The lumped mass point is set... A simulation method based on the lumped mass model is proposed for determining the dynamic behavior of nets exposed to a uniform current. Every mesh bar is modeled by a linear bar clement. The lumped mass point is set at the ends of each element. The net can be simulated by a discretized model consisting of many point masses and elements without mass. 3D shapes and the distribution of tensions of the net at different moments can be found from time integration of a set of motion equations with a computer program. Two nets are simulated according to reference experiments. Calculated results are in accordance with experimental results. The method is applicable and can be applied to improving design of, and research into other flexible structures, such as net cages. 展开更多

Using bioenergy effectively and setting up a perfect bioenergy industry chain are the premises for bioenergy to be well developed. The main applications of bioenergy in China are electric power generating and fuel refining. But there is still some gap between Chinaand other countries in bioenergy’s development, not only in the technology, but also in government policy support. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the concept and the basic condition, the development and utilization of bioenergy inChina. Secondly, this paper makes an analysis and comparison of supply chain for the biomass and coal. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions to the further research orientation of the biomass supply chain based on its characteristics. 展开更多

为了分析平面串并联椭圆柔顺机构的动态性能和力学传递关系,提出一种新型的基于传递矩阵法的振动力学模型。将平面椭圆柔顺机构分解成许多易于用矩阵形式表达的简单力学特征元件,采用传递矩阵法描述其力学状态量的传递关系。将椭圆型柔... 为了分析平面串并联椭圆柔顺机构的动态性能和力学传递关系,提出一种新型的基于传递矩阵法的振动力学模型。将平面椭圆柔顺机构分解成许多易于用矩阵形式表达的简单力学特征元件,采用传递矩阵法描述其力学状态量的传递关系。将椭圆型柔性铰链视为拉伸和弯曲变形的变截面梁,应用材料力学理论建立反映其自振性能的传递矩阵。将杆件视为刚体,运用动量矩定理建立其动力学模型,得到描述平面振动刚体的传递矩阵。依据柔顺机构特征元件的联接特点,将结构元件的传递矩阵进行拼装并得到总体传递矩阵。总传递方程以椭圆柔顺机构的输入、输出端状态矢量为未知变量,矩阵中的元素为机构结构参数和频率的函数,应用边界条件,可得平面串并联柔顺机构的特征方程,通过求解齐次方程可得系统的固有频率。将外力纳入传递矩阵,建立反映外力激励与系统的关系的扩展传递矩阵以求解系统的频率响应。通过平面串联椭圆柔性铰链机构及3RRR并联柔顺机构的动态性能分析,结果表明所建立模型的正确性,能精确描述平面椭圆柔顺机构力学性能。 展开更多

We propose a novel scheme for the population and depletion of nuclear isomers.This scheme combines the γ photons with energiesà 10 keV emitted during the interaction of a contemporary high-intensity laser pulse with a plasma and one or multiple photon beams supplied by intense lasers.Owing to nonlinear effects,two-or multiphoton absorption dominates over the conventional multistep one-photon process for an optimized γ flash.Moreover,this nonlinear effect can be greatly enhanced with the help of externally supplied low-energy photons coming from another laser.These low-energy photons act such that the effective cross-section experienced by the γ photons becomes tunable,growing with the intensity I_(0) of the beam.Assuming I_(0)~10^(18) W·cm^(-2) for the photon beam,an effective cross-section as large as 10^(-21)-10^(-28) cm^(2) for the γ photons can be achieved.Thus,with state-of-the-art 10 PW laser facilities,the yields from two-photon absorption can reach 10^(6)-10^(9) isomers per shot for selected states that are separated from their ground state by E2 transitions.Similar yields for transitions with higher multipolarities can be accommodated by multiphoton absorption with additional photons provided. 展开更多

酵母分离、筛选及其发酵‘巨峰’葡萄酒特性分析

为获得适合酿造凤阳本土主栽葡萄品种‘巨峰’葡萄酒的专用酵母,选用李子、葡萄和石榴3种果皮,经过酵母浸出粉蛋白胨葡萄糖(yeast extract peptone dextrose,YPD)培养基富集、系列浓度稀释后涂布在5种分离培养基上,挑取菌落经过多次纯... 为获得适合酿造凤阳本土主栽葡萄品种‘巨峰’葡萄酒的专用酵母,选用李子、葡萄和石榴3种果皮,经过酵母浸出粉蛋白胨葡萄糖(yeast extract peptone dextrose,YPD)培养基富集、系列浓度稀释后涂布在5种分离培养基上,挑取菌落经过多次纯化后利用2,3,5‐氯化三苯基四氮唑(triphenyltetrazolium chlorid,TTC)染色法和杜氏发酵法筛选高活力菌种,并进行‘巨峰’葡萄果酒发酵性能分析,最后对优异菌株进行分子鉴定。结果表明:不同果皮来源的酵母需要不同分离培养基,共筛选到起酵速度快、发酵液气味浓香的菌株60株;从中挑选11株酵母接入‘巨峰’葡萄汁获得浅红色葡萄酒,以商业酵母RW和SY为对照。11种葡萄酒的12项理化指标总体较好,除了Y11外,其他10种酒的柔和指数(suppleness index,IS)均大于6且高于2种商业酵母的发酵酒,尤其是Y4、Y7和Y10菌株发酵葡萄酒的IS超过10,后期可用作当地‘巨峰’葡萄生产桃红葡萄酒的优良菌株。经过内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)序列比对,系统发育树结果显示Y4和Y10与汉逊德巴利酵母同源性分别为100%和99.84%,Y7与葡萄汁有孢汉逊酵母同源性为99.59%。 展开更多

复合抛物面聚光式太阳能光热光电供能器性能研究

针对传统复合抛物面聚光器非追日运行时,入射偏角变化对集热性能影响大、逸出光线难以再利用等问题,设计一种复合抛物面聚光式太阳能光热光电供能器,通过在复合抛物面聚光器(CPC)入光口玻璃盖板下表面增设板背为镜面的光伏组件,可实现... 针对传统复合抛物面聚光器非追日运行时,入射偏角变化对集热性能影响大、逸出光线难以再利用等问题,设计一种复合抛物面聚光式太阳能光热光电供能器,通过在复合抛物面聚光器(CPC)入光口玻璃盖板下表面增设板背为镜面的光伏组件,可实现对逸出光线的拦截和反射再利用,从而提高供能器对入射太阳辐射的利用效率和供能品位,首先利用光学仿真软件TracePro分析入射偏角对供能器光线接收率等参数的影响机理,基于仿真结果在实际天气条件下对比研究供能器与同规格CPC的进出口空气温差、光热转换效率及输出电功率等随太阳辐射的变化规律。结果表明,当入射偏角范围为0°<α<30°时,与同规格CPC相比,供能器的平均光线接收率提高14.03%;在晴天条件下,当传热空气流速为2.7 m/s时,供能器与同规格CPC的最大进出口空气温差相差0.2℃,光热转换效率分别为52.62%、52.63%,在此过程中的供能器输出的总电功率为251 W;在多云条件下,供能器可对外输出的热能和发电功率分别为3.26 MJ、210.5 W,研究结果可为太阳能光热光电高效耦合综合利用提供参考和思路。 展开更多

针对人参及含人参中成药违法掺加西洋参现象,该研究基于对人参、西洋参的基础研究,确定掺伪原因及监测方法,以拟人参皂苷F_(11)为检测指标,制定人参药材及饮片中违法添加西洋参的UPLC-MS/MS检测方法,建立的方法可同时应用于含人参中成... 针对人参及含人参中成药违法掺加西洋参现象,该研究基于对人参、西洋参的基础研究,确定掺伪原因及监测方法,以拟人参皂苷F_(11)为检测指标,制定人参药材及饮片中违法添加西洋参的UPLC-MS/MS检测方法,建立的方法可同时应用于含人参中成药的掺伪检查。以掺伪率5%为限度分析市场药材及饮片、常见中成药中人参质量状况,27批人参掺伪检出率为22.2%,32批中成药按人参处方量折算,掺伪检出率为15.6%;此外,7.4%人参、12.5%中成药的理论掺伪率介于3%~5%。对比现有14种含人参中成药西洋参掺伪补充检验方法的优劣势及限度原则,将方法划分为3种模式,分析应用场景,总结方法起草及应用注意事项。明确人参药材掺伪多为劣等西洋参替代,人参饮片及人参粉是掺加部分西洋参饮片或粉,将掺伪率5%作为限度,既能实现对故意掺加行为的打击,又可规避质谱高灵敏度引起的误判。建议制定通用检测方法及限度制定原则并加强监管与宣传,为从源头解决人参中西洋参的掺伪问题提供技术支持及数据支撑。 展开更多
