A technology for unintended lane departure warning was proposed. As crucial information, lane boundaries were detected based on principal component analysis of grayscale distribution in search bars of given number and then each search bar was tracked using Kalman filter between frames. The lane detection performance was evaluated and demonstrated in ways of receiver operating characteristic, dice similarity coefficient and real-time performance. For lane departure detection, a lane departure risk evaluation model based on lasting time and frequency was effectively executed on the ARM-based platform. Experimental results indicate that the algorithm generates satisfactory lane detection results under different traffic and lighting conditions, and the proposed warning mechanism sends effective warning signals, avoiding most false warning. 展开更多

In this paper we use theoretical analysis and extensive simulations to study zone inhomogeneity with the random asymmetric simple exclusion process (ASEP). In the inhomogeneous zone, the hopping probability is less than 1. Two typical lattice geometries are investigated here. In case A, the lattice includes two equal segments. The hopping probability in the left segment is equal to 1, and in the right segment it is equal to p, which is less than 1. In case B, there are three equal segments in the system; the hopping probabilities in the left and right segments are equal to 1, and in the middle segment it is equal to p, which is less than 1. To reduce the number of traffic accidents and improve the safety and efficiency of traffic for many years around the world and company studies have been conducted on intelligent transport systems (ITS). Intelligent vehicle, (IV) the system is part of a system which is designed to assist drivers in the perception of any dangerous situations before, to avoid accidents after sensing and understanding the environment around itself. In this paper, it proposes architecture for driver assistance system based on image processing technology. To predict possible Lane departure, camera is mounted on the windshield of the car to determine the layout of roads and determines the position of the vehicle on line Lane. The resulting sequence of images is analyzed and processed by the proposed system, which automatically detects the Lane lines. The results showed of the proposed system to work well in a variety of settings, In addition computer response system is inexpensive and almost real time. 展开更多

大断面机头硐室施工工艺及关键支护技术应用

大南湖七号煤矿11703运输顺槽机头硐室施工断面的煤体稳定性差,巷道布置复杂。为解决采用传统掘进机掘进时施工难度大、效率低且围岩控制难度大等技术难题,通过技术研究,对机头系统巷施工工艺进行优化,采用上山穿层近距离煤层掘进工艺,... 大南湖七号煤矿11703运输顺槽机头硐室施工断面的煤体稳定性差,巷道布置复杂。为解决采用传统掘进机掘进时施工难度大、效率低且围岩控制难度大等技术难题,通过技术研究,对机头系统巷施工工艺进行优化,采用上山穿层近距离煤层掘进工艺,同时对上山穿层段提出了“C钢棚+穿帮锚索+超前注浆”联合支护,对过巷段提出了“人工假顶+U29型钢棚”联合支护工艺,对漏煤眼起底区采用“钢筋网+槽钢梁+喷浆”联合支护。通过现场应用,与11701运输顺槽机头硐室机头系统巷相比,11703运输顺槽机头硐室工艺优化后的施工周期缩短14 d,掘进工程费用减少89.7万元。对穿层及过巷段围岩进行监测发现,采取联合支护后,围岩未出现大面积变形和收缩现象,穿层段顶板最大下沉量为0.12 m,两帮最大收缩量约0.25 m,过巷皮带巷段顶板最大下沉量约0.16 m,过巷回风巷段顶板最大下沉量约0.14 m,均在允许范围内,取得了显著应用成效。 展开更多

高速公路车道IP化改造与智能运维系统优化研究

随着智能交通系统的快速发展,传统高速公路车道管理模式面临数据传输效率低,系统集成度差,运维成本高等挑战。研究采用工业级IP化设备作为核心网关,集成STM32H7B0VBT6主控芯片和百兆以太网接口,实现车道设备的标准化接入和集中管控。构... 随着智能交通系统的快速发展,传统高速公路车道管理模式面临数据传输效率低,系统集成度差,运维成本高等挑战。研究采用工业级IP化设备作为核心网关,集成STM32H7B0VBT6主控芯片和百兆以太网接口,实现车道设备的标准化接入和集中管控。构建基于“云-边-端”协同的智能运维系统,集成设备监控、故障预测、智能诊断等功能模块。实践结果表明,IP化改造使数据传输速率提升1000倍以上,设备可用性达99.7%;智能运维系统故障预测准确率达87.3%,运维成本降低28.5%,设备停机时间减少34.7%。该方案为高速公路智能化升级提供切实可行的技术路径。 展开更多

In this paper,it studies the problem of trajectory planning and tracking for lane changing behavior of vehicle in automatic highway systems. Based on the model of yaw angle acceleration with positive and negative trapezoid constraint,by analyzing the variation laws of yaw motion of vehicle during a lane changing maneuver,the reference model of desired yaw angle and yaw rate for lane changing is generated. According to the yaw angle model,the vertical and horizontal coordinates of trajectory for vehicle lane change are calculated. Assuming that the road curvature is a constant,the difference and associations between two scenarios are analyzed,the lane changing maneuvers occurred on curve road and straight road,respectively. On this basis,it deduces the calculation method of desired yaw angle for lane changing on circular road. Simulation result shows that,it is different from traditional lateral acceleration planning method with the trapezoid constraint,by applying the trapezoidal yaw acceleration reference model proposed in this paper, the resulting expected yaw angular acceleration is continuous,and the step tracking for steering angle is not needed to implement. Due to the desired yaw model is direct designed based on the variation laws of raw movement of vehicle during a lane changing maneuver, rather than indirectly calculated from the trajectory model for lane changing, the calculation steps are simplified. 展开更多

A two-dimensional binary driven disk system embedded by impermeable tilted plates is investigated through nonequilibrium computer simulations. It is well known that a binary disk system in which two particle species are driven in opposite directions exhibits jammed, phase separated, disordered, and laning states. The presence of tilted plates can not only advance the formation of laning phase, but also effectively stabilize laning phase by suppressing massively drifting behavior perpendicular to the driving force. The lane width distribution can be controlled easily by the interplate distance. The collective behavior of driven particles in laning phase is guided by the funnel-shaped confinements constituted by the neighboring tilted plates. Our results provide the important clues for investigating the mechanism of laning formation in driven system. 展开更多

Towards Effective Bus Lane Monitoring Using Camera Sensors

City administrators need to guarantee bus priority in urban public transportation. Building large-scale dedicated bus lanes is a cost-effective solution but it suffers from illegal utilization of dedicated bus lines by other non-permitted vehicles. In general, two systems can be utilized for bus lane monitoring: road-side system and bus mounted system. Although the former one has the advantage in terms of larger surveillance coverage, the investment cost makes it less feasible because of scalability issue. In this paper, we focus on bus mounted system to improve surveillance coverage without additional infrastructure cost. We introduce DoubleChecking, a cooperative violator identification scheme that can accurately pick out those non-permitted vehicles or violators. DoubleChecking is designed to improve the surveillance coverage of bus mounted system by using communications/cooperation between mounted camera sensors and existing camera sensors around intersections. Through theoretical analysis and simulation results, we show that DoubleChecking yields good performance for violator identification. 展开更多

The aim of the paper is to evaluate the impacts of bus lane on bus travel time reliability.The data used are the Geographic Positioning System(GPS) data of two bus lines running parallel streets in Shenzhen,China,one of which is a bus lane and the other is a regular lane.Two linear regression models are developed to evaluate the influence of bus lane which has a separated right of way.Other factors including running direction,day of week,time of day,dwell time,and delay at the start point are also considered in the model.Without published time tables,coefficient of variance(CV) of travel time is employed to explore the impacts of bus lane.The results indicate that bus lane can save 22.0% of travel time,reduce 11.5% of the CV of travel time,and decrease the variance of headway by 17.4%.The analysis on bus travel time reliability could help operators and drivers improve the quality of transit service.It also sheds light on how to assess the effectiveness of bus lane for transit planners and service operators. 展开更多

【目标】连续换道是一种危险的驾驶行为,相较于单次换道更加复杂,对道路安全有重要影响,因此有必要对连续换道行为的预测方法进行研究。【方法】首先,采用小波去噪法对高速公路数据集NGSIM进行降噪处理,提取出连续换道事件,把事件分为... 【目标】连续换道是一种危险的驾驶行为,相较于单次换道更加复杂,对道路安全有重要影响,因此有必要对连续换道行为的预测方法进行研究。【方法】首先,采用小波去噪法对高速公路数据集NGSIM进行降噪处理,提取出连续换道事件,把事件分为有等待时间的连续换道和无等待时间的连续换道行为;然后,以车辆首次接触分道线前0.1 s作为换道预测时刻,提取车辆在当前车道和目标车道的11个行驶状态特征变量,对变量进行归一化处理;最后,基于模型宽度学习方法建立连续换道决策系统,并对系统有效性进行验证。【结果】模型宽度学习决策模型以82.35%的精度超越了支持向量机、BP神经网络、朴素贝叶斯等模型,模型的训练时间仅为0.03 s,在保证精度的同时,快速地做出了预测,取得了突出的效果;同时,剔除本车与目标车道车辆速度差等2个特征变量,保留本车速度、加速度等9个特征变量时,模型宽度学习模型精度仍超越其余模型,保持在较高的水平。【结论】所提出的换道模型研究深入到连续换道的层面,通过等待时间将换道的连续性进行了划分,模型较好地刻画了连续换道轨迹特点,解释了连续换道行为机理,提出的换道决策模型表现出色,为复杂动态环境下的智能车自主决策方法提供了参考。 展开更多

实车数据驱动的换道意图识别研究

为提升智能驾驶辅助系统对驾驶员行为的换道意图识别能力,增强车辆在动态交通环境下的换道安全性,构建了基于随机森林(RF)与极端梯度提升(XGBoost)的换道意图识别模型,并系统对比其在不同换道时窗条件下的性能差异。通过道路实测共采集... 为提升智能驾驶辅助系统对驾驶员行为的换道意图识别能力,增强车辆在动态交通环境下的换道安全性,构建了基于随机森林(RF)与极端梯度提升(XGBoost)的换道意图识别模型,并系统对比其在不同换道时窗条件下的性能差异。通过道路实测共采集852组车辆换道数据,采用3∶1比例划分训练集与测试集,并对数据进行最大最小归一化预处理。在模型构建过程中,结合网格搜索技术对模型关键超参数进行优化,基于混淆矩阵、ROC曲线及F1分数等指标评估识别效果。实验结果显示,RF模型在1~5 s换道时窗内整体表现优于XGBoost模型,但随着意图时间窗扩展至5 s,RF和XGBoost 2种模型的换道意图识别性能均出现了一定程度的下降。进一步选取在2 s与3 s时窗下的特征重要性进行分析,结果表明,方向盘转角均为最关键的特征变量。研究结果验证了RF模型在动态驾驶意图识别任务中的鲁棒性与适应性,为多车道复杂交通场景下的智能驾驶决策系统提供了理论支持与方法参考。 展开更多
