More and larger deformation problems of surrounding rock occur due to adverse supporting measures for such roadways, which not only affects the engineering safety critically but also improves the maintenance costs. This paper takes the main rail roadway with severely deformation in China's Zaoquan coal mine as an example to study the long-term deformation tendency and damage zone by means of in-situ deformation monitoring and acoustic wave testing technique. A three-dimensional finite element model reflecting the engineering geological condition and initial design scheme is established by ABAQUS. Then, on the basis of field monitoring deformation data, the surrounding rock geotechnical and theological parameters of the roadway are obtained by back analysis. A combined supporting technology with U-shaped steel support and anchor-grouting is proposed for the surrounding soft rock. The numerical simulation of the combined supporting technology and in-situ deformation monitoring results show that the soft rock surrounding the roadway has been held effectively.展开更多

As Xinhai block 27 is a thick layered common heavy oil reservoir with edge and bottom water, with the continuous development, the flooding of the reservoir intensifies, and the problem of high water cut in oil wells b...As Xinhai block 27 is a thick layered common heavy oil reservoir with edge and bottom water, with the continuous development, the flooding of the reservoir intensifies, and the problem of high water cut in oil wells becomes increasingly prominent. Because the bottom water of horizontal wells is ridged, the water cut rises rapidly and the output decreases greatly. There are 116 oil wells in block Xinhai 27. At present, there are 97 production wells, with a daily liquid production of 4668.4m3 and a daily oil production of 238.3t. There are 86 oil wells with a comprehensive water cut of 94% or more, accounting for 88% of the production wells. Combined with the results of saturation test of adjacent wells and liquid production profile test of horizontal wells, the production degree of horizontal section of horizontal wells is less than 50%, and the remaining oil is enriched in horizontal wells and the upper part of oil layer. The oil-water interface of the reservoir gradually rises, and the oil-water relationship is complex, and the treatment is more difficult. To solve the problem of high water cut in oil wells, the matching technology research of enhanced oil recovery in Xinhai 27 high water cut wells was carried out, including technical route, technical principle and field construction optimization, etc. The field application was carried out for 20 wells, and the effect was achieved for 15 wells, with daily oil increase of 21.2t, daily water cut decrease of 4.3% and phase oil increase of 0.23 million tons.展开更多

Based on the mining depth and thickness of the coal seam, roadway support technology solutions with different buried depth and thickness of coal seam are proposed. Support schemes are amended and optimized in time through monitoring data of the deformation of roadway, roof separation, l-beam bracket, bolt and anchor cable force to ensure the long-term stability and security of the roadway surrounding rock and support structure. The monitoring results show that mine roadway support schemes for different buried depth and section can be adapted to the characteristics of ground pressure and deformation of the surrounding rock in different depth well, effectively control the roadway surrounding rock deformation and the floor heave and guarantee the safety of construction and basic stability of surrounding rock and support structure.展开更多

文摘Natural gas resources is abundant in the Ordos Basin,where six gas fields with more than 100 billion cubic meters of gas reserves have been successively developed and proved,including Jingbian,Yulin,Zizhou,Wushenqi,Sulige and Shenmu.This study aims to summarize the fruitful results and functional practices achieved in the huge gas province exploration,which will be regarded as guidance and reference for the further exploration and development in this basin.Based on the past five decades'successful exploration practices made by PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company,we first comb the presentation of geological theories at different historical stages as well as the breakthrough in the course.Then,we analyze a complete set of adaptive techniques obtained from the long-time technological research and conclude historical experiences and effective measures in terms of broadening exploration ideas,such as the fluvial delta reservoir-forming theory,giant tight gas reservoirforming theory,the idea of sediment source system in the southern basin,etc.,and innovating technical and management mechanism,such as all-digit seismic prediction,fine logging evaluation for gas formations,stimulation of tight sand reservoirs,flat project and benchmarking management,and so on.
