Objective:To analyze the value of systematic nursing care received by patients with knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods:Eighty-two OA patients who visited the hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as samp...Objective:To analyze the value of systematic nursing care received by patients with knee osteoarthritis(OA).Methods:Eighty-two OA patients who visited the hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected as samples and divided into groups by drawing.Group A received systematic nursing,while Group B received routine nursing.Emotional scores,pain scores,knee joint assessments,quality of life scores,and adverse reactions were compared.Results:After 3 weeks of nursing,Group A had lower scores for anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS),and visual analog scale(VAS)compared to Group B,with P<0.05.At 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks of nursing,Group A had higher scores on the American Hospital for Special Surgery(HHS)scale compared to Group B,with P<0.05.After 3 weeks of nursing,Group A had higher scores for quality of life(SF-36)compared to Group B,with P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate in Group A was lower than that in Group B,with P<0.05.Conclusion:Systematic nursing care for OA patients results in improved knee function,pain relief,emotional stability,and improved quality of life,making it highly effective and feasible.展开更多

I...Objective: to study whether systematic nursing intervention is suitable for the whole process of hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: the experiment started in May 2021 and ended in May 2022. In this time frame, a total of 103 patients with diabetic nephropathy were collected in our hospital, all of whom were treated with hemodialysis. The grouping method was single and double serial number method. Presentation: control group, 51 cases, routine nursing;the observation group, 52 cases, received systematic nursing intervention. Blood glucose index, complications, quality of life, comfort, emotional state and compliance were used as comparison indexes between the two groups. Results: fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group;the scores of quality of life, comfort and compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Compared with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), the scores of the observation group were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the selection of the best nursing scheme, systematic nursing intervention is beneficial to hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy patients. It can not only improve blood sugar, control complications, but also improve patients quality of life and comfort, showing a positive and optimistic psychological state, which can be popularized.展开更多

Methods: we selected 80 patients admitted during Feb., 2021- Feb., 2022. Combined with the randomization method, it was divided into two groups, namely, the observation group (systematic care service, n40 cases) and the control group (routine care service, n40 cases), comparing the changes of pain degree and negative emotions at 72h after surgery, and the postoperative recovery effect of the patients in the two groups was needed. Results: after comparing the clinical indicators of patients in 2 groups, the observation group in 72h postoperative VAS score, anxiety and depression score are less than the control group. At the same time, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, free exercise time, length of stay are significantly less than the control group;the above index contrast difference, there are statistical advantage (P 0.05). Conclusion: systematic nursing intervention for patients undergoing uterine fibroids is beneficial to reduce the pain threshold, reduce the pain feeling significantly, drive away the patients negative emotions, improve their psychological state, and play a positive role in promoting their rapid recovery and improving their health status.展开更多

A total of 68 patients with esophageal cancer participated in the study. They were divided into conventional nursing group (32 cases) and systematic nursing intervention group (36 cases). The anxiety and depression self-rating scale was used to evaluate the psychological state of anxiety and depression in the two groups, and Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups. The scores of the above-mentioned scales and indexes of the patients after systematic nursing intervention were significantly lower than those of the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05). Systematic nursing intervention can reduce the psychological pressure of patients, relieve the mood, and have better psychological state and sleep quality in future daily life.展开更多

Objective:To explore the key points of holistic nursing for children with membranous nephropathy(MN)combined with cerebral venous thrombosis,providing a reference for similar cases.Methods:The course of illness data o...Objective:To explore the key points of holistic nursing for children with membranous nephropathy(MN)combined with cerebral venous thrombosis,providing a reference for similar cases.Methods:The course of illness data of an 8-year-old boy with MN in the recurrent phase complicated with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)was retroactively analyzed.Systematic nursing was implemented based on evidence-based practices,including strict neurological monitoring,anticoagulation and thrombolysis medication nursing,fluid and electrolyte management,hypoalbuminemia and edema nursing,complication prevention,and mental health education.Results:After 16 days of continuous infusion of low molecular weight heparin and supportive treatment,the child’s symptoms,such as headache and vomiting,disappeared.The reexamination of MRV showed significant absorption of thrombosis,and there was no residual neurological deficit.During the 3-month follow-up,the anticoagulation compliance was good,and there was no recurrence.Conclusion:Early identification of hypercoagulability risk,strengthening dynamic evaluation of neurological signs and coagulation indicators,standardizing anticoagulation and thrombolysis nursing,and cooperating with continuous health management can significantly improve the prognosis of children with MN combined with CVST.展开更多

The recovery of rehabilitation status (MRSS score), social function (SDSS score) and daily life self-care ability (ALD score) of the two groups were compared. After the intervention, the MRSS score and SDSS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Methods: objective of the study was to explore and analyze the sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension insomnia. A total of 30 patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension insomnia who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group/control group, 15 cases in each group. It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and increase sleep time. After analyzing the clinical treatment effects of the two groups, we improved the clinical treatment effects of insomnia symptoms such as coronary heart disease, hypertension and so on. Results: through systematically improving the clinical effect of insomnia care, it was analyzed that the sleep quality care and systematic insomnia care score of patients in the two groups were both improved, P < 0.05. By comparing the routine care with the systematic care, the effect of sleep quality impact on patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension was effectively improved.展开更多
