Methods: the experiment started in May 2021 and ended in May 2022. In this time frame, a total of 103 patients with diabetic nephropathy were collected in our hospital, all of whom were treated with hemodialysis. The grouping method was single and double serial number method. Presentation: control group, 51 cases, routine nursing;the observation group, 52 cases, received systematic nursing intervention. Blood glucose index, complications, quality of life, comfort, emotional state and compliance were used as comparison indexes between the two groups. Results: fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group;the scores of quality of life, comfort and compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Compared with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), the scores of the observation group were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the selection of the best nursing scheme, systematic nursing intervention is beneficial to hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy patients. It can not only improve blood sugar, control complications, but also improve patients quality of life and comfort, showing a positive and optimistic psychological state, which can be popularized.展开更多

A total of 68 patients with esophageal cancer participated in the study. They were divided into conventional nursing group (32 cases) and systematic nursing intervention group (36 cases). The anxiety and depression self-rating scale was used to evaluate the psychological state of anxiety and depression in the two groups, and Pittsburgh sleep quality index was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups. The scores of the above-mentioned scales and indexes of the patients after systematic nursing intervention were significantly lower than those of the conventional nursing group (P < 0.05). Systematic nursing intervention can reduce the psychological pressure of patients, relieve the mood, and have better psychological state and sleep quality in future daily life.展开更多

Methods: 90 cases from April 2018 to October 2020 were divided into systematic nursing group and basic nursing group, using systematic nursing and basic nursing respectively. Results: the improvement rate and satisfaction rate of the system nursing group and the basic nursing group were 95.55% and 97.77% respectively in the system nursing group, and 80.00% and 88.88% respectively in the basic nursing group (χ2 = 21.667, P = 0.000). The results were different. Conclusion: systemic nursing is effective in the treatment of patients with hypothyroidism, and this method can be popularized.展开更多

Methods: This systematic review searched the following electronic databases: Medline, Science direct, Scopus, EMBASE, PsyclNFO, Transport Database, Cochrane, BIOSIS, ISI Web of Knowledge, specialist road injuries journals and the Australian Transport and Road Index database. Additional searches included websites of relevant organizations, reference lists of included studies, and issues of major injury journals published within the past 15 years. Studies were included if they investigated interventions/exposures accounting for reducing fatigue and sleepiness as the outcome, measured any potential interventions for mitigation of sleepiness and were written in English. Meta-analysis was not attempted because of the heterogeneity of the included studies. Results: Of 63 studies identified, 18 met the inclusion criteria. Based on results of our review, many interventions in the world have been used to reduce drowsiness while driving such as behavioral (talking to passengers, face washing, listening to the radio, no alcohol use, limiting the driving behavior at the time of 12 p.m. - 6 a.m. etc), educational interventions and also changes in the environment (such as rumble strips, chevrons, variable message signs, etc). Meta-analysis on the effect of all these in- terventions was impossible due to the high heterogeneity in methodology, effect size and interventions reported in the assessed studies. Conclusion: Results of present review showed various interventions in different parts of the world have been used to decrease drowsy driving. Although these interventions can be used in countries with high incidence of road traffic accidents, precise effect of each intervention is still unknown. Further studies are required for comparison of the efficiency of each intervention and localization of each intervention ac- cording to the traffic pattems of each country.展开更多
