The pressure-preserving controller is the key component of deep in situ pressure-preserving coring(IPP-Coring).With increasing drilling depth,the environmental temperature and pressure increase accordingly.However,due to the strength and sealing problems of pressure-preserving controllers,the coring pressure is generally lower than 70 MPa.Establishing a high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure test system is highly important for improving the strength and sealing performance of pressure-preserving controllers.This paper introduces a high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure test system for deep IPP-Coring controller performance analysis.The device includes six parts:an auxiliary air source system,a pressurization system,a temperature control system,a hydraulic system,a data acquisition and electrical control system,and an ultrahigh-pressure vessel.The test system can reconstruct a 150℃ and 200 MPa in situ environment and simulate and test the movement state of the corer and the stability of the pressure-preserving action trigger of the pressure-preserving controller in the deep IPP-Coring process.To verify the performance of this test system,saddle-shaped pressure-preserving controllers made of four different materials were subjected to pressure tests under normal-temperature and high-temperature conditions.The results showed that the ultimate pressure-bearing capability of the pressure-preserving controller greatly varied between normal-temperature and high-temperature conditions.The pressure-preserving ability and sealing performance of the pressure-preserving controller decreased significantly at high temperature,and the pressure-preserving controller exhibited significantly different sealing failure characteristics due to material differences.This study is important for progressing the extraction and evaluation of deep reservoir resources. 展开更多

Global Memory Net (GMNet) is intended to be an effective gateway to the world cultural, historical, and heritage image collections from selected academic educational and research partners in the world. Much of these unique collections of great value to education and research are not currently accessible due to distance, form, and technical barriers. This project is to find new ways to enable users to access and exploit these significant research collections via global network. As GMNet is ending its first 5-year phase in October 2005, it has contributed substantially to the community building in digital library development by ac- commodating numerous collaborators and technical staff from various parts of the world to spend 3 to 5 months as a full-member of the GMNet team in Boston. They have come from different parts of China—such as Sichuan, Hainan, Shanghai and Xi’an; Croatia; and Hanoi, Vietnam. In addition to contribute to the overall system development and enhancement of system function- alities, they have brought valuable sample image collections of their own institutions/countries, and actually developed prototype collections as a part of GMNet. This paper describes the exciting and productive experience of the first of this visiting research group in developing the GMNet’s Version 2.0 PHP-based system under Prof. Chen’s overall supervision. It also describes both the system’s technical level structure—user/Web-based application/data, and complex functionalities with multi-collection, multi-lingual, multi-modal searching capabilities; system management capabilities; as well as provisions for user uploads and retrieval for our own projects. This Version 2.0 system is built on the Linux/Apache/PHP/MySQL platform. What is described in this paper is an actual case which has formed a base for further new development by others in the research group. Artificial Neural Network(ANN)models have been extensively applied in the prediction of water resource variables,and Geographical Information System(GIS)includes powerful functions to visualize spatial data.In order to provide an efficient tool for environmental assessment and management that combines the advantages of these two modules,a GIS-based ANN water quality prediction system was developed in the present study.The ANN module and ArcGIS Engine module,along with a dynamic database,were imbedded in the system,which integrates water quality prediction via the ANN model and spatial presentation of the model results.The structure of the ANN model could be modified through the graphical user interface to optimize the model performance.The developed system was applied to a real case study for the prediction of the total phosphorus concentration in the Lake Champlain area.The prediction results were verified with the monitoring data,and the performance of the developed model was further evaluated through graphical techniques and quantitative statistical methods.Overall,the developed system provided satisfactory prediction results,and spatial distribution maps of the predicted results were obtained,which coincided with the monitored values.The developed GIS-based ANN water quality prediction system could serve as an efficient tool for engineers and decision makers. 展开更多

At the beginning, this paper briefly introduces the evolution of information system development approach (ISDA), which can be divided into five categories: life cycle approach (LCA), structured approach (SA),prototyping approach (PA), object oriented approach (OOA) and soft system methodology (SSM). After we make a comparative analysis of them,the main factors resulting in failure of information system development (ISD) in China are explained in detail. Consequently, such an assertion that false selection of unsuitable ISDA is the most important reason leading to unsuccessful ISD is reached. In order to avoid it, based on the fuzzy decision making theory, this article demonstrates a method of evaluating alternative ISDAes to select relatively satisfactory one out of them, for which a fuzzy synthetic discrimination model is created. In particular, a typical summarized evaluation index system is established, too. Finally, the application of the above method to a practical information system (IS) is illustrated. 展开更多

In this paper, the major functions and theoretical application of eight modules were systematically stated with the background of Harbin Songhua River cable-stayed bridge, which include data management module, inspection and measurement module, assessment module, finite dement analysis module, disease diagnosis and prediction module, maintenance module, query module and help module. By analyzing and calculating the data from manual inspection database, basic database and health monitoring subsystem, DCBMS can accomplish the functions like life prediction, disease diagnosis, comprehensive assessment, maintenance and management of bridges. Therefore, the maintenance and management of long-span cable-stayed bridges can be made digital, professional and scientific. By running this system, a real-time and specific technical guidance can be provided for the maintainers and managers of long- span cable-stayed bridges. 展开更多

It has benefited greatly from the recent technological advances in the field of systems biology. DNA microarray, phenome, interactome and transcriptome mapping, the new generation of deep sequencing technologies, and faster and better computational and modeling approaches have opened new frontiers for both systems biologists and developmental biologists to reexamine the old developmental biology questions, such as pattern formation, and to tackle new problems, such as stem cell reprogramming. As showcased in the International Developmental Systems Biology Symposium organized by Chinese Academy of Sciences, developmental systems biology is flourishing in many perspectives, from the evolution of developmental systems, to the underlying genetic and molecular pathways and networks, to the genomic, epigenomic and noncoding levels, to the computational analysis and modeling. We believe that the field will continue to reap rewards into the future with these new approaches. 展开更多

党的二十届三中全会部署了“深化生态文明体制改革”和“深化财税体制改革”的任务,要求我国税法实现从保障型向发展型的理念和制度跃迁,构建深入推进生态文明建设的发展型税法。发展型税法融入了“发展权”的内涵,贯彻新发展理念,以积... 党的二十届三中全会部署了“深化生态文明体制改革”和“深化财税体制改革”的任务,要求我国税法实现从保障型向发展型的理念和制度跃迁,构建深入推进生态文明建设的发展型税法。发展型税法融入了“发展权”的内涵,贯彻新发展理念,以积极促进和消极保护两种手段,在减少污染物排放、促进资源循环利用、鼓励技术创新发展、消除国际绿色壁垒等生态文明建设方面发挥重要作用。我国已初步形成建设生态文明的发展型税法税收体系,包括环境保护税、资源税、消费税和增值税等绿色流转税,以及车船税、耕地占用税等相关税收,但面对深入推进生态文明建设的要求,发展型税法还应当全面落实税收法定原则,开征碳税,进一步规范税收优惠。此外,发展型税法还应坚持系统观念,强化体系思维,处理好各绿色税种之间的关系,平衡央地之间、地区之间的绿色税收水平,构建深入推进生态文明建设的发展型税法体系。 展开更多

发展特色农业是实现乡村振兴、推进共同富裕的重要路径。本文在深入探讨特色农业概念内涵的基础上,利用2018—2022年2843个县(县级市、区、旗)的面板数据构建了中国特色农业发展评价指标体系,采用全局熵值法、莫兰指数、核密度和障碍模... 发展特色农业是实现乡村振兴、推进共同富裕的重要路径。本文在深入探讨特色农业概念内涵的基础上,利用2018—2022年2843个县(县级市、区、旗)的面板数据构建了中国特色农业发展评价指标体系,采用全局熵值法、莫兰指数、核密度和障碍模型对特色农业的发展水平、时空演进特征及发展障碍进行了探析。研究发现:(1)中国特色农业发展水平正逐步提升,呈现出东部领先、西部紧随、中部稍逊、东北滞后的发展特征。(2)在空间相关性方面,特色农业发展水平在空间上存在显著相关性,东部和中部县域多表现为高高集聚和高低集聚,西部和东北部县域则多为低高集聚和低低集聚。在演进规律方面,特色农业发展不均衡程度逐渐上升,四大地区和非百强县间极化趋势加强。(3)特色农业的发展短板在品牌化、数字化和科技化方面,各地区、百强县和非百强县面临的阻碍因子各有不同。基于此,本文从巩固扩大特色农业发展成果、强化示范引领与模式创新、精准施策补齐短板三个方面为特色农业发展提出政策建议,为加快实现乡村振兴和共同富裕提供参考。 展开更多

在推进中国式现代化的新征程中,消费现代化是重要组成部分之一,关系到民生福祉,关系到满足人民群众对美好生活的需求,其也将有力推动经济社会现代化。从消费结构的维度,使用国家统计局数据和中国社会状况综合调查(CSS),分析中国现代化... 在推进中国式现代化的新征程中,消费现代化是重要组成部分之一,关系到民生福祉,关系到满足人民群众对美好生活的需求,其也将有力推动经济社会现代化。从消费结构的维度,使用国家统计局数据和中国社会状况综合调查(CSS),分析中国现代化进程中的消费变迁。研究发现:(1)1981年以来,中国居民消费支出持续增长,恩格尔系数快速下降,服务消费显著增长,发展型消费持续增长;(2)2010年之后,中国消费增速放缓,平均消费倾向呈下降趋势,显著低于主要发达国家,反映了中国消费不足的问题;(3)居住类支出和集体消费型支出占比较高,医疗、教育、养老等消费稳定占据家庭总支出1/5左右,挤压了其他消费;(4)高收入群体的消费增长幅度最大,低收入群体的生活水平偏低,但是城乡间和阶层间的消费差距在缩小;(5)居民文化娱乐消费不足,与发达国家存在较大差距。以消费结构为线索,阐释中国推进消费现代化的发展特征和趋势,为构建消费现代化和高质量消费指标体系积累了经验分析基础,也为推进消费现代化的实践提出重要政策启示。 展开更多

Neural Correlates of Developmental Coordination Disorder: The Mirror Neuron System Hypothesis

Primary impairments of developmental coordination disorder (DCD) include impairments in motor skill, motor learning, and imitation. Such difficulties present challenges for individuals with DCD and may persist into adulthood, negatively impacting daily life in school, work, and social domains. A better understanding of the neural correlates of motor and imitation impairments in DCD holds the potential for informing development of treatment approaches to address these impairments. Although the disorder is assumed to be of neurological origin, little is known of the brain-based etiology of DCD. In recent years the discovery of a fronto-parietal circuit—known as the mirror neuron system—has enabled researchers to better understand imitation, general motor functions, and aspects of social cognition. Given its involvement in imitation and other motor functions, we propose that dysfunction in the mirror neuron system may underlie the characteristic impairments of DCD. We review literature pertaining to the mirror neuron system and develop a theory of disordered mirror neuron functioning in DCD. Finally, we review the limited neuroimaging literature available on neural correlates of DCD and show that the findings from those investigations are congruent with a mirror neuron system theory of DCD. Future research in this population should be designed to investigate specifically mirror neuron regions in individuals with DCD during skilled motor tasks and imitation in particular. 展开更多

目的探讨0~3岁发育障碍婴幼儿家庭早期教育和康复支持系统的政策基础,构建基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)、融合家庭早期教育和康复服务的全人、全生命周期支持体系,并提出相应的支持体系架构和建构路径以及治理模式。方法分析... 目的探讨0~3岁发育障碍婴幼儿家庭早期教育和康复支持系统的政策基础,构建基于《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(ICF)、融合家庭早期教育和康复服务的全人、全生命周期支持体系,并提出相应的支持体系架构和建构路径以及治理模式。方法分析世界卫生组织儿童康复政策、联合国教科文组织残疾儿童早期教育指导、美国《残疾人教育法》、欧盟儿童康复政策和中国残联“十四五”规划等政策文件,研究家庭早期教育和康复的相关政策架构和主要内容,系统分析支持体系的构成、实现路径及治理模式。结果支持系统由早期筛查与评估、家庭教育与家长培训、咨询与个性化教育和康复支持、社区支持与资源整合以及远程数字支持平台构成。提出了构建早期筛查和评估、家庭教育和家长培训、咨询和个性化康复支持、社区支持和资源整合、远程数字支持平台5个系统的实现路径。强调多学科联合、跨部门协同和远程数字平台支持等治理机制,以构建从标准化评估到跨部门联动的连续性服务链的服务支持体系。结论基于ICF模式的全人观和全生命周期发展理念,以及健康服务连续体的指导思想,为0~3岁发育障碍儿童家庭早期教育和康复提供了系统的理论与政策支持。通过多学科联合、跨部门协同以及数字平台应用,构建科学、连续且以儿童为中心的支持系统,不仅有助于早期发现和精准干预,还将推动家庭、社区与专业机构多方协同,实现残疾预防、康复与保健服务的有机融合,进而提升儿童功能和家庭生活质量。 展开更多

Background:Well-designed and functioning emergency medical service(EMS)can provide equitable access to emergency care to im-prove health issues,especially in low-and middle-income countries where the majority of deaths are due to conditions that could be treated with emergency care.To address this gap,this study explored the contextually appropriate development process in addition to the system architecture,which is lacking in Global South EMS research.Method:This study was a thematic analysis of the development of EMS systems in six Asian countries.Experts in emergency care were selected through convenience sampling.Each country described and evaluated its EMS system using a standardized form with 102 EMS items that cover the emergency care system in terms of leadership,governance,financing,community-based activities,prehospital care,and quality assessment.From the descriptions,various themes were extracted focusing on the developmental perspective of EMS in Asia.Result:The study identified the domain of the developmental focus,best practices,and future strategies for EMS in the Asian region.The identified areas for developmental focus are governance,multidisciplinary collaboration,communication/coordination,community partic-ipation,decentralization,equitable access,supply-demand balance,and quality assurance activities.Conclusion:Countries under investigation achieved progress in planning,implementing,and sustaining EMS through varied strategies in the mentioned focal areas that can be emulated by other countries in this region.Further,their development levels varied according to the extent to which each country realized the development principles identified in this study. 展开更多
