The ability to noninvasively manipulate and isolate specific cell populations in vivo is critical for advancing real-time diagnostics,precision medicine,and immunological research.Here,we present a novel and broadly applicable optical trapping system based on a custom-designed 2×3 optical tweezer array,which enables the real-time interception and manipulation of circulating leukocytes in live animals.By utilizing intrinsic velocity differences between leukocytes and red blood cells,the system achieves stable trapping of individual leukocytes in vessels 15-20μm in diameter and decelerates multiple cells in vessels greater than 20μm.Notably,it also enables the optical blockage of lymphatic vessels exceeding 50μm,a previously unreported capability.This label-free,noninvasive approach operates without repeated blood draws and is compatible with diverse vessel geometries and flow dynamics.The system offers a generalizable solution for in vivo cell extraction and analysis,paving the way for high-precision single-cell technologies in biomedical research and clinical translation. 展开更多

During the use of robotics in applications such as antiterrorism or combat,a motion-constrained pursuer vehicle,such as a Dubins unmanned surface vehicle(USV),must get close enough(within a prescribed zero or positive distance)to a moving target as quickly as possible,resulting in the extended minimum-time intercept problem(EMTIP).Existing research has primarily focused on the zero-distance intercept problem,MTIP,establishing the necessary or sufficient conditions for MTIP optimality,and utilizing analytic algorithms,such as root-finding algorithms,to calculate the optimal solutions.However,these approaches depend heavily on the properties of the analytic algorithm,making them inapplicable when problem settings change,such as in the case of a positive effective range or complicated target motions outside uniform rectilinear motion.In this study,an approach employing a high-accuracy and quality-guaranteed mixed-integer piecewise-linear program(QG-PWL)is proposed for the EMTIP.This program can accommodate different effective interception ranges and complicated target motions(variable velocity or complicated trajectories).The high accuracy and quality guarantees of QG-PWL originate from elegant strategies such as piecewise linearization and other developed operation strategies.The approximate error in the intercept path length is proved to be bounded to h^(2)/(4√2),where h is the piecewise length. 展开更多

In this paper,the joint design of transmit and receive beamformers for transmit subaperturing multiple-input-multiple-output(TS-MIMO)radar is investigated,aiming to enhance its low probability of intercept(LPI)capability.The main objective is to simultaneously minimize the transmission power,suppress the transmit sidelobe levels,and minimize the probability of intercept,thus bolstering the LPI performance of the radar system while maintaining the desired target detection performance.An alternative optimization method is proposed to jointly optimize the transmit and receive beamformers,yielding an unified LPI optimization framework.Particularly,the proposed iterative algorithm based on the Lagrange duality theory for transmit beamforming is more efficient than the conventional convex optimization method.Numerical experiments highlight the effectiveness of the proposed approach in sidelobe suppression and computational efficiency. 展开更多

Calculation of Intercepted Volume of Sewer Overflows: a Model for Control of Nonpoint Pollution Sources in Urban Areas

The authors discovered large differences in the characteristics of overflows by the calculation of 1) intercepting volume of overflows for sewer systems using SWMM model which takes into consideration the runoff and pollutants from rainfalls and 2) the intercepted volume in the total flow at an investigation site. The intercepting rate at the investigation point of CSOs showed higher values than the SSDs. Based on the modeling of the receiving water quality after calculating the intercepting amount of overflows by considering the characteristics of outflows for a proper management of the overflow of sewer systems with rainfalls, it is clear that the BOD decreased by 82.9%-94.0% for the discharge after intercepting a specific amount of flows compared to the discharge from unprocessed overflows. 展开更多

To address the problem of multi-missile cooperative interception against maneuvering targets at a prespecified impact time and desired Line-of-Sight(LOS)angles in ThreeDimensional(3D)space,this paper proposes a 3D leader-following cooperative interception guidance law.First,in the LOS direction of the leader,an impact time-controlled guidance law is derived based on the fixed-time stability theory,which enables the leader to complete the interception task at a prespecified impact time.Next,in the LOS direction of the followers,by introducing a time consensus tracking error function,a fixed-time consensus tracking guidance law is investigated to guarantee the consensus tracking convergence of the time-to-go.Then,in the direction normal to the LOS,by combining the designed global integral sliding mode surface and the second-order Sliding Mode Control(SMC)theory,an innovative 3D LOS-angle-constrained interception guidance law is developed,which eliminates the reaching phase in the traditional sliding mode guidance laws and effectively saves energy consumption.Moreover,it effectively suppresses the chattering phenomenon while avoiding the singularity issue,and compensates for unknown interference caused by target maneuvering online,making it convenient for practical engineering applications.Finally,theoretical proof analysis and multiple sets of numerical simulation results verify the effectiveness,superiority,and robustness of the investigated guidance law. 展开更多

In order to get rid of the dependence on high-precision centrifuges in accelerometer nonlinear coefficients calibration,this paper proposes a system-level calibration method for field condition.Firstly,a 42-dimension Kalman filter is constructed to reduce impact brought by turntable.Then,a biaxial rotation path is designed based on the accelerometer output model,including orthogonal 22 positions and tilt 12 positions,which enhances gravity excitation on nonlinear coefficients of accelerometer.Finally,sampling is carried out for calibration and further experiments.The results of static inertial navigation experiments lasting 4000 s show that compared with the traditional method,the proposed method reduces the position error by about 390 m. 展开更多

This paper presents a method of multicopter intercep-tion control based on visual servo and virtual tube in a cluttered environment.The proposed hybrid heuristic function improves the efficiency of the A*algorithm.The revised objective function makes the virtual tube generating curve not only smooth but also close to the path points generated by the A*algorithm.In six dif-ferent simulation scenarios,the efficiency of the modified A*algorithm is 6.2%higher than that of the traditional A*algorithm.The efficiency of path planning and virtual tube planning is veri-fied by simulations.The effectiveness of interception control is verified by a software-in-loop(SIL)simulation. 展开更多

In this paper,an online midcourse guidance method for intercepting high-speed maneuvering targets is proposed.Firstly,the affine system is used to build a dynamic model and analyze the state constraints.The midcourse guidance problem is transformed into a continuous time optimization problem.Secondly,the problem is transformed into a discrete convex programming problem by affine control variable relaxation,Gaussian pseudospectral discretization and constraints linearization.Then,the off-line midcourse guidance trajectory is generated before midcourse guidance.It is used as the initial reference trajectory for online correction of midcourse guidance.An online guidance framework is used to eliminate the error caused by calculation of guidance instruction time.And the design of discrete points decreases with flight time to improve the solving efficiency.In addition,it is proposed that the terminal guidance capture is used innovatively space to judge the success of midcourse guidance.Numerical simulation shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

A situation maintenance-based cooperative guidance strategy is proposed to intercept a high-speed and high-maneuverability target via inferior missiles.Reachability and relative motion analyses are conducted to develop and pursue virtual targets,respectively.A two-stage guidance strategy under nonlinear kinematics is developed on the basis of virtual targets.The first stage optimizes the coverage and collision situation by pursuing virtual targets under specific angular constraints.The second stage subsequently intercepts the superior target based on the handover condition optimized by the first stage.Numerical simulation results are provided to compare the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed strategy with those of the reachability-based cooperative strategy(RCS),coverage-based cooperative guidance(CBCG)and augmented proportional navigation(APN)under various maneuvering modes. 展开更多

为探究紧急放电对锂离子电池热失控传播的阻断效果,采用不同放电方式和放电电流对电池进行紧急放电,并对热失控传播行为、电压、温度、时间等进行分析。结果表明,紧急放电通过减少电池荷电状态从而减少电池产热量并提高热失控触发阈值... 为探究紧急放电对锂离子电池热失控传播的阻断效果,采用不同放电方式和放电电流对电池进行紧急放电,并对热失控传播行为、电压、温度、时间等进行分析。结果表明,紧急放电通过减少电池荷电状态从而减少电池产热量并提高热失控触发阈值。随着放电电流增大,电池荷电状态和电池表面最高温度均有不同程度的降低,最低可分别降至12%和98.72℃。当荷电状态降至72%以下时,热失控特征由射流火焰转为烟气,且烟气随放电电流的增大而逐渐减少;当电池表面最高温度低于热失控最低触发阈值155.09℃时,该电池不会发生热失控。25 A时电池1、2、3和4放电、30 A时电池2和3放电、15 A时电池3放电,热失控传播均被成功阻断。通过增大放电电流或者延长放电时间,将单个电池的荷电状态降至21%及以下,可有效阻止热失控传播。 展开更多

动水砂化区斜井帷幕浆液扩散规律与截流效果分析

矿山帷幕注浆具有典型的隐蔽工程特点,尤其在斜井过动水砂化区复杂地质条件下,其技术参数的确定存在较大盲目性。研究动水砂化区帷幕截流机理及关键技术参数对中国西部煤矿斜井井筒防治水具有重要意义。以曹家滩煤矿砂化区斜井帷幕注浆... 矿山帷幕注浆具有典型的隐蔽工程特点,尤其在斜井过动水砂化区复杂地质条件下,其技术参数的确定存在较大盲目性。研究动水砂化区帷幕截流机理及关键技术参数对中国西部煤矿斜井井筒防治水具有重要意义。以曹家滩煤矿砂化区斜井帷幕注浆防治水为工程背景,建立了考虑浆液黏度时变与渗滤效应长时耦合作用下的动水砂层浆液扩散模型,探究了动水流速、注浆压力对砂层注浆扩散半径的影响,阐明了不同帷幕厚度下斜井帷幕区动水流场响应规律,确定了动水砂化区斜井注浆孔距和帷幕厚度。结果表明:①动水砂层注浆条件下,浆液水平方向扩散形态呈“类椭圆形”,垂直方向呈“龙卷风形”。当动水流速增至0.2 m/s后,单孔注浆逆水方向无法有效固结封堵。②增大注浆压力在一定程度上能够抵消动水的冲刷作用。但当注浆压力增至0.5 MPa后,受砂层注浆特性影响,浆液扩散距离增幅减小。③随着帷幕厚度的增加,斜井帷幕区动水流场影响范围减小,水位下降显著,涌水量呈负指数下降趋势。④结合工程实际,确定了动水砂化区斜井帷幕注浆孔间排距2.0 m,最小安全帷幕厚度6.0 m。现场工业性试验表明,治理区域取芯率>80%,涌水量衰减85.6%,浆液固结程度高、帷幕截流效果显著,验证了关键技术参数选取的合理性。研究成果可为类似工程提供理论依据和实践参考。 展开更多

采用纵向设计,对辽宁省646名青少年进行连续3次追踪测查,考察青少年网络社会排斥与网络偏差行为的关系及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)前测(Tn)的网络社会排斥显著正向预测后测(Tn+1)的网络偏差行为,而前测的网络偏差行为不能预测后测的网... 采用纵向设计,对辽宁省646名青少年进行连续3次追踪测查,考察青少年网络社会排斥与网络偏差行为的关系及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)前测(Tn)的网络社会排斥显著正向预测后测(Tn+1)的网络偏差行为,而前测的网络偏差行为不能预测后测的网络社会排斥;(2)敌意归因偏向在网络社会排斥与网络偏差行为之间发挥纵向中介作用;(3)敌意归因偏向的中介效应在不同性别的青少年群体中具有显著差异,男生在遭受网络社会排斥后更易激发敌意归因,继而产生网络偏差行为,而这一中介机制在女生群体中不显著。此外,仅在女生群体中存在网络社会排斥与网络偏差行为的双向关系。研究结果不仅揭示了网络偏差行为产生的心理机制,而且对青少年网络偏差行为的精准预防与干预具有启示意义。 展开更多

This paper presents two approaches for system-level simulation of force-balance accelerometers. The derivation of the system-level model is elaborated and simulation results are obtained from the implementation of those strategies on the fabricated silicon force-balance MEMS accelerometer. The mathematical model presented is implemented in VHDL- AMS and SIMULINK TM,respectively. The simulation results from the two approaches are compared and show a slight difference. Using VHDL-AMS is flexible,reusable,and more accurate. But there is not a mature solver developed for the language and this approach takes more time, while the simulation model can be easily built and quickly evaluated using SIMULINK. 展开更多

为设计可满足排水流量要求且对悬浮颗粒物(suspended solids,SS)控制效果较好的截污雨水口结构,使用数值模拟方法对截污装置进行结构优化;将经过实验优选的土工布用于优化后的截污装置内,通过模型实验研究了截污雨水口对SS的动态截污效... 为设计可满足排水流量要求且对悬浮颗粒物(suspended solids,SS)控制效果较好的截污雨水口结构,使用数值模拟方法对截污装置进行结构优化;将经过实验优选的土工布用于优化后的截污装置内,通过模型实验研究了截污雨水口对SS的动态截污效果及其维护周期。结果表明:当中心溢流式截污装置的溢流口尺寸为100 mm×220 mm,且截污装置底面与连接管中心线齐平时,其截污空间和面积较大,为优选结构;该结构应用在连接管管径200 mm及以上、管顶距地面300 mm及以上的雨水口内均满足20 L·s^(−1)的排水流量要求;将双层250 g·m^(−2)土工布制成滤袋应用于截污雨水口内,对SS的场次去除率可达到90%以上;根据模型实验的监测结果,总结出截污雨水口可控制降雨量的公式,再结合当地多年降雨统计数据可推算出其维护周期。 展开更多

针对三维场景中拦截弹以期望角度拦截加速度未知的机动目标问题,提出一种考虑碰撞角约束的改进运动伪装制导律。首先,根据拦截弹和目标的空间相对位置关系在视线旋转坐标系下给出弹目相对运动方程,基于运动伪装运动特性得到拦截弹拦截... 针对三维场景中拦截弹以期望角度拦截加速度未知的机动目标问题,提出一种考虑碰撞角约束的改进运动伪装制导律。首先,根据拦截弹和目标的空间相对位置关系在视线旋转坐标系下给出弹目相对运动方程,基于运动伪装运动特性得到拦截弹拦截目标的条件,进而推导出考虑碰撞角约束的三维空间运动伪装拦截末制导律。为解决制导律中包含目标机动信息无法直接测量的问题,提出了一种有限时间扩张状态观测器,能够对目标加速度信息进行准确估计,进而降低目标未知机动带来的影响,提高拦截精度。仿真结果表明,所提出的制导律能够在较小的视线旋转角速率的前提下以期望的碰撞角更快、更精确地命中目标,证明了算法的有效性及优越性。 展开更多

为研究截流板对高速滑行艇在静水直航条件下运动姿态(纵倾、升沉)及阻力性能的影响,基于STAR-CCM+建立了数值计算方法。本文系统分析了高速滑行艇从排水型航态过渡到滑行型航态的10种航速下,截流板不同伸缩量对艇体姿态及阻力性能的影... 为研究截流板对高速滑行艇在静水直航条件下运动姿态(纵倾、升沉)及阻力性能的影响,基于STAR-CCM+建立了数值计算方法。本文系统分析了高速滑行艇从排水型航态过渡到滑行型航态的10种航速下,截流板不同伸缩量对艇体姿态及阻力性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着航速的提升和截流板伸缩量的增加,艇体的纵倾角和升沉量均显著减小;同时,截流板的减阻效果存在一个“最佳伸缩量”,此时纵倾角控制在1.5°~3°。在10种航速下,截流板的平均减阻率约为8.11%,其中在30 kn航速时,最大减阻率可达18.91%。此外,截流板的应用还显著降低了船体两侧及船尾的行波波幅,进一步优化了艇体的流体动力性能,为高速滑行艇截流板的设计与优化提供了理论依据和数值参考。 展开更多

改进遗传退火算法及其在反无人机蜂群目标分配中的应用研究

针对传统遗传算法初始化存在的种群多样性不足,以及搜索空间覆盖不均匀的问题,引入双重Logistic混沌映射初始化,提出了一种改进遗传退火算法。进一步针对反无人机蜂群目标分配场景,构建了防御方无人机蜂群对抗来袭无人机蜂群的目标分配... 针对传统遗传算法初始化存在的种群多样性不足,以及搜索空间覆盖不均匀的问题,引入双重Logistic混沌映射初始化,提出了一种改进遗传退火算法。进一步针对反无人机蜂群目标分配场景,构建了防御方无人机蜂群对抗来袭无人机蜂群的目标分配模型。通过在该模型中应用改进遗传退火算法,并与传统遗传算法的性能进行比较。结果表明,改进遗传退火算法相较于传统遗传算法和遗传退火算法,收敛至最优解所需平均代数分别减少36%和20%;针对Logistic混沌映射初始化参数对改进遗传退火算法性能的影响问题,通过仿真实验对比了不同参数取值,得出当Logistic映射参数为3.98时收敛性能最优。该算法有效提升了求解速度与稳定性,为反无人机蜂群动态实时目标分配提供了高效可靠的解决方案。 展开更多
