controller can be designed into constant feedback gain against rotor speed andto feed back only to the dominant system states to eliminate the unstable range of rotorspeed.展开更多
2024年,广东某电厂新建9F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组,汽机由上海汽轮机厂提供并配套数字电液调节控制系统(Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System,DEH)。DEH采用西门子T3000控制系统,主机分散控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS...2024年,广东某电厂新建9F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组,汽机由上海汽轮机厂提供并配套数字电液调节控制系统(Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System,DEH)。DEH采用西门子T3000控制系统,主机分散控制系统(Distributed Control System,DCS)采用科远NT6000 V5 DCS。第一套机组汽机首次冲转调试期间,DEH启动顺控启动(Sequence Guide Control,SGC)程序,无法实现自动定速3009 r/min,启动装置TAB自动设定值无法满足汽机定速的需求。针对无法自动定速的问题,进行了过程分析,并针对相关控制逻辑给出了优化方法,实现DEH冲转自动定速3009 r/min,为同类型机组问题提供了参考和借鉴。展开更多
