In most practical control problems, the ASPR conditions are not satisfied. Therefore, based on the SAC theory, this paper proposes a backstepping simple adaptive control algorithm which suits the system with arbitrary relative degree with no need of parallel feed forward compensa- tor. The proposed control algorithm consists of decomposition of the arbitrary relative degree system into a known subsystem and an unknown ASPR subsystem which are connected in cascade, design of constant output feedback controller for the known subsystem, and implementation of backstepping method and SAC of the unknown ASPR subsystem. Inheriting the characteristics of the SAC, this method can be adaptive online for the parameter uncertainties. Then, the application of the proposed controller to large flexible space structure with collocated sensors and actuators is studied, and the simulation results validate the proposed controller. It is a new strategy to apply the classical SAC to high relative degree plants.展开更多

One key issue, positioning accuracy, which directly affected their performance and was greatly influenced by the errors of kinematic structure parameters was analyzed. To effectively enhance the positioning precision of PMs, a novel modeless kinematic calibration method, namely the split calibration, was presented and its compensation effect of the positioning error was comprehensively compared with that of an integrated method on two different types of PMs. A strange phenomenon-correct and incorrect identified results were derived from two different PMs by the same integrated method, respectivelywhich had not been reported yet was discovered, and the origin of it was revealed utilizing numerical simulations. Finally, respective merits and drawbacks of these two methods obtained in this paper provided underlying insights to guide the practical application of the kinematic calibration for PMs.展开更多

The proposed control strategy is based on a variable structure control, it overcomes the defects of other adaptive methods such as strong dependence to the system. A GA is used to learn to optimally select integral coefficient C. Simulation results verified the effectiveness of the controller. 文摘By using the finite element method and viscoelastic artificial boundary, a soil-structure interaction system is established to simulate the influence of surface buildings on the seismic response of subway structures. The conditions of different relative positions between ground building and subway structure are analyzed. The result~ indicate that when considering the existence of surface buildings, the relative story displacements and internal forces of subway structures are changed greatly. Further the influence of surface buildings on subway structure changes as the distance increases.

文摘An analysis was conducted on the evolutional process of a mesoscale convective vortex (MCV) and associated heavy rainfall in the Dabie Mountain area on 21-22 June 2008,as well as their structural characteristics in different stages,by using the mesoscale reanalysis data with 3 km and 1 h resolution generated by the Local Analysis and Prediction System (LAPS) in the Southern China Heavy Rainfall Experiment. The results showed that the latent heat released by convection in the midtroposphere was the main energy source for the development of a low-level vortex. There was a positive feedback interaction between the convection and the vortex, and the evolution of the MCV was closely related to the strength of the positive interaction. The most typical characteristics of the thermal structure in different stages were that, there was a relatively thin diabatic heating layer in the midtroposphere in the formative stage;the thickness of diabatic heating layer significantly increased in the mature stage;and it almost disappeared in the decay stage. The characteristics of the dynamic structure were that,in the formative stage, there was no anticyclonic circulation at the high level;in the mature stage,an anticyclonic circulation with strong divergence was formed at the high level;in the decay stage, the anticyclonic circulation was damaged and the high-level atmosphere was in a disordered state of turbulence. Finally, the structural schematics of the MCV in the formative and mature stage were established respectively.

文摘Although the simple adaptive control (SAC) is widely studied both in theory and application in flexible space structure control and other control problems, it is restricted by the almost strictly positive real (ASPR) conditions. It is a new strategy to apply the classical SAC to high relative degree plants.

文摘Compared with serial mechanisms, the parallel mechanism(PM) theoretically exhibited higher positioning accuracy, dynamic performance, strength-to-weight ratio, and lower manufacturing cost, but they had not been widely used in the practical application. Finally, respective merits and drawbacks of these two methods obtained in this paper provided underlying insights to guide the practical application of the kinematic calibration for PMs.
文摘In this study, the effect of different sampling rates(i.e.observation recording interval)on the Precise Point Positioning(PPP)solutions in terms of accuracy was investigated. For this purpose,a field test was carried out inÇorum province,Turkey,on 11 September 2019.Within this context,a Geodetic Point(GP)was established and precisely coordinated.A static GNSS measurement was occupied on the GP for about 4-hour time at 0.10 second(s)/10 Hz measurement intervals with the Trimble R10 geodetic grade GNSS receiver. The original observation file was converted to RINEX format and then decimated into the different data sampling rates as 0.2 s,0.5 s,1 s,5 s,10 s,30 s,60 s,and 120 s.All these RINEX observation files were submitted to the Canadian Spatial Reference System-Precise Point Positioning(CSRS-PPP)online processing service the day after the data collection date by choosing both static and kinematic processing options. In this way,PPP-derived static coordinates, and the kinematic coordinates of each measurement epoch were calculated. The PPP-derived coordinates obtained from each decimated sampling intervals were compared to known coordinates of the GP for northing,easting,2D position, and height components.According to the static and kinematic processing results, high data sampling rates did not change the PPP solutions in terms of accuracy when compared to the results obtained using lower sampling rates. The results of this study imply that it was not necessary to collect GNSS data with high-rate intervals for many surveying projects requiring cm-level accuracy.

文摘A novel control method has been proposed by using the genetic algorithm (GA) for nonlinear and complex plants. The proposed control strategy is based on a variable structure control, it overcomes the defects of other adaptive methods such as strong dependence to the system. A GA is used to learn to optimally select integral coefficient C. Simulation results verified the effectiveness of the controller. For position control of Direct Current (DC) motor in practice, this method has good performance and strong robustness, and both dynamic and steady performances were improved.
文摘Weather manifests in spatiotemporally coherent structures.Weather forecasts hence are affected by both positional and structural or amplitude errors. This has been long recognized by practicing forecasters(cf.,e.g.,Tropical Cyclone track and intensity errors).Despite the emergence in recent decades of various objective methods for the diagnosis of positional forecast errors, most routine verification or statistical post-processing methods implicitly assume that forecasts have no positional error. The Forecast Error Decomposition(FED)method proposed in this study uses the Field Alignment technique which aligns a gridded forecast with its verifying analysis field. The total error is then partitioned into three orthogonal components:(a)large scale positional,(b)large scale structural, and(c)small scale error variance. The use of FED is demonstrated over a month-long MSLP data set.As expected, positional errors are often characterized by dipole patterns related to the displacement of features, while structural errors appear with single extrema, indicative of magnitude problems. The most important result of this study is that over the test period, more than 50%of the total mean sea level pressure forecast error variance is associated with large scale positional error. The importance of positional error in forecasts of other variables and over different time periods remain to be explored.
文摘We determined the response of tree community structure to logging disturbance and topography, and the patterns of tree-habitat associations in Tano Offin Forest Reserve,Ghana. We sampled trees in 27 20 m× 20 m plots randomly and equally distributed in three topographic habitats(slope, valley, and hilltop) in each of two forests:logged and unlogged. Two topographic features, altitude and degree of slope, were measured and related with species composition.Overall, there were significant effects of logging and topographic habitat and their interaction on species diversity and composition, with the unlogged forest and valley habitat supporting higher diversity.Tree diversity varied among the topographic habitats in the logged but not in the unlogged forest. There were topographic effects on abundance of individual species but not on tree community abundance and basal area.Logging and its interaction with topographic habitat showed significant effects on tree abundance and basal area. Some species were associated with specific topographic habitats or a combination in the logged and unlogged forests. However, the patterns of habitat associations of the species differed between the logged and unlogged forests.

文摘Alkyl dinitrites have at-tracted attention as an im-portant type of nitrosating agent and a pollution source in atmosphere. The reac-tivity and chemistry of alkyl dinitrites induced by the two ONO functional groups are relatively unknown. In this work, decompositions of 1,3-cyclohexane dinitrite and 1,4-cyclohexane dinitrite are studied by electron impact ionization mass spectroscopy(EI-MS).Apart from NO^(+)(m=z=30),fragment ions m=z=43 and 71 are the most abundant for the 1,3-isomer.On the other hand, fragments m=z=29,57,85,and 97 stand out in the EI-MS spectrum of 1,4-isomer.Possible dissociation mechanisms of the two dinitrites are proposed by theoretical calculations. The results reveal that the ring-opening of 1,3-cyclohexane dinitrite mainly starts from the intermediate ion(M-NO)^(+)by cleavage of twoαC-βC bonds. For 1,4-cyclohexane dinitrite,in addition to the decomposition via intermediate(M-NO)^(+),cleavage ofβC-βC bonds can occur directly from the parent cation(M)^(+).The results will help to understand the structural related chemistry of alkyl dinitrites in atmosphere and in NO transfer process.
