Uneven power distribution,transient voltage,and frequency deviations are observed in the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter during the switching between grid-connected and island modes.In response to these issues,th...Uneven power distribution,transient voltage,and frequency deviations are observed in the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter during the switching between grid-connected and island modes.In response to these issues,this paper proposes a grid-connected/island switching control strategy for photovoltaic storage hybrid inverters based on the modified chimpanzee optimization algorithm.The proposed strategy incorporates coupling compensation and power differentiation elements based on the traditional droop control.Then,it combines the angular frequency and voltage amplitude adjustments provided by the phase-locked loop-free pre-synchronization control strategy.Precise pre-synchronization is achieved by regulating the virtual current to zero and aligning the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter with the grid voltage.Additionally,two novel operators,learning and emotional behaviors are introduced to enhance the optimization precision of the chimpanzee algorithm.These operators ensure high-precision and high-reliability optimization of the droop control parameters for photovoltaic storage hybrid inverters.A Simulink model was constructed for simulation analysis,which validated the optimized control strategy’s ability to evenly distribute power under load transients.This strategy effectively mitigated transient voltage and current surges during mode transitions.Consequently,seamless and efficient switching between gridconnected and island modes was achieved for the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter.The enhanced energy utilization efficiency,in turn,offers robust technical support for grid stability.展开更多

Sliding mode control(SMC)is a widely adopted control technology known for its robustness and simplicity.The essence of SMC is to use discontinuous control to drive a system into a pre-defined motion,called the sliding...Sliding mode control(SMC)is a widely adopted control technology known for its robustness and simplicity.The essence of SMC is to use discontinuous control to drive a system into a pre-defined motion,called the sliding mode,which is designed with desirable dynamical properties.In the sliding mode,the controlled system is insensitive to the matched uncertainties and disturbances.Most SMC theory and methods have been developed based on the dynamical systems in the continuous-time domain,where switching functions play a critical role.Ideal switching is supposed to be instantaneous,activating as soon as the switching condition is met.However,in practice,switching mechanisms are affected by imperfections such as time delays,unmodeled dynamics,defects,digitization effects,and actuation limitations,which can degrade the salient properties of SMC.Understanding these effects and developing mitigation strategies are essential for industrial applications.Furthermore,the advent of networked control environments presents new challenges like limited communication bandwidth,latency and cyberattack,which have seen the emergence of the event-triggered SMC recently.Despite these significant advances,there is a lack of comprehensive studies which examine the commonalities and distinctions of utilizing switching in SMC across the continuous-time and discrete-time domains and beyond.This paper investigates the role of switching in SMC from a spatio-temporal perspective,considering both state-space and time aspects.The aim is to facilitate better understanding of its effects and misbehaviors,and to unlock its full potential for future applications.The interplay between SMC methods in the continuous-time and discrete-time domains is analyzed,and their shared principles and unique challenges are identified.Furthermore,important technical issues relating to switching across these time domains are explored,and several myths and pitfalls in their theory and applications are depicted.The relationships of SMC with other switching-based control systems such as switched control systems,fuzzy control systems,and event-triggered control systems are discussed.The impact of networked control environments on SMC in the continuous-time and discrete-time domains is also examined.Finally,key challenges and opportunities are outlined for future work in SMC and beyond.展开更多

With the advancement of more electric aircraft(MEA)technology,the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHAs)in aircraft actuation systems has become increasingly prevalent.This paper focuses on the modeling an...With the advancement of more electric aircraft(MEA)technology,the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHAs)in aircraft actuation systems has become increasingly prevalent.This paper focuses on the modeling and mode switching analysis of EHA used in the primary flight control actuation systems of large aircraft,addressing the challenges associated with mode switching.First,we analyze the functional architecture and operational characteristics of multi-mode EHA,and sumarize the operating modes and implementation methods.Based on the EHA system architecture,we then develop a theoretical mathematical model and a simulation model.Using the simulation model,we analyze the performance of the EHA during normal operation.Finally,the performance of the EHA during mode switching under various functional switching scenarios is investigated.The results indicate that the EHA meets the performance requirements in terms of accuracy,bandwidth,and load capacity.Additionally,the hydraulic cylinder operates smoothly during the EHA mode switching,and the response time for switching between different modes is less than the specified threshold.These findings validate the system performance of multi-mode EHA,which helps to improve the reliability of EHA and the safety of aircraft flight control systems.展开更多

This paper proposes a model-based control framework for vehicle platooning systems with secondorder nonlinear dynamics operating over switching signed networks,time-varying delays,and deception attacks.The study inclu...This paper proposes a model-based control framework for vehicle platooning systems with secondorder nonlinear dynamics operating over switching signed networks,time-varying delays,and deception attacks.The study includes two configurations:a leaderless structure using Finite-Time Non-Singular Terminal Bipartite Consensus(FNTBC)and Fixed-Time Bipartite Consensus(FXTBC),and a leader—follower structure ensuring structural balance and robustness against deceptive signals.In the leaderless model,a bipartite controller based on impulsive control theory,gauge transformation,and Markovian switching Lyapunov functions ensures mean-square stability and coordination under deception attacks and communication delays.The FNTBC achieves finite-time convergence depending on initial conditions,while the FXTBC guarantees fixed-time convergence independent of them,providing adaptability to different operating states.In the leader—follower case,a discontinuous impulsive control law synchronizes all followers with the leader despite deceptive attacks and switching topologies,maintaining robust coordination through nonlinear corrective mechanisms.To validate the approach,simulations are conducted on systems of five and seventeen vehicles in both leaderless and leader—follower configurations.The results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves rapid consensus,strong robustness,and high resistance to deception attacks,offering a secure and scalable model-based control solution for modern vehicular communication networks.展开更多

To enable distributed PV to adapt to variations in power grid strength and achieve stable grid connection while enhancing operational flexibility,it is essential to configure grid-connected inverters with an integrate...To enable distributed PV to adapt to variations in power grid strength and achieve stable grid connection while enhancing operational flexibility,it is essential to configure grid-connected inverters with an integrated grid-following control mode,allowing smooth switching between GFL and GFM modes.First,impedance models of GFL and GFM PV energy storage VSG systems were established,and grid stability was analyzed.Second,an online impedance identification method based on voltage fluctuation data screening was proposed to enhance the accuracy of impedance identification.Additionally,a PV energy storage GFM/GFL VSG smooth switching method based on current inner loop compensation was introduced to achieve stable grid-connected operation of distributed photovoltaics under changes in strong and weak power grids.Finally,a grid stability analysis was conducted on the multi-machine parallel PV ESS,and a simulation model of a multi-machine parallel PV ESS based on current inner loop compensation was established for testing.Results showed that,compared to using a single GFM or single GFL control for the PV VSG system,the smooth switching method of multi-machine parallel PV ESS effectively suppresses system resonance under variations in power grid strength,enabling adaptive and stable grid-connected operations of distributed PV.展开更多

Flexible circuit switches have been widely used in electronic devices due to their outstanding flexibility and operability.In order to expand the types of flexible circuit switch materials,we develop a unique composit...Flexible circuit switches have been widely used in electronic devices due to their outstanding flexibility and operability.In order to expand the types of flexible circuit switch materials,we develop a unique composite material,which integrates a photoresponsive flexible substrate derived from a photoreactive coordination polymer(CP)with an elastic conductive adhesive tape(CAT)in this work.The photoreactive CP{[Cd(2,6-bpvn)(3,5-DBB)_(2)]·DMF}_(n)(1)is prepared through solvothermal reaction of Cd(NO_(3))_(2)·4H_(2)O with 2,6-bis((E)-2-(pyridin-4-yl)vinyl)naphthalene(2,6-bpvn)and 3,5-dibromobenzoic acid(3,5-HDBB).Upon irradiation with UV light,crystals of 1 can undergo[2+2]photocycloaddition reaction and exhibit photomechanical movements.The crystalline powder of 1 can be uniformly distributed in polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to generate the composite film 1-PVA.After pasting a piece of CAT on the surface of a 1-PVA film,a conductive two-layer film of 1-PVA/CAT can be fabricated.This film bends rapidly upon UV light exposure,connecting the circuit and causing the bulb to light up.When the light source is removed,it reverts to its initial state and the circuit is disconnected and the bulb is extinguished.This process can be cycled at least 100 times,achieving precise turn-on and turn-off performances of the photocontrollable circuit switch.展开更多
Steady speed control of agricultural machinery can improve operating quality and efficiency.To address the impact of farmland slope variations on the speed stability of unmanned operation agricultural machinery,a hybr...Steady speed control of agricultural machinery can improve operating quality and efficiency.To address the impact of farmland slope variations on the speed stability of unmanned operation agricultural machinery,a hybrid control method was proposed.This method included a hybrid controller composed of a slope-based controller and a proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controller.The speed of agricultural machinery was influenced by longitudinal forces,which were divided into two parts:one part was slope-related forces and conventional resistance,and the other was hard-to-estimate forces,such as sliding friction.For the first part,a slope-based controller was designed;for the second part,a PID controller was implemented.By combining these two controllers,the system can dynamically adjust the throttle opening and the brake master cylinder pressure,ensuring steady speed travel on sloping farmland.Simulation tests at a target speed of 7 km/h demonstrated that the proposed controller maintained a stable speed,achieving a root mean square error of 0.13 km/h and a mean absolute percentage error of 1.6%.Field tests on a practical experimental platform validated the method’s effectiveness,with results showing consistent control performance across varying slope conditions.The proposed controller demonstrated superior control performance.Experimental data verified that this method can achieve precise control of the agricultural machinery’s movement speed,meeting the stability requirements for agricultural operations.展开更多

In order to solve the problems of slow dynamic response and difficult multi-source coordination of solar electric vehicle charging stations under intermittent renewable energy,this paper proposes a hardware-algorithm ...In order to solve the problems of slow dynamic response and difficult multi-source coordination of solar electric vehicle charging stations under intermittent renewable energy,this paper proposes a hardware-algorithm co-design framework:the T-type three-level bidirectional converter(100 kHz switching frequency)based on silicon carbide(SiC)MOSFET is deeply integrated with fuzzy model predictive control(Fuzzy-MPC).At the hardware level,the switching trajectory and resonance suppression circuit(attenuation resonance peak 18 dB)are optimized,and the total loss is reduced by 23%compared with the traditional silicon-based IGBT.At the algorithm level,the adaptive parameter update mechanism and multi-objective rolling optimization are adopted,and the 5 ms level dynamic power allocation is realized by relying on edge computing.Experiments on 800 V DC microgrid(including 600 kW photovoltaic and 150 A·h energy storage)built based on MATLAB/Simulink hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)platform show that the system shortens the battery charging time from 42 to 28 min(the charging speed is increased by 33%).Through the 78%valley power utilization rate,the power purchase cost of high-priced power grids was significantly reduced,and the levelized electricity price decreased by 10.3%;Under the irradiation fluctuation,the renewable energy consumption rate increases by 10.1%,and the DC bus voltage fluctuation is stable within±10 V when the load step is±30%.The co-design provides an economically feasible and dynamically robust solution for the efficient integration of PV-ESG-EV in the smart grid.展开更多
The Propellant Feed System(PFS)is a crucial component of Electric Propulsion System(EPS)which is widely used in satellites for its high reliability and specific impulse.The Switching and Proportional Hybrid-controlled...The Propellant Feed System(PFS)is a crucial component of Electric Propulsion System(EPS)which is widely used in satellites for its high reliability and specific impulse.The Switching and Proportional Hybrid-controlled Xenon Feed System(SPHXFS)is a novel type of PFS with high flow regulation precision.This study develops a system-level simulation model with 75 components for the SPHXFS.The accuracy of the model is validated through the comparison with test data,showing an error of less than 3%during the startup phase and less than 0.1%after stabilization.The study analyzes the startup process and finds that the two-stage pressure reduction system avoids two-phase flow interference downstream,achieving a regulation accuracy of±0.1%.A long-term operation simulation of the system is conducted,revealing that pressure fluctuations occur upstream at 4767 s due to Bang-Bang control.However,with proportional control adjustments,these fluctuations do not affect the flow supply.Further research examines the impact of synchronous and asynchronous control modes of the Bang-Bang Valve(TPBBV)under the tank pressures of 6-10 MPa on the system's dynamic characteristics.It is found that the asynchronous control scheme results in a flow supply settling time that is 7.2-10s longer than the synchronous control scheme,with an overshoot increase of 4.1%-4.9%.These insights provide valuable reference and guidance for system optimization design and the formulation of operational strategies.展开更多

Aiming to solve the steering instability and hysteresis of agricultural robots in the process of movement,a fusion PID control method of particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)was proposed.The fusion...Aiming to solve the steering instability and hysteresis of agricultural robots in the process of movement,a fusion PID control method of particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)was proposed.The fusion algorithm took advantage of the fast optimization ability of PSO to optimize the population screening link of GA.The Simulink simulation results showed that the convergence of the fitness function of the fusion algorithm was accelerated,the system response adjustment time was reduced,and the overshoot was almost zero.Then the algorithm was applied to the steering test of agricultural robot in various scenes.After modeling the steering system of agricultural robot,the steering test results in the unloaded suspended state showed that the PID control based on fusion algorithm reduced the rise time,response adjustment time and overshoot of the system,and improved the response speed and stability of the system,compared with the artificial trial and error PID control and the PID control based on GA.The actual road steering test results showed that the PID control response rise time based on the fusion algorithm was the shortest,about 4.43 s.When the target pulse number was set to 100,the actual mean value in the steady-state regulation stage was about 102.9,which was the closest to the target value among the three control methods,and the overshoot was reduced at the same time.The steering test results under various scene states showed that the PID control based on the proposed fusion algorithm had good anti-interference ability,it can adapt to the changes of environment and load and improve the performance of the control system.It was effective in the steering control of agricultural robot.This method can provide a reference for the precise steering control of other robots.展开更多

文摘Uneven power distribution,transient voltage,and frequency deviations are observed in the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter during the switching between grid-connected and island modes.In response to these issues,this paper proposes a grid-connected/island switching control strategy for photovoltaic storage hybrid inverters based on the modified chimpanzee optimization algorithm.The proposed strategy incorporates coupling compensation and power differentiation elements based on the traditional droop control.Then,it combines the angular frequency and voltage amplitude adjustments provided by the phase-locked loop-free pre-synchronization control strategy.Precise pre-synchronization is achieved by regulating the virtual current to zero and aligning the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter with the grid voltage.Additionally,two novel operators,learning and emotional behaviors are introduced to enhance the optimization precision of the chimpanzee algorithm.These operators ensure high-precision and high-reliability optimization of the droop control parameters for photovoltaic storage hybrid inverters.A Simulink model was constructed for simulation analysis,which validated the optimized control strategy’s ability to evenly distribute power under load transients.This strategy effectively mitigated transient voltage and current surges during mode transitions.Consequently,seamless and efficient switching between gridconnected and island modes was achieved for the photovoltaic storage hybrid inverter.The enhanced energy utilization efficiency,in turn,offers robust technical support for grid stability.

文摘Dear Editor,In this letter,several novel controllability results for a class of linear switched and impulsive systems are established.Different from the developed controllability conditions in most existing literature,the important role of switched and impulsive time sequence is considered.Applying the relevant geometric theory of matrix,a necessary and sufficient criterion for the controllability is firstly developed to judge when the controllability of such systems is affected by switched and impulsive time sequence.Furthermore,we further obtain a sufficient controllability condition that can be used to verify the controllability of such systems regardless of the switched and impulsive time sequence.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the obtained theoretical results.

文摘Switched linear parameter varying(LPV)systems have,in recent years,inspired a great number of research endeavors owing to their excellent ability to approximate nonlinear systems and handle complex hybrid dynamics in system analysis and synthesis.Nevertheless,numerous difficulties and challenges are also encountered due to the reciprocal effects of switching signals and scheduling parameters in the analysis and synthesis of switched LPV systems.In this paper,the standard description and specific characteristics of switched LPV systems are first introduced.Then,the main methodologies are proposed in the literature to cope with stability and performance analysis,control synthesis,as well as fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control issues,and the typical applications in various fields are surveyed.Finally,several key open problems and current research activities are also discussed to elucidate the potential research directions in the future.

文摘Sliding mode control(SMC)is a widely adopted control technology known for its robustness and simplicity.The essence of SMC is to use discontinuous control to drive a system into a pre-defined motion,called the sliding mode,which is designed with desirable dynamical properties.In the sliding mode,the controlled system is insensitive to the matched uncertainties and disturbances.Most SMC theory and methods have been developed based on the dynamical systems in the continuous-time domain,where switching functions play a critical role.Ideal switching is supposed to be instantaneous,activating as soon as the switching condition is met.However,in practice,switching mechanisms are affected by imperfections such as time delays,unmodeled dynamics,defects,digitization effects,and actuation limitations,which can degrade the salient properties of SMC.Understanding these effects and developing mitigation strategies are essential for industrial applications.Furthermore,the advent of networked control environments presents new challenges like limited communication bandwidth,latency and cyberattack,which have seen the emergence of the event-triggered SMC recently.Despite these significant advances,there is a lack of comprehensive studies which examine the commonalities and distinctions of utilizing switching in SMC across the continuous-time and discrete-time domains and beyond.This paper investigates the role of switching in SMC from a spatio-temporal perspective,considering both state-space and time aspects.The aim is to facilitate better understanding of its effects and misbehaviors,and to unlock its full potential for future applications.The interplay between SMC methods in the continuous-time and discrete-time domains is analyzed,and their shared principles and unique challenges are identified.Furthermore,important technical issues relating to switching across these time domains are explored,and several myths and pitfalls in their theory and applications are depicted.The relationships of SMC with other switching-based control systems such as switched control systems,fuzzy control systems,and event-triggered control systems are discussed.The impact of networked control environments on SMC in the continuous-time and discrete-time domains is also examined.Finally,key challenges and opportunities are outlined for future work in SMC and beyond.
文摘This paper presents an entire fixed-time disturbance observer-based global terminal switching sliding mode control of robot manipulators,which has inner and external uncertainties.The entire fixed-time disturbance observer-based global terminal switching sliding mode control has the global finite-time reaching characteristic,the property that system convergence time can be prescribed,and the global robustness to uncertainties,with the entire fixed-time disturbance observer that accurately estimates uncertainties after a fixed time,despite the initial state.The joints of the control system can arrive at the prescribed joint angular position at the predefined joint angular speed at the prescribed time.

文摘Sensorless control of switched reluctance motors(SRMs) often requires a hybrid mode combining low-speed pulse injection methods and high-speed model-based estimation.However,pulse injection causes unwanted audible noises and torque ripples.This article proposes an enhanced model-based sensorless approach to extend downwards the speed range in which sensorless control can work without injection.An inertial phase-locked loop (IPLL) based on a stator flux observer is introduced for position estimation.Compared to the conventional phase-locked loop scheme,the IPLL offers a more robust disturbance rejection capability and thus reduces the flux model errors at lower speeds.Experimental results substantiate the feasibility of the extended low-speed operation using the model-based sensorless control approach.

文摘With the advancement of more electric aircraft(MEA)technology,the application of electro-hydrostatic actuators(EHAs)in aircraft actuation systems has become increasingly prevalent.This paper focuses on the modeling and mode switching analysis of EHA used in the primary flight control actuation systems of large aircraft,addressing the challenges associated with mode switching.First,we analyze the functional architecture and operational characteristics of multi-mode EHA,and sumarize the operating modes and implementation methods.Based on the EHA system architecture,we then develop a theoretical mathematical model and a simulation model.Using the simulation model,we analyze the performance of the EHA during normal operation.Finally,the performance of the EHA during mode switching under various functional switching scenarios is investigated.The results indicate that the EHA meets the performance requirements in terms of accuracy,bandwidth,and load capacity.Additionally,the hydraulic cylinder operates smoothly during the EHA mode switching,and the response time for switching between different modes is less than the specified threshold.These findings validate the system performance of multi-mode EHA,which helps to improve the reliability of EHA and the safety of aircraft flight control systems.

文摘This paper proposes a model-based control framework for vehicle platooning systems with secondorder nonlinear dynamics operating over switching signed networks,time-varying delays,and deception attacks.The study includes two configurations:a leaderless structure using Finite-Time Non-Singular Terminal Bipartite Consensus(FNTBC)and Fixed-Time Bipartite Consensus(FXTBC),and a leader—follower structure ensuring structural balance and robustness against deceptive signals.In the leaderless model,a bipartite controller based on impulsive control theory,gauge transformation,and Markovian switching Lyapunov functions ensures mean-square stability and coordination under deception attacks and communication delays.The FNTBC achieves finite-time convergence depending on initial conditions,while the FXTBC guarantees fixed-time convergence independent of them,providing adaptability to different operating states.In the leader—follower case,a discontinuous impulsive control law synchronizes all followers with the leader despite deceptive attacks and switching topologies,maintaining robust coordination through nonlinear corrective mechanisms.To validate the approach,simulations are conducted on systems of five and seventeen vehicles in both leaderless and leader—follower configurations.The results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves rapid consensus,strong robustness,and high resistance to deception attacks,offering a secure and scalable model-based control solution for modern vehicular communication networks.

文摘To enable distributed PV to adapt to variations in power grid strength and achieve stable grid connection while enhancing operational flexibility,it is essential to configure grid-connected inverters with an integrated grid-following control mode,allowing smooth switching between GFL and GFM modes.First,impedance models of GFL and GFM PV energy storage VSG systems were established,and grid stability was analyzed.Second,an online impedance identification method based on voltage fluctuation data screening was proposed to enhance the accuracy of impedance identification.Additionally,a PV energy storage GFM/GFL VSG smooth switching method based on current inner loop compensation was introduced to achieve stable grid-connected operation of distributed photovoltaics under changes in strong and weak power grids.Finally,a grid stability analysis was conducted on the multi-machine parallel PV ESS,and a simulation model of a multi-machine parallel PV ESS based on current inner loop compensation was established for testing.Results showed that,compared to using a single GFM or single GFL control for the PV VSG system,the smooth switching method of multi-machine parallel PV ESS effectively suppresses system resonance under variations in power grid strength,enabling adaptive and stable grid-connected operations of distributed PV.

文摘The problem of high-performance tracking controlfor the lower-triangular systems with unknown sign-switchingvirtual control coefficients as well as unmatched disturbances isinvestigated in this paper.Instead of the online estimation algorithm,the sliding mode method and the Nussbaum gain technique,a group of orientation functions are employed to handlethe unknown sign-switching virtual control coefficients.The controllaw is combined with the orientation functions and the barrierfunctions lumped in a recursive manner.It achieves outputtracking with the preassigned rate,overshoot,and accuracy.Incontrast with the existing solutions,it is effective for the nearlymodel-free case,with the requirement for information of neitherthe system nonlinearities nor their bounding functions of theplant,nor the bounds of the disturbances.In addition,our controllerexhibits significant simplicity,without parameter identification,disturbance estimation,function approximation,derivativecalculation,dynamic surfaces,or command filtering.Twosimulation examples are conducted to substantiate the efficacyand advantages of our approach.

文摘Flexible circuit switches have been widely used in electronic devices due to their outstanding flexibility and operability.In order to expand the types of flexible circuit switch materials,we develop a unique composite material,which integrates a photoresponsive flexible substrate derived from a photoreactive coordination polymer(CP)with an elastic conductive adhesive tape(CAT)in this work.The photoreactive CP{[Cd(2,6-bpvn)(3,5-DBB)_(2)]·DMF}_(n)(1)is prepared through solvothermal reaction of Cd(NO_(3))_(2)·4H_(2)O with 2,6-bis((E)-2-(pyridin-4-yl)vinyl)naphthalene(2,6-bpvn)and 3,5-dibromobenzoic acid(3,5-HDBB).Upon irradiation with UV light,crystals of 1 can undergo[2+2]photocycloaddition reaction and exhibit photomechanical movements.The crystalline powder of 1 can be uniformly distributed in polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to generate the composite film 1-PVA.After pasting a piece of CAT on the surface of a 1-PVA film,a conductive two-layer film of 1-PVA/CAT can be fabricated.This film bends rapidly upon UV light exposure,connecting the circuit and causing the bulb to light up.When the light source is removed,it reverts to its initial state and the circuit is disconnected and the bulb is extinguished.This process can be cycled at least 100 times,achieving precise turn-on and turn-off performances of the photocontrollable circuit switch.
文摘Steady speed control of agricultural machinery can improve operating quality and efficiency.To address the impact of farmland slope variations on the speed stability of unmanned operation agricultural machinery,a hybrid control method was proposed.This method included a hybrid controller composed of a slope-based controller and a proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controller.The speed of agricultural machinery was influenced by longitudinal forces,which were divided into two parts:one part was slope-related forces and conventional resistance,and the other was hard-to-estimate forces,such as sliding friction.For the first part,a slope-based controller was designed;for the second part,a PID controller was implemented.By combining these two controllers,the system can dynamically adjust the throttle opening and the brake master cylinder pressure,ensuring steady speed travel on sloping farmland.Simulation tests at a target speed of 7 km/h demonstrated that the proposed controller maintained a stable speed,achieving a root mean square error of 0.13 km/h and a mean absolute percentage error of 1.6%.Field tests on a practical experimental platform validated the method’s effectiveness,with results showing consistent control performance across varying slope conditions.The proposed controller demonstrated superior control performance.Experimental data verified that this method can achieve precise control of the agricultural machinery’s movement speed,meeting the stability requirements for agricultural operations.
文摘This study investigates prescribed-time position tracking control for electromagnetic satellite formations subject to model uncertainties and external disturbances.Using the Clohessy-Wiltshire equations as the relative motion dynamics model,a prescribed time output feedback control strategy is proposed.A prescribed-time extended state observer is designed to estimate the relative velocity and external disturbances.The disturbance estimates are then used as the feedforward component of the controller.Building on this framework,a novel prescribed-time active disturbance rejection control strategy for position tracking is developed via a backstepping control design.The convergence of the extended state observer and the stability of the closed-loop system are rigorously analyzed using Lyapunov stability theory.Numerical simulations are performed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

文摘In order to solve the problems of slow dynamic response and difficult multi-source coordination of solar electric vehicle charging stations under intermittent renewable energy,this paper proposes a hardware-algorithm co-design framework:the T-type three-level bidirectional converter(100 kHz switching frequency)based on silicon carbide(SiC)MOSFET is deeply integrated with fuzzy model predictive control(Fuzzy-MPC).At the hardware level,the switching trajectory and resonance suppression circuit(attenuation resonance peak 18 dB)are optimized,and the total loss is reduced by 23%compared with the traditional silicon-based IGBT.At the algorithm level,the adaptive parameter update mechanism and multi-objective rolling optimization are adopted,and the 5 ms level dynamic power allocation is realized by relying on edge computing.Experiments on 800 V DC microgrid(including 600 kW photovoltaic and 150 A·h energy storage)built based on MATLAB/Simulink hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)platform show that the system shortens the battery charging time from 42 to 28 min(the charging speed is increased by 33%).Through the 78%valley power utilization rate,the power purchase cost of high-priced power grids was significantly reduced,and the levelized electricity price decreased by 10.3%;Under the irradiation fluctuation,the renewable energy consumption rate increases by 10.1%,and the DC bus voltage fluctuation is stable within±10 V when the load step is±30%.The co-design provides an economically feasible and dynamically robust solution for the efficient integration of PV-ESG-EV in the smart grid.

文摘The Propellant Feed System(PFS)is a crucial component of Electric Propulsion System(EPS)which is widely used in satellites for its high reliability and specific impulse.The Switching and Proportional Hybrid-controlled Xenon Feed System(SPHXFS)is a novel type of PFS with high flow regulation precision.This study develops a system-level simulation model with 75 components for the SPHXFS.The accuracy of the model is validated through the comparison with test data,showing an error of less than 3%during the startup phase and less than 0.1%after stabilization.The study analyzes the startup process and finds that the two-stage pressure reduction system avoids two-phase flow interference downstream,achieving a regulation accuracy of±0.1%.A long-term operation simulation of the system is conducted,revealing that pressure fluctuations occur upstream at 4767 s due to Bang-Bang control.However,with proportional control adjustments,these fluctuations do not affect the flow supply.Further research examines the impact of synchronous and asynchronous control modes of the Bang-Bang Valve(TPBBV)under the tank pressures of 6-10 MPa on the system's dynamic characteristics.It is found that the asynchronous control scheme results in a flow supply settling time that is 7.2-10s longer than the synchronous control scheme,with an overshoot increase of 4.1%-4.9%.These insights provide valuable reference and guidance for system optimization design and the formulation of operational strategies.

文摘This article investigates the robust current tracking control problem of three-phase grid-connected inverters with LCL filter under external disturbance by a dynamic state feedback control method.First,this paper constructs an internal model to learn the information of the states and input of the grid-connected inverter under steady state.Second,by utilizing the internal model principle,the paper turns the tracking control problem into the robust stabilization control problem based on some appropriate coordinate transformations.Then,The paper designs a dynamics state feedback control law to deal with this robust stabilization problem,and thus the solution of the robust current tracking control problem of three-phase grid-connected inverters can be obtained.This control method can ensure the asymptotic stability of the closedloop system.Finally,the paper illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed control approach through several groups of simulations,and compares it with the feedforward control method to verify the robustness of the proposed control method to uncertain parameters.
文摘Aiming to solve the steering instability and hysteresis of agricultural robots in the process of movement,a fusion PID control method of particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)was proposed.The fusion algorithm took advantage of the fast optimization ability of PSO to optimize the population screening link of GA.The Simulink simulation results showed that the convergence of the fitness function of the fusion algorithm was accelerated,the system response adjustment time was reduced,and the overshoot was almost zero.Then the algorithm was applied to the steering test of agricultural robot in various scenes.After modeling the steering system of agricultural robot,the steering test results in the unloaded suspended state showed that the PID control based on fusion algorithm reduced the rise time,response adjustment time and overshoot of the system,and improved the response speed and stability of the system,compared with the artificial trial and error PID control and the PID control based on GA.The actual road steering test results showed that the PID control response rise time based on the fusion algorithm was the shortest,about 4.43 s.When the target pulse number was set to 100,the actual mean value in the steady-state regulation stage was about 102.9,which was the closest to the target value among the three control methods,and the overshoot was reduced at the same time.The steering test results under various scene states showed that the PID control based on the proposed fusion algorithm had good anti-interference ability,it can adapt to the changes of environment and load and improve the performance of the control system.It was effective in the steering control of agricultural robot.This method can provide a reference for the precise steering control of other robots.
