A support vector regression based on the mean impact value (MIV) model was constructed to identify the bioactive compounds inhibiting proliferation of HeLa cells in a combination of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) and liquorice (Glycyrrhiza) extracts. The quantitative chemical fingerprint from 50 batches of turmeric and liquorice extracts was established using high performance liquid chromatography hyphenated to an ultraviolet visible detector. Qualitative results were obtained using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 46 peaks (peaks 1–15 from turmeric and 16–46 from liquorice) were selected as “common peaks” for analysis. The inhibitory effect of the combined extracts on HeLa cells was measured by MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay. It was found that 15 compounds (peaks: 8, 12, 30, 24, 46, 11, 14, 9, 3, 1, 44, 18, 7, 45 and 43) possessing high absolute MIV exhibited a significant correlation with the cytotoxicity against HeLa cells; most of these have already been confirmed with potential cytotoxicity in previous research. The important potential application of the present model can be extended to help discover active compounds from complex herbal medicine prior to traditional bioassay-guided separation. Prediction of Henry Constants and Adsorption Mechanism of Volatile Organic Compounds on Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes by Using Support Vector Regression 被引量:1

Support vector regression (SVR) combined with particle swarm optimization for its parameter optimization is employed to establish a model for predicting the Henry constants of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) for adsorption of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The prediction performance of SVR is compared with those of the model of theoretical linear salvation energy relationship (TLSER). By using leave-one-out cross validation of SVR test Henry constants for adsorption of 35 VOCs on MWNTs, the root mean square error is 0.080, the mean absolute percentage error is only 1.19~, and the correlation coefficient (R2) is as high as 0.997. Compared with the results of the TLSER model, it is shown that the estimated errors by SVR are ali smaller than those achieved by TLSER. It reveals that the generalization ability of SVR is superior to that of the TLSER model Meanwhile, multifactor analysis is adopted for investigation of the influences of each molecular structure descriptor on the Henry constants. According to the TLSER model, the adsorption mechanism of adsorption of carbon nanotubes of VOCs is mainly a result of van der Waals and interactions of hydrogen bonds. These can provide the theoretical support for the application of carbon nanotube adsorption of VOCs and can make up for the lack of experimental data. 展开更多

Graphite intercalation compounds(GIC) were tested as an experimental model for studying the electronic effect of carbon support on the catalytic activity and poisoning tolerance of Pt catalyst for direct methanol fuel cells. The GIC samples with different intercalation degrees were prepared by electrolyzing graphite flake in H2SO4 for varying the periods of time. The GIC-supported Pt catalyst was deposited electrochemically. The catalytic activity and poisoning tolerance of the GIC-supported Pt catalysts were evaluated. It was found that GIC with sulfate anion as intercalate was able to catalyze methanol electrooxidation, which could be related to the positive charges generated on the graphite layer upon intercalation. As intercalation degree increased, the catalytic activity of the GIC-supported Pt catalyst decreased while the poisoning tolerance improved. This suggests that electron donation from support to catalyst had great effect on both catalytic activity and poisoning tolerance of Pt catalyst. And intercalation can be adopted as another important way to make modification on carboneous catalyst support. 展开更多

木质素通过解聚为单酚类化合物进一步转化为液体燃料,被认为是化石能源的有效替代品。然而,木质素复杂的化学结构制约了其高效降解。因此,以硝酸钴、偏钒酸铵和三聚氰胺为原料,利用钒与氮的络合作用以及氮化钒的高稳定性,在无其他外加... 木质素通过解聚为单酚类化合物进一步转化为液体燃料,被认为是化石能源的有效替代品。然而,木质素复杂的化学结构制约了其高效降解。因此,以硝酸钴、偏钒酸铵和三聚氰胺为原料,利用钒与氮的络合作用以及氮化钒的高稳定性,在无其他外加碳源的基础上制备了一种氮掺杂炭负载Co-V催化剂。优化条件下制备的Co_(1)-V_(3)/NC(30)催化剂具有较高的比表面积、孔容和分级多孔结构(包括微孔、介孔和大孔)。金属活性组分Co^(0)和V^(3+)之间的协同作用,以及氮对活性组分的锚定,促进活性组分的分散,使得制备的催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性。在优化的反应条件下(180℃,0.5 MPa O_(2),8 h),Co_(1)-V_(3)/NC(30)催化剂催化氧化降解有机溶剂木质素,获得了86.3%的生物油收率和28.8%的单酚类化合物收率。借助模型物对木质素反应机理进行探究,提出了Co_(1)-V_(3)/NC(30)催化断裂木质素中Cα—Cβ键的机理。制备了高效、廉价且稳定性好的金属催化剂,并通过催化氧化的方法将木质素降解成单酚类化合物,对木质素在生物质能源上的利用方面具有较好的指导作用。 展开更多

目的 运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)对北京中医药大学第三附属医院呼吸科门诊治疗肺结节的处方进行数据挖掘分析,探索临床治疗肺结节的用药规律。方法 收集并筛选临床治疗肺结节的有效中药处方,导入系统并进行用药频次统计、中药属性统计... 目的 运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)对北京中医药大学第三附属医院呼吸科门诊治疗肺结节的处方进行数据挖掘分析,探索临床治疗肺结节的用药规律。方法 收集并筛选临床治疗肺结节的有效中药处方,导入系统并进行用药频次统计、中药属性统计、组方规律分析以及新方组合规律分析。结果 共筛选出609份有效中药处方,使用频次≥100次的药物共31味。中药属性分析显示临床处方中使用的药物性味以寒性、苦味药物最多,药物归经以归肺、脾经药物居多。通过用药模式分析得到的核心处方为二陈汤加味,关联规则分析显示浙贝母与清半夏在处方中具有重要地位。新方组合规律分析显示共有5组新方组合。结论 肺结节病机总属中焦失衡、正虚痰毒互结,应以“调脾胃、扶正气、清痰毒”为主要治疗法则,攻补兼施,抑制肺结节增大,为临床治疗肺结节安全合理用药提供参考。 展开更多

在神经性毒剂的识别中,相似性谱图搜索是公认的可靠谱图注释方法,然而该方法受限于参考标准谱图库,无法实现库外谱图注释,因而对库外未知化合物的鉴定耗时长且人工判定误差大。本文提出了一种基于深度卷积神经网络的神经性毒剂及其相关... 在神经性毒剂的识别中,相似性谱图搜索是公认的可靠谱图注释方法,然而该方法受限于参考标准谱图库,无法实现库外谱图注释,因而对库外未知化合物的鉴定耗时长且人工判定误差大。本文提出了一种基于深度卷积神经网络的神经性毒剂及其相关化合物的特征基团结构分类模型,并在中央分析数据库(Official Central Analytical Database,OCAD)数据集上完成了模型的训练和测试。构建平衡训练数据集后,模型在测试集上的精确率、召回率和F1分数分别为96.89%、96.88%和96.88%。测试结果表明,其在OCAD数据集上精确率为98.78%,在美国国家标准与技术研究院(National Institute of Standards and Technology,NIST)数据集上精确率为95.73%。该方法在预测神经性毒剂特征基团结构时不依赖于标准谱图库,不借助预先建立的规则、程序或峰值匹配,可为实验人员提供辅助决策。 展开更多

空气炸锅烹饪VOCs排放特征及催化氧化技术应用

为了降低空气炸锅的挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放,对空气炸锅烹饪VOCs排放特征及VOCs催化氧化技术应用进行研究。以鸡翅、牛肉、蛋糕、板栗和面包为烤制对象,发现烤制过程排放的VOCs中主要是醛、醇、酮、烷烃和酯类等。通过浸渍法制备了铁铬... 为了降低空气炸锅的挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放,对空气炸锅烹饪VOCs排放特征及VOCs催化氧化技术应用进行研究。以鸡翅、牛肉、蛋糕、板栗和面包为烤制对象,发现烤制过程排放的VOCs中主要是醛、醇、酮、烷烃和酯类等。通过浸渍法制备了铁铬铝蜂窝负载的低贵金属含量催化剂,催化剂表面Pt和Pd元素的质量分数分别为0.17%和0.09%。催化剂催化活性实验结果表明,在250℃及10000 mL·g^(-1)·h^(-1)空速条件下,催化剂对空气炸锅烹饪产生的VOCs代表物乙醛、丙酮、甲苯和辛烷转化率均可达95%以上。催化剂在空气炸锅内应用实验结果表明,烹饪TVOC平均去除率为66.1%~76.4%,随着空速从52941 h^(-1)降到26470 h^(-1),去除率提升到75.6%~85.4%。此外,催化剂在空气炸锅中应用具有良好的重复使用性。 展开更多

Their catalytic activity for the oxidation of toluene/m... α-MnO2 nanotubes and their supported Au-Pd alloy nanocatalysts were prepared using hydrothermal and polyvinyl alcohol-protected reduction methods, respectively. Their catalytic activity for the oxidation of toluene/m-xylene, acetone/ethyl acetate, acetone/m-xylene and ethyl acetate/m-xylene mixtures was evaluated. It was found that the interaction between Au-Pd alloy nanoparticles and α-MnO2 nanotubes significantly improved the reactivity of lattice oxygen, and the 0.91 wt.% Au0.48 Pd/α-MnO2 nanotube catalyst outperformed the α-MnO2 nanotube catalyst in the oxidation of toluene, m-xylene, ethyl acetate and acetone. Over the0.91 wt.% Au0.48 Pd/α-MnO2 nanotube catalyst,(i) toluene oxidation was greatly inhibited in the toluene/m-xylene mixture, while m-xylene oxidation was not influenced;(ii) acetone and ethyl acetate oxidation suffered a minor impact in the acetone/ethyl acetate mixture; and(iii) m-xylene oxidation was enhanced whereas the oxidation of the oxygenated VOCs(volatile organic compounds) was suppressed in the acetone/m-xylene or ethyl acetate/m-xylene mixtures. The competitive adsorption of these typical VOCs on the catalyst surface induced an inhibitive effect on their oxidation, and increasing the temperature favored the oxidation of the VOCs. The mixed VOCs could be completely oxidized into CO2 and H2 O below 320°C at a space velocity of 40,000 m L/(g·hr). The 0.91 wt.% Au0.48 Pd/α-MnO2 nanotube catalyst exhibited high catalytic stability as well as good tolerance to water vapor and CO2 in the oxidation of the VOC mixtures. Thus, the α-MnO2 nanotube-supported noble metal alloy catalysts hold promise for the efficient elimination of VOC mixtures. 展开更多

Its catalytic properties for hydro-genation of aromatic compounds were studied. The results showed that this catalystcould catalyze the hydrogenation of phenol, anisol, p-cresol, benzene and toluene to cyclo-hexanol, cyclohexyl methyl ether, p-methyl cyclohexanol, cyclohexane and methylcyclo-hexane, respectively in 100% yield at 30℃ and 1 atm. In the hydrogenation of phenol,COO/Pt ratio in SiO_2-CMC-Pt has much influence on the initial hydrogenation rate andthe selectivity for the intermediate product, cyclohexanone. The highest initial rate andthe highest yield of cyclohexanone both occur at COO/Pt ratio of 6. The complex is stableduring the reaction and can be used repeatedly. 展开更多

A Simulation Study of Support Break-Off and Water Inrush during Mining under the High Confined and Thick Unconsolidated Aquifer

The thick Cenozoic unconsolidated aquifer is deposited under Sunan syncline core in Huaibei coalfield, the water yield property of unconsolidated bottom aquifer is strong and water pressure is high in some areas (up to 4 MPa in some areas). Water inrush accident often occurs during mining under unconsolidated aquifer, the biggest characteristic is abnormal mine pressure and support break-off during water inrush accident comparing with normal condition. In order to study mechanism of?support break-off and water inrush during mining under the high confined thick unconsolidated aquifer, a simulation of similar material was designed. The experimental results indicated that, under normal condition, the compound breakage sequence of water-resisting key strata between coal seam and high confined thick unconsolidated aquifer is from top to bottom and the basic reason of synchronous fracture is the load of bottom key strata increased suddenly when the breakage of top key strata happened. Because of high confined thick unconsolidated aquifer, surface acts on the bottom key strata soil layer in the form of uniformly distributed load, which is the load-transfer mechanism of confined thick unconsolidated aquifer. Once the overlying key strata compound breaks, the height of unstable strata will reach far more than 30 meters and exceed support capability of current fully-mechanized mining supporter, which leads to support break-off accident during mining process under confined unconsolidated aquifer. 展开更多

在盾构掘进过程中,众多掘进参数交织在一起,规律错综复杂。科学地分析这些参数之间的规律与相关性,对于盾构的实时控制至关重要。依托济南地铁R2左线工程,基于机器学习方法对复合地层中盾构施工的掘进参数进行研究。首先,分析地层参数... 在盾构掘进过程中,众多掘进参数交织在一起,规律错综复杂。科学地分析这些参数之间的规律与相关性,对于盾构的实时控制至关重要。依托济南地铁R2左线工程,基于机器学习方法对复合地层中盾构施工的掘进参数进行研究。首先,分析地层参数与盾构掘进参数之间的关系,通过相关性分析发现,6个掘进参数中,盾构的总推进力和刀盘扭矩与其他参数的相关性尤为显著。然后,利用支持向量机算法,对不同地层中盾构总推进力和刀盘扭矩进行预测。预测结果与实际监测结果基本一致,证明这种方法的有效性。最后,为进一步提高预测精度,采用PSO算法对盾构掘进参数预测模型进行优化。优化后的模型总推进力R2提升约3%,刀盘扭矩R2提升约10%,优化效果十分显著。该项研究可为复合地层中盾构施工参数选择提供重要参考。 展开更多
